CIA Warns Israel Is Seeking To Make Defense Ties With US Hard To Undo, Report Claims

A report possibly linked to the U.S. intelligence community believes Israel seemingly aims to entrench itself in U.S. institutions and more permanently capture American support.

Members of the CIA and other U.S. intelligence officials allegedly wrote an assessment about Israel’s strategy to connect itself to American weapons, industrial, and intelligence programs, a Capital & Empire report claims. The alleged report claimed that public U.S. aid to Israel would gradually be replaced by long-term, institutional relationships through which financial aid could subtly spread between government programs.

The alleged CIA document has yet to be publicly released, and the names of any specific individuals enacting this plan have not been disclosed, Capital & Empire reported.

“I want to draw down the American support to Israel to zero,” Netanyahu told CBS’s Major Garrett in a May 10 “60 Minutes” interview.

The CIA did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s request for comment.

Israel spent more than $100 million since 2023 on foreign influence, according to a July report by the Quincy Institute referencing Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA) filings. (Read more from “CIA Warns Israel Is Seeking To Make Defense Ties With US Hard To Undo, Report Claims” HERE)

Big Food Is Creating ‘Fake’ Health Groups to Confuse Consumers

A top official in the Department of Health and Human Services accused an advocacy group with ties to multiple corporations that produce processed foods of helping attack Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s pro-organic foods pitch.

Secretary Kennedy, who promised special attention to the U.S. food supply, dismissed criticism of the Department of Health and Human Services’s (HHS) handling of the cyclospora outbreak as “invalid” and not linked to reductions in force at the agency, Politico reported Saturday. Singling out a number of critics, HHS senior adviser Calley Means went on to allege in an X post that same day that the Alliance to Stop Foodborne Illness (STOP) is “a fake ‘food borne illness advocacy’ group [funded] to give quotes to media attacking RFK’s ‘real food’ pitch and argue ultraprocessed food is safer.”

STOP, HHS, and Means did not immediately respond to the Daily Caller News Foundation’s requests for comment.

Cyclospora is a parasite which can cause cyclosporiasis — which is characterized by severe diarrhea — in its hosts. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported over 10,000 domestic laboratory-confirmed cases of cyclosporiasis — linked to certain supplies of contaminated iceberg lettuce — since May 1, 2026, in addition to another 12,000 reports which have not been fully evaluated.

“We do have the [cyclospora] outbreak under control,” Kennedy said during a July 21 press conference. “We’ve identified the source of the outbreak. We and the companies that are involved have implemented a recall.” (Read more from “Big Food Is Creating ‘Fake’ Health Groups to Confuse Consumers” HERE)

Trump Ordered by Appeals Court to Stop White House Ballroom Construction

A federal appeals court blocked further construction of President Trump’s planned White House ballroom Friday, ruling that the massive project must first receive congressional approval.

A divided panel of DC circuit judges determined that “Congress has exclusive authority to regulate the construction and demolition of White House structures.”

“We are aware of no instance in American history in which a President unilaterally and using privately collected funds demolished substantial portions of the White House that Congress authorized to be built and American taxpayers paid for. Until now,” wrote judges Patricia Millet and Bradley Garcia in their majority opinion.

“The Constitution’s Property Clause vests Congress with plenary control over all real property that belongs to the United States,” added Millet and Garcia, appointees of Barack Obama and Joe Biden, respectively.

“Congress has not ceded unfettered authority to the Executive Branch to dramatically redesign, reshape, and reconstruct the White House — the People’s House — to fit a particular President’s desires.” (Read more from “Trump Ordered by Appeals Court to Stop White House Ballroom Construction” HERE)

Israel ‘Rejects’ Trump’s 15-point Peace Plan for Gaza, Netanyahu Says

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has fully rejected the 15-point plan to disarm Hamas after President Trump announced a breakthrough last week, in which his Board of Peace announced a deal with the terror group.

Trump claimed last month that his panel cut a deal with Hamas for the terror group to disarm in exchange for Israel withdrawing from the Gaza Strip, but Netanyahu voiced skepticism about its sincerity.

