Kennedy then quotes the denial from Biden appointee Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas:

Parents’ Efforts to Suppress Transgender School Shooter’s Manifesto Would Be Unprecedented if Granted: Expert

The efforts of parents and Nashville community members to stop the release of Covenant School shooter Audrey Hale’s writings, if successful, would be an unprecedented move that could have bigger implications going forward, an open-government expert told The Post.

Tennessee’s victims’ rights statute does not give individuals a “carte blanche” to veto other laws, such as the one that allows people the right to public records, said Deborah Fisher, executive director of the Tennessee Coalition for Open Government.

“There’s nothing really to indicate that there would be this ability for victims to veto the release of otherwise public records and in, and in this case, crime records,” Fisher said Thursday.

Fisher is not a party in the ongoing litigation over whether Hale’s writings — previously described as a “manifesto” — should be released.

Emails Reveal That Biden White House Pressured Facebook to Censor Vaccine Memes, Tucker Carlson Videos: ‘Worse Than Anyone Could Ever Have Thought’

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) provided new damning insights into the lengths to which the Biden White House has gone to suppress speech and views online that it has found undesirable or threatening.

The internal Facebook documents shared to Twitter Thursday were obtained via subpoena by the House Judiciary Committee, which Jordan chairs. They reveal Facebook and Instagram censored content online following “unconstitutional pressure from the Biden White House.”

Among the damning documents was an April 2021 email circulated by a Facebook employee, ostensibly on behalf of company CEO Mark Zuckerberg and then-COO Sheryl Sandberg.

The email stated, “We are seeking your guidance on whether to take more aggressive action against certain vaccine discouraging content. We are facing continued pressure from external stakeholders, including the White House and the press, to remove more COVID-19 vaccine discouraging content.”

The email specifies that the Biden White House took issue with a “vaccine discouraging humorous meme,” which it told the social media company to delete.

Obama Chef Death Riddle: Cops Refuse to Reveal Who Tafari Campbell Was With on the Water

Suspicious details emerged this week after Barack Obama’s personal chef drowned while paddle boarding near the former president’s Martha’s Vineyard estate, RadarOnline.com has learned.

In a surprising development to come after Tafari Campbell, 45, drowned while paddle boarding on Great Edgartown Pond on Sunday night, an investigation into the incident found that Martha’s Vineyard police left the reason for the 911 call reporting Campbell’s drowning blank.

According to Daily Mail, the officers also refused to reveal who Campbell was with at the time of his tragic passing despite the fact that the 45-year-old chef was not alone.

Daily Mail found that while the 7:46 PM 911 call was noted in Edgartown Police Department’s logbook, the reason behind the call was not.

The origin of the initial 911 call was also listed as Wilson’s Landing – a popular paddle board launch site located approximately two miles from Barack and Michelle Obama’s home on Turkeyland Cove. Biden Says Republicans May Impeach Him Over Inflation ‘Coming Down’

President Joe Biden on Friday said Republicans may choose to impeach him over inflation “coming down,” days after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy called for an impeachment inquiry into the president.

“We’re growing faster,” Biden said during his remarks on “Bidenomics” in Auburn, Maine. “We’re economically more advanced than every other major country in the world. [Inflation is] down from nine percent to three percent, and it’s going to continue to go down.”

“While there’s more work ahead, earlier this week the Washington Post suggested, Republicans may have to find something else to criticize me for, now that inflation is coming down,” Biden continued. “Maybe they’ll decide to impeach me because it’s coming down. I don’t know. I’d love that one. Well anyway, that’s another story.”

McCarthy said Tuesday that an impeachment inquiry is necessary to investigate all the relevant facts surrounding Biden’s relationship with his son Hunter Biden’s foreign business dealings. McCarthy made the call following allegations from IRS whistleblowers and an FBI FD-1023 form about Biden’s alleged involvement in his son’s business affairs. Senate Passes Defense Bill With No Block on Funding for Abortion Travel, Setting up Battle With House

The Senate passed its own version of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) on Thursday without adding an amendment to pull Pentagon funding for abortion travel, setting up a likely fight with the House.

The Senate’s NDAA was widely backed by both Republicans and Democrats, passing in an 86-11 vote.

“What’s happening in the Senate is a stark contrast to a bipartisan race to the bottom we saw in the House where House Republicans are pushing partisan legislation that has zero chance of passing,” Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said. “House Republicans should look to the Senate to see how things get done.”

Hunter Biden Plea Deal Wording Proves It: DOJ Sought to Protect Joe; Hunter Just Admitted in Court to Partnering With Communist Party-Linked Chinese Businessman

By New York Post. With the text of Hunter Biden’s plea deal now public, it’s no longer possible to deny that the Justice Department’s been bending over backward to protect the Biden family — including President Joe Biden.

“The United States agrees not to criminally prosecute [Hunter] Biden . . . for any federal crimes” related to the case, the deal reads.

It left only the possibility of “prosecution for any future conduct.”

No wonder Hunter and his attorneys were convinced he’d be off the hook for other crimes, such as those related to foreign lobbying — and, perhaps, bribe-taking, influence-peddling or other corruption.

