Trump Plans to Turn Himself in After $200K Bond Granted in Georgia Election Case

Former President Donald Trump plans to turn himself in Thursday to the Fulton County jail where he has agreed to post a $200,000 bond in the case charging him with illegally trying to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election result.

Trump agreed to the surrender during negotiations with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis’ office on Monday, the ex-president confirmed on Truth Social.

“Can you believe it?” he posted on his social media platform. “I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED by a Radical Left District Attorney, Fani Willis…”

Trump claimed that Willis was coordinating with “Crooked Joe Biden’s DOJ” in what he described as a witch hunt.

‘Dystopian’: Some US Cities Consider Zero Beef, Zero Dairy, Zero Cars!

The leftists at the World Economic Forum arrogantly stated in a 2016 video that by 2030, “You’ll own nothing, and you’ll be happy.”

Now it seems that a list of American cities is actively pursuing that ideology, with their memberships in the C40 Cities Climate Leadership Group, which is calling for vast new restrictions on residents, including consumption of zero beef, zero dairy, zero private vehicles, and only three new clothing items per person per year.

“All of these policy proposals appear even more unreasonable and illogical when we actually evaluate the data. According to the International Disaster Database, deaths related to extreme heat, floods, storms, and droughts have plummeted as C02 emissions have risen. The fossil fuel economy has provided billions of people with heating, air conditioning, weather warning systems, mass irrigation, and durable buildings.

“Ultimately, the climate coalition’s goals are inherently anti-human. People generally need meat and the protein it provides to flourish. Banning meat and dairy, restricting calories, genetically altering the human body, and impoverishing the masses will hurt the planet and people. House Conservative Leader Vows ‘Not Another Dollar’ to Ukraine Until America’s Southern Border Secure

A prominent House conservative is calling for a major shift in foreign policy that would end U.S. aid to Ukraine until America’s southern border is secure.

“No more money to secure Ukraine’s border until we secure our own,” Rep. Jim Banks, R-Indiana, said in a keynote speech at the Indiana Republican Party’s recent 2023 State Dinner, prompting a standing ovation.

In an apparently unprecedented move, Indiana GOP Chairman Kyle Hupfer announced at the party’s Aug. 10 dinner that Banks is the presumptive nominee for U.S. Senate.

In an exclusive interview with The Daily Signal, Banks elaborated on why he framed border security as more important to address than additional support toward arming Ukraine in its war with Russia.

Cardinal ‘Disappointed’ After Priests and Staff Log ‘1,000 Access Attempts’ to Porn Sites on Archdiocese Computers

Clergy and other staff with the Archdiocese of Cologne attempted to access pornographic material using work computers. The revelation comes after a service provider discovered that there were “mass attempts to access porn websites” on archdiocesan devices.

America magazine reported that archdiocesan officials were informed in July 2022 about such activities carried out by 15 employees. Among those involved was one of the “highest-ranking clerics.”

Even though accessing pornographic material is not punishable by state or church law, it is still prohibited through a service agreement with the archdiocese. The catechism of the Catholic Church considers pornography to be a “grave offense,” which means it is an objective, moral offense.

The cybersecurity team for the archdiocese monitored online activity from the end of May 2022 to the end of June 2022.

The Straits Times noted there were around “1,000 access attempts” to pages that were primarily pornographic in nature. The cybersecurity system in place is meant to block undesirable content and potential threats. And the archdiocese was notified about these incidents in July 2022. Democrats Aren’t Laughing About the Hunter Biden Debacle Anymore

“There is a time to laugh and a time not to laugh, and this is not one of them.”

Those words from Inspector Jacques Clouseau may have to be emblazoned across the hearing room of the House Oversight Committee. It was a month ago that House Democratic members mocked the testimony of two whistleblowers who testified about the rigged investigation to protect Hunter Biden, the son of President Biden.

Now it appears that the controversial “sweetheart deal” was not the first choice of US Attorney David Weiss. He actually was planning to let Hunter walk without even a misdemeanor charge despite massive unpaid taxes, gun violations, and work as an unregistered foreign agent, among other alleged crimes.

