Hispanic Voters Believe Nation Heading in Wrong Direction: Report

A new national poll that surveyed approximately 1,300 Hispanic voters revealed about half of those surveyed believe the United States is on the wrong track, citing key issues impacting their views on the current political climate — particularly with regard to crime, healthcare, and inflation.

WPA Intelligence, a conservative polling firm that collaborated with Visto Media on behalf of the Latino advocacy group Bienvenido, conducted a poll of 1,288 Hispanic voters with a 3% margin of error earlier this month. The firm built out the sample before the 2022 midterm elections to gauge which side the demographic would likely swing at the polling station less than two weeks away.

According to the poll, about 56% of Hispanic voters said they are frustrated with the current state of the country and that the nation has gone off on the wrong track. . .

WPA officials said the poll used a verified voter Pew Research study of the 2020 Hispanic Vote where 38% supported former President Trump and 59% marked their ballots for Biden. Half of Trump’s Hispanic voters supported him in 2016, while the other half were from voters who either gave his Democratic opponent Hillary Clinton their vote — or did not cast a ballot. Mail-in Ballots Found in Dumpster in California

An investigation is under way after mail-in ballots and voter information guides for the Nov. 8 election were found inside a dumpster at a Lake Elsinore apartment complex, officials said.

The Riverside County Registrar of Voters received a report about the discovery on Wednesday, Oct. 19, the registrar’s office said in an emailed statement. The U.S. Postal Service confirmed the report.

It’s unclear how many ballots and guides were found in the dumpster or where the apartment complex in question is located. A resident reported on social media that at least 100 pieces of election-related mail were in the trash.

The ballots and guides were recovered and mailed the same day, the registrar’s office and postal service said. Elections officials and postal service inspectors are investigating and the matter has been referred to law enforcement, according to Patrick Munar, a registrar’s spokesperson.

A referral also was made to the postal service inspector general, postal service spokesperson Duke Gonzales said via email. (Read more from “Mail-in Ballots Found in Dumpster in California” HERE)

Fox News Accuses Dominion of Destroying Messages of ‘Senior Executives,’ Seeks Sanctions Dismissing Multi-Billion Dollar Suit

Fox News accused Dominion Voting Systems of having destroyed or deleted messages from some of its highest ranking executives. Their sanctions motion asks a judge to torpedo the multi-billion dollar lawsuit.

Court papers reviewed by Law&Crime are thin on details regarding the network’s allegations, except that the notice of motion for sanctions alleges spoliation of the electronic messages of senior executives [John] Poulos, [Waldeep] Singh, and [Kay] Stinson.”

Poulos is Dominion’s CEO, who as recently as Sunday appeared on 60 Minutes with Anderson Cooper. Singh is its executive vice president of sales, and Stinson is its vice president for government affairs.

The doctrine of spoliation generally refers to “the destruction, concealment or the failure to preserve evidence by one party that is relevant to a claim and hampers the other party’s ability to advance its position.” If a party is found to have acted in such a manner, the court can impose sanctions against that party or even dismiss the complaint. ‘Clearly Unstable’: New Data Suggests U.S. Manufacturing Could Be on the Brink of Collapse

U.S. manufacturing showed signs of a downturn as the fourth quarter began, with an early estimate of S&P Global’s Manufacturing Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) for October dipping to its lowest level since early 2020.

New orders for manufactured goods fell marginally in October, as new exports fell at the fastest rate since May 2020, pushing the “Flash” US PMI results to 49.9, its lowest level in 28 months, according to financial analytics firm S&P Global Monday. The “Flash” PMI, which is a preliminary result based on data available from Oct. 6 through Oct. 21, also saw business optimism plummet in October to its lowest level in more than two years, as companies began working through their backlogs, indicating that demand was declining.

“While output in manufacturing remains more resilient for now, October saw a steep drop in demand for goods, meaning current output is only being maintained by firms eating into backlogs of previously placed orders,” said Chief Business Economist Chris Williamson at S&P Global Market Intelligence. “Clearly this is unsustainable absent of a revival in demand, and it’s no surprise to see firms cutting back sharply on their input buying to prepare for lower output in coming months.”

Former Officer Pleads Guilty in George Floyd’s Death

Just hours before jury selection was scheduled to begin on Monday, former Minneapolis cop J. Alexander Kueng agreed to take a plea deal for his involvement in George Floyd’s death.

In exchange for pleading guilty to aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter, Kueng’s murder charge was dropped in the state trial. The former officer’s sentencing date will be determined later, but he is expected to receive at least 42 months in prison to be served at the same time as his federal sentence.

