Arizona Lawmakers Call for Audit of Dominion Machines

Officials in three states have discussed, or have been pressured to consider, asserting their constitutional authority to select the electors to the Electoral College without being bound by the popular vote.

Now lawmakers in one of those states, Arizona, are calling for an independent audit of the Dominion software and electronic voting equipment used by Maricopa County in the 2020 general election.

Arizona Senate President Karen Fann and House Speaker Russell Bowers were joined in the request by incoming Senate Government Chair Michelle Ugenti-Rita and House Majority Leader Warren Petersen.

“As a longtime advocate for improving and modernizing our election system, I am pleased to learn that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors is supportive of conducting an independent audit of their voting software and equipment,” said Sen. Ugenti-Rita. “It is important we maintain all of the voting public’s confidence in our elections and this is a positive first step in the right direction.”

Petersen added: “A significant number of voters believe that fraud occurred and with the number of irregularities it is easy to understand why. Especially concerning are the allegations made surrounding the vendor Dominion. It is imperative that the county immediately do a forensic audit on the Dominion software and equipment to make sure the results were accurate.”

Obama: Georgia Will Determine Future of Joe Biden’s Presidency and the World

Former President Barack Obama rallied Georgia Democrats Friday in support of Jon Ossoff and Rev. Raphael Warnock in the Senate runoff elections in January.

“You are now once again the center of our civic universe because the special election in Georgia is going to determine ultimately the course of the Biden presidency,” Obama said. . .

“One of the reasons that Georgia ended up voting, after recount after recount, for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris was because there [are] a number of folks who decided, you know, partisanship only goes so far,” he said.

“This is not just about Georgia. This is about America. This is about the world, and it’s in your power to in fact have an impact,” he said. . .

“Once Mitch McConnell was controlling that gavel and controlling the agenda in the Senate we saw a lot of progress halt,” he said. (Read more from “Obama: Georgia Will Determine Future of Joe Biden’s Presidency and the World” HERE)

Judge Orders Trump Admin To Fully Restore DACA

The Trump administration was ordered by a federal judge on Friday to fully restore the controversial DACA amnesty program and accept new applications.

President Donald Trump had made it one of his campaign promises in 2016 to shut down the Obama-era program that gave deportation deferral to illegal aliens who had been brought into the country as children. The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program is also known as “The Dream Act” by its supporters.

The ruling from Judge Nicholas Garaufis of the U.S. District Court in Brooklyn means that illegal aliens could apply for DACA deportation protection for the first time since 2017.

In July, the Supreme Court ordered that the president could not simply end the program, but the administration responded by saying that they would slowly wind down the program instead. Chief Justice John Roberts joined the liberal wing of the court to cast the deciding vote against the administration.

Among one of the policy changes was to grant DACA recipients work permits for only one year instead of two. Garaufis said that the Trump administration could not change the policy and ordered them to grant full 2-year work permits. (Read more from “Judge Orders Trump Admin To Fully Restore DACA” HERE)

Restaurants and Bars Slashed Jobs in November

By Breitbart . . .The sector the Department of Labor describes as “food service and drinking establishments” was one of the hardest hit by the lockdowns in March and April. Even after recovering for the last five month, bars and restaurants now only employ around 10.1 million workers, more than 2 million fewer than it did last October.

Revived lockdowns and curtailed business hours have put a stop to the employment growth. The sector shed 93,000 jobs in November before seasonal adjustments. (Read more from “Restaurants and Bars Slashed Jobs in November Because of COVID” HERE)

U.S. Job Growth Slows in November as Coronavirus Surge Threatens Economic Recovery

By Fox News. The U.S. economy added just 245,000 jobs in November, sharply missing expectations and pointing to a slowdown in the labor market’s recovery from the coronavirus pandemic as a surge of new infections triggered a fresh wave of shutdowns by state and local governments.

The Labor Department’s monthly payroll report, released Friday, also showed the unemployment rate fell to 6.7% from 6.9%. Economists surveyed by Refinitiv expected the report to show that unemployment dropped to 6.8% and the economy added 469,000 jobs.

The figures come amid a wave of coronavirus cases and the deadliest three-day stretch since the pandemic began earlier this year. More than 100,000 people are hospitalized in the U.S. and more than 210,000 new cases were reported on Thursday alone, according to data published by Johns Hopkins University.

One stark forecast by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention shows that as many as 19,500 people could die from COVID-19 during the week of Christmas. (Read more from “U.S. Job Growth Slows in November as Coronavirus Surge Threatens Economic Recovery” HERE)

Lifelong Democrat Vernon Jones Issues Powerful Warning for Republicans

“Lifelong Democrat” and Georgia state Rep. Vernon Jones says it’s crucial that Republicans win Georgia’s two Senate seats if we want America as we know it to continue.

“If the Senate goes, this country goes,” he told Glenn Beck on the radio program Wednesday.

Jones explained why he believes Georgia is the last line in the fight for freedom and issued an urgent warning to Republicans about the importance of maintaining a balance of power in Washington, D.C.

