‘Yacht Killer’ Inmate Got Taxpayer-Funded Sex-Change With Kamala Harris’ Blessing: Report

A transgender [“woman”] convicted of killing a couple to try to get money for [his] sex change ended up having the procedure covered by California taxpayers — thanks to radical policies backed by VP Kamala Harris.

The notorious so-called “Yacht Killer” — who was born John Jacobson Jr. and now goes by Skylar Deleon — is currently serving life without parole after initially being sentenced to death for the slaying of Thomas Hawks, 57, and his wife Jackie, 47, in 2004.

Deleon, 45, duped the couple into letting them and several associates board their 55-foot yacht and take them out on it after feigning interest in purchasing the vessel.

While out at sea somewhere between Newport Harbor and Santa Catalina, Deleon used a stun gun to incapacitate the couple and forced them to give up their bank-account information and sign over the boat’s title — before tying them to the anchor and tossing it overboard.

Last year, nearly two decades after the murders, the killer finally got a sex-change operation — courtesy of California taxpayers. [He] is now waiting to be transferred to a women’s prison. JD Vance Has an Even Stronger Case for a Rigged 2020 Election in the Number of Illegal Ballots

The legacy media continues to push Sen. J.D. Vance to say Donald Trump lost the 2020 election, with Martha Raddatz on Sunday’s “This Week” being the latest in a string of interviewers pressing the vice-presidential candidate on that question. While Vance responded as before, that “of course Donald Trump and I believe there were problems in 2020,” the full exchange revealed that the fundamental flaw is in the question — not Vance’s answer.

For a full two minutes during yesterday’s interview, Raddatz demanded Vance say Trump lost the 2020 election. “Why won’t you say that?” she asked, to which Vance replied: “Because, Martha, I believe that in 2020, when Big Tech were censoring American citizens, that created very serious problems.”

“I don’t understand why you won’t just say that you believe it?” Raddatz retorted. “Did Donald Trump lose? That’s the question, and you know that’s the question.”

It was here that an exasperated Vance made his point clear: “Martha, I’ve said repeatedly I think the 2020 election had problems, you want to say ‘rigged,’ you want to say, ‘he won,’ use whatever vocabulary term you want.” What happened, Vance stressed, was the “censoring of fellow citizens in a way that ‘violated our fundamental rights,’” and that was a bigger problem, Vance explained, than what words he used to frame the issue.

This exchange proves key to understanding why Vance refuses to say, “Donald Trump lost the 2020 election,” and why the liberal press continues to demand an answer to that question. Biden-Harris DOJ Sues to Stop Virginia From Taking Noncitizens off the Voter Rolls

The Biden-Harris Justice Department filed a lawsuit on Friday alleging that Virginia’s removal of noncitizens and other ineligible registrants from its voter rolls is illegal.

“The right to vote is the cornerstone of our democracy and the Justice Department will continue to ensure that the rights of qualified voters are protected,” Kristen Clarke, the hyper-partisan head of the agency’s Civil Rights Division, contended in a melodramatic statement.

The suit comes in response to efforts by Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin and the Virginia Department of Elections (ELECT) to ensure only eligible U.S. citizens are on the state’s voter registration lists.

In an August executive order directing commonwealth agencies to undertake election security efforts ahead of the November election, Youngkin revealed that ELECT had removed 6,303 noncitizens from Virginia’s voter rolls from January 2022 to July 2024. The directive also included instructions for ensuring accuracy within the state voter rolls.

