GOP Candidate Quits After Cop Catches Him Masturbating Outside Preschool

A Republican running for an Arizona college district’s governing board suspended his campaign Tuesday, two weeks after he was arrested for allegedly masturbating outside a preschool at one of the colleges he was hoping to represent.

Police found candidate Randy Kaufman on Oct. 4 parked outside the child center at Rio Salado College with his pants down to his mid-thigh and “manipulating his genitals in a masturbatory manner,” according to a police report.

Kaufman was in full view of the campus’s Wirtzie’s Preschool and Child Care Center, where several preschool-aged children were playing outside, the report said.

“Seriously?” the officer said upon finding the Republican playing with himself.

Conservative Attorneys General Investigate Six Major Banks for Wokeness

Nineteen state attorneys general launched an investigation on Wednesday morning into six major banks and their involvement with the environment, social, and governance investing movement, also known as ESG.

Bank of America, Citigroup, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, and Wells Fargo were served with civil investigative demands requesting information related to the institutions’ involvement with Net-Zero Banking Alliance, a project of the United Nations which seeks to unify bank portfolios toward the goal of eliminating carbon emissions by 2050. The officials contend that such objectives place the economic wellbeing of their constituents at risk.

“The Net-Zero Banking Alliance is a massive worldwide agreement by major banking institutions, overseen by the UN, to starve companies engaged in fossil fuel-related activities of credit on national and international markets,” Missouri State Attorney General Eric Schmitt said in a statement provided to The Daily Wire, arguing that oil companies and farmers are particularly exposed to risk from the agenda.

The attorneys general requested that the financial institutions provide a list of “divisions, groups, offices, or business segments” with operations related to the Net-Zero Banking Alliance and a description of how emissions goals are incorporated into operations, as well as a list of other global climate initiatives with which the institutions are affiliated.

JPMorgan Chase, the largest bank in the United States, has devoted more than $2.5 trillion over the course of the next decade to “advance long-term solutions that address climate change and contribute to sustainable development” in accordance with meeting worldwide emissions goals by 2050. Goldman Sachs likewise vows to “accelerate the transition to a low-carbon economy” and has prioritized sustainability across its business units. ABC News Producer Missing Since FBI Raided His Home

ABC News reporter and investigative journalist James Gordon Meek “fell off the face of the Earth” and has not been seen by his neighbors or colleagues since the FBI raided his home in late April, Rolling Stone reported.

The FBI told Rolling Stone that agents were present on April 27 “at the 2300 block of Columbia Pike, Arlington, Virginia, conducting court-authorized law-enforcement activity,” where Meek lived in the Siena Park apartments for more than a decade.

“The FBI cannot comment further due to an ongoing investigation,” a Bureau spokesperson added.

Since the raid, none of Meek’s neighbors or colleagues have seen him. Meek sent his last tweet on the morning of April 27.

Biden Snaps Over Questions He’s Depleting America’s Reserve Oil for Political Reasons

Speaking from the White House Wednesday afternoon, President Joe Biden announced the release of an additional 15 million barrels of oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. The announcement extends the depletion of the reserve into December as the Biden administration’s war on domestic drilling and forced transition to unreliable alternative energy continues.

Why Is the Waukesha Judge Being Lenient Toward the Parade Attacker?

Waukesha County Judge Jennifer Dorow has been dealt an interesting case with the Darrell Brooks trial. At nearly every turn, Brooks has disrupted, filibustered, and been combative with Dorow regarding her rulings or court proceedings.

Brooks’ outbursts have sometimes occurred in the presence of the jury, forcing Dorow to make them leave the room so she can admonish Brooks for his behavior. To ensure she gets Brooks’ cooperation, Dorow has had to threaten Brooks with being removed from the courtroom and participating in the trial next door via a video camera where she has the ability to mute him if he continues acting out. Brooks has been kicked out of the courtroom twice since the official start of the trial, once on the very first day and once this week. . .

Despite the threats from Dorow, Brooks has had verbal spats with her on a daily basis. At one point, Brooks ranted for almost an hour, complaining about everything from his First Amendment rights supposedly being violated to how his trial should’ve been moved to another county. This has left some viewers of the trial asking why Dorow isn’t being more forceful in shutting down Brooks’ antics.