“I believe with all my might that we understand, here in Georgia, that we have to do what’s best for this country,” he said. “And I’m surprised that Republicans, the Republican leadership throughout Georgia, hasn’t stood up taller and stronger in an effort to make sure that we … help Senator Perdue (R) and Senator Loeffler (R) get re-elected, so there will be a balance of power in Washington, D.C. Or else this country will be destroyed over the next four years.” (Read more from “Lifelong Democrat Vernon Jones Issues Powerful Warning for Republicans” HERE)

Trump Administration Limits Visas for Chinese Communist Party Members

The Trump administration on Wednesday declared new restrictions on Chinese Communist Party members entering the United States on travel visas, a State Department spokesman told the New York Times.

New restrictions would limit the duration of visitor visa clearances for party members and their families to one month. Visitor visas to the United States for citizens of China generally last up to 10 years. The State Department spokesman maintained that visas for purposes such as work or immigration will not be subject to the new restriction.

When combining current members of the CCP with their family members, the new policy could apply to up to 270 million people, including some 92 million CCP members, according to the Times.

New visa restrictions coincide with “ongoing policy, regulatory, and law-enforcement action across the U.S. government to protect our nation from the CCP’s malign influence,” the State Department spokesman told the Times. “For decades we allowed the CCP free and unfettered access to U.S. institutions and businesses while these same privileges were never extended freely to U.S. citizens in China.” (Read more from “Trump Administration Limits Visas for Chinese Communist Party Members” HERE)

Democrat on House Intel Committee Sides With Communist China Over U.S. Senator

Illinois Democratic Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi accused Tennessee Republican Sen. Marsha Blackburn of racism on Twitter Thursday, aligning himself with a representative of Chinese communist-sponsored media who also hurled insults and profanities at the sitting senator just a few hours prior.

“China has a 5,000 year history of cheating and stealing,” Blackburn wrote on Twitter Thursday. “Some things will never change.”

Apparently the statement of fact has been found controversial.

“The last thing we need is a United States Senator engaging in generalizations so racist and ignorant,” wrote back Krishnamoorti, who serves on the House Intelligence Committee.

Clinton Aide Confirms Bill Visited Jeffrey Epstein’s Private Island

Former President Bill Clinton did visit deep-pocketed perv Jeffrey Epstein’s infamous “Pedophile Island” — despite his camp’s insistence to the contrary, a onetime top advisor says in a blistering new tell-all.

Clinton made the trip in January 2003, one of dozens of times he flew aboard Epstein’s private jet, the “Lolita Express,” former close aide Doug Band claimed in a wide-ranging interview with Vanity Fair.

Band — who rose from Bubba’s body man during his second term in office to the most trusted adviser of his post-presidential life — told the mag that he tried for years to keep Epstein at a distance, but that Clinton just couldn’t stay away.

Though ignorant at the time of Epstein’s sex crimes, Band said he knew the financier was bad news ever since Clinton’s now-infamous 2002 trip aboard Epstein’s so-called Lolita Express. (Read more from “Clinton Aide Confirms Bill Visited Jeffrey Epstein’s Private Island” HERE)

Trump Lawyer: Biden Team Should Be Getting ‘Nervous’

Trump campaign attorney Jordan Sekulow insisted on Thursday amid defeats in court that President Trump has a path to victory.

In an interview with Newsmax TV, he said the Trump campaign cases argue that there was enough fraud in the elections in swing states to cast doubt on the outcome. The remedy, he said, should be to put the outcome in the hands of the state legislatures that select electors to the Electoral College. The electors are selected Dec. 8 and the vote is Dec. 14.

The most likely path, however, he said, would be for the U.S. Supreme Court to combine cases from several states that would together determine the outcome of the election.

“That’s why we have a stay in Pennsylvania on those late incoming ballots, where the law was changed, because the court is waiting to see whether enough cases arrive at the Supreme Court that will change the outcome of the election,” he said.

Responding to critics and doubters, including Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, Sekulow said he understands the concerns with earlier lawsuits that are more difficult to prove, “these massive fraud allegations.” (Read more from “Trump Lawyer: Biden Team Should Be Getting ‘Nervous'” HERE)

DOJ Sues Facebook for Discrimination

The Department of Justice on Thursday announced it has sued Facebook for discrimination against U.S. workers.

The tech giant with tens of thousands of employees, instead of hiring qualified and available U.S. residents for more than 2,600 jobs, or even considering them for jobs, “reserved for temporary visa holders” those positions.

The positions that were the subject of Facebook’s alleged discrimination against U.S. workers offered an average salary of $156,000, the DOJ reported.

The filing alleged, based on the department’s nearly two-year investigation, Facebook deliberately created a hiring system in which it denied “qualified U.S. workers a fair opportunity to learn about and apply for jobs that Facebook instead sought to channel to temporary visa holders Facebook wanted to sponsor for green cards,” the DOJ said.

“The Department of Justice’s lawsuit alleges that Facebook engaged in intentional and widespread violations of the law, by setting aside positions for temporary visa holders instead of considering interested and qualified U.S. workers,” Assistant Attorney General Eric S. Dreiband of the Civil Rights Division explained. “This lawsuit follows a nearly two-year investigation into Facebook’s practices and a ‘reasonable cause’ determination by the Justice Department’s Civil Rights Division. Our message to workers is clear: if companies deny employment opportunities by illegally preferring temporary visa holders, the Department of Justice will hold them accountable.” (Read more from “DOJ Sues Facebook for Discrimination” HERE)
