Here’s the Viral Anti-Biden Parody Site That’s Outranking His Real Site on Google

Google “Joe Biden website” and one of the first non-ad results you’ll find is the link to JoeBiden.info, which is supposedly promoting “Joe Biden for President 2020” — but while you’ll certainly find information about the Democratic presidential frontrunner at the site, it’s not the kind of information the former vice president is hoping to push out to voters. That’s because JoeBiden.info is a parody site created by a self-described “closest to a libertarian” man who continues to be amazed at how many actual Biden supporters fall for the overtly anti-Biden site.

“Uncle Joe is back and ready to take a hands-on approach to America’s problems!” the parody site announces at the top of its homepage. “Joe Biden has a good feel for the American people and knows exactly what they really want deep down. He’s happy to open up and reveal himself to voters and will give a pounding to anybody who gets in his way!”

After a series of infamous photos and videos of Biden getting a bit “creepy” with people of all ages, the site highlights some winning quotes from Biden, including this gem about his former running mate: “I promise you, the president has a big stick.” And then there’s this other line about Barack Obama back in 2007: “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy.” . . .

As reported by CNBC, the Biden parody site has been outranking Biden’s real campaign site for at least a couple of weeks. While not all searches for Biden will result in JoeBiden.info popping up as the first non-ad result, the searches “Biden 2020 website” and “Joe Biden info” still do (screenshots below). The search for “Joe Biden website” now pulls up CNBC’s report first, followed by the parody site second. “Biden 2020” pulls up the parody site second, just after the “Joe Biden 2020 presidential campaign” Wikipedia entry. Who Is Mark Morgan? 10 Quick Facts About Trump’s New ICE Director Nominee

Over the weekend, President Donald Trump announced his new nominee to head up Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE): Former Border Patrol Chief Mark Morgan.

“I am pleased to inform all of those that believe in a strong, fair and sound Immigration Policy that Mark Morgan will be joining the Trump Administration as the head of our hard working men and women of ICE,” the president tweeted on Sunday morning. “Mark is a true believer and American Patriot. He will do a great job!”

So who is Mark Morgan? Here’s a brief rundown of the career law enforcement officer’s resume and past statements.

1. Morgan was named head of the Border Patrol during the waning months of the Obama administration. He was replaced during Trump’s first week in office with Ronald Vitiello. Vitiello was later moved up to acting ICE director; he recently stepped down.

2. Before Morgan moved over to DHS, he spent 20 years working at the FBI, where he was eventually named assistant director of the Training Division at FBI headquarters in Washington, D.C.

3. Before he went to work for the feds, Morgan served in the United States Marine Corps and the Los Angeles Police Department.

4. He was the first outsider to lead the Border Patrol since the agency’s creation in 1924.

5. He supports the idea of designating the drug cartels as terror groups under federal law: “The cartels must be targeted … with the same level of commitment and tenacity as we have against terrorist organizations.”

6. He’s also expressed concerns to Congress about the influx of unaccompanied minors that stem from his time in Obama’s Border Patrol:

As chief of the Border Patrol, I toured the detention facilities filled to capacity with unaccompanied minors, 17 years of age or younger, who had illegally entered the country. Alone, without any parents or guardians. As I looked on, I saw both hardened young men as well as vulnerable and lost youth. With every encounter, I walked away wondering how many would be lured into joining a gang. The odds were not in their favor, as they were released into a city somewhere in the U.S., never to be heard from again.

7. He also warned Congress that “We’re experiencing a crisis at the southern border at a magnitude never seen in modern times, it’s unprecedented.”

8. He sees the clear connection between the border crisis and the drug crisis: “There is no way with any degree of certainty to know the quantity of drugs entering our country because at least 50 percent of the southwest border is wide open.”

9. He sees catch-and-release policies and activist judges combined with changing migrant demographics as a key driving factors behind the current crisis.

10. He’s previously disputed the Left’s talking point that children are being kept in “cages” at the border: “They’re not cages. They’re actually really nice facilities, and there are chain-link fences within the facilities, but it’s designed so the Border Patrol agents working there can provide safety and security for the people that are there.”

Morgan will have to be confirmed by the Senate before he can start the job, and given that pressure from the political Left has forced the withdrawal of Trump’s last two picks for the Federal Reserve, only time will tell whether or not Morgan’s previous statements will sink his nomination. Rashida Tlaib’s Father Revealed Truth of Her Election Win in Resurfaced Article

In a March 11, 2010 newspaper article in The Detroit News, Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s (D-MI) father accused her of lying “big-time to get elected” by falsifying her address on an election affidavit.

