Joe Biden Would Reevaluate Campaign if Doctors Flagged Medical Issue

President Joe Biden said Tuesday he would reevaluate his candidacy for president if his doctors told him he had a medical issue.

Biden’s comment is the first time he “opened the door to a theoretical medical condition forcing him from the presidential race,” according to Politico. Biden previously said that only the “Lord Almighty” could force him from the race.

“If I had some medical condition that emerged,” Biden told BET News’s Ed Gordon upon being asked if he would reconsider his decision to stay in the race. “If doctors came to me and said, ‘You got this problem, that problem.’”

Biden, whom many are trying to remove from the ticket, added that he is not a transitional candidate, as he once promised the party.

“I said I was going to be a transitional candidate, and I thought I’d be able to move on from this, pass it on to someone else,” he said. “But I didn’t anticipate things getting so, so, so divided. Report: Biden Guided by Document Instructing Him to ‘Walk to Podium’ During Events

White House staffers have reportedly created a document with photos and instructions for President Joe Biden to “walk” to the podium during events.

One template of the five-page document, which was obtained by Axios, shows a “large picture of the event space” on different pages, with words in “big text” that say, “View from podium” and “View from audience.”

The document also reportedly shows two different photos with the words “Walk to podium,” according to the outlet.

One person who had reportedly staffed an event for the president in the past year and a half told the outlet that the White House had “treated” a “simple fundraiser at a private residence” as if it “was a NATO summit.”

No Charges in ATF Killing Over Paperwork Firearms Violation

Agents of the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF) suspected that Bryan Malinowski, executive director of the airport in Little Rock, Arkansas, and an avid firearms collector, was reselling enough firearms at gun shows to make him more of a commercial dealer than a hobbyist. That meant he should, in the ATF’s view, get a Federal Firearms License. So on March 19, agents did what law enforcers do when they suspect people of paperwork violations: They raided his home before dawn, taped over the doorbell camera, and shot Malinowski dead less than a minute later when he opened fire on intruders who had just busted in his front door.

Unsurprisingly, the ATF agents are on their way to evading consequences for causing a man’s death over a paperwork violation.

“A law enforcement officer is justified in using deadly physical force if the officer reasonably believes that the use of force is necessary to defend himself or a third person from the use of deadly force,” Sixth Judicial District Prosecutor Will Jones writes in his letter to ATF Special Agent Joshua Jackson absolving the agent who killed Malinowski of legal liability. “Given the totality of the circumstances, Agent 2 had a reasonable belief that deadly force was necessary to defend himself and Agent 1. Therefore, the use of deadly force by Agent 2 was in accordance with Arkansas law and was justified.”

Of course, Malinowski himself might have felt justified in using deadly force given that the front door to his family’s home had been battered down just seconds after strangers began banging on the door.

“Had he survived he was almost certainly entitled to claim self-defense in the wounding of the agent based on the reckless manner in which the government planned and executed the search,” Bud Cummins, a former U.S. Attorney who represents the Malinowski family, told me. Gun Control Fail: Secret Service Agent Robbed at Gunpoint

A Secret Service agent was reportedly robbed at gunpoint in Tustin, California, while off-duty during President Joe Biden’s campaign stop with former President Barack Obama and some celebrities.

CBS News reported that the off-duty agent’s bag was stolen “Saturday night at about 9:30 p.m.”

The agent was able to draw his own gun and fire at the alleged robber, but it is unknown if the suspect was hit. The alleged robber managed to escape. . .

California has more gun control than any state in the Union. Those controls include universal background checks, a red flag law, a ten-day waiting period on gun purchases, firearm registration requirements, an “assault weapons” ban, a ban on carrying concealed for self-defense on college campuses, a ban on teachers being armed in K-12 schools for self-defense, a limit on the number of guns law-abiding citizens can buy in a given month, and controls on ammunition as well.

