Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA) complained on Wednesday to reporters a day after Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) removed him and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA) from the House Intelligence Committee, saying McCarthy will regret making the decision.

McCarthy made it clear that due to Schiff’s and Swalwell’s past behavior, they are not qualified to sit on such a high-ranking committee. Swalwell said McCarthy’s statement has led to death threats.

“Even though we have said publicly, these smears are bringing death threats, he continues to do it, which makes us believe that there’s an intent behind it. But we will not be quiet. We’re not going away. I think he’ll regret giving all three of us more time on our hands,” Swalwell said. “But at the end of the day, our mission now is to restore the credibility and integrity of this institution, of which the Speaker has so gravely, so gravely smashed and destroyed.”

Joe Biden’s ‘Brutal’ Gaffe Tarnishes Monumental Ukraine Announcement

President Joe Biden on Wednesday appeared to momentarily state the wrong country’s name while delivering an important announcement regarding the sending of tanks to Ukraine.

The slipup occurred as Biden listed statistics for various armaments sent by Ukraine’s allies to aid the country against the invading Russians. He said such supplies were “all to help counter Ukraine’s brutal aggression that’s happening because of Russia.”

The president seemingly meant to say “Russia’s brutal aggression.” He paused briefly after he said aggression, then added the statement about Russia to the end of the sentence. Earlier in the speech, he had said the phrase “Russia’s aggression” multiple times.

The gaffe occurred during Biden’s announcement that the United States would provide Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky’s forces with 31 M1 Abrams battle tanks.

‘Woke’ M&Ms Marketing Paused After Tucker Carlson Slams Candy Campaign (VIDEO)

M&Ms’ candy mascots have been put on pause after the revamped characters drew attacks from conservatives like Tucker Carlson, who publicly slammed the candy campaign for being “woke.”

M&Ms launched limited edition packaging that featured slogans like “Supporting Women” and images of the brown, green and newly added purple female spokescandies taking feminist stances. A portion of sales profits went to feminist charities.

The green candy — “Miss Green” — used to be presented as a sexy and feminine, but the new rebranding of her image to make her more “inclusive” involved toning down her eyelashes, removing references to her gender and putting her in tennis shoes.

Fox News personality Carlson attacked the alleged sexuality and weight of the candy mascots in a segment dedicated to slamming the brand’s new image. “The woke M&M’s are back,” Carlson said in early January. “The green M&M is now a lesbian maybe,” he said, adding that “there is also a plus-sized, obese purple M&M.”

He previously mocked the new marketing campaign in Jan. 2022. At the time, Mars Wrigley, the company behind M&Ms, explained that the changes were designed to demonstrate their “Global commitment to creating a world where everyone feels they belong and society is inclusive.”

Comedian Blasts Woke ‘Brainwashing’ of Young Minds (VIDEO)

A comedian’s searing take on how “woke culture” and climate activism has “gone too far” and “brainwashed” young minds has gone viral.

“I’m tired of talking about woke culture. Free speech is not some right-week reframing of whatever — it’s the foundation of Western civilization,” Russian British comedian Konstantin Kisin recently told the Oxford Union Society.

“We know that the way to improve the world is to work, is to create, is to build, and the problem with woke culture is that it has trained too many young minds like yours to forget about that,” he added.

The video of the speech, posted to Kisin’s Twitter on Jan. 13, has been viewed over 9 million times as of Thursday. In it, he also discusses how many “woke” people suffer from climate anxiety — or fears over the consequences of climate change.

SWAT Officers Shoot Unarmed Man Wrongly Suspected as Hostage-Taker — Then Officer Blurts Out, ‘F***, Bro, F***,’ Unaware of Home Cameras: Video

SWAT team officers in North Carolina repeatedly shot an unarmed man who was wrongly suspected of taking another person hostage, the New York Post reported. The man was subsequently accused of communicating threats and resisting arrest, but home surveillance footage may reveal a different story.

Around 11 p.m. on December 13, 41-year-old Jason Kloepfer and his wife, Alison Mahler, were awakened by SWAT team officers with the Cherokee Indian Police Department and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

According to Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office, they received a 911 call of shots being fired. Believing a gunman was holding another person hostage inside Kloepfer’s mobile home, authorities obtained a search warrant to enter the residence.

The sheriff’s office, not having a tactical unit of its own, requested assistance from the Cherokee Indian Police Department’s SWAT team.

In the initial press release, authorities alleged that Kloepfer “engaged in a verbal altercation with officers.” Police said they responded by opening fire on Kloepfer because he “confronted” authorities.

Carlson noted Nixon resigned as president in 1974 and was replaced by his vice president Gerald Ford. The host said Nixon was reelected in 1972 by a historic margin but was “forced to resign” only to be replaced by an “obedient servant” in Ford:

“On June 23, 1972, Nixon met with then-CIA director Richard Helms at the White House. During the conversation, which thankfully was tape-recorded, Nixon suggested he knew “who shot John,” meaning President John F. Kennedy. Nixon further implied that the CIA was directly involved in Kennedy’s assassination, which we now know it was. Helms’ telling his response? Total silence.”