Tlaib’s father, Harbi Elabed, made the accusations against Tlaib, who at the time was a freshman state-level representative from the 12th District in Detroit’s Southwest side. The newspaper article was scrubbed from the internet when The Detroit News migrated to a new website but was available in a subscription-based digital archive. The Detroit News reported:

He said his daughter misrepresented her residency when she signed an election affidavit in 2008 with the Wayne County Clerk claiming she was a citizen of Detroit.

According to that affidavit, Tlaib claimed she lived at 9123 Rathbone in Detroit. That house is owned in part by her father, Harbi Elabed, and he now says she did not live there and he was only recently made aware that she had claimed so.

“She lied,” Elabed said. “She lied big-time to get elected. I never teach her that way. I teach her the right way. It’s my house. She didn’t live there. WATCH: Cory Booker Refuses to Answer Crucial Question About Gun Control Plan

Second Amendment defenders took notice when Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) refused to answer a very important question about his plan to federally license all guns from law-abiding gun owners.

CNN’s Poppy Harlow asked the presidential candidate if he endorsed imprisoning gun-owners who didn’t comply with his plan quickly enough. . .

“Well first of all when I was a mayor of Newark, again, I have a record on dealing with gun violence. We did a lot of gun buy-backs and even other creative things I think we should have when I’m President of the United States,” Booker responded. “The critical thing is I think most Americans agree that these weapons of war should not be on our streets.”

“But, again, would you prosecute people?” Harlow pressed Booker. “Do you support the government buying them back and if not, potentially people could go to jail if they don’t want to sell them back? Yes or no?”

“Again, we should have a law that bans these weapons and we should have a reasonable period in which people can turn in these weapons,” Booker dodged.

According to This Poll, Americans Really Aren’t Cool With Socialism

A Monmouth University poll released on Monday showed that only ten percent of Americans have a positive view of socialism.

The poll, broadly titled “SOCIALISM vs. CAPITALISM,” took a hard look at the sentiments of U.S. citizens regarding the rising popularity of Bernie Sanders-styled socialism in American politics. With few qualifiers, the results were clear: 57 percent of Americans said that socialism was incompatible with American values — only 29 percent believed otherwise.

As far as feelings toward socialism in general, the waters were only a little murkier: 42 percent had negative feelings toward it, 45 percent were neutral, and just ten percent had a positive view of this latest trend in progressive politics. However, their feelings toward capitalism were similarly lukewarm. Thirty-nine percent expressed a positive opinion of capitalism, 40 percent were neutral, and 17 percent were negative. . .

Another question specifically examining the subject of a “universal health care system” found that the idea is being disassociated with socialist philosophy. Fifty-eight percent of Americans expressed approval of the concept, and 53 percent asserted that it was not a socialist policy. The inconsistencies suggest to some that, while socialism remains stigmatized in America, its actual definition in the public eye may be evolving.

“We may be in a period of flux with how these economic systems are viewed,” said Monmouth’s Patrick Murray. “Socialism still carries a stigma, but many Americans feel they are being left behind by the current capitalist system. Eric Swalwell’s New Take on Why Gun Owners ‘Hate’ Him Is Pathetic

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) made a name for himself after making comments about how he wanted to nuke gun owners that defended their right to keep and bear arms. Gun rights advocates have kept their eye on his gun control comments, especially as he attempts to woo voters during the 2020 presidential campaign.

Swalwell took to Twitter on Monday to, once again, voice his disdain for gun owners and, naturally, the National Rifle Association of America. . .

NRA Spokeswoman Dana Loesch told, pretty bluntly, that no one hates him. They’re simply uninterested in what he has to say.

The question for Swalwell: if you’re someone who shoots guns, does that mean your proposal includes nuking yourself? NYT Finally Believes Trump, Urges Congress to Approve Border Budget Request

Everyone knows the old sayings about broken clocks and blind squirrels, but I’ll confess to being genuinely surprised by this one. The editors of the New York Times, one of the most reliably liberal mainstream publications in America, are no longer able to ignore or abide the ongoing chaos at the Southern border. In a new house editorial, they acknowledge reality and urge Congressional Democrats to get serious about the problem — including a call to fulfill the Trump administration’s latest budget request on this front:

The piece includes some throat clearing and shots at the president, but its overall message is at least somewhat constructive. And it’s a far cry from Democrats’ bogus “manufactured crisis” rhetoric of recent months:

President Trump is right: There is a crisis at the southern border. Just not the one he rants about…But as record numbers of Central American families flee violence and poverty in their homelands, they are overwhelming United States border systems, fueling a humanitarian crisis of overcrowding, disease and chaos. The Border Patrol is now averaging 1,200 daily arrests, with many migrants arriving exhausted and sick…On Wednesday, the White House sent Congress a request for $4.5 billion in emergency funding to help manage the surge. In a letter to lawmakers, the acting director of the White House’s budget office, Russell Vought, sought to convey the scope of the challenge. “In February, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) encountered more than 76,000 illegal border crossers and inadmissible aliens, and in March that number exceeded 100,000 — the highest monthly level in more than a decade,” Mr. Vought wrote. He described what he said were “alarming numbers” of women and children jammed into Border Patrol stations never intended as long-term shelters.

