Poll: Majority Approve Trump Deploying National Guard to Quell Los Angeles Riots

A new poll shows that a majority of Americans approve of President Trump deploying National Guard troops to quell the ongoing anti-ICE riots in Los Angeles.

Surveying 1,000 likely U.S. voters on June 10, the Insider Advantage poll showed roughly 59 percent of Americans support the president sending in the National Guard versus 39 percent opposed.

A recent CNN poll also showed that immigrants have dramatically shifted to the right, with a majority trusting Republicans (a 40-point shift) to handle the ongoing immigration crisis over Democrats.

Retired Architect, 80, Forced to Bag Groceries as Medical Bills, Promise to Dying Wife Leave Him Broke

A former big shot architect was forced to bag groceries after mounting medical bills and a promise he made to his dying wife left him broke.

Utah resident Gary Saling, 80, has spent years working four days a week at Smith’s Market in St. George – though a well-deserved retirement might be on the horizon thanks to the generosity of others.

The senior citizen started the job in December 2020 about six months after the death of his wife, Carol, from two forms of dementia – including the rare, aggressive Progressive Supranuclear Palsy. . .

“I promised myself, God, her, her brother, her son and daughter, (her stepsons), I promised them I would not put her in a nursing home,” Saling told The Post on Sunday. “I’d keep her at home and I kept it.”

The devotion led to skyrocketing at-home care costs, which totaled $80,000 including other medical bills the two faced over the years. (Read more from “Retired Architect, 80, Forced to Bag Groceries as Medical Bills, Promise to Dying Wife Leave Him Broke” HERE)

Trans Influencer Dylan Mulvaney Nabs Women’s Ad Campaign

Transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney infiltrated a fragrance line designed by major fashion house Jean Paul Gaultier.

Mulvaney is apparently the face of Jean Paul Gaultier’s new women’s perfume “Divine.” The influencer somehow managed to nab an entire trip to Morocco to shoot the advertising campaign for the brand’s product launch.

In a video posted to Instagram, the transgender influencer bopped up and down enthusiastically while riding on a camel’s back in an attempt to secure the winning camera shot for the promotional material.

Jean Paul Gaultier put Mulvaney front and center in a bright red dress to announce the release of the brand’s new fragrance.

A clip from the advertisement shared on X Wednesday showed Mulvaney staring down the camera while wearing sharp red lipstick. The camera panned away from Mulvaney briefly to snag a glance at the crafty, sculpted exterior of the fragrance bottle.

America’s Most Famous Scientist Sparks Outrage Among Liberals After MAGA Post

One of America’s most famous scientists shocked the social media universe Monday after appearing with a Make America Great Again hat in his hands.

Neil deGrasse Tyson, the famed astrophysicist, writer, and media personality, stoked a political whirlwind after asking his followers which of four red hats he should wear this week.

All four had different sayings on them, but one was the classic pro-Trump MAGA hat that has triggered opponents of the president’s agenda to do everything from bully wearers verbally to physically assault them in public.

Dr Tyson, who has a history of keeping his voting preferences private, was also holding hats that said ‘Make America Smart Again,’ ‘Make Lying Wrong Again,’ and ‘Relax It’s Just A Red Hat.’

The post shocked many of Tyson’s fans online, as the 66-year-old has been outspoken about his liberal stance on several issues, including transgender rights, climate change awareness, and keeping religious beliefs out of government decision-making. Trump Signs Order To Dismantle Education Department ‘As Quickly As Possible’

President Donald Trump signed an executive order Thursday afternoon directing Education Secretary Linda McMahon to start dismantling the Department of Education.

The signing, held in a packed East Room full of students, teachers, parents, education advocates, and governors from across the country, was a celebratory event for many who have wanted to see an end to federal bureaucrats’ dictating of education regulations and spending, without regard for the individual needs of states and localities. McMahon was also in attendance.

“The Department of Education, we’re going to eliminate it, and everybody knows it’s right, and the Democrats know it’s right, and I hope they’re going to be voting for it, because ultimately it may come before them,” Trump said. “Everybody knows it’s right that we have to get our children educated. We’re not doing well with the world of education in this country, we haven’t for a long time.”

Referring to McMahon, Trump continued, “We’re pleased to be joined today by the woman who I chose because she’s an extraordinary person, and hopefully she will be our last Secretary of Education.”

The order directs McMahon — “to the maximum extent appropriate” — take “all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of the Department of Education and return education authority to the States and local communities” without depriving Americans of the “benefits, programs, and benefits” they rely on. China Says It’s ‘Ready’ For Any ‘Type Of War’ With U.S. After Trump Doubles Tariffs

China responded after President Donald Trump imposed higher tariffs on the communist country on Tuesday, saying that it is “ready” for “any … type of war” and will “fight till the end.”

Trump doubled the tariffs on Chinese imports from 10% to 20% as 25% tariffs on Canada and Mexico also went into effect Tuesday morning. Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Lin Jian told The New York Times that Trump’s insistence that China do more to curb fentanyl trafficking into the United States “is a flimsy excuse to raise U.S. tariffs on Chinese imports.”

