Liar Elizabeth Warren Pushes for Trump’s Impeachment Following Mueller Report

Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., on Friday urged Congress to begin impeachment proceedings against President Trump, suggesting that the newly released Mueller report had laid out the groundwork for Congress to act.

In a series of tweets, the presidential hopeful cited the report as evidence of obstruction of justice and collusion, adding that Special Counsel Robert Mueller had “put the next step in the hands of Congress.” . . .

Warren went on to cite the report, which was released in full, with redactions, on Thursday. In it, Mueller says that “Congress has the authority to prohibit a president’s corrupt use of his authority.” . . .

Mueller’s report was released into Washington’s partisan scrum Thursday morning. It showed investigators did not find evidence of collusion between the 2016 Trump presidential campaign and Russia – a conclusion reiterated by Attorney General Bill Barr last month and again in the run-up to the document release.

Warren went a step further on Friday with her insistence that congressmen “do their constitutional duty.” (Read more from “Liar Elizabeth Warren Pushes for Trump’s Impeachment Following Mueller Report” HERE)

Alleged Dossier Source Claims to Be Exonerated by Report, but Is He?

A Belorusian-American businessman who has been identified in press reports as a major source for the Steele Dossier is claiming to be “totally exonerated” following the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report.

Despite the bold proclamation, Mueller’s lengthy report does not appear to vindicate Sergei Millian, the former chairman of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce. . .

Millian “remained out of the country since the inception of our investigation and declined to meet with members of the Office despite our repeated efforts to obtain an interview,” the report reads. . .

“Now, as ‘Russiagate’ is over and feeling totally exonerated by the recent report, let the inquisitive minds find the truth about the ‘#Pissgate’ creators, a lovely couple, GS/CS, who organized the smear campaign against the #President, #Millian, the team or are they #untouchable?” Millian wrote on Twitter. . .

Millian has denied being a source for the dossier. He has said in statements to The Daily Caller News Foundation that he was not with Trump in Moscow when the alleged blackmail tape was recorded. (Read more from “Alleged Dossier Source Claims to Be Exonerated by Report, but Is He?” HERE)

Things You Need to Know About the Mueller Report

By Daily Wire. On Thursday, the long-awaited Mueller report finally dropped, like manna from the heavens to the starved mass media. The media quickly swiveled from their years-long contention that President Trump and his 2016 campaign colluded with Russia to the contention that Trump obstructed justice in order to cover his non-collusion with Russia. That will be the talking point moving forward: that the cover-up was worse than the non-crime. . .

1. The Trump-Russia Collusion Claims Were Farcically Overblown. While there were certainly members of the Trump team who acted suspiciously – including Trump, who continued to lie to the American public that no work was occurring on the Trump Tower Moscow deal during the 2016 campaign – the claims that Trump was a nefarious Russian agent were comically exaggerated. The Mueller report itself makes this clear:

Although the investigation established that the Russian government perceived it would benefit from a Trump presidency and worked to secure that outcome, and that the Campaign expected it would benefit electorally from information stolen and released through Russian efforts, the investigation did not establish that members of the Trump Campaign conspired or coordinated with the Russian government in its election interference activities.

. . .

2. The Original Suspicions Regarding The Trump Team May Not Have Been Unreasonable. One of the popular talking points these days concerning the Trump-Russia collusion investigation is that it was initiated in bad faith by an Obama intelligence apparatus concerned with taking down candidate Trump. That may be true. But there was plenty of smoke in the early days of the investigation: George Papadopoulos meeting with Joseph Mifsud, a suspected Russian asset, who allegedly bragged that he had access to Hillary Clinton’s emails; Roger Stone bringing Wikileaks promises to the attention of the Trump campaign; Trump’s dishonesty regarding the continuation of Trump Tower Moscow negotiations; the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting; Carter Page’s coordination with Russian fronts while working for the Trump campaign (Page, for example, emailed several campaign officials in July 2016 stating that he had “some incredible insights and outreach…from a few Russian legislators and senior members of the Presidential Administration here”); Paul Manafort’s involvement in the campaign while simultaneously doing the dirty work of Ukrainian oligarchs.

