Border Numbers Show Crisis ‘Is Never Going to End’ With Biden in Office

More than 170,000 illegal aliens were encountered after unlawfully crossing the U.S.-Mexico border in May according to the latest numbers released by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Nationwide, border agents encountered more than 241,000 illegal aliens last month.

The Biden administration will seek to take an undeserved victory lap on May’s number by noting it is lower than the all-time records set earlier in the president’s term — but they’re still evidence of the unmitigated disaster created and allowed to continue by Biden.

In a statement, House Homeland Security Committee Chairman Mark Green (R-TN) said “May’s numbers show that President Biden and impeached Secretary Mayorkas’ border crisis is never going to end as long as they are in charge. Border Patrol apprehensions at the Southwest border were roughly four times what Obama-era DHS Secretary Jeh Johnson said ‘overwhelms the system,'” Green noted.

While many eyes are, rightfully, on the crisis at the southern border, Green emphasized that illegal alien encounters in May set a new record for the month with 18,664 — only around 1,000 fewer than the all-time northern border encounter record set last August.

“Encounters at official ports of entry also remain at historic levels, because Biden and Mayorkas have implemented unlawful policies like the CBP One and CHNV mass-parole schemes,” added Green, explaining how the Biden administration uses such schemes in its attempts to obfuscate the dire consequences of open-border policies. Yet despite the potential legal ramifications, Myers insists the FBI ran an operation involving hundreds of undercover informants on Jan. 6 to entrap and incriminate Trump supporters.

He would know. He was recruited for the assignment. . .

The public should know, Myers told WND in an exclusive interview, that confidential human sources were laced all throughout the Jan. 6 crowd and that they are considered above the law while on the job.

“I’m going to try and word this in a way without compromising the FBI’s contractual obligations. When we, as human assets, are signed into the program for the FBI, we typically must sign paperwork that says what we can and cannot do. Specifically, when it comes to being part of these rallies, or any sort of lawbreaking, we get a temporary designation by the District Attorney’s Office in the Department of Justice,” he said. “These designations are called ‘tier one,’ ‘tier two’ or ‘tier three,’ and it is essentially a ‘get out of jail free’ pass for a certain amount of time. CBS Teases ‘Surprises’ From Joe Biden for the Debate

We’re about a week from the first presidential debate on June 27. My colleague Bob Hoge wrote about the variations in how the candidates were preparing, with Joe Biden going into hiding at Camp David to do deep preparation with his advisors, while former President Donald Trump is continuing to campaign while doing some consultation with advisors.

The problem is there’s only so much they’re going to be able to do with Biden. But however badly he does, we need to understand that he’s going to be at the best they can get him, and even if that’s bad, the media is still going to act like he’s the Second Coming. At this point, the expectations are so low for Joe and the mainstream media is ready to hype him, if he just shows up, they will praise him to the skies.

But CBS had a report that got a lot of attention because of what they said at the end of it.

First, you know what to think of the report when Weijia Jiang says that Biden answers questions from reporters all the time, although the media would like him to answer more. If she means he ducks them most of the time, then yeah, she’s right.

She mentioned how he was prepping with his closest advisors. But these are the same guys who have advised him forever. Translation: These are the same guys who have been producing the mess that is Joe Biden that we’ve already seen every day. Will they be able to get him in any kind of shape for the debate? Biden’s ‘Amnesty’ Plan Could Turn 500,000 Illegal Aliens Into Future Voters

President Joe Biden announced an executive order (EO) Tuesday that awards amnesty to illegal immigrants married to U.S. citizens. And while he dubbed his overreach as keeping “families together,” it is nothing more than another step in Democrats’ plan to expand their future electorate.

The EO makes it easier for illegal immigrants who married U.S. citizens — and their children — to apply for lawful permanent residence status without leaving the country, and after that, U.S. citizenship. An approximate 500,000 illegal immigrants who married a U.S. citizen will benefit from this order along with 50,000 children, according to the White House.

Without providing any explanation as to how, Biden claims this will “strengthen” the U.S. economy. Notably, recent data from the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) shows foreign-born workers gained 637,000 jobs year-over-year while native-born workers lost roughly 299,000. The BLS acknowledges foreign-born workers likely include illegal immigrants. As economist E.J. Antoni recently explained to The Federalist, the drain illegal migrants place on the economy offsets their production value. . .

