Biden’s Problem-Laden Parole System Has Drawn Over A Million Migrants To U.S., Data Reveals

President Joe Biden’s expanded parole system has drawn over a million migrants alone to the U.S. since January 2023, federal data shows. Yet a major flaw has already been found within the administration’s parole pathway — an inability to track parolees’ status once they enter the U.S.

Roughly 460,000 migrants arrived in the U.S. on commercial flights after the Biden administration granted them parole, while another 630,000 sought parolee status at ports of entry through the CBP One mobile app, according to new Customs and Border Protection (CBP) data. Since 2021, Biden’s administration has granted parole for tens of thousands of Afghans despite there not being any system in place to actually track the migrants once they make it to America, the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) found in May.

The OIG report raises significant questions, including whether the administration keeps track of all those who have recently been granted parole into the U.S.

On Jan. 5 2023, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announced a new parole process for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans and Venezuelans who have a “supporter” in the United States, also known as the CHNV Parole Process. Under this parole process, migrants are vetted and authorized to purchase airline tickets where they can enter the country and be granted parole. Trump and Biden Face Off in First U.S. Presidential Debate of 2024

This week, the political arena heats up as President Joe Biden and former President Donald Trump engage in their first presidential debate for the 2024 election. This highly anticipated event could prove to be a pivotal moment in the race, with millions of potential voters tuning in.

The debate marks the beginning of what promises to be a contentious and intense campaign season. The United States remains deeply polarized, still reeling from the chaos and violence surrounding the 2020 election. With only two debates scheduled this cycle, Thursday’s clash takes on added significance. National polls indicate a tight race, and both candidates have escalated their personal attacks in preparation.

“The debate is important because it’s an opportunity for two well-known candidates to ‘reintroduce’ themselves to a public that knows them well but hasn’t been paying attention,” said Donald Nieman, a political analyst and history professor at Binghamton University in New York state. The key question remains how many voters, beyond the politically engaged, will tune in this early in the campaign.

For Trump, the 90-minute debate is a chance to emphasize concerns about Biden’s mental alertness, given the president’s age of 81. However, Trump himself, at 78, has faced similar age-related scrutiny. For Biden, the debate offers an opportunity to highlight Trump’s legal troubles and portray him as unfit for office. Biden must also avoid any major gaffes, which could be detrimental as November approaches.

This debate follows a criminal trial that has dominated Trump’s focus for months, with sentencing for 34 convictions of falsifying business records set for July 11. Both candidates bypassed the bipartisan commission that has managed debates since 1988, opting instead for CNN to host the early-year debate, with a second debate on ABC scheduled for September 10.

Key issues expected to dominate the debate include abortion, the state of U.S. democracy, foreign conflicts, inflation, and border security. The previous debates between Biden and Trump in 2020 were notably contentious, with memorable moments such as Biden’s exasperated “will you shut up, man?” directed at Trump. This time, moderators will have more control, with microphones muted except for the candidate speaking.

As the candidates prepare for this high-stakes encounter, the nation watches, aware that this debate could significantly influence the trajectory of the 2024 presidential election.

Trump Leads Biden by Double Digits in Latest National Poll

Former President Donald Trump has surged ahead of President Joe Biden by double digits in a national matchup, according to a Rasmussen Reports survey released on Friday. This development marks a significant lead for Trump as the 2024 presidential race heats up.

The Rasmussen Reports survey shows Trump commanding 46 percent support in a matchup that includes third-party candidates, while Biden trails with 36 percent. Independent candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. garners nine percent, followed by independent candidate Cornel West with two percent, and Green Party candidate Jill Stein with one percent.

In a direct head-to-head comparison, Trump extends his lead over Biden to nine points, with 49 percent of likely voters favoring Trump against 40 percent for Biden.

Conducted on June 20 among 1,000 likely voters, the survey has a margin of error of ± three percent. The results indicate a growing discontent with the current administration, as reflected in several concurrent surveys.

Notably, a May Rasmussen Reports survey revealed that a majority of Democrats, 54 percent, would prefer to see Biden replaced by another candidate for their party. Additionally, another Rasmussen survey found that 57 percent of voters believe Biden is experiencing real mental decline. This perception has been exacerbated by viral videos purportedly showcasing Biden’s cognitive challenges, which the White House has dismissed as misleading.