In its lawsuit, the DOJ — which has regularly been weaponized to target Republican-led election integrity efforts since Joe Biden became president — alleged that the state’s removal of foreign nationals from its voter registration lists violated the “Quiet Period Provision” of the 1993 National Voter Registration Act. That law requires states to complete “not later than 90 days prior to the date of a primary or general election for Federal office, any program the purpose of which is to systematically remove the names of ineligible voters from the official lists of eligible voters.” (Read more from “Biden-Harris DOJ Sues to Stop Virginia From Taking Noncitizens off the Voter Rolls” HERE)

Report: Tensions Rise Between Biden Staff and Harris Campaign; Biden Allegedly Sabotaging Kamala Harris’ Presidential Campaign

By Breitbart. Tensions are rising between President Joe Biden’s administration and Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign, with Biden’s senior staffers being labeled as too “in their feelings” to fully support Harris after he was pushed out of the race, inside sources revealed to Axios.

Biden and Harris have struggled to remain on the same page since she announced that she would be taking his place at the top of the Democrat ticket in July, with Biden holding an impromptu press conference just as Harris was about to hold an event in Michigan on Friday, “ensuring” that she would get less live coverage.

Prior to that, Harris slammed Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) for declining her call about Hurricane Milton — which he denied receiving — just before Biden undercut her by praising DeSantis for being “gracious” and “cooperative,” Axios reported.

An inside source told the outlet that Biden had not been briefed on Harris’s jabs at the Republican governor when he made those comments.

On top of those public fumbles between the current administration and the campaign, a close Harris ally told the publication that senior Biden aides are not fully on board with supporting the new presidential ticket after feeling slighted. Biden Sabotaging Kamala Harris’ Presidential Campaign After Being Forced to Drop Re-Election Bid, Pundits Say

By New York Post. . .President Biden is so bitter about being forced to drop his re-election bid by top members of his own party that he’s deliberately sabotaging Kamala Harris’ campaign, according to a growing chorus of political pundits

Since being pressured out of the race in July over fears about declining cognitive abilities, Biden has done little for Harris beyond endorsing her, and has largely been a no-show at his vice president’s campaign events.

He’s also pulled the spotlight from his intended successor on numerous occasions, including delivering his own comments last week on how the White House is responding to Hurricane Helene — even after Harris cancelled a Las Vegas campaign event and hurried back to DC to be briefed on the storm’s impact.

The lame-duck leader has also served up a plethora of cringe-worthy actions that have left Donald Trump-loving conservatives salivating. They include sporting a “Trump 2024” cap during a 9/11 anniversary event last month, and praising Republican Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis Tuesday for how he’s prepped the Sunshine State to handle Hurricane Milton — one day after Harris complained that DeSantis didn’t take her call.

Meanwhile, there’s been growing tension in recent months between Biden’s advisors and Harris’ over her dueling interest of remaining loyal to the unpopular president while also promoting herself on the campaign trail as representing change, according to multiple reports. Biden-Harris Admin Paves Way for Bureaucrats to Take Gender-Confused Kids From ‘Non-Affirming’ Parents

“Transphobia is child abuse,” Alex Roque, who runs the Ali Forney Center for homeless LGBTQ youth in New York City, asserted on a U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) webinar last fall.

In less than three minutes, he cast a vision for completely transforming child protective systems nationwide. Family rejection of a child’s gender identity cannot be dismissed as a personal view, he argued. Non-affirmation must be treated as abuse. “If they were denying them food or denying them access to school or denying other things, there would be headlines,” Roque continued. “There would be prosecution.”

Among gender activists the Biden-Harris administration has enlisted to shape its policies, Roque’s definition of abuse is not fringe, and his vision for reshaping the system is not hypothetical.

While crafting its foster care rule finalized in April, HHS officials took inspiration from social workers in Cuyahoga County, Ohio, who spent years pioneering a program that strong-arms parents into affirming whatever confused beliefs children express about their gender. Parents who decline risk losing a voice in their child’s life.

The program developed in Cuyahoga County using federal grant funds provided the HHS’ Administration for Children and Families (ACF) with an ideal model for infusing gender ideology into foster care and social services, the Daily Caller News Foundation discovered in reviewing hundreds of documents and emails obtained via public record requests. Fani Willis Moves to Restrain Former Special Prosecutor’s Testimony Before Congress

Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis is attempting to restrict what her former special prosecutor, Nathan Wade, can tell congressional investigators in Washington this week about the Georgia 2020 election interference case against former President Donald Trump and his allies.