By federal law, “Non-citizens, including permanent legal residents,” are not allowed to “vote in federal, state, and most local elections,” according to USA.gov. But lawful permanent residents are “eligible to become a U.S. citizen after five years of becoming a lawful permanent resident, or three years if you are married to a U.S. citizen,” according to U.S. Customs and Border Protection.

Unless there are specific carveouts in Biden’s executive order prohibiting individuals who came into this country illegally before receiving amnesty from registering to vote, then Biden just gifted Democrats with hundreds of thousands of potential future voters. Trump’s Legal Team Pushes to Have Judge Arthur Engoron Thrown Off Civil Trial After New Development

Former President Donald Trump’s legal team filed documents in court on Thursday seeking to have Judge Arthur Engoron thrown off the civil fraud case against Trump in New York after they discovered that he allegedly engaged in “prohibited communications” with an outside party about the case.

Trump’s lawyers are trying to get Engoron tossed off the case as they appeal his highly controversial ruling that Trump was guilty and needed to pay nearly half a billion dollars to the state.

In the court documents, Trump’s lawyers cited an interview that real estate lawyer Adam Bailey gave with a local NBC News affiliate in New York in which he claimed that he spoke to Engoron during the trial at the courthouse where it was taking place.

“I actually had the ability to speak to him three weeks ago,” Bailey said during the interview back in February, according to documents filed by Trump’s lawyers. “I saw him in the corner [at the courthouse] and I told my client, ‘I need to go.’ And I walked over and we started talking … I wanted him to know what I think and why…I really want him to get it right.” (Read more from “Trump’s Legal Team Pushes to Have Judge Arthur Engoron Thrown Off Civil Trial After New Development” HERE)

Today’s String of Supreme Court Decisions Blew Up Another Liberal Narrative (Again)

The Supreme Court has not yet decided on the presidential immunity case involving former President Donald Trump, which could wreck the pending trials from Special Counsel Jack Smith on January 6 and classified document indictments. At the same time, the string of decisions today did unravel another trite liberal talking regarding our third branch of government: it’s a rogue, right-wing machine that’s out to destroy America.

The three decisions today obliterated that narrative. There were no 5-4 decisions, and some concurring and dissenting opinions were—wait for it—made up of diverse company. Law professor Jonathan Turley had a lengthy Twitter thread about today’s rulings:

..We have the first case. It is Moore!

…Another shattering of the narrative of a hopelessly ideologically divided court. 7-2 decision. This is the tax case that I thought we might get today. It addresses the scope of the taxation powers.

…Court rules that taxpayers who own shares in foreign corporations can be constitutionally required to pay a one-time tax on their share of the corporation’s earnings…In his dissent, Thomas notes that the Court avoided the “wealth tax” issue with a biting couple lines: “Even as the majority admits to reasoning from fiscal consequences, it apparently believes that a generous application of dicta will guard against unconstitutional taxes in the future. The majority’s analysis begins with a list of nonexistent taxes that the Court does not today bless, including a wealth tax.”…

..We have the second opinion. It is CHIAVERINI ET AL. v. CITY OF NAPOLEON, OHIO, ET, a Fourth Amendment malicious prosecution case.

…This is a Justice Kagan decision that holds “the presence of probable cause for one charge in a criminal proceeding does not categorically defeat a Fourth Amendment malicious prosecution claim relating to another, baseless charge.”…

…Once again, the critics of the Supreme Court will be disappointed with the diverse majority of Roberts, Sotomayor, Kavanaugh, and Barrett joining Kagan in the 6-3 decision…

…We have the third decision. It is Diaz v. US and authored by Thomas. Justice Gorsuch joins Sotomayor and Kagan in dissent.

The court holds that an expert testifying about how ‘most people” have a particular mental state is not an opinion about the defendant and therefore does not violate federal evidentiary rules.

Captured: Transgender Suspect Who Allegedly Gunned Down Parents in Utah

A transgender suspect who allegedly shot and killed his parents in Washington, Utah, Tuesday was captured Wednesday and has been charged with numerous felonies.

ABC 4 noted that the shooting suspect, originally named Collin Troy Bailey, now goes by Mia Bailey, and is “a transgender male transitioning to female.” . . .