While we can’t say with 100 percent certainty what Dorow’s reasoning is for being lenient toward Brooks’ behavior, the leading theory is Dorow is allowing Brooks to dig himself into a deeper hole. Brooks continues to question witnesses about mundane things that are irrelevant to the trial. He frequently makes a fool of himself in front of the jury, despite Dorow’s attempts to keep it out of their view.

For Every Dead Body Found, 5 to 10 More Out There: Texas Sheriff on Illegal Alien Deaths

In Texas, 70 miles north of the U.S.–Mexico border, a rural sheriff’s office spends more than 85 percent of its time on border-related issues.

Often it’s to search for illegal immigrants who have called 911 and are lost, dehydrated, or injured as they walk on private ranchland in an attempt to skirt the nearby highway checkpoint that Border Patrol operates.

Other times it’s to find a dead body.

So far this year, 79 bodies have been recovered within Brooks County’s 944-square miles, Sheriff Benny Martinez told The Epoch Times’ The Nation Speaks.

Florida Board of Education Passes New Transgender Restroom Rule

The Florida Board of Education passed a new rule on Wednesday that requires school boards that allow transgender students to use bathrooms inconsistent with their biological sex at birth to notify parents of the policy.

The new rule, 6A-10.086, will mandate public and charter schools to provide “full knowledge” to parents regarding how the school’s restrooms and locker rooms are designated if they are separated for any other reasons than biological sex.

The purpose of the new law is, “To protect the fundamental rights of parents to ensure they are fully informed of how bathrooms are designated and how locker rooms, which include dressing rooms, are designated and supervised. This rule will ensure full transparency to enhance the health, safety and welfare of students when utilizing bathrooms and locker rooms and protect parental rights.”

In addition, if a school board chooses to allow any different criteria “the policy or procedure must be posted on the district’s website or charter school’s website, and must be sent by mail to student residences to fully inform parents.” (Read more from “Florida Board of Education Passes New Transgender Restroom Rule” HERE)

US Military Rated as ‘Weak’ With Worries It May Not Be Able to Win a War

The US military may not be able to win one war — let alone two — as the Pentagon struggles to keep its forces equipped against potential threats from China and Russia, according a new report on American military strength.

Years of underfunding and “poorly defined priorities” has led the military to become “weak relative to the force needed to defend national interests on the global stage,” the conservative Heritage Foundation said in its annual “Index of U.S. Military Strength.”

“[T]he current U.S. military force is at significant risk of not being able to meet the demands of a single major regional conflict,” the report said. “The force would probably not be able to do more and is certainly ill-equipped to handle two nearly simultaneous [major conflicts.]”

At the same time, the possibility of two-front fighting has increased as Russia continues to wage war on Ukraine and China grows increasingly aggressive in the Pacific, according to the report.

Moderna CEO Splits With CDC on COVID Booster Shots for Healthy Folks Under 50

If you’re young and healthy, you may not need a COVID booster shot despite what the CDC says, according to no less an authority than the CEO of Moderna.

While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is recommending everyone above age five get booster shots, Stéphane Bancel begs to differ. Even though his company stands to continue profiting off its mRNA vaccine, it’s best to think of the boosters as annual flu shots, he said.

Even pro-vaccine skeptics have questioned why young, healthy people and small children need regular booster shots since they are at very little risk of suffering significant illness. Booster backers have long claimed kids should be fully vaccinated so that they won’t pass the virus on to more vulnerable adults, but a Pfizer executive acknowledged last week to European lawmakers that her company’s vaccine was never tested for preventing transmission.

Young men and adolescent boys face an elevated risk of heart inflammation known as myocarditis after the second dose of Pfizer’s and Moderna’s shots. Nancy Pelosi Melts Down Over Latest Polling

During an interview with MSNBC Tuesday afternoon, Speaker Nancy Pelosi shot back at host Andrea Mitchell after she was presented with polling from the New York Times showing Republicans are on track to take the House majority in November.

“The New York Times poll I think is an outlier poll, you cite one poll, but all the other polls…” Pelosi said.

“It’s also the RealClearPolitics average,” Mitchell pushed back.

Pelosi’s response comes shortly after she claimed that not only are Democrats in good shape ahead of the 2022 midterm elections, but that she was confident her party will increase their majority.
