Big Tech platforms continue to censor conservatives for offering commentary on the Chinese coronavirus. The latest victim is the Hoover Institution, the Stanford University-based conservative think tank, which posted a video to YouTube of an interview with Hoover Senior Fellow Dr. Scott Atlas, who is now serving as a coronavirus adviser to President Donald Trump. The Google-owned platform censored the video as it “contradicts the World Health Organization or local health authorities’ medical information about COVID-19.”
YouTube recently took down an interview featuring one of the institution’s senior fellows, Dr. Scott Atlas. Dr. Atlas is also acting as a coronavirus adviser to President Donald Trump. According to the think-tank’s press release, Dr. Atlas recommended that K-12 schools be opened. . .
This comes just a week after Twitter censored Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican congressional candidate in Georgia’s 14th district, for arguing that children should not be made to wear masks. . . .San Francisco salon owner Erica Kious said she is closing her business after the infamous visit by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Fox News reported.
“I am actually done in San Francisco and closing my doors, unfortunately,” Kious told Tucker Carlson on Wednesday night.
“I started to just get a ton of phone calls, text messages, emails, all my Yelp reviews … saying that they hope I go under and that I fail,” she told the host about her eSalon. “So just a lot of negativity towards my business.”
Kious has denied Pelosi’s accusation that she set her up after releasing a video of the speaker walking around her business bare-faced, sparking charges of hypocrisy in light of the lawmaker’s frequent calls to take the coronavirus pandemic seriously.

They may be rivals on the campaign trail, but as the nation marks the 19th year since the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden and Vice President Mike Pence put politics aside.
The two briefly chatted and tapped elbows — a common replacement for shaking hands amid the coronavirus pandemic — as they both attended the annual memorial service at Ground Zero in New York City, at the site where more than 2,600 people died on Sept. 11, 2001, when two airliners hijacked by Al Qaeda terrorists slammed into the World Trade Center, collapsing the Twin Towers.
The former vice president and his wife, Jill Biden, were accompanied by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York, the Senate Minority Leader, as they arrived at the National September 11 Memorial Plaza in lower Manhattan. As the traditional reading of the names of those killed when the Twin Towers collapsed got underway, Biden and Pence stood just a few feet apart. Former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a brief rival during the 2020 Democratic presidential primaries, also stood nearby and briefly greeted Biden. A police chief of a suburban village in Illinois was fired after he posted a meme about looters that many found to be controversial.
Thomas Scully worked as the Orland Hills police chief for 15 years but he was fired on Wednesday over the Facebook post. . .
The meme was a commentary on the recent rioting and looting that resulted from protests over numerous incidents where black people were killed while in police custody or as a result of the actions of police officers.
It read, “Looting. When free housing, free food, free education, and free phones just aren’t enough.”

The benefits of using a paintball gun to defend your life and property are numerous. Firstly, it’s a non-lethal deterrent and does no lasting damage other than a few welts and bruises. No one can complain they were seriously injured by paintball since people pay money to be hit by these things in entertainment centers nation-wide. Second, the sound they make is like automatic gunfire. You can’t tell what it is when it goes off. It sounds like it could be bullets, thus terrifying the target and stopping any attack that was coming. They are very likely to hit the ground and cry for Mommy or run away screaming. This Obama-Biden Administration Failure Killed More Americans Than COVID-19
By PJ Media. Everyone on the left is trying to blame Donald Trump for COVID-19 and the deaths caused by it. Gov. Andrew Cuomo is trying to blame Trump for the outbreak in New York. Joe Biden wants voters to believe Trump is responsible for the deaths caused by a virus that started in and was covered up by China for weeks before alerting the World Health Organization. Joe Biden has claimed “it didn’t have to be this way” despite having failed to present a single alternative response to the virus. In fact, he often plagiarized Trump’s COVID-19 response by “proposing” actions that had already been implemented. . .
There is an actual example of government incompetence leading to hundreds of thousands of deaths nationwide—but it didn’t happen under Trump. It happened during the Obama-Biden administration. And their incompetence killed more people than the Chinese coronavirus has in this country.
The Veterans Affairs Department was notorious for its poorly managed health care system, and the Obama-Biden administration promised to end the horrendous backlog in VA benefits claims, some of which languished for years.
But the backlog of VA claims, which had been on the decline when Obama and Biden took office, skyrocketed on their watch. Unprocessed claims exceeded 900,000, with roughly two-thirds of all claims idling for 125 days or longer.
From 2011 to 2013, the time it took to process claims increased 40 percent, to an unthinkable 272 days. As a result of this backlog surge the number of veterans who died waiting for care and benefits skyrocketed. One of former Vice President Joe Biden’s top advisers appeared to bristle at NBC anchor Chuck Todd’s question on Friday about the presumptive Democratic nominee’s comments on black Trump supporters.
“I tell you, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black,” Biden had told Charlamagne tha God during an interview for “The Breakfast Club” on Friday morning. . .
Following the clip, Todd asked Biden adviser Symone Sanders: “Symone, let me put the question to you this way — I know, you have Joe Biden’s record and you have a long list of when he goes off the cuff, he seems to speak with sort of an older generation stereotype at times in some of this stuff. When you’ve been around him, what would be your explanation for to someone –”
“Chuck, I’m not going to do this,” Sanders interrupted. “Chuck, I’m not going to do this. I’m not going to do this. Chuck, I’m not going to do this because let me just be really clear.”

Never-before-seen footage showing Chinese and Indian troops brawling in what appears to be a location on the nations’ mutual border surfaced online on Wednesday, months after a similar clash led to the deadliest incident between the countries in decades.
The South China Morning Post reported that an unnamed Chinese military source confirmed the authenticity of the video, which shows the two sides fighting each other with sticks and their bare hands. The source said that the lack of firearms indicated the two sides were showing restraint and dated the video to have been taken some months ago.
The footage may have come from the June 15 clash between the two armies in the Galwan Valley of India’s Ladakh region, which led to the deaths of 20 Indian soldiers. China has refused to reveal how many casualties it suffered as a result of the scuffles, though Indian officials have estimated that twice the number of Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) troops died as Indian soldiers.