Tou Thao, another former officer, who was involved in the arrest, decided to waive his right to a jury. Instead, Judge Peter Cahill will determine Thao’s case based on existing evidence. Thao also waived his right to have any witnesses testify. If he is found guilty by the judge, he may be expected to serve 41 to 57 months in prison.

Prosecutors noted that they would not pursue the murder charge against Thao if he were found guilty of aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter. (Read more from “Former Officer Pleads Guilty in George Floyd’s Death” HERE)

Alex Jones Says the CIA Tried to Recruit Him, Claims Obama Is a Fan

During an interview with the Human Events Daily podcast on Sunday, Jones revealed that he had been visited by the CIA when Obama was president.

“In the last two years of Obama’s administration — not bragging,” Jones said, “they sent a high-level CIA guy to meet with me and he said, ‘Listen, Obama likes you, he cares about you. Just stop attacking him. Come on board. Come to us, you know, to New York.'”

Jones also dropped Elon Musk’s name.

“But it’s not about me,” he continued. “You asked the Elon Musk question. I can’t say everything at this point but when you actually get told directly by these people — and I’ll leave it at that — when you directly have dinner with these people — and I’m not going to say Elon Musk, but I’ll just leave it at that — and they tell you to your face, ‘No, we know you’re right.'”

“I’m just like, wow, this is the next level,” Jones remarked. “I’m not getting directives from anybody. I just have had a lot of these high-level people in the last two years reach out. And it started with that meeting two years ago.” (Read more from “Alex Jones Says the CIA Tried to Recruit Him, Claims Obama Is a Fan” HERE)

Lawsuit Reveals Vast Censorship Scheme by Big Tech and the Federal Government

A little noticed federal lawsuit, Missouri v. Biden, is uncovering astonishing evidence of an entrenched censorship scheme cooked up between the federal government and Big Tech that would make Communist China proud.

So far, 67 officials or agencies — including the FBI — have been accused in the lawsuit of violating the First Amendment by pressuring Facebook, Twitter and Google to censor users for alleged misinformation or disinformation.

Victims of the Biden-Big Tech’s “censorship enterprise” include The Post, whose Hunter Biden laptop exposé was suppressed by Facebook and then Twitter in October 2020 after the FBI went to Facebook warning them with great specificity to watch out for a “dump” of Russian disinformation, pertaining to Joe Biden, with an uncanny resemblance to our stories.

“We allege that top-ranking Biden administration officials colluded with those social media companies to suppress speech about the Hunter Biden laptop story, the origins of COVID-19, the efficacy of masks, and election integrity,” is how the lawsuit was summarized by the intrepid Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt, who is leading the action.

Censorship related to alleged “misinformation” about pandemic lockdowns, vaccines and COVID-19, and included material from the esteemed infectious disease epidemiologists and public health scientists associated with the Great Barrington Declaration which proved over time to be correct and eventually much of which was adopted as official policy by the CDC. Military Whistleblowers Sound Alarm on ‘Devastating’ Consequences of Pentagon’s Vaccine Mandate

Whistleblower service members are speaking out on behalf of thousands of service members whose careers have been jeopardized for objecting to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin’s 2021 military COVID-19 vaccine mandate. They’ve expressed concern over the vaccine mandate’s legality, as well as its health effects.

Alongside three members of the Armed Forces, attorney and former Marine Corps Capt. Dale Saran participated in a live-streamed military whistleblowers press conference on Oct. 18 to highlight concerns about the military vaccine mandate. The video has garnered more than 40,000 views, to date.

Saran once defended service members involved in a fight against the Pentagon’s mandatory anthrax vaccination program. He is also challenging the Pentagon’s vaccine mandate in a class-action lawsuit. He noted in the press conference the current case bears striking similarities to the legal battle against the anthrax vaccine program almost 20 years ago.

Saran said that “at the heart of most of the legal claims” against today’s military COVID-19 vaccine mandate is the fact that “there is no licensed vaccine” available to service members. More Questions Than Answers: Missing Michigan Family Who Feared CIA/FBI Due to 9/11 Secret Info Supposedly Found Safe in Wisconsin

The Michigan family who went missing after the father claimed to have secret knowledge about the Sept. 11 terror attacks was found safe Sunday, authorities said.

The family was located in Stevens Point, Wisc., in the morning, police told MLive, and authorities have subsequently closed the case into their disappearance. . .

Fremont Police Chief Tim Rodwell told MLive on Sunday that “all members [of the family] were interviewed and determined to be safe.

“They are still of the opinion that people are after them, but the elements of the investigation do not meet the criteria for protective custody,” Rodwell said.