On Monday, the GOP-led House Judiciary Committee released an October 11 letter from Willis stating her office told Wade, who left the RICO case earlier this year after a romance between him and the DA was revealed, about certain restrictions it wanted to place on his closed-door testimony.

Willis wrote that Wade has been informed her office was asserting “all legal protections and privileges related to information that he possesses about ongoing criminal prosecutions” and he was “instructed not to answer any questions that seek to solicit information about his role or underlying evidence” in the 2020 case.

To Chairman Jim Jordan (R-OH), Willis said, “I am concerned that your demand for Mr. Wade’s testimony would force him to improperly divulge confidential information that is protected” by the DA’s office. She also raised concerns about Wade being pressed to violate State Bar of Georgia rules governing the conduct of attorneys.

Kamala Harris Appears to Propose New Race-Based Payments

Vice President Kamala Harris unveiled a new proposal Monday all but promising to distribute forgivable small business loans on the basis of race as she struggles to gain the support of black men.

The Harris campaign rolled out its “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men,” which proposes to give one million $20,000 loans to black entrepreneurs and “others who have historically faced barriers to starting a new business or growing an existing business.” The policy is aligned with the Biden administration’s broad effort to prioritize or otherwise incorporate race into several major government programs and initiatives, such as its payments to black American farmers who faced discrimination before 2021 and its Justice40 agenda stipulating that 40% of the benefits of certain environmental spending and programs flow to “disadvantaged communities.”

“Drawing on insights from her experience throughout her career and her Economic Opportunity Tour, today Vice President Harris is laying out an Opportunity Agenda for Black Men to provide them with the tools to achieve financial freedom, lower costs to better provide for themselves and their families, and protect their rights,” the Harris campaign wrote in its new plan. “This pathbreaking agenda includes: Providing 1 million loans that are fully forgivable to Black entrepreneurs and others to start a business.”

Specifically, the Small Business Administration would team up with “trusted partners on the ground” to distribute the business loans to recipients under Harris’ new proposal. The forgivable loans are designed to boost “entrepreneurs who have a good idea but don’t have the resources, connections, or access to capital to get their business off the ground, as well as entrepreneurs locating in underserved communities.”

The forgivable small business loans are just one part of the new “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men.” Other proposals include enhancing job training programs for black men, launching health initiatives focused on conditions like cell disease that disproportionately affect black men and legalizing recreational marijuana and helping black Americans capitalize on that industry. Kamala Plagiarism Claim Hits Harder After Walz Made Vance Book an Issue

Sen. JD Vance (R-OH) seemed to relish the plagiarism allegations against Vice President Kamala Harris on Monday — as well he might, given that Harris’s running mate attacked Vance for what he wrote in his memoir, Hillbilly Elegy.

“Hi, I’m JD Vance. I wrote my own book, unlike Kamala Harris, who copied hers from Wikipedia,” he posted on X.

Vance linked to a report by conservative journalist Christopher Rufo in which Harris is shown to have lifted several passages in her 2009 book Smart on Crime from sources without attribution, including Wikipedia. The New York Times admitted that Harris had, indeed, copied the passages, but claimed that the plagiarism was “not serious.”

The issue of authorship is certainly serious enough to have caused the Harris campaign to launch misleading attacks on Vance for the content of his memoir, which is a bestseller and has even been made into a Hollywood movie.

