Disney’s Woke ‘Snow White’ Is One of Its Worst Box Office Bombs

The box office results are in for the first weekend of Disney’s “Snow White” remake, and it is one of the company’s worst bombs.

Several controversies have surrounded the live-action remake of one of Disney’s oldest and most beloved fairy-tale films, which was mocked and ridiculed by many on the right.

While the movie cost hundreds of millions to produce, it took in only $43 million domestically in its first weekend.

When compared to box office receipts from other Disney live-action adaptations, “Snow White” is the second-worst movie ever, only behind “Mufasa: The Lion King.” Among the top performers were “The Lion King,” which garnered $191 million, and “Beauty and the Beast” with $176 million.

Globally, the movie garnered $87 million.

Several social media users were posting screenshots of empty theater reservations at the movie to show its lack of popularity.

Pam Bondi Threatens Prosecution Amid DOGE’s Findings About Fraud: ‘We’re Coming After You’

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi issued a stern warning to those engaged in government fraud at the most recent Cabinet meeting on Monday.

Speaking with President Donald Trump present at the meeting, Bondi thanked Tesla CEO Elon Musk for uncovering “fraud, waste and abuse” through the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) initiative.

“A lot of waste and abuse, but there is a tremendous amount of fraud,” Bondi began. “And, Elon, thank you for your partnership. Thank you for your team. You have uncovered so much fraud in our government.”

Bondi then revealed that an internal task force is involved with bringing those accused of fraud to justice.

“We will prosecute you,” the attorney general warned. “We have an internal task force now working with every agency sitting here at this table. And if you’ve committed fraud, we’re coming after you. Thank you, Elon.” (Read more from “Pam Bondi Threatens Prosecution Amid DOGE’s Findings About Fraud: ‘We’re Coming After You’” HERE)

FBI Director Kash Patel Sends Memo Calling CNN Report ‘Entirely False’

FBI Director Kash Patel is strongly refuting a CNN report alleging he is implementing a “major cutback” of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) in a memo to ATF employees, Fox News Digital has learned.

CNN reported Saturday that Patel “has outlined plans to move as many as 1,000 ATF agents to the FBI” and “cutting ATF’s agents by more than a third,” according to three unnamed sources.

“The move represents a major cutback of the ATF, an agency that long has been in the crosshairs of gun rights groups that believe its work infringes on Second Amendment rights,” CNN said. “The ATF has about 2,600 agents and more than 5,000 employees, a number that has remained largely unchanged for years.”

“After publication of this story and resulting pushback including from Republican allies, FBI officials began to back off aspects of their plan, according to a US official familiar with the matter,” the report stated.

Patel, who is currently also serving as acting director of the ATF, issued a memo to ATF staff denying the CNN report. (Read more from “FBI Director Kash Patel Sends Memo Calling CNN Report ‘Entirely False’” HERE)

Trump Demands ‘Full-Throated Apology’ From Maine Gov on Trans Sports Flap

President Trump on Saturday demanded a “full-throated” apology from Maine Gov. Janet Mills (D) before his administration can settle its dispute with the state for defying his executive order banning transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports.

The University of Maine System (UMS) backed down earlier this week and promised to follow the executive order on transgender competition, but Trump suggested the dispute over federal funding won’t be resolved until Mills’ mea culpa.

“While the State of Maine has apologized for their Governor’s strong, but totally incorrect, statement about men playing in women’s sports while at the White House House Governor’s Conference, we have not heard from the Governor herself, and she is the one that matters,” Trump wrote on Truth Social.

“We need a full throated apology from the Governor herself, and a statement that she will never make such an unlawful challenge to the Federal Government again, before this case can be settled.”

