Paranormal Investigator Touring with Allegedly Haunted ‘Annabelle’ Doll Passes Away in Gettysburg

The lead investigator for a paranormal activity group on Sunday passed away in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania while on tour with an allegedly haunted Annabelle doll.

Dan Rivera, the lead investigator for the New England Society for Psychic Research and a U.S. Army veteran, passed away, according to the group.

Rivera led the viral “Devils on the Run Tour,” in which he and other members of the New England Society for Psychic Research brought toured across the country with Annabelle, an allegedly haunted doll.

The Hanover Evening Sun wrote:

Adams County dispatch scanner archives showed that firefighters and medical personnel had been called to a hotel in Gettysburg after 8 p.m. on Sunday evening for a report of CPR in progress on a male patient of Rivera’s age.

Adams County Coroner Francis Dutrow, whose office was conducting a death investigation, confirmed to the Evening Sun that, as of Tuesday afternoon, Rivera’s cause of death remained pending the results of an autopsy. Final results of that autopsy, according to the office, could take several months.

Six Months Later, California Democrats Have Done Basically Nothing To Rebuild From LA Fires

California and Los Angeles officials are touting the rapid recovery from January’s fires, but many residents say the praise is just smoke and mirrors.

Six months ago, the Los Angeles fires raged for a full week before firefighters could confidently declare them contained. Today, officials are hailing cleanup progress — even as rubble still clutters sidewalks and residents wait impatiently for permits to rebuild their homes and resume their lives.

Marking the six-month anniversary of the fire’s start, Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass called the effort “the fastest recovery in state history,” according to the city’s website.

That same day, Democratic California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced what he called the “substantial completion of the public debris removal program.”

“Nearly 10,000 homes cleared — months ahead of schedule — because recovery can’t wait,” Newsom said. “Now we turn the page to rebuilding, and we’re doing it with a clear plan, strong partnerships, and the urgency this moment demands.” (Read more from “Six Months Later, California Democrats Have Done Basically Nothing To Rebuild From LA Fires” HERE)

‘Done With His Bullsh*t’: Key 2024 Trump Backers Totally Alienated By Epstein Debacle

Conservative-friendly independent podcasters — whom many Democrats blame for helping President Donald Trump win in 2024 — appear to be turning on him, largely over his Department of Justice’s (DOJ) handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.

The DOJ and FBI concluded that the convicted pedophile and longtime Democratic financier did not kill himself and had not kept an official client list, according to a leaked memo obtained by Axios on July 6.

Trump’s MAGA base immediately revolted, with several of the movement’s most prominent voices openly condemning the DOJ’s findings.

But another bloc — less reflexively loyal yet arguably more critical to his November win — also expressed disapproval.

Comedian Andrew Schulz, who faced a swell of backlash for hosting Trump on his “FLAGRANT” podcast in October, criticized the president over the Epstein revelations, among other issues. (Read more from “‘Done With His Bullsh*t’: Key 2024 Trump Backers Totally Alienated By Epstein Debacle” HERE)

GOP Derails Second Democrat Effort To Unearth Epstein Files

House Republicans on Tuesday afternoon moved to block a second effort from the chamber’s Democrats to force a vote on releasing materials related to the late convicted sex criminal Jeffrey Epstein.

Lawmakers voted along party lines against permitting Democrats to offer an amendment to force Attorney General Pam Bondi to publish any “records and evidence” regarding the federal government’s investigation into and incarceration of Epstein. House Democratic leadership has sought to put GOP lawmakers in politically uncharted territory by making them choose between compelling the Trump administration to release all records related to Epstein or deferring to the president’s judgement about which contents to make public on his timeline.

Republican lawmakers, even those who have advocated for the release of the Epstein files, voted against allowing a vote on Democratic California Rep. Ro Khanna’s amendment to release the Epstein files within 30 days of the measure’s enactment. The amendment would have been attached to Senate-passed crypto legislation under consideration in the House, which could have jeopardized the bill’s chances of becoming law.

“It’s just politics, it’s not about protecting little children,” Republican Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett told Axios, referring to the amendment. “And that ticks me off.”

The failed effort follows an unsuccessful vote on Khanna’s amendment in the House Rules Committee Monday evening. Just one House Republican, Ralph Norman of South Carolina, joined with Democrats to adopt the amendment. Norman, however, voted against allowing a floor vote on the same amendment. NATO Chief: Putin Envoy Derailed Ukraine Peace Talks with Lecture on 800 Years of Russian History

NATO Secretary-General Mark Rutte revealed in conversation with President Donald Trump on Monday that the Russian government sabotaged peace talks with Ukraine in May by sending a historian to meticulously document the history of Russia beginning in 1250.