“Now look, [Vance] wrote a memoir at the ripe old age of 31, and he claimed to be an expert on Middle America, all the while trashing and denigrating the very community he was raised in,” Walz said in Nebraska in August, using an attack line that had become part of his stump speech. But Walz did not “denigrate” his community: his memoir is a deeply personal story about overcoming challenges and family instability. New Migrant Caravan Headed North Trying to Beat the Possible Arrival of a Trump Administration

A new migrant caravan of approximately 1,000 migrants departed from Mexico’s southern border this weekend to make its way to Mexico City. From there, the group is expected to disperse and find various ways to reach the U.S. border. The caravan is the second to start in Mexico since October 1, when the country’s new president, Claudia Sheinbaum, took office.

The caravan began early Sunday morning in Tapachula, Chiapas, and has been officially named “God is Guiding Us.” The caravan comprises approximately 1,000 migrants from Venezuela, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú, Haiti, Panamá, and Costa Rica, as well as some migrants from Afghanistan and Nepal. The group plans to make its way to Mexico City, with its ultimate goal being the U.S. border.

The migrants who make up the caravan have received legal status in Mexico and were in the process of waiting in Chiapas for an appointment for the Biden-Harris administration’s CBP One application. However, the group’s organizers got tired of the long wait times.

According to Jonathan Rojas, the group fears the rhetoric former U.S. President Donald J. Trump voiced that he would close the current immigration pathway. Rojas claimed that he was traveling due to economic reasons due to a lack of opportunities in his native Colombia.

“There is real concern that if he (Trump) gets elected, they will close the border,” Rojas said. “We can’t keep waiting for them to give us an appointment. Conditions here in Chiapas are not healthy, there are too many of us and not enough supplies and space. They (the Mexican government) need to help us.” (Read more from “New Migrant Caravan Headed North Trying to Beat the Possible Arrival of a Trump Administration” HERE)

Archaeologists Uncover One of the World’s Oldest Christian Churches

By New York Post. Archaeologists recently uncovered what they believe to be one of the oldest Christian churches in the world. . .

The remains of the ancient Christian building were found at the Artaxata site in the Ararat Plain [in Armenia].

“The find consists of an octagonal building with cruciform extensions,” the University of Münster explained. . .

The find is fitting in Armenia, which the University of Münster says was the first Christian state ever established. (Read more from “Archaeologists uncover one of the world’s oldest Christian churches” HERE)

Press Release from University of Munster

Archaeologists from the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and the University of Münster have discovered the remains of a previously unknown early Christian church in the ancient city of Artaxata. The find consists of an octagonal building with cruciform extensions. The team excavated parts of the church and studied it using geophysical methods. “The 4th century building is the oldest archaeologically documented church in the country – sensational evidence for early Christianity in Armenia,” remarked Professor Achim Lichtenberger of the University of Münster. “Octagonal churches were unknown here until now, but we are very familiar with them from the Eastern Mediterranean region, where they first appeared in the 4th century AD,” added Dr Mkrtich H. Zardaryan of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.

Typologically, the find corresponds to early Christian memorial buildings. In the cross-shaped extensions, the researchers discovered the remains of wooden platforms, which were radiocarbon dated to the mid-4th century AD. The octagonal building, around 30 metres in diameter, had a simple mortar floor and terracotta tiles. Finds of marble indicate that it was lavishly decorated with this material imported from the Mediterranean. The German-Armenian team has been in Armenia since September. They will continue their excavations and hope to make new discoveries, including the question of to whom the church was dedicated.

Background:

According to legend, Gregory the Illuminator converted the Armenian king Tiridates III to Christianity in Artaxata in 301 AD, making Armenia the first Christian state in the world. The medieval monastery of Khor Virap, just a stone’s throw from the now-discovered church, is a reminder of this tradition. Artaxata served as the capital of the Kingdom of Armenia, ruled by the Artaxiad and Arsacid dynasties. The city developed into an important metropolis in the Hellenistic period and was the capital of the Kingdom of Armenia for almost six centuries.

The Armenian-German research team has been exploring the Hellenistic metropolis of Artaxata in the Ararat Plain since 2018. The excavation project on the settlement archaeology of the ancient city is funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia.