In response to these allegations, Trump Campaign Communications Director Steven Cheung told Breitbart News, “The truth hurts. When the Biden campaign is confronted with that cold, hard reality, they offer ridiculous claims that anyone who clearly sees Biden acting like a brain-dead dope is part of some media-wide conspiracy.” He further criticized the Biden campaign’s strategy, attributing it to “junior staffers and interns” managing the campaign for a candidate who “can barely walk and talk at the same time.”

Taxpayers Fund New $600,000-per-Unit High-Rise for Homeless

On Wednesday, a new high-rise residential tower aimed at addressing homelessness opened its doors in downtown Los Angeles. The Weingart Tower, a 19-story development with 278 units, represents the city’s latest and largest permanent supportive housing project, intended to provide shelter for those currently living on Skid Row.

Local ABC affiliate KABC-7 reported on the project’s unique features and impressive amenities, which include a gym, art room, music room, computer room, and library. Additionally, the building dedicates an entire floor to offices for case workers.

At nearly $600,000 per unit, the cost to build each apartment in this homeless high-rise exceeds the median price of a condominium in Los Angeles, which stood at $564,520 at the end of 2023. While the median listing price for a single-family, detached home in the city was higher, at $1.3 million, the high cost per unit has raised eyebrows given the project’s funding source: taxpayers.

Los Angeles has spent the past decade and a half grappling with homelessness, implementing various tax hikes and taxpayer-funded initiatives aimed at curbing the issue. However, these efforts have largely failed to stem the growth of the homeless population. Providing substantial benefits to the homeless, such as free apartments or hotel rooms, attracts more homeless individuals to the city and state, creating a cycle that’s difficult to break.

It Could Soon Be Illegal for Teachers to Tell Parents About Kids’ Trans Confusion

Want to know what is happening with your child at school? If you live in California, don’t ask teachers. It could soon be against the law for them to tell you.

The California Senate just advanced a proposal that would make it illegal for school personnel to adopt a policy saying parents should be informed if their children say they are confused about their sex.

For decades, teachers have needed a parent’s permission to give students something as small as a cough drop. Under this proposal, if a minor child says she was born in the wrong body and wants to talk to a nurse to find out how to have her breasts removed, school policy could interfere.

School districts such as San Diego Unified have information on their website, including phone numbers and addresses, for the Planned Parenthood locations in the area. These abortion facilities offer what they wrongly call “gender-affirming care.” The facilities provide puberty blockers and wrong-sex hormones, often prescribed for off-label uses, that can have irreversible effects on a child’s body. The surgeries that sometimes follow will destroy a child’s sexual organs.

The proposal is a shocking attack on U.S. Supreme Court precedent and local school policies. The high court has held that individuals have a fundamental right to “marry, establish a home and bring up children” and that children are unable to make “sound judgments” about key decisions surrounding medical care. Republicans Probe ISIS Nationals Crossing Southern Border

House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan and Subcommittee on Immigration Integrity, Security, and Enforcement Chairman Tom McClintock sent a letter Friday to Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas calling for information related to illegal immigrants who have crossed the southern border with ties to ISIS.

The Daily Caller first obtained a copy of the letter, which mentions reports of several illegal aliens with ties to ISIS that Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) arrested in New York City, Los Angeles and Philadelphia all in June. They reportedly illegally entered the U.S. through the Southern border.

“In June 2024, ‘[e]ight Tajikistan nationals with ties to ISIS were [arrested] by U.S.Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in conjunction with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Joint Terrorism Task Force in’ New York City, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia. According to recent reporting, ‘[a]ll eight Tajikistan nationals crossed the U.S. southern border illegally.’ Reports indicate that ‘[a]t least two of the men crossed the border in spring 2023, and one of those men used the [U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP)] One app.’ Authorities state that the ‘suspected terrorists were ‘fully vetted’ and ‘no derogatory information was initially flagged with CBP or with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) during processing.’ Instead, it was only ‘after the suspected terrorists were released into the U.S. [that] derogatory information was flagged with national security concerns, including the individual[s’] ties to ISIS,” the lawmakers wrote in the letter” (Read more from “Republicans Probe ISIS Nationals Crossing Southern Border” HERE)

Report: DHS Group Called Being ‘Religious’ An ‘Indicator’ Of Domestic Terrorism

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) brainstormed about infiltrating local communities to spy on Americans, and suggested being “religious” or “in the military” was an “indicator of extremists and terrorism,” excerpts of documents obtained by America First Legal (AFL) purportedly show.