The reason for his change at Justice, according to the New York Times? Those pesky whistleblowers.

A new A&E documentary titled “Secrets of Prince Andrew” has done a deep dive into their allyship, including allegations against the disgraced royal made by Epstein accusers, Lisa Phillips and Virginia Roberts Giuffre. . .

Phillips, 45, revealed she met Epstein and Andrew when she was on a modeling shoot in 2000 on an isle in the West Indies not far from Epstein’s infamous private island, Little St. James. . .

Phillips’ friend, whose name has never been revealed, invited herself and other models to the residence. Phillips naively tagged along, not thinking that anything was out of the ordinary since she heard Epstein “does amazing things for models” and was reportedly “a really great guy.”

Phillips said she asked Epstein why he allegedly encouraged her unnamed friend to have sexual intercourse with Andrew, and she remembered Epstein saying, “It’s good to have things on people.” “He had a lot of secrets on high-powered men,” Phillips dished. Biden Administration to Urge All Americans: Get a Coronavirus Booster Shot Now

All Americans will be urged by the Biden administration to get a coronavirus booster shot this autumn ahead of what it claims is a new wave of infections, a White House official said Sunday.

Reuters reports the official said while the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports an increase in infections and hospital admissions from the virus, overall levels remain low, however caution is urged.

Moderna and other coronavirus vaccine makers Novavax, Pfizer and German partner BioNTech SE have all reportedly created versions of their shots ready and aimed at the XBB.1.5 subvariant.

On Thursday, Moderna said initial data showed its updated coronavirus vaccine is effective against the “Eris” and “Fornax” subvariants in humans.

Pending approval from health regulators in the United States and Europe, the Reuters reports details companies expect the updated shots to be available in the coming weeks for the autumn vaccination season. Angry Maui Residents Slam Biden, Hold ‘No Comment’ Signs During President’s Fire Tour

C Monday as he arrived in Maui to tour wildfire damage after repeatedly declining to comment last week on the tragedy that killed at least 114 people.

A group of several dozen residents of scorched western Maui heckled Biden’s motorcade shortly after noon local time as it left tiny Kapalua Airport en route to the hardest hit areas of historic Lahaina, which was destroyed on Aug. 8.

“Go home Joe!” the locals chanted as Biden passed by — moments before the president read a scripted speech touting the federal response, despite criticism from residents who say not enough help has been offered.

The 80-year-old commander in chief has taken intense criticism, including from fellow Democrats, for appearing aloof following the deadliest US wildfires in more than a century.

As he drove toward downtown Lahaina, Biden passed signs that said “NO COMMENT,” “ACTION SPEAKS LOUDER THAN WORDS” and “FJB,” as well as at least two flags promoting the 2024 candidacy of former President Donald Trump. COVID Mandates Return to Hollywood: Companies Requiring Employees to Mask Up, Submit to Daily Testing

COVID mask mandates are returning to Hollywood, with Lionsgate being the first major studio to reinstate masking and daily testing for its Los Angeles office workers.

Lionsgate is requiring employees who physically work at its headquarters in Santa Monica to wear masks at all times when in the building, effective immediately, except when alone in an enclosed office or large open workspace. In addition, employees are required to submit to daily COVID testing and to report the results to the company, according to an internal memo obtained by Deadline.

Employees must wear “a medical grade face covering (surgical mask, KN95 or N95) when indoors except when alone in an office with the door closed, actively eating, actively drinking at their desk or workstation, or if they are the only individual present in a large open workspace,” the memo reportedly states. Multiple Trump Surrogates Deployed to Upcoming GOP Primary Debate

Multiple Trump surrogates plan to attend the Republican primary debate Wednesday, following former President Donald Trump’s announcement that he will skip the event due to a significant polling advantage.

Reps. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), Byron Donalds (R-FL), and former gubernatorial candidate Kari Lake will attend the debate, NBC News reported. The conservative heavyweights will be joined by Donald Trump Jr. and Kimberly Guilfoyle.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle will attend to conduct media interviews for the Trump team. They will also promote the former president on their Rumble shows. . .