Hunter’s Plea Deal Was Meant to Protect One Person: Joe Biden

By New York Post. The Justice Department finally gave up pretending to investigate Hunter Biden and preemptively offered him blanket immunity for years of possible criminal activity. Why waste time, right?

It is increasingly evident the extraordinary plea agreement that fell apart was set in place to ensure the president’s name wouldn’t be dragged into any investigation. . .

The government didn’t release the text of the plea agreement — it usually does — but a leaked copy shows that the wide-ranging, intentionally vague promise of immunity for crimes committed from 2014 to 2019 was curiously buried on paragraph 15 of the Pre-Trial Diversion Agreement.

On numerous occasions during the hearing, Noreika asked the government prosecutors if they knew of any precedent for a plea deal that offered immunity for “crimes in a different case.” Every time, the answer was no. In one instance, a federal lawyer admitted Hunter’s immunity was “crafted to suit the facts and circumstances.”

Hunter Biden Just Admitted in Court to Partnering With Communist Party-Linked Chinese Businessman

By Daily Caller. Hunter Biden admitted in court that a businessman linked to the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) had been his business partner, according to a transcript shared by the Republican House Oversight Committee on Thursday.

Biden testified that Ye Jianming, former chairman of CEFC Energy, had been his business partner, when asked by the court, transcripts state. The House Oversight Committee has alleged that Ye sought to cultivate a relationship with the Biden family, and towards that end wired millions of dollars to Hunter Biden’s businesses and associates through a complex laundering scheme.

“The fourth paragraph says during the calendar year 2017, you earned substantial income including just under a million dollars from a company you formed with a CEO of a Chinese business conglomerate. Is that the same or a different Chinese company from the one you referenced earlier?” Judge Maryellen Noreika asked Hunter Biden.

“I started a company called Hudson West, Your Honor, and my partner was associated with a Chinese energy company called CEFC,” Hunter Biden replied.

Newly Uncovered Emails Don’t Look Good for Hunter Biden

We all know Hunter Biden’s laptop from hell was a treasure trove of illicit and icky emails, photos, and more that provided a picture into the troubled life and wild extracurriculars of the son of Senator-turned-VP-turned-President of the United States Joe Biden. But new emails — not obtained from Hunter’s laptop — reported by Insider show that the First Kid’s practice of using his proximity and access to then-VP Biden for supposedly personal business was an apparently lucrative pay-for-power scheme.

In two previously unreported emails “sent by business contacts of Hunter Biden” unearthed by Insider, the younger Biden “requested an annual retainer of $2 million to help recover billions in Libyan assets frozen by the Obama administration” in which Hunter’s father was second-in-command.

In one email sent on January 28, 2015, “Sam Jauhari, a Democratic donor with businesses in the Persian Gulf, who was helping spearhead the Libya project” wrote to “Sheikh Mohammed al-Rahbani, another Obama campaign donor involved in the proposal.” Here’s what the email said:

Per phone conversation I met with #2 son. He wants $2 per year retainer +++ success fees. He wants to hire his own people – it can be close circle of people for confidentiality. His dad is deciding to run or not.

His positives are he is Chairman of UN World Food Program, son of #2 who has Libya file, access to State, Treasury, business partner SofS [Secretary of State] J. [John] Forbes K [Kerry] son and since he travels with dad he is connected everywhere in Europe and Asia where M. Q. [Muammar Qaddafi] and LIA [Libya Investment Authority] had money frozen. He said he has access to highest level in PRC [China], he can help there.

Hakeem Jeffries Pleads Ignorance When Asked About Biden’s Illegitimate Granddaughter

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries would not address President Biden’s refusal to acknowledge his grandchild Navy Joan Roberts, the out-of-wedlock daughter of his son Hunter Biden.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” Mr. Jeffries, New York Democrat, told The Washington Times when asked at a press conference if he thought the president should publicly recognize his four-year-old granddaughter.

Mr. Jeffries added that he did not think that the president’s reelection campaign would be marred by his son’s personal and legal problems or allegations of influence peddling and bribery to make a fortune from foreign business deals.

Hunter Biden reached a child support agreement with the mother of his child, Lunden Alexis Roberts, last month. Ms. Roberts and her daughter now live in Arkansas.

According to court documents, Hunter Biden agreed to pay a monthly undisclosed sum to Ms. Robert and turn over his paintings, which have been listed for $500,000 each, the net proceeds of which would go to his daughter. There Were Some Shocking Revelations That Came Out of the UFO Hearing

Testifying before the House Oversight Committee on Wednesday, a former military intelligence official said the U.S. government was in possession of “nonhuman biologics,” just one of many shocking revelations made during the hearing.

Based on information from interviews with 40 witnesses, former Air Force officer-turned-whistleblower David Grusch said the government has been keeping information about unidentified anomalous phenomena, UAPs as the military calls them, for years.

Grusch testified along with two former Navy fighter pilots—Ryan Graves and David Fravor, both of whom said they encountered UAPs. . .

Both pilots said what they witnessed far surpassed current technological capabilities. . .

“Has any of the activity been aggressive, been hostile,” asked Rep. Eric Burlison of Missouri.

“I know of multiple colleagues of mine that got physically injured, and the activity…” he responded, before the lawmaker sought clarification.
