FDA Closes Successful Monoclonal Antibody Clinics in Florida, Governor Seeks Reversal

Monoclonal antibody sites throughout Florida will be closed after the Food and Drug Administration adjusted its authorization for the COVID-19 treatment.

The new FDA policy only allows those “likely to have been infected with or exposed to a variant that is susceptible to these treatments” to receive the new medication, despite Florida’s leadership advocating for its use among the populace.

“This indefensible edict takes treatment out of the hands of medical professionals and will cost some Americans their lives,” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said in a Monday statement. “There are real-world implications to Biden’s medical authoritarianism — Americans’ access to treatments is now subject to the whims of a failing president.”

Investigation: Left-Wing House Dem Allegedly Bribed Former Primary Opponent to Drop Out of Race

Democratic Illinois Rep. Marie Newman allegedly offered a potential 2020 primary opponent a job in her office in exchange for the opponent’s decision not to run, the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) found Monday.

Newman, who defeated fellow Democratic Rep. Dan Lipinski in a heated primary, offered Iymen Chehade a job within her congressional office in exchange for an understanding that he would not enter the race, a lawsuit filed by Chehade in May 2021 alleged. Such an agreement would violate rules regulating the hiring of congressional staffers and contractors, and would therefore be null and void.

Chehade, a Columbia College professor, was hired to advise Newman on issues related to the Israel-Palestine conflict. However, in addition to his foreign policy understanding, “Newman likely was motivated to enter the agreement to avoid competing against Mr. Chehade in the next Democratic primary,” according to the OCE final report. During discussions about Chehade’s hiring, the professor asked Newman to agree to a term-limits pledge and commit to endorsing him once she stepped down. Studies Find Natural Treatments for Coronavirus

Contrary to what mass mainstream media would have you assume, coronaviruses aren’t uncharted territory. In fact, human coronaviruses are responsible for 15-30% of common colds each year. More severe cases of coronavirus infections were observed during outbreaks of severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS) and Middle Eastern respiratory syndrome (MERS), two coronavirus infections that led to pneumonia in some individuals who were infected. . .

These natural substances demonstrating viral inhibition of SARS-coronavirus are likely also effective against the 2019 coronavirus, considering the two are closely related and share the same angiotensin-converting enzyme II-mediated infection. In other words, SARS-coronavirus and the 2019 novel coronavirus are both structurally and mechanistically similar and can be targeted by the same substances.

In fact, one paper published in the Chinese Journal of Preventive Medicine states that the 2019 novel coronavirus is actually less pathogenic than the SARS-coronavirus, suggesting that these natural substances may be even more effective in their coronavirus-inhibiting properties.

These naturally-occurring, whole food-derived substances with proven coronavirus-inhibiting properties are discussed below:

Licorice root. Glycyrrhizin, an active constituent of licorice roots, has been shown to exhibit potent inhibitory activity against SARS-coronavirus replication. Additionally, glycyrrhizin appears to be more effective during the early stages of coronavirus replication.

Flavonoids. The activity of coronavirus proteases is a key factor in coronaviruses’ ability to propagate in cells. Flavonoids, however, directly inhibit coronavirus protease activity, resulting in decreased virus propagation (4). The flavonoids with the highest virus inhibitory power appear to be herbacetin, isobavachalcone, quercetin 3‐β‐d‐glucoside, and helichrysetin.

State Democrats Block Ivermectin Treatments, Kill Public Comment

A bill in the Virginia state Senate that would have allowed health-care providers to prescribe ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine was blocked by Democrats after they shut down a public comment session and ordered state Capitol police officers to remove citizens from the chamber.

As the Democratic majority on the Senate Education and Health Committee moved to kill the Republican bill, Democratic committee Chairwoman Sen. Louise Lucas cut the remote audio feed of Charlottesville radio show host Rob Schilling as he expressed support for the legislation, reported the National File.

After the 9-6 party-line vote, Lucas banged her gavel and ordered police officers to remove the doctors, family members of COVID patients and others who came to speak in favor of the bill.

“Virginians are dying,” a woman who was ordered to leave shouted.

Holding up a copy of Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s book “The Real Anthony Fauci,” she said of the the White House coronavirus adviser who has suppressed the use of ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19, “People across this nation are dying as a result of this man.” (Read more from “State Democrats Block Ivermectin Treatments, Kill Public Comment” HERE)

Federal Judge Blocks Enforcement of Biden’s Federal Employee Vax Mandate

A federal judge in Texas blocked the Biden administration from enforcing its Covid-19 jab mandate for federal employees on Friday.

President Joe Biden first issued an executive order demanding more than 3.5 million federal workers get the shot before Nov. 22. If employees didn’t comply, they could lose their jobs.

In the Friday ruling, Judge Jeffrey Vincent Brown of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas said that until litigation regarding Biden’s federal mandate is decided, the Democrat administration and government cannot force the private medical decision on Americans “with the stroke of a pen and without input from Congress.”