Funding for vital services is not expected to last through the fiscal year, Mr. Vought said. Most urgently, the program that deals with unaccompanied minors is expected to run dry next month, requiring resources to be diverted from other programs and leading to a further deterioration in conditions…Nearly three-quarters of the funds, $3.3 billion, would be earmarked for humanitarian needs, with much of it flowing to the Office of Refugee Resettlement, the agency responsible for unaccompanied minors. None of the money would go toward Mr. Trump’s border wall. Several hundred million dollars would, however, go toward shoring up border security operations, including increasing the number of detention beds overseen by Immigration and Customs Enforcement, or ICE. This, for Democrats, is a nonstarter…The Democratic chairwoman of the House Appropriations Committee, Nita Lowey of New York, said that the administration was seeking billions of dollars to “double down on cruel and ill-conceived policies” and bail out ICE for locking up more migrant families than it could humanely accommodate. But until better policies are in place, Democrats need to find a way to provide money for adequate shelter.

Here Are the Messages From Anti-Trump FBI Agent That Prompted Call for New Investigation

Newly unearthed messages sent by former FBI agent Peter Strzok have prompted a call for an additional investigation into the bureau’s handling of the Russia probe, particularly the FBI’s “apparent awareness of leaks by other agencies or entities to the media.”

In a letter sent to Intelligence Community Inspector General Michael Atkinson on Monday, Senate Homeland Security Committee Chairman Ron Johnson (R-WI) and Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) highlighted two newly unearthed messages from Strozk — who headed up the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails and was removed from the Russia probe after his biased messages against Donald Trump came to light. The messages raise more questions about the intelligence community’s role in leaking information about the Russia investigation. . .

They then point to a new pair of messages from Strzok which appear to relate to “the FBI’s apparent awareness of leaks by other agencies or entities to the media.” The first is a text sent by Strzok to Page in December 2016:

Think our sisters have begun leaking like mad. Scorned and worried and political, they’re kicking in to overdrive.

. . .

“These texts and emails raise a number of serious questions and concerns,” write Johnson and Grassley. “For example, who are the ‘sisters’ and what does it mean to say that the ‘sisters have [been] leaking like mad’? What are they worried about, and what are they kicking into ‘overdrive’? Did You Notice Anything Odd About the Washington Post’s Headline About Louis Farrakhan’s Ban From Facebook?

The Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan is banned from Facebook. He’s done. Finished. And if we’re going by the rules of these social media empires, it was about time. The man has shared more than his fair share of bigoted views. He recently said that Jewish people were termites. Twitter did not suspend him, but you tweet “learn to code” to liberals—you could get yourself banned by the social media company, another example of there being two rules between liberal and conservative users. That’s a tale for another time. Farrakhan wasn’t the only one, Alex Jones and Milo Yiannopoulos are also banned (via NBC News):

Facebook announced Thursday that it plans to ban a group of far-right media personalities, as well as Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan, from its social network and Instagram.

The ban affects Alex Jones and Milo Yiannopoulos, and other far-right figures and the conspiracy and far-right politics website Infowars.

TERRIFYING: New Yorkers More Likely to Die From Late-Term Abortion Than Homicide

More babies died from abortion at 21 weeks’ gestation or over in 2015 than there were people killed by homicide in New York City, new figures reveal. . .

Data released by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and published by the New York Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), reveal that the number of abortions at or after 21 weeks was 1,485 while the number of homicides was 352.

CNS News observed that while there were approximately 0.96 people per day victimised by “murder and non-negligent manslaughter” in New York City in 2015, there were approximately 4.1 babies at 21 weeks’ gestational age or older who were aborted per day in the same city. . .

And these numbers are only likely to get higher, as New York recently passed some of the most extreme abortion legislation in the world, removing abortion from the penal lawand allowing it up to birth in some cases. The legislation also removes babies over 24 weeks from the state’s definition of homicide. . .

The figures come in the context of fierce debate and media controversy around late-term abortion and infanticide in the last few months. Days after New York politicians cheered the passing of the extreme abortion bill, a video went viral of a Virginia House Delegate defending proposed legislation that would allow abortions up until the moment of birth.