. . .The host said the Washington Post had already begun its “dishonest” reporting about the break-in at the Watergate Hotel. He said the burglary was perpetrated by CIA agents. Carlson then went in on Woodward, who reported those stories:

“Who exactly was Bob Woodward? Well, he wasn’t a journalist. Bob Woodward had no background whatsoever in the news business. Instead, Bob Woodward came directly from the classified areas of the federal government. Shortly before Watergate, Woodward was a naval officer at the Pentagon. . . Soon after leaving the Navy for reasons that have never been clear, Woodward was hired by the most powerful news outlet in Washington and assigned the biggest news story in the country. Matt Gaetz Rolls Out ‘Inside Job’ Theory in Defense of Biden: Classified Documents Were Planted (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden received full-throated defense over the classified document controversy from a curious place Thursday: proud Ultra-MAGA Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz appearing on Fox News.

The Deep State and Biden’s own “democrat lawyers” are to blame for Biden’s classified document possession, Gaetz suggested during an appearance on The Ingraham Angle, suggesting a bizarre conspiracy theory that this was an inside job. And in case this idea was lost on Fox News viewers, “Inside Job” was included in a lower third even before Gaetz suggested as much.

Biden said Thursday he has “no regrets” about his handling of classified documents and told reporters there is nothing scandalous about the situation. “I think you’re gonna find there’s nothing there,” Biden said. “I have no regrets. I’m following what the lawyers have told me they want me to do. It’s exactly what we’re doing. There’s no ‘there’ there.”

“Well, things in Washington aren’t always what they seem,” Gaetz opened. “Consider this. It was Joe Biden’s Democrat personal lawyer that was rummaging around his stuff, looking for what? Evidence of a crime that his septuagenarian client committed nine years ago?” You see, Biden is too old to have masterminded a classified document caper, Gaetz suggested. ‘We’re Zombies’: Liberal City’s Open-Air Drug Crisis Spirals Out of Control

Philadelphia’s open-air drug crisis is spiraling even more out of control, as Mexican cartel-supplied drugs flow largely unheeded over an open southern border, Sara Carter reported in a Thursday “Hannity” exclusive.

Philadelphia, which is exponentially closer to the northern border than the southern one, continues to experience a heroin, meth and fentanyl epidemic — prominently in the long-troubled Kensington neighborhood, east of Temple University and north of Old City.

Carter recounted traveling through block after block of the neighborhood, prominently marked by the El train that forms its proverbial backbone, witnessing untold numbers of people shooting up unknown illicit substances.

“Just so you can get a perspective here, 95% of the narcotics here in Philadelphia, according to law enforcement sources I’ve spoken to today, are coming from the Sinaloa Cartel,” she said.

“This fentanyl is coming across the border. Those fentanyl-precursor chemicals are coming from none other than China. State Poised to Legalize Infanticide, Nuke Protections for Women and Babies in Radical Abortion Bill (VIDEO)

Minnesota Democrats are poised to ignore the at least 69 percent of Americans who say they want significant limits on abortion to pass the state’s most radical abortion bill, which would legalize taxpayer-funded on-demand abortion for all.

The Protect Reproductive Options Act (PROA), the first bill Democrats introduced in both the state House and Senate this session, would repeal dozens of the state’s protections for women and babies and expand legal immunity for abortions up until the moment of birth and beyond.

The bill is eagerly supported by Planned Parenthood and its allies in the press and the Biden administration, but legal experts say it goes “far beyond any interpretation of the Minnesota Supreme Court case Doe v. Gomez,” the state’s version of Roe v. Wade.

“Cattle and reptiles will have more legal protections in Minnesota than Minnesota’s vulnerable preborn children. Legal penalties for animal cruelty in Minnesota range from misdemeanor up to a felony while there is no criminal penalty for leaving a preborn child to die on a cold metal table,” Renee Carlson, general counsel at True North Legal, said in remarks to the Senate ahead of the vote.

That doesn’t matter to state legislators, who could vote on the bill in the Minnesota House as soon as Thursday. If passed by both chambers, the legislation will head to Democrat Gov. The FAA Has Very Quietly Tacitly Admitted That the EKGs of Pilots Are No Longer Normal

After the vaccine rolled out, the FAA secretly widened the EKG parameter range for pilots so they wouldn’t be grounded. It looks like the vax gave at least 50M Americans heart damage.

In the October 2022 version of the FAA Guide for Aviation Medical Examiners, the FAA quietly widened the EKG parameters beyond the normal range (from a PR max of .2 to unlimited). And they didn’t widen the range by a little. They widened it by a lot. It was done after the vaccine rollout. . .

This is a tacit admission from the US government that the COVID vaccine has damaged the hearts of our pilots. Not just a few pilots. A lot of pilots and a lot of damage. . .

On October 24, 2022, the FAA quietly, without any announcement at all, widened the EKG requirements necessary for pilots to be able to fly.

The PR (a measure of heart function) used to be in the range of .12 to .2.

It is now: .12 to .3 and potentially even higher.