Rutte was in Washington to meet with President Trump, who announced a plan to dramatically expand Ukraine’s access to American weapons and laid down an ultimatum to Russian leader Vladimir Putin that requires him to conclude his invasion of Ukraine in 50 days or face punitive secondary tariffs of 100 percent on Russian trade partners. Trump told reporters the deadline was necessary because the Russian government, and Putin personally, were refusing to engage authentically with Kyiv to find an end to the conflict. Trump complained that Putin would be polite and gracious in private phone calls, then immediately escalate the mass killing of civilians, outraging the American president.

Trump has prioritized finding an end to the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, which began in February 2022, since long before his inauguration to a second term in office. He has emphasized the need for both Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to engage in difficult conversations earnestly, sternly pressuring Zelensky and scolding him for not being ready for peace following a failed White House engagement in February. In the past month, however, Trump has increasingly expressed frustration with Putin as Zelensky has stepped up attempts to hold viable negotiations.

“I felt that we had a deal about four times and here we are still talking about it,” Trump told reporters on Monday, appearing to blame Russia, not Ukraine, for the failure.

Rutte, sitting alongside Trump, explained that the latest round of talks failed because the Russian government did not take them seriously. (Read more from “NATO Chief: Putin Envoy Derailed Ukraine Peace Talks with Lecture on 800 Years of Russian History” HERE)

Tucker Carlson Calls for Stripping Citizenship from Americans Who Served in the Israeli Army; Carlson Claims Jeffrey Epstein Worked for Israel to Blackmail U.S. Officials

By The Forward. Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host and a leader in the Republican Party’s isolationist wing, said that Americans who previously served in the Israeli Defense Forces should have their U.S. citizenship revoked over concerns of dual loyalty. At the same time, he also criticized the Trump administration for trying to deport pro-Palestinian students who engaged in anti-Israel activity on campus.

“There are a lot of Americans who’ve served in the IDF — they should lose their citizenship,” Carlson said in a 45-minute speech on Saturday at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit in Tampa, Florida. “You can’t fight for another country and remain an American, period.” . . .

Carlson also devoted nearly half of his speech to a government memo, released last week, related to the Jeffrey Epstein scandal that has embroiled the administration and caused divisions within Trump’s base in recent days. Carlson claimed that Epstein, a disgraced Jewish financier accused of sex trafficking, was working for the Mossad, the Israeli intelligence service.

“It’s extremely obvious to anyone who watches that this guy had direct connections to a foreign government,” Carlson said. “No one is allowed to say that that foreign government is Israel, because we have been somehow cowed into thinking that that’s naughty. There is nothing wrong with saying that. There is nothing hateful about saying that. There’s nothing antisemitic about saying. There’s nothing even anti-Israel about saying that.” (Read more from “Tucker Carlson Calls for Stripping Citizenship from Americans Who Served in the Israeli Army” HERE)

Tucker Carlson claims Jeffrey Epstein worked for Israel to blackmail US officials: ‘Every single person in DC thinks that’

By Independent UK. Tucker Carlson has claimed that deceased child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein was working for the Israeli government and that “every single person in Washington D.C.” thinks the same.

“I’ve never met anyone who doesn’t think that. I don’t know any of them that hate Israel. But no one feels they can say that,” the former Fox News host told an audience in Florida on Friday.

Carlson also suggested that the disgraced financier may have been running “a blackmail operation” as he discussed new information recently released by the Department of Justice. . .

Speaking about the development at a Turning Point USA summit in Tampa, Carlson slammed the findings of the administration.“The real question is, why was he doing this, on whose behalf, and where did the money come from?” he said.

“I think the real answer is Jeffrey Epstein was working on behalf of intel services, probably not American. And we have every right to ask, on whose behalf was he working? Inside Dan Bongino’s Tense Meeting with White House Officials over Jeffrey Epstein Fallout

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino was outraged this week during a closed-door White House meeting about the Department of Justice’s review of Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking case files, according to multiple sources.

Bongino raised his voice during a discussion with White House chief of staff Susie Wiles before storming out of the meeting, according to two sources close to DOJ leadership. Bongino also exchanged heated words with Attorney General Pam Bondi during the meeting, and the whole ordeal has led him to consider resigning from the FBI, another source said.

Another person with knowledge of the meeting disputed the characterization that Bongino yelled at Wiles or Bondi during the sitdown.

However, that person agreed that Bongino was “enraged.” The source said the deputy director was angry about the Epstein memo rollout and what he viewed as Bondi’s “lack of transparency from the start.” The memo, a joint product of the DOJ and FBI, said the two agencies had no further information to share with the public about Epstein’s case, a revelation that sparked fury among the MAGA base. The memo first appeared in Axios over the weekend, and then the DOJ and FBI published it Monday.