“I want to be precise here: Israel rejects the 15-point document,” Netanyahu said at a weekend cabinet meeting.

Netanyahu declared that Israel will “not withdraw at all until Hamas is genuinely disarmed and will continue to thwart threats against our forces and citizens.”

“We are now discussing this with the Americans,” the Israeli leader said. “They have ideas, some of which are acceptable to us and some are not, and we know how to stand up to those things.” (Read more from “Israel ‘Rejects’ Trump’s 15-point Peace Plan for Gaza, Netanyahu Says” HERE)

Todd Blanche Confirmed as U.S. Attorney General Despite Opposition from Some Republicans

Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche was confirmed Saturday to lead the U.S. Department of Justice, the news coming after Republican lawmakers struggled to make a decision.

Sen. Bill Cassidy (R-LA) announced at the last minute on Friday that he would support Blanche’s confirmation, Fox News reported Saturday.

During his announcement, Cassidy said the process was about Blanche, the difficulty of his job, and “how the American people can be best served.”

Cassidy’s support placed Blanche in the position to be confirmed.

In a social media post early Saturday, Blanche wrote, “I am deeply honored by the trust and confidence President Trump has placed in me to lead the Department of Justice as our great nation’s 88th Attorney General. I am grateful to the Senate for staying late to complete this process.”

Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan Forge ‘Attack on One, Attack on All’ Pact — as Iran Deal Lingers

The much-hyped Iran-Oman deal that US officials predicted would reopen the Strait of Hormuz earlier this week never materialized — but another consequential agreement moved forward Friday as three of the Muslim world’s most powerful nations joined forces against a region on fire.

Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and Turkey announced Friday they signed a landmark joint defense pact in Mecca, declaring that an attack on one would be treated as an attack on all — a move that could reshape the security landscape as Iran continues missile strikes and threatens vital energy routes across the Gulf.

The agreement comes as Tehran and its allies have repeatedly targeted Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states during the US war on Iran, sending shockwaves through global energy markets and raising fears that Washington’s traditional security partners may seek new ways to protect themselves.

The pact — signed by Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif — creates a new security framework linking a NATO power, the Arab world’s heavyweight and the only nuclear-armed Islamic nation. . .

Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Pakistan forge ‘attack on one, attack on all’ pact — as Iran deal lingers

Iranian officials swiftly pushed back against the deal, warning Saudi Arabia that new alliances would not replace Tehran’s preferred vision of regional security. “The Saudis should understand that a paper agreement with Turkey and Pakistan will not bring them security, just as decades of one-sided dependence on the Americans failed to do so,” Ebrahim Rezaei, a member of Iran’s parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Committee, posted to X on Friday. Elon Musk to Build the Biggest Building in the World — Spanning a Colossal 100M Square Feet

Elon Musk is about to build something so big it will make the Pentagon look like a strip mall.

Tesla and SpaceX confirmed Thursday that Terafab, their jointly built semiconductor megafactory, will rise in Grimes County, Texas, just outside Houston, with a first phase price tag of $16.8 billion.

The finished complex is slated to top 100 million square feet, a footprint that would blow past every structure ever built and instantly become the largest building in the world.

Musk, who runs both companies, called the facility “the largest and most valuable building on Earth by far.”

For scale, that beats out the current record holder, China’s New Century Global Center in Chengdu, which tops out around 18.9 million square feet with an indoor beach and ski slope tucked inside.

Eric Swalwell Leveraged Past Relationship with Katie Miller to Hide Embarrassing Files on Honeypot Chinese Spy: Report

Eric Swalwell leveraged his past romantic relationship with Katie Miller, wife of top Trump official Stephen Miller, to keep potentially embarrassing FBI files behind lock and key, a shocking new report revealed Thursday.

The news that the disgraced former Democratic Congressman from California — who resigned after several women claimed sexual assault and rape — once dated the now-wife of a top conservative leader stunned Washington.

“I was an intern working on Capitol Hill,” Miller posted on X about the situation.