While Bailey was still on the loose, Washington Police Department’s Lt. Kory Klotz warned that Bailey’s looks could change quickly, indicating that “wears wigs and is known to change hairstyles frequently.”

Biden’s Public Decline Tests Limits Of White House Spin Operation

White House communications officials have been forced to spend more and more time doing damage control as election season heats up due to President Biden’s increasing frequency of senior moments.

In the month of June, several clips, interviews and stories about the president have garnered attention for highlighting the 81-year-old’s fitness and gaffes. The White House has rushed to spin each of the incidents, most recently calling the clipped videos of the president freezing and wandering off “cheap-fakes” and a product of right-wing hucksters. . .

While the videos are the most recent example of the White House’s attempt to spin concerns about Biden’s fitness, other attempts came in the weeks prior over a Wall Street Journal article and an interview with Time Magazine.

The recent videos were clipped by various twitter accounts and media outlets as they streamed live, but the White House claimed the clips were distorted, cropped or taken out of context to misrepresent the president’s actions.

“It was a cheap — you know, a cheap fake. That was definitely a cheap fake. It was. This was widely fact-checked. That video was widely fact-checked, including by conservative media, on — on what had — what happened that — what occurred,” White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said about the clip of the president at the G7, which the New York Post twitter account cropped, as it appears they usually do. In a surprising twist for the traditionally blue state of New York, former President Donald Trump has surged ahead of President Joe Biden among independent voters by double digits, according to the latest Siena College survey. This development underscores a shifting political landscape as the 2024 election approaches.

The Siena College survey, conducted from June 12-17, 2024, among 805 registered voters, reveals Biden struggling with a net negative approval rating. Only 42 percent of New Yorkers favor Biden, while a majority of 53 percent view him unfavorably, yielding a net negative rating of -11 percent. This marks a notable decline from May, when Biden’s net unfavorable rating was -5 percent, with 45 percent viewing him favorably against 50 percent unfavorably.

“His job approval rating fell to 45-53%, down slightly from 46-51% last month,” the Siena College report stated. Former President Trump’s favorability rating also took a hit, dropping to 37-59% from 39-56% in May.

Despite Biden leading Trump overall in New York by eight percentage points (47 percent to Trump’s 39 percent), this margin has been shrinking steadily over recent months. In May, Biden led by nine points, and in April, by ten points.

However, the most striking revelation from the survey is Trump’s substantial lead among independents. Trump holds a 17-point advantage over Biden among this crucial voter group, with 45 percent of independents supporting Trump compared to 28 percent backing Biden.

Siena College pollster Steven Greenberg noted the significance of these findings: “While Biden maintains the support of three-quarters of Democrats, Trump has support from 85% of Republicans and leads Biden 45-28 percent with independents.”

The poll also highlights a pronounced gender gap, with men favoring Trump 46-42 percent and women supporting Biden 51-33 percent. White voters are evenly split, while Biden holds a commanding lead among non-white voters. Despite this, Trump has made notable inroads, garnering support from 29 percent of Black voters and 26 percent of Latino voters.

This poll follows Trump’s recent high-profile rallies, including one in neighboring New Jersey that drew over 100,000 attendees, and another historic event in the Bronx. At the Bronx rally, enthusiastic chants of “We love Trump!” and “Four more years!” resonated, signaling potential trouble for Democrats in the upcoming election.

Kamala Harris Faces Backlash For Promoting Disgusting Queer Eye’s Cast at White House

President Joe Biden promised to “restore honor and decency to the White House,” yet his administration never misses an opportunity to promote decadent behavior.

On Tuesday, Vice President Kamala Harris posted a video on X featuring the cast of Queer Eye, including Emmy Award-winning television personality Jonathan Van Ness, who likes to walk around in women’s gowns while sporting a full beard.

“Thank you for a meaningful conversation, for giving my office your stamp of approval, and for being fabulous,” the vice president said while sharing a clip of the cast visiting her in the White House.

It’s almost as if the Biden regime is openly punking the American people, as they continue to shove their troubling values down our throats at every opportunity.

The visit comes as the transgender activist who flashed his surgically implanted fake boobs on the White House lawn is being accused of sexually assaulting multiple victims. The man calls himself Rose Montoya, and he made headlines last year by exposing himself at a Pride event after taking a photo with President Biden.