Poll Reveals Sharp Decline in Biden’s Support Among Black Voters

President Joe Biden is experiencing a significant decline in support among Black voters in the pivotal swing states of Michigan and Pennsylvania, according to a recent USA TODAY/Suffolk University poll. The findings indicate a dramatic shift in a demographic that has historically been a stronghold for Democratic candidates.

The poll shows a substantial drop in Biden’s approval among Black voters, with support plummeting from 76% in 2020 to 56% in Michigan and 54% in Pennsylvania. This represents a decline of at least 20 percentage points. In the 2020 election, exit polls revealed that Biden received 92% of the Black vote in each state, underscoring the precipitous nature of the current decline.

Several factors contribute to this erosion of support. The primary reasons cited by respondents include dissatisfaction with Biden’s performance in office, concerns about his age and mental acuity, and discontent with his stance on international conflicts, particularly his support for Israel in its war against Hamas.

Despite a favorable view of Biden by 61% of Black voters in Michigan and 59% in Pennsylvania, these numbers are seen as weak for a constituency that has traditionally shown overwhelming support for the Democratic Party.

Former President Donald Trump, meanwhile, is making notable inroads with Black voters in both states. The poll indicates that 15% of Black voters in Michigan now back Trump, a significant increase from the 9% who supported him in 2020. In Pennsylvania, Trump’s support has risen to 11%, up from 8% in the previous election. This uptick in support is particularly pronounced among Black men compared to Black women.

Suffolk University’s Political Research Center Director David Paleologos highlighted the challenge for Biden. “Since Biden won 13 times Trump’s support from Black voters in 2020, to maintain the same level of support, Biden would need to earn 13 new Black votes for every vote he loses to Trump,” Paleologos explained. This dynamic underscores why Trump senses an opportunity for improvement within the Black community.

The poll surveyed 500 Black voters in each state via landline and cell phone from June 9 to 13, 2024, with a margin of error of ± 4.4 percentage points.

‘Bio-Attack’: Vials of Blood Addressed to Donald Trump Delivered to RNC

By Breitbart. Vials of blood in a package addressed to former President Donald Trump were sent to the Republican National Committee (RNC) headquarters, sending the office into lockdown for what Chairman Michael Whatley called a “biological attack.”

A hazmat team was called, and staff were forced to evacuate the Washington, DC, headquarters on Wednesday morning after two vials containing blood from an unknown source were delivered, the New York Post reported.

“Today, vials of blood were sent to RNC Headquarters in DC. We are thankful to law enforcement, who responded quickly and ensured everyone’s safety,” Whatley said in a statement after the building was deemed safe.

“The lockdown has been cleared and staff has resumed their office duties because we remain unintimidated and undeterred in our efforts to elect President Trump to the White House,” he continued.

“This revolting attack comes on the heels of pro-Hamas protestors violently demonstrating on college campuses and deranged Biden supporters physically attacking our campaign volunteers for supporting President Trump,” the GOP leader added.

Republican National Committee’s Headquarters Evacuated After Vials of Blood Are Addressed to Trump

Expert Warns Biden Is Driving China, Russia Together

Joe Biden’s foreign policy has been, at best, suspect, experts have noted.

On his watch the Russia-Ukraine war erupted, Afghanistan has returned to a terrorist-controlled land, there have been various outbreaks of conflict across Africa and the threat from China to the free world has surged.

But his “biggest blunder,” says an expert, is to be driving two nuclear powers, Russia and China, into an alliance.

A Fox News report cited the comments that come from Michael Pillsbury, a senior fellow at the Heritage Foundation, on Fox & Friends.

Report: Email Unveils Attempt to Introduce Chinese Company, Deemed National Security ‘Risk,’ to U.S.

In a recent revelation, it has been uncovered that an economic development corporation in Ohio actively engaged with a Chinese-owned company flagged as a potential national security risk by U.S. authorities. According to communications reviewed by the Daily Caller News Foundation, JobsOhio, a private economic development corporation funded by the JobsOhio Beverage System, collaborated with Fufeng USA, a subsidiary of China-based Fufeng Group, to explore the establishment of a facility in the state.

