‘I Saw Her Die’: Witness Describes Traumatic Scene of July 4th Parade Shooting (VIDEO)

An eyewitness recounted the horrific scene at Monday’s Highland Park parade celebrating Independence Day, telling CNN that she had watched as a young girl was shot to death in the street.

The witness, who introduced herself to CNN’s Adrienne Broaduss as only “Zoe,” explained that she and her father had arrived early to watch the pet parade and the children’s parade first — and she said that when the shooting first started, a number of people had believed it was fireworks or some other part of the planned festivities.

“You know, a little after the band went through, we heard pew-pew-pew, probably heard 50 rounds in total, at least,” Zoe described the moment the chaos began. “Everyone thought it was fireworks. Everyone said, oh, fireworks and the military people had just gone through with the shotguns, and I was like, something is wrong. I grabbed my dad and started running.”

“All of a sudden everyone behind us started running. I looked back, probably 20 feet away from me, I saw a girl shot and killed. The girl I’ve heard on the news with — in blood — I saw her die. I’ve never seen anything like this,” she continued. (Read more from “‘I Saw Her Die’: Witness Describes Traumatic Scene of July 4TH Parade Shooting” HERE)

Parade ‘Shooter’ Who Killed 6 Arrested, Had Posted Videos Before Massacre

. . .Robert ‘Bobby’ Crimo III was intercepted by cops in North Lake Forest, Chicago, after 7pm local time Monday evening when cops saw the silver Honda Fit he was last seen driving.

Dramatic photographs from the scene show the suspected mass-murderer – who posted creepy clips about shooting massacres online – being pinned to the ground face-down by police.

Crimo is from of the Highland Park area and posted rap videos online using the name Awake. In one song, the suspect wrote: ‘My actions will be valiant and my thought is unnecessary, I know what I have to do, I know what’s in it, not only for me, but for everyone else.’

The doom-laden words were set to drawings of a figure who looked like Crimo pointing a rifle while a person lies prone on the ground, and another holds their hands up in the air.

At one point, a grab of a newspaper clipping about JFK’s murderer Lee Harvey Oswald is visible.

Viewers Noticed Something off About This Recent VP Harris Interview (VIDEO)

Vice President Kamala Harris was interviewed by Keke Palmer in New Orleans, Louisiana over the weekend as part of Essence Festival, but the bright lights and official backdrop behind the two women couldn’t distract from one problem: Louisiana was misspelled on the official signage.

Yep, whether it was Essence Fest or the West Wing that had final approval over the backdrop, the typo went unnoticed by everyone…until it was too late. There, as Harris and Palmer talked about the state of the country (more on that later), was LOUSIANA in giant letters over the vice president like the midterms loom over her party.

Greatest Generation: WWII Vet Breaks Down, Says This Isn’t ‘Country We Fought For’

Much of what American soldiers fought for in World War II has “gone down the drain,” according to U.S. Marine Carl Spurlin Dekel, who celebrated his 100th birthday last week.

Dekel says serving his country in WWII was the most important thing he ever did, according to Fox 13. The veteran and Silver Star holder says he wouldn’t hesitate to put his life on the line again, but regrets that the U.S. has slipped away from what he remembers.

“People don’t realize what they have,” Dekel told the outlet. “The things we did and the things we fought for and the boys that died for it, it’s all gone down the drain.”

“We haven’t got the country we had when I was raised, not at all,” he says. “Nobody will have the fun I had. Nobody will have the opportunity I had. It’s just not the same and that’s not what our boys, that’s not what they died for.”

Dekel’s statements came the same day the U.S. lost the last surviving Medal of Honor recipient from WWII. Hershel “Woody” Williams died Wednesday at 98 years old, surrounded by his family at a hospital named after him in his home state of West Virginia.

Governor Won’t Let ‘Tragedy’ of Child Rape Dictate Abortion Access (VIDEO)

Gov. Kristi Noem (R-SD) held firm when pressed to consider a recent “tragedy” involving child rape while conversing about the hot-button issue of abortion access.

South Dakota is one of 13 states with a “trigger” law designed to go into effect once the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, which came to fruition last month. The state’s ban, which was signed into law in 2005, prohibits all abortions except to save the life of the mother.