On Feb. 5, Trump signed an executive order that effectively banned transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports or else get cut off from federal funds. But top athletic associations in The Pine Tree State quickly resisted Trump’s order. (Read more from “Trump Demands ‘Full-Throated Apology’ From Maine Gov on Trans Sports Flap” HERE)

Wife of Activist Trump Wants to Deport Just Tried to Blow Up the Whole Case Against Him

Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University anti-Israel activist whom the Trump administration has targeted for deportation, has become a darling of the left, as people who hate America so often do. The New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) claimed Friday that Khalil’s arrest “has created a speech-chilling atmosphere of fear,” and charges that “the Trump administration’s actions represent a dangerous escalation of the president’s attempts to choke off the free speech rights of people on American soil.” And on Sunday, Khalil’s wife attempted to blow up the entire case against him, asserting that it was “ridiculous” and “disgusting” to say that Khalil supports Hamas.

This is all-important, because if Khalil is found to be a Hamas supporter, the case against him would be nearly open-and-shut. U.S. Code § 1182 states that “any alien” who is “a representative” of “a political, social, or other group that endorses or espouses terrorist activity” is “inadmissible.” U.S. Code § 1227 adds that such an alien “is deportable.” The Associated Press described Khalil two weeks ago as one of the “student leaders of Columbia University Apartheid Divest” (CUAD). The Washington Post reported last Tuesday that “No one disputes that Khalil was the face of Columbia University Apartheid Divest.”

Khalil was CUAD’s chief negotiator with Columbia administrators. Politico explained: “Khalil was a lead negotiator representing the student protesters to the Columbia administration during the school’s ‘Gaza Solidarity Encampment’ last spring. The student group behind the encampment — Columbia University Apartheid Divest, or CUAD — had two main demands: that Columbia cut all its ties to Israel, including divesting and halting plans to build a ‘global center’ in Tel Aviv, and that the protesters themselves receive amnesty for their actions.”

However, apparently aware of how damaging that fact is to his case, Khalil himself disputes this. The BBC framed Khalil’s connection to CUAD as if it were merely something his opponents claimed: “Activists supporting Israel have accused Mr Khalil of being a leader of Columbia University Apartheid Divest (Cuad), a student group that demanded, among other things, the university to divest from its financial ties to Israel and a ceasefire in Gaza. Mr Khalil has denied that he led the group, telling the Associated Press (AP) that he only served as a spokesperson for protesters and as a mediator with the university.”

It’s easy to see why Khalil would want to distance himself from CUAD. In August 2024, it posted this on Instagram, then removed it once it started getting appalled notice from saner quarters: “We are Westerners fighting for the total eradication of Western civilization.” During the anti-Israel protests at Columbia, the demonstrators screamed “Death to America.” (Read more from “Wife of Activist Trump Wants to Deport Just Tried to Blow Up the Whole Case Against Him” HERE)

Obama-Appointed Judge Rips Trump Administration Over Tren de Aragua Deportations: ‘Nazis Got Better Treatment’

Sparks flew during a closely-watched federal appeals court hearing Monday afternoon — with a Barack Obama-appointed judge tearing into the Trump administration’s plans to mass-deport alleged members of the Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua.

Judge Patricia Millett, a member of the bench since 2013, dominated much of the questioning — holding her hand quizzically against her chin as she grilled a Justice Department lawyer over due process concerns for the 260 purported illegal migrants shipped to a notorious El Salvador prison earlier this month under the 1798 Alien Enemies Act.

“There were planeloads of people. There were no procedures in place to notify people,” Millett exclaimed at one point. “Nazis got better treatment under the Alien Enemies Act [during World War II] than has happened here.”

“There’s no regulations, and nothing was adopted by the agency officials that were administering this. The people weren’t given notice,” she added. “They weren’t told where they were going. They were given [to] those people on those planes on that Saturday and had no opportunity to file [for] habeas [corpus].”

The Trump administration had asked the appeals court to intervene and stay DC US District Judge James Boasberg’s ruling that imposed a 14-day restraining order against the president’s use of the 18th-century law to fly migrants suspected of ties to Tren de Aragua to central America. Trump Yanks Secret Service Protection for Ex-DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas

President Trump yanked Secret Service protection for ex-Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, the federal agency confirmed Monday evening.

Mayorkas, who was the face of the previous White House’s lenient stance on illegal immigration, initially had his taxpayer-provided security detail extended for six months by then-President Biden before it was cut short by Trump this week.

The Secret Service would have been with Mayorkas through mid-July if it wasn’t scrapped.