These excerpts, released Thursday by AFL, purport to show how in 2023, the DHS’s newly created “Homeland Intelligence Experts Group” looked for ways to expand their spying on American citizens, including by trying to “get into local communities in a non-threatening way” to get fellow Americans to tattle tale on their neighbors.

The committee, on which John Brennan and James Clapper — both notorious for their participation in the Russia-collusion hoax as well as for falsely claiming Hunter Biden’s laptop was Russian disinformation — sat, also suggested religious Americans, members of the military, and Trump supporters were possible security threats, according to segments of the documents released by AFL.

“If you ask researchers to dive into indicators of extremists and terrorism, they might indicate being in the military or religious,” one segment states. “This being identified as an indicator suggests we should be more worried about these. We need the space to talk about it honestly.”

According to the released excerpts, the group appeared to acknowledge a “political advantage” to having the “political backdrop” be tied to Trump. (Read more from “Report: DHS Group Called Being ‘Religious’ An ‘Indicator’ Of Domestic Terrorism” HERE)

Judge Judy Criticizes Alvin Bragg for ‘Nonsense’ Trump Trial Instead of Focusing on ‘Criminals’

Reality television court Judge Judy Sheindlin criticized Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg for using “taxpayers’ money” to prosecute former President Donald Trump instead of focusing on “criminals” in New York City.

During an interview with CNN’s Chris Wallace, Sheindlin, who starred on her Judge Judy show for 25 seasons, stated that she “would be happier” if Bragg focused his attention on taking “care of criminals who were making it impossible for citizens to walk in the streets and use the subway,” instead of going after Trump for “nonsense.”

On May 30, a Manhattan jury found Trump guilty of falsifying business records in the first-degree concerning payments made to adult entertainment star Stormy Daniels during the 2016 presidential election.

“I would be happier, as someone who owns property in Manhattan, if the district attorney of New York County would take care of criminals who were making it impossible for citizens to walk in the streets and use the subway, to use his efforts to keep those people off the streets, than to spend $5 million or $10 million of taxpayers’ money trying Donald Trump on this nonsense,” Sheindlin explained. CNN: Trump Could Pick Kermit the Frog as VP, Republicans Will Still Vote for Him

CNN commentator Van Jones said Thursday on CNN’s “Situation Room” that former President Donald Trump could pick Kermit the Frog as his running mate and that Republicans would still vote for him.

Host Wolf Blitzer said, “What do you make of the fact that almost all of these Trump potential vice presidential finalists have previously been very, very critical of Trump?”

Jones said, “Well, I mean, pretty much every human being on earth has been critical of Trump because Trump does stuff that demands criticism. He gets indicted, he gets impeached, he insults people, he’s awful. If you had a child like that, you would you be very, very concerned. You certainly wouldn’t hire someone like that. So there is very few people whose last name or not Trump that have not criticized him. So he’s got to swim in those waters.” (Read more from “CNN: Trump Could Pick Kermit the Frog as VP, Republicans Will Still Vote for Him” HERE)

Former FBI Official Says Dems Are Targeting Federal Judge Because ‘Deck Isn’t Stacked’ Against Trump In Her Courtroom

A former FBI official said that United States District Judge Aileen Cannon of the Southern District of Florida was being targeted by liberals for removal because the “deck isn’t stacked” against former President Donald Trump in her courtroom.

The United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit announced it would not accept complaints about Cannon’s handling of the classified material case involving Trump in a May 22 order, saying the over 1,000 complaints it had received were part of an “orchestrated campaign.” Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker said on “Mornings with Maria” that Cannon was targeted because she was trying to be fair to Trump on the day Cannon held a hearing to hear a challenge to the constitutionality of the appointment of special counsel Jack Smith.

“I say these people don’t know what to do when the deck isn’t stacked in their favor,” Swecker told “Mornings with Maria” host Maria Bartiromo. “There have been 1,000 complaints against the judge, but as the chief circuit court judge for the 11th circuit pointed out, there was an orchestrated campaign against her.” (Read more from “Former FBI Official Says Dems Are Targeting Federal Judge Because ‘Deck Isn’t Stacked’ Against Trump In Her Courtroom” HERE)