3. The Steele Dossier Is Nowhere To Be Found. The Steele dossier – the intelligence mishmash funneled to Obama intelligence agencies via Fusion GPS – barely comes up in the Mueller report. Yet it was used repeatedly as the basis for a FISA warrant against Carter Page, and was presented directly to President Trump by former FBI director James Comey, then reported on broadly in the press. This raises serious questions as to how much the investigation morphed over time into an attempt to “get” the Trump campaign – just how eager were members of the FBI (say, Peter Strzok) to place extra weight on a dubious document of oppo research origin? James Comey Tweets He Has ‘So Many Answers’ After Release of Mueller Report

By Fox News. Former FBI Director James Comey had “so many answers” on Thursday following the release of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report, after he initially tweeted that he had “so many questions.”

Comey claimed to have answers after the Justice Department publicly released a redacted version of Mueller’s report regarding his investigation into the Trump campaign and possible collusion with Russia. It marked the dramatic end of a lengthy and contentious investigation but also rang in a new round of partisan fighting.

Alongside having “so many answers,” Comey tweeted a photo of branches scattered across the ground. . .

Mueller’s 448-page report found the campaign did not collude with Russia, but there was no clear verdict on whether Trump obstructed justice. (Read more from “James Comey Tweets He Has ‘So Many Answers’ After Release of Mueller Report” HERE)

DHS Releases 12,500 Illegal Aliens Into U.S. In One Week

Over the last week, President Trump’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) released a total of about 12,500 border crossers and illegal aliens into the interior of the United States, federal data confirms.

According to catch and release totals obtained by Breitbart News, DHS has released about 12,500 border crossers and illegal aliens into the U.S. over a nine-day period between April 9 and April 17. At this rate, DHS is releasing more than 1,300 border crossers and illegal aliens every day into the country.

The catch and release process often entails federal immigration officials busing border crossers into nearby border cities and dropping them off with the promise that they will show up for their immigration and asylum hearings, sometimes years later. The overwhelming majority of border crossers and illegal aliens are never deported from the country once they are released into the U.S. . .

Since December 21, 2018, a total of 146,000 border crossers and illegal aliens have been released into the interior of the U.S. At current illegal immigration levels, the country is on pace to admit between one to 1.5 million. Should the Trump administration continue to mass-release border crossers and illegal aliens into the country, there could potentially be nearly 490,000 released by the end of the year. Liberal Reporter Goes Line-By-Line Torpedoing the Media’s Trump-Russia Collusion Myth Peddling

[F]ormer Young Turks reporter Michael Tracey was there to provide brutal analysis on the report. Tracey is a progressive. He does not hide that fact, but he’s also an original Trump-Russia collusion skeptic. Line-by-line Tracey guts every linchpin of this whole myth that was peddled for two years by the Democrat-media complex. . .

The Mueller Report Was Pretty Much Just a Taxpayer-Funded Opposition Research Project

The Robert Mueller investigation is over. The special counsel has submitted his report. Attorney General William Barr released the report. Yes, it’s been redacted because there’s grand jury testimony in there. It was not out of the ordinary. There was no cover-up. The Democrats just lost. The liberal media lost. You all suck. It’s a great day. No collusion. No obstruction. Eat it, Lefties. Eat it! In fact, the report was quite clear that there was zero evidence to suggest that the Kremlin and the Trump campaign colluded during the 2016 election. There was no conspiracy either. On the obstruction charges, they looked into ten incidents and couldn’t come to a conclusion. There’s insufficient evidence.

It may seem like ages ago, but Hillary Clinton’s funding of the Steele Dossier is what really fanned the flames of this whole mess. Yes, Democrats and the Clinton campaign funded ex-MI6 spook Christopher Steele’s opposition research project that was allegedly used to obtain a FISA spy warrant against Carter Page, who was Trump’s former foreign policy adviser. It most certainly was not vetted. Yet, that’s whole other scandal entirely.