Asked about the claim that Bongino yelled at Wiles, a White House official said it was “100% false.” Wiles is a veteran of Florida politics who led Trump’s campaign, and the president has described her as “universally admired.” (Read more from “Inside Dan Bongino’s Tense Meeting with White House Officials over Jeffrey Epstein Fallout” HERE)

Devastated Mother Shares Heartbreaking Final Call With Daughter Before Flood Swept Their Home Away

A devastated mother recalled the last time she talked to her daughter before she went missing in the deadly Texas floods.

During an interview on “The Will Cain Show,” Tanya Powell, mother to 21-year-old Ella Cahill, described the last call she received from her daughter.

Powell said that her daughter was with her boyfriend at his home with other friends when flood waters swept the home away.

“That’s the last we’ve heard from them and the entire house is gone. It’s just a slab left,” Powell said through tears.

Powell said the bodies of two of the other kids who were at the house had been found and that they are just trying to recover Ella and her boyfriend, who were high school sweethearts.

‘Tell Her Story’: Look Who’s Ready to Blow Lid off Epstein Files and Pedophile Network

By WND. Jeffrey Epstein’s accomplice Ghislaine Maxwell is reportedly ready to testify before the U.S. Congress, potentially exposing the depths of the sordid pedophile network the pair ran.

According to Britain’s Daily Mail, the 63-year-old Maxwell who is the only person behind bars in connection with the Epstein’s network of underage girls, “is willing to speak in front of Congress.”

A source told the paper: “Despite the rumors, Ghislaine was never offered any kind of plea deal. She would be more than happy to sit before Congress and tell her story.

“No one from the government has ever asked her to share what she knows. She remains the only person to be jailed in connection to Epstein and she would welcome the chance to tell the American public the truth.”

Maxwell is currently incarcerated in Tallahassee State Prison in Florida, serving 20 years for child sex trafficking as she groomed underage girls for both Epstein and his group of powerful elites, though to date not a single purported client of the former Palm Beach resident has faced criminal charges. Donald Trump Ally Reacts to Ghislaine Maxwell Testifying About Epstein

By Newsweek. Roger Stone, a longtime political ally of President Donald Trump, has welcomed reports that Ghislaine Maxwell might be willing to testify to Congress about her ties to Jeffrey Epstein.

In a post on X, Stone said Epstein’s former associate “has nothing on Trump,” pushing back on speculation that Maxwell’s testimony could implicate the president.

Epstein, a wealthy financier, died by suicide in jail in August 2019, weeks after his arrest on sex trafficking charges. His case has assumed renewed significance after the Trump administration ordered a review of the case and said it would publish names and evidence about associates of Epstein. However, a recent memo by the Department of Justice and the FBI stated there is no “client list,” and there will be no more charges. This has triggered a backlash among those who want transparency about Epstein.

According to an anonymous source speaking to the Daily Mail, Maxwell, who was convicted in 2022 over her links to Epstein’s illicit activities and is serving a 20-year prison sentence, has expressed a willingness to testify before Congress about her experiences. Newsweek could not verify the report. (Read more from “Donald Trump Ally Reacts to Ghislaine Maxwell Testifying About Epstein” HERE)

Key Senator: Trump’s DOJ, FBI Slow-Walking Assassination Attempt Investigations

One year after a gunman came within a fraction of an inch of assassinating the 45th president of the United States, the American public remains in the dark on one of the darkest chapters in U.S. history. The senator leading the investigation into the bizarre sequence of events surrounding the murder plot in Butler, Penn., said his committee is “not an inch closer” to knowing why killer and would-be assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks did what he did.

“We had earlier reports about the geolocation of his cellphone, bopping all over Washington, D.C. We have not gotten any more information. Again, it’s incredibly frustrating,” Sen. Ron Johnson told me Friday in an interview on the Dan O’Donnell Show on NewsTalk 1130 WISN in Milwaukee.

The Wisconsin Republican, who leads the Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, issued a subpoena on Friday to Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Director Kash Patel for records relating to the July 13, 2024 assassination attempt of then-GOP presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump. Johnson calls it a “friendly, not an adversarial subpoena,” but it’s clear, the FBI has not been forthcoming with the subcommittee’s many requests for information.

Trump’s Federal Bureau of Investigation, it seems, has been no better than Biden’s FBI, in cooperating with congressional investigators.

“Things just slowed down after our initial report. We were not getting access to [U.S.] Secret Service personnel,” Johnson said. “When President Trump won, I think my assumption was that his FBI, his Department of Justice, would certainly hop on this, investigate it, and produce the result. That hasn’t happened.” (Read more from “Key Senator: Trump’s DOJ, FBI Slow-Walking Assassination Attempt Investigations” HERE)