Then Katie Waldman worked as both an intern and communications director on Capitol Hill in her 20s before moving to the executive branch in 2017. The relationship with Swalwell was before she met her now-husband.

And, in a stunning twist, Swalwell used the past relationship to quash the release of FBI files detailing his contacts with suspected Chinese intelligence operative Christine Fang, known as “Fang Fang,” Sources Say, a congressional blog, reported.

Swalwell declined to comment when reached by The Post. (Read more from “Eric Swalwell Leveraged Past Relationship with Katie Miller to Hide Embarrassing Files on Honeypot Chinese Spy: Report” HERE)

Citing Thomas Jefferson, Conservative Abelardo de la Espriella Becomes President of Colombia

Colombia’s conservative President Abelardo de la Espriella took office as the nation’s new head of state for the next four years on Friday afternoon.

The presidential inauguration, hosted by the city of Cali for the first time in the country’s history, occurred under the watch of a highly reinforced security operation amid a string of terrorist threats and a thwarted attack with explosives this week. Abelardo de la Espriella succeeded former President Gustavo Petro, a former member of the Marxist M19 terrorist group and Colombia’s first and so far only leftist president ever.

President de la Espriella, a 48-year-old lawyer nicknamed “The Tiger” and highly supportive of President Donald Trump and the United States, became the next Colombian head of state after defeating far-left Sen. Iván Cepeda in the June 21 presidential runoff election. He ran successfully on a campaign focused on the fight against organized crime and terrorist organizations, eradicating corruption, and restoring the country’s economy and security.

De la Espriella and his Vice President José Manuel Restrepo will lead Colombia for a four-year term through August 7, 2030.

Although all previous Colombian presidents for over 200 years have been inaugurated in the capital city of Bogotá, President de la Espriella chose the city of Cali to be the host of his inauguration ceremony. De la Espriella was sworn in at around 4:30 p.m. local time, taking an oath and receiving the presidential sash from the head of the Colombian Senate, Honorio Miguel Henríquez Pineda. De la Espriella, now as president of Colombia, proceeded by swearing in Vice President Restrepo. The ceremony took place at the Arena USC amphitheater of the University of Cali.

De la Espriella delivered his first speech as president at the Cantón Pichincha, a military base in Cali. The new Colombian president prefaced his words by expressing his gratitude to the Colombian people and his family and thanking Jesus Christ for watching over the country and its people through its darkest periods. The conservative president affirmed that he has come to “close a long chapter of national resignation and to undertake, alongside the people, the most profound transformation of our destiny.” (Read more from “Citing Thomas Jefferson, Conservative Abelardo de la Espriella Becomes President of Colombia” HERE)

Trump to Immediately Appeal Ballroom Ruling to Supreme Court

President Donald Trump said Friday afternoon that he will immediately appeal the ruling of judges appointed by former President Barack Obama and Joe Biden that halts construction of the White House ballroom.

Trump took to Truth Social after Obama-appointed Judge Patricia A. Millett and Biden-appointed Judge Bradley N. Garcia ruled as part of a three-judge panel that he must get Congressional approval for the ballroom.

“The decision has been stayed, and does not take effect for a period of time. We will be immediately appealing to the United States Supreme Court,” he wrote.
Trump called the federal appeals court ruling a “National Security threat,” citing the military features being added to the complex, the construction of which is well underway:

The Military and Secret Service are viewing this horrendous, politically motivated, and unlawful ruling as a National Security threat to our Nation in that the entire Complex is being built for the protection of our Country and, additionally, all future Presidents. The single, integrated project includes Bomb Shelters, State of the Art Hospital and Medical Facilities, Protective Partitioning, Top Secret Military Facilities, Structures and Equipment, Protective Missile Resistant Steel, Columns, Roofs, and Beams, Drone Proof Ceilings and Roofs, Military Grade Venting, and Bullet, Ballistic, and Blast Proof Glass. It is all tied together as one big, expensive, and very complex unit, which is vital for National Security and Military Operations of the United States of America!