“Per executive memorandum of the President, the protective detail for former Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has been discontinued,” a Secret Service spokesperson told The Post.

“To ensure the integrity of our operations, we cannot comment on the specifics of our protective means and methods”

Mayorkas is the latest Biden-era figure to lose security after the ex-president’s two adult children, Hunter and Ashley Biden, lost their details last week. (Read more from “Trump Yanks Secret Service Protection for Ex-DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas” HERE)

An Anti-Trump FBI Agent Was Just Arrested at JFK Before He Could Flee the Country

. . .It never fails—whatever these left-wing loons accuse Trump of, they end up doing themselves. And here’s a perfect example of that: Johnathan Buma, a weaponized FBI agent who was a tried and true member of the Russia Hoax fan club, accused the Trump administration of “political bias” and floated the idea that Rudy Giuliani was compromised by Russian agents. Classic projection.

But now, after all is said and done, Buma’s the one in handcuffs.

According to officials, this disgraced agent is accused of illegally leaking confidential information, all in an effort to write his big tell-all book. He even posted excerpts online, including sensitive info about FBI investigations into foreign weapons of mass destruction programs.

And just when things were heating up, Buma tried to get out of Dodge by fleeing the US. That plan didn’t work out too well—he was arrested at JFK Airport before he could skip out.

Glenn Beck shared the details in a post on X:

Nevada Investigating More Than 300 Potential Voter Fraud Cases

Nevada is investigating 303 voters who possibly attempted to “double vote” during Nevada’s 2024 general election, according to a new report from the state’s secretary of state office.

According to the Nevada secretary of state’s fourth quarterly report on election violation investigations and complaints, 303 persons attempted to “double vote,” which is a felony in Nevada. “Voters attempting to vote twice are caught before the second vote is counted,” the report states. Of the 303 instances, five cases were closed while 298 remain “open.”

During the June primary there were 68 “double vote” investigations, with nine cases referred for investigation, three cases closed, eight referred for prosecution and 48 that were closed with “no recommendation for criminal charges,” according to the report.

According to the secretary’s office, double voting can occur, for example, if a “father and son with the same name who live in the same household both receive a ballot” and “the son votes in-person” while the father “mistakenly fills out his son’s ballot and mails it to his County Clerk or Registrar’s Office.” A clerk would then alert the secretary of state’s office to the possible double vote and an investigation would occur. Other cases, however, can be malicious in intent. For example, Craig Frank of Las Vegas was previously sentenced after pleading to “voting more than once at the same election” for voting twice in the 2016 general election.

“Ensuring the security of Nevada’s elections is one of the most serious responsibilities my office has, and we work tirelessly to maintain the high standards our voters deserve,” Secretary of State Francisco Aguilar said in a statement. “I’m proud of the investments the Secretary of State’s Office has made into protecting every level of the voting process, and steps we’ve taken to ensure Nevada’s voters can continue to be confident in the integrity of our elections.” (Read more from “Nevada Investigating More Than 300 Potential Voter Fraud Cases” HERE)

UnitedHealthcare ‘Pushing’ Boundaries of Medicare Fraud, Republican Says

A Republican lawmaker has gone after UnitedHealthcare over its Medicare plan, calling the insurance company the “worst offender” in the industry.

North Carolina Republican Representative Greg Murphy on Fox Business on Monday discussed Republicans’ efforts to reduce Medicare and Medicaid fraud, saying that UnitedHealthcare was “pushing” the boundaries of Medicare fraud. Newsweek spoke with experts about Murphy’s comments.

More than 32 million Americans were covered by Medicare Advantage plans last year, accounting for roughly half of the Medicare-eligible population.

UnitedHealthcare has received backlash in the months following the murder of CEO Brian Thompson in New York City. Since then, there’s been an outpouring of anger towards the insurance industry based on claim denials.

House Republicans have also proposed a budget that would cut spending by $880 billion in the Energy and Commerce Committee, which oversees Medicare and Medicaid. (Read more from “UnitedHealthcare ‘Pushing’ Boundaries of Medicare Fraud, Republican Says” HERE)