Focusing on there not being an exception for rape, CNN’s Dana Bash asked Noem on Sunday to “be clear” as to whether South Dakota would “force” the same 10-year-old girl who was recently denied an abortion in Ohio to have a baby.

After some back-and-forth, Noem stood by her state’s position. “I don’t believe a tragic situation should be perpetuated by another tragedy, and so there’s more that we’ve got to do to make sure that we really are living a life that says, ‘Every life is precious.’ Especially innocent lives that have been shattered like that 10-year-old girl,” she said.

Cheney: ‘I Can Make Sure Trump Never Gets Anywhere Close to the Oval Office Again’ (VIDEO)

Rep. Liz Cheney (R-WY) is cautioning the GOP if President Trump were to run for the White House again in 2024.

During an interview on ABC’s “This Week” with George Stephanopoulos, Cheney said that the Republican Party can’t survive if Trump wins the GOP nomination.

“I think that he can’t be the party nominee. And I don’t think the party would survive that… I believe in the party, and I believe in what the party can be and what the party can stand for. And I’m not ready to give that up,” Cheney said.

She went on to falsely claim that “millions of Republicans have been betrayed by Donald Trump,” saying that he has torn the country and the Republican Party apart.

Undercover Footage: Women Drugged With Xanax Before Speaking to Abortionist (VIDEO)

As the pro-life movement celebrates the U.S. Supreme Court officially overturning Roe v. Wade with its Dobbs v. Jackson decision, those in the movement have also been contending with calling out abortion abuse where it is ongoing. Just before the Court handed down the Dobbs decision, Live Action released undercover footage showing the abuses committed by Dr. Cesare Santangelo, who performs abortions at the Washington Surgi-Clinic. His website advertises performing abortions up until 31 weeks and six days, which is into the third trimester.

The undercover footage, filmed in January of this year with a pregnant investigative activist presenting herself as a patient, reveals that patients have to take Xanax and have their pants off when speaking to the abortionist.

A nurse also reveals that they perform “a lot” of abortions at or past 28 weeks – the start of the third trimester – that are not for medical emergencies.

Given how late into pregnancy the procedure would be performed, the nurse also informs the patient there’s a possibility that she could go into premature labor before then in her hotel room. The patient was merely told to call the facility and they’ll tell her what to do next. After signing forms confirming they’ve had such a discussion, she’s told that the doctor “could come and help you take care of it.”

Inventor of World’s First Cellphone: Put Down Your Devices and ‘Get a Life’ (VIDEO)

The inventor of the world’s first cellphone says he’s stunned by how much time people now waste on their devices, telling users to “get a life.”

Martin Cooper, 92, made the declaration during an interview with “BBC Breakfast” on Thursday, responding to a co-host who claimed she whiled away upwards of five hours per day on her phone.

“‘Do you really? You really spend five hours a day? Get a life!” he stated, before bursting into laughter.

Chicago-based Cooper invented the Motorola DynaTAC 8000X — the world’s first cellphone — back in 1973.

The engineer had been working at Motorola for more than two decades and was frustrated by the growing popularity of car phones.

‘I’M OUT OF HERE’: Biden Abruptly Ends Press Conference as Reporters Shout Questions (VIDEO)

President Biden hastily ended a press conference on Thursday, turning his back as reporters shouted questions and declaring, “I’m out of here.”

Biden answered several questions from a pre-determined list of reporters during a press conference in Madrid, Spain, following the NATO Summit before he said, “All right, guys,” and attempted to wrap things up. Multiple reporters still wanted to ask questions, and someone in the crowd promised to be quick, but Biden shut it down nonetheless.

“There’s no such thing as a quick one. I’m out of here,” Biden said as he walked away from the podium as numerous reporters had their hands raised.

Biden, who has a history of walking away from reporters attempting to ask questions, smiled as he exited the stage while multiple voices were heard shouting, “Mr. President.”

Earlier in the press conference, Biden repeatedly referenced a pre-determined list of reporters he was instructed to call on. (Read more from “‘I’m Out of Here’: Biden Abruptly Ends Press Conference as Reporters Shout Questions” HERE)