The correspondence indicates that Matthew Davis, representing “RGP Northwest Ohio/JobsOhio,” initiated discussions with officials from Paulding County regarding the potential siting of Fufeng USA’s facility in or near Defiance, Ohio, in May 2023. Despite warnings from the U.S. Air Force about Fufeng USA’s operations posing a significant national security threat, JobsOhio proceeded with discussions.

Fufeng USA, specializing in bio-fermentation for livestock feed supplements, has ties to the Chinese Communist Party through its parent company, Fufeng Group. This connection, coupled with Fufeng USA’s plans to establish a plant in North Dakota, drew concerns from U.S. authorities. The U.S. Air Force expressed apprehension, citing both immediate and long-term risks to national security due to the plant’s proximity to sensitive military installations.

Moreover, Fufeng Group’s founder and chairman, Li Xuechun, has a political background within the Chinese Communist Party, having served on committees and received accolades from government entities. Li’s association with the CCP raises further questions about the company’s intentions and potential influence.

While JobsOhio and its partner organizations engaged in preliminary discussions with Fufeng USA, they eventually decided not to pursue the opportunity further.

North Carolina Parents Appeal Student’s Forced COVID Vax Case Ruling

In a recent legal case concerning a North Carolina high school student’s forced COVID vaccination, the courts have upheld the application of federal law granting immunity to those administering the vaccine, despite objections and lack of parental consent.

The incident in question occurred in 2021 when 14-year-old Tanner Smith, a football player at Western Guilford High School, was directed to undergo COVID testing due to a reported “cluster” involving the team. Unbeknownst to Smith and his family, the testing site also offered COVID-19 vaccine shots.

Despite Smith’s explicit objection and the absence of parental consent, a clinic worker proceeded to administer a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine to him, contrary to his expectations of receiving only a test. This action led to a lawsuit filed by Smith and his mother, Emily Happel, against the Guilford County school board and the Old North State Medical Society.

However, the lawsuit faced a setback when appellate judges ruled against Happel and Smith, citing the federal Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness (PREP) Act of 2005. This legislation provides broad immunity to individuals administering COVID vaccines, shielding them from legal action except in cases of death or serious bodily injury due to willful misconduct.

Despite labeling the forced vaccination as “egregious,” the court upheld the immunity granted by the PREP Act, emphasizing the sweeping breadth of its liability protections.

Attorneys representing Happel and Smith have filed a petition urging the state Supreme Court to reconsider the ruling, arguing that the broad interpretation of the PREP Act undermines state laws requiring parental consent for administering vaccines to minors. They contend that the court’s decision renders such state laws ineffective.

Planet Fitness Has Been ‘Pretty Much Destroyed,’ Says Company Founder

This comes after weeks of calls for boycotts of the brand after the company canceled the membership of a Planet Fitness gym goer after speaking out about a biological male in the women’s locker room.

Planet Fitness’s policy allows gym members to use the locker room associated with their gender identity. But this policy has led to a few high-profile cases of women feeling uncomfortable in Planet Fitness women’s locker rooms, and some women and children have reported abuse and sexual harassment at the facilities. Many of these incidents resulted in the women losing their membership, but an arrest was made in at least one instance…

[Founder and CEO Mike Grondahl stated,] “Planet Fitness was like another child for me. And I put my heart and soul into building that company and it’s been pretty much destroyed in, ya know, it’s lost all respect within the country within the last couple weeks,” he said. “There’s no common sense standing behind this.”

Grondahl told Libs of TikTok he didn’t approve of the policies or the response to them in recent weeks. Grondahl sold the company to private equity in November 2012 and lost control. Following the sale, he remained CEO until he was ousted after he reported that the chief administrative officer (CAO) and general counsel hired by the private equity firm had been found guilty of multiple charges over several years and abused minors on several occasions. In two instances, he was a teacher and was found guilty of abusing his students. The CAO left Planet Fitness in 2017.

“When we went public, the majority of the board knew that this lead attorney was a pedophile. It’s in the culture.” Grondahl said during the TikTok interview.