This is all part of the same operation: get Trump. With the Mueller investigation, it was a $50 million opposition research project that the Left hoped would prove collusion. Hoped would provide Democrats with the ammunition they needed to provide the groundwork for impeachment. And hope that it would remove Trump from office for the mere sin of beating Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election. So, former FBI director, Mueller, takes over the bureau’s original counterintelligence probe once James Comey was fired and staffed it, partisan Democrats. After 2,800 subpoenas, 500 witness interviews, and 500 search warrants executed, nothing of that nature materialized. Uh, Liberal Media, There’s Something About That ‘Trump Played a Nazi’ Song Story You’re Missing

The liberal media is not taking ‘no collusion’ day well. The report filed by Special Counsel Robert Mueller is finally out. Members of Congress have it. And guess what: no collusion. No obstruction. After two years of investigating, the report confirms what half the country already knew, which is that this whole collusion story was a hoax. It was pure nonsense. There’s no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion. None. Not on the Wikileaks dumps, the meetings with Russians—nothing. There was not enough to bring obstruction charges against Trump either. . .

President Trump held a presser earlier this morning where a particular song was played. Was it a Nazi song? The New York Times’ Maggie Haberman is wondering about it. Truth be told, I like Haberman. She has not gone totally insane on this whole story, though her unfortunate inquiry seemed to show that the liberal media, being incapable to torching the Trump White House over the report, were desperate enough to think a Nazi song would be played. . .Our friends at Twitchy captured the train wreck:

Gas Prices in This State Surging to 5-Year High

California residents are paying much higher prices at the pump compared with the average U.S. resident.

As of Thursday, the average gasoline price in the state was about $4.02, according to AAA, compared with the national average of $2.83.

Those are the highest prices California has seen since 2014. Prices have risen around 68 cents per gallon over the course of a month.

What’s driving prices to multiyear highs? According to Dan McTeague, a senior petroleum analyst at GasBuddy, it’s a supply crunch resulting from refinery upsets in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

“California’s unique gasoline standard means replacements for the shortfall in production aren’t easily found and … explains why drivers there have seen gasoline prices spike nearly 68 cents a gallon in just a month,” McTeague told FOX Business. Trump’s Fiery Written Answers to Mueller’s Questions Revealed

Special Counsel Robert Mueller and President Trump communicated directly at one point during the long-running investigation into Russian election interference, when the president’s legal team submitted written testimony in response to Mueller’s questions on a variety of topics in November 2018 . . .

One of Mueller’s questions referred to a July 2016 campaign rally, when Trump said, “Russia, if you’re listening, I hope you’re able to find the 30,000 emails that are missing.”

That was a reference to the slew of documents deleted from Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server — one that prompted numerous accusations that Trump was improperly sending a signal to Russian hackers. Mueller’s report noted that hours after Trump’s remarks, a Russian-led attempt to access some Clinton-linked email accounts was launched, although there was no evidence Trump or his team directed or coordinated with that effort.

Mueller’s report noted that after Trump’s statement, future National Security Adviser Flynn contacted operatives in hopes of uncovering the documents, and another GOP consultant started a company to look for the emails.

“I made the statement quoted in Question II (d) in jest and sarcastically, as was apparent to any objective observer,” Trump, speaking through his attorneys, shot back. “The context of the statement is evident in the full reading or viewing of the July 27, 2016, press conference, and I refer you to the publicly available transcript and video of that press conference.” (Read more from “Trump’s Written Answers to Mueller’s Questions Revealed” HERE)

Obama Campaign Manager Drops Bombshell on 2020 Bernie Run

Appearing on the Wednesday episode of ABC’s “Powerhouse Politics” podcast, former deputy chief of staff and 2012 campaign manager for President Obama, Jim Messina, stated that he doesn’t believe Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) can beat Trump in 2020.

Messina first noted that Sanders would likely be one of the “final two or three candidates” in the Democratic primaries due in part to his team, which, “over the last four years, in delegate meeting after delegate meeting, and DNC meeting after DNC meeting … got the rules changed in a way that really, really helps [Sanders].” . . .

He then pointed out, however, that “61% of Democrats say the most important issue in the Democratic primary for president is who can beat Donald Trump.” This, according to Messina, is a point of contrast between the politicians and the average Democratic voter, who simply wants to know who can best win the 2020 election. . .

This prompted [the host] Karl to ask: “Can Bernie Sanders beat Donald Trump?”

Messina swiftly replied: “No.” (Read more from “Obama Campaign Manager Drops Bombshell on 2020 Bernie Run” HERE)