“While vaccines are undoubtedly the best way to avoid serious illness from COVID-19, there is no reason to believe that the public interest cannot be served via less restrictive measures than the mandate, such as masking, social distancing, or part- or full-time remote work,” Brown wrote. “Stopping the spread of COVID-19 will not be achieved by overbroad policies like the federal-worker mandate.” (Read more from “Federal Judge Blocks Enforcement of Biden’s Federal Employee Vax Mandate” HERE)

US Draws Down Ukraine Embassy Presence as War Fears Mount

The State Department on Sunday ordered the families of all American personnel at the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine to leave the country amid heightened fears of a Russian invasion.

The department told the dependents of staffers at the U.S. Embassy in Kyiv that they must leave the country. It also said that non-essential embassy staff could leave Ukraine at government expense.

The move came amid rising tensions about Russia’s military buildup on the Ukraine border that were not eased during talks Friday between Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in Geneva. Poll Finds 60 Percent Would Vote Against Biden if Election Was Held Now

Six in 10 Americans would vote for someone other than President Biden if the 2024 presidential election was held today — a rate higher than his predecessors Barack Obama and Donald Trump, according to a poll released Sunday.

Asked if the election were held today, 60 percent said they would “probably” or “definitely” vote for someone else, compared to 36 percent who said they would “definitely” or “probably” re-elect Biden, the survey by Fox News shows.

Fifty-two percent said they would vote for someone other than Trump if it were February 2020, and 51 percent said they would select somebody other than Obama if it were August 2011.

The survey also shows the deep dissatisfaction Americans feel for Biden’s handling of the economy, the COVID-19 pandemic, border security and foreign policy. (Read more from “Poll Finds 60 Percent Would Vote Against Biden if Election Was Held Now” HERE)

Carhartt Boycotted for Keeping Vax Mandate

Many social media users are calling for a boycott of Carhartt, a company renowned for producing gear for blue-collar workers, over its decision to double down on a vaccine mandate following the Supreme Court’s ruling against the Biden administration’s mandate for the private sector.

On January 14, a day after the court’s decision, Carhartt CEO Mark Valade sent an email to employees stating the company would keep its mandate in place.

“The ruling does not change Carhartt’s mandatory vaccination program, which went into effect on January 4th,” Valade wrote.

“We put workplace safety at the very top of our priority list and the Supreme Court’s recent ruling doesn’t impact that core value,” Valade’s email goes on to state. “We, and the medical community, continue to believe vaccines are necessary to ensure a safe working environment for every associate and even perhaps their households.”

Carhartt’s decision to uphold its company mandate was met with outrage by conservative customers, many of whom announced they would boycott the brand. (Read more from “Carhartt Boycotted for Keeping Vax Mandate” HERE)

’I’m Angry’: Black Democrats Souring on Biden

. . .Now, one year into his presidency, Biden is hoping he can maintain the support of Black voters, even as his failure to deliver on voting rights legislation and other issues has left some loyalists dispirited. Of the many challenges he confronts as he enters his second year, few are as important as retaining the strong backing from his party’s base.

Just 6 in 10 Black Americans said they approved of Biden in a recent poll by The Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, down from about 9 in 10 who approved in polls conducted through the first six months of Biden’s presidency.

“I’m perplexed. At some points, I’m angry. I’m trying to see if there is anything redeeming,” said George Hart, 73, a professor and faculty adviser to the student chapter of the NAACP at Benedict College, a historically Black institution in Columbia. “I’m just so disillusioned, I don’t know what to say. State University’s ‘Inclusive Language Guide’ Says ‘Grandfather,’ ‘Housekeeping’ Are ‘Problematic’

The University of Washington’s Information Technology department released an “inclusive language guide” outlining terms it considers to be “problematic” over concerns that the words are “racist, sexist, ageist, ableist, homophobic or otherwise non-inclusive.”

The guide, created with input from “dozens of people” throughout the department, claims that “grandfather,” “housekeeping,” “lame” and “cakewalk” are among the “problematic words” that need to be replaced.

The term “grandfather” was deemed “problematic” because it was used “as a way to exempt some people from a change because of conditions that existed before the change” and due it originating in the American South in the 1890s “as a way to defy the 15th Amendment and prevent black Americans from voting.” The guide asks that “legacy” or “exempt” be used in its place.

“Housekeeping,” the guide claims, needs to be replaced because it “can feel gendered” because it “carries a fraught history and connotation of women’s traditional domestic role as housekeepers.” The department recommended that “maintenance” or “cleanup” be used instead.

The guide says that “lame,” commonly a slang term for “uncool,” is an issue because it is “ableist.” and is often used “with a negative connotation describing the disability.” (Read more from “State University’s ‘Inclusive Language Guide’ Says ‘Grandfather,’ ‘Housekeeping’ Are ‘Problematic'” HERE)