“The U.S., not anyone else, is responsible for the fentanyl crisis inside the U.S. In the spirit of humanity and goodwill towards the American people, we have taken robust steps to assist the U.S. in dealing with the issue,” Lin said, adding, “If the U.S. truly wants to solve the fentanyl issue, then the right thing to do is to consult with China on the basis of equality, mutual respect and mutual benefit to address each other’s concerns.”

The communist government spokesman then warned that China was “ready” for war.

“If the U.S. has other agenda in mind and if war is what the U.S. wants, be it a tariff war, a trade war or any other type of war, we’re ready to fight till the end,” Lin said. “We urge the U.S. to stop being domineering and return to the right track of dialogue and cooperation at an early date.” (Read more from “China Says It’s ‘Ready’ For Any ‘Type Of War’ With U.S. After Trump Doubles Tariffs” HERE)

Trump Endorses Sending DOGE Rebate Checks to Taxpayers

President Trump on Wednesday endorsed sending Americans rebate checks based on a percentage of the savings achieved by the federal government through the Department of Government Efficiency’s cost-cutting measures.

“There’s even under consideration a new concept where we give 20% of the DOGE savings to American citizens and 20% goes to paying down debt because the numbers are incredible,” Mr. Trump said at the Future Investment Institute’s PRIORITY Summit in Miami.

Mr. Trump said by allowing the American people to get in on the action, they will help the federal government identify the fraud, waste and abuse that he was sent to Washington to clean up.

“By doing this Americans will tell us where there’s waste. They’ll be reporting it themselves. They’ll participate in the process of saving money,” he said.

Mr. Trump did not offer any details about the plan, including how many Americans would receive checks or how the process would work. (Read more from “Trump Endorses Sending DOGE Rebate Checks to Taxpayers” HERE)

Survey: Homeschooled Adults Are More Religious And Less Anxious

Horror stories abound about the parents of Gen Z showing up to their adult children’s job interviews. It’s hard not to think there is no hope for the anxious generation who can’t talk to a potential employer without mom or dad. You may, however, have recently met a rare competent, put-together young adult who could make eye contact, give a firm handshake, and make pleasant conversation. Far from the stereotypes of yesteryear, chances are that well-adjusted young adult was homeschooled.

A recent report from the Cardus Educational Survey analyzed educational, economic, mental health, civic, family, and faith status for American adults who were homeschooled and found a range of outcomes within a diverse population. With homeschooling on the rise, the report highlights that people in a variety of demographics opt for homeschooling, either short-term or long-term. Because of the diversity of homeschoolers and their families, the results are not easily grouped into population-wide findings. Researchers did, however, observe trends among adults who had been homeschooled, which they lay out in the new report.

The study shows improved mental health outcomes among adults who were homeschooled compared to their peers who were never homeschooled. In an epidemic of mental health issues among teens and young adults, this is an important finding that warrants more investigation. While leftists continue fearmongering about the imagined dangers of homeschooling, the results show that homeschoolers are a success in some of the ways that matter most.

Breaking Down the Report

Cardus is a non-partisan, Christian research organization. The group’s survey from 2023 studied adults aged 24 to 39 who were homeschooled for part or all of their primary and secondary education. Within that population, researchers looked at short-term homeschoolers (defined as people who were homeschooled one to two years), medium-term homeschoolers (three to seven years), and long-term homeschoolers (eight or more years). Researchers compared outcomes for adults from all homeschool types with outcomes for adults who were never homeschooled, controlling for demographic characteristics.

Researchers found that adults who had been homeschooled (all three groups) were less likely than adults who had never been homeschooled to be employed full-time. While this may initially seem concerning, the report does not indicate whether some of the unemployed survey respondents are stay-at-home parents. Musk Rips ‘Fraudulent’ Taxpayer Handouts as DOGE Team Uncovers Shady Financial Secrets

Tech billionaire Elon Musk ripped alleged “fraudulent” Treasury payments on Saturday as reports circulated that the Department of Government Efficiency has gained acces to the federal government’s payment system as the second Trump administration continues cutting what they say is government fat and overspending.

“The @DOGE team discovered, among other things, that payment approval officers at Treasury were instructed always to approve payments, even to known fraudulent or terrorist groups. They literally never denied a payment in their entire career. Not even once,” Musk, the chair of DOGE, posted early Saturday morning to X.

Musk’s post came just ahead of the New York Times reporting Saturday afternoon that Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent granted DOGE personnel access to the payment system. The Treasury spends roughly $6 trillion per year on payments for federal agencies.

The ranking Democrat on the Senate Finance Committee, Oregon Sen. Ron Wyden, posted to social media on Saturday that he has also been informed that DOGE was granted access to the system.

“Sources tell my office that Treasury Secretary Bessent has granted DOGE *full* access to this system. Social Security and Medicare benefits, grants, payments to government contractors, including those that compete directly with Musk’s own companies. All of it,” Wyden posted to social media site BlueSky on Saturday evening. (Read more from “Musk Rips ‘Fraudulent’ Taxpayer Handouts as DOGE Team Uncovers Shady Financial Secrets” HERE)
