Pathetic Elitism in Motion: Inbred Prince Charles Snubs Vice President Mike Pence

In this political hellfire of an era, we have to take time to savor the little things, you know? Like petting nice dogs, or a good cookie … or a member of the royal family completely ignoring Mike Pence at a public event. We have to savor.

Prince Charles and Vice President and noted personification of a blank stack of paper, Mike Pence, were both in attendance at the World Holocaust Forum in Jerusalem, where Pence and the Prince both delivered remarks. In a truly beautiful moment, Charles seemed to look directly through Pence and declined to shake his hand before moving on to greet Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel.

Musician Wears Pro-Trump Gown to Grammys: ‘Impeached and Re-Elected’ (VIDEO)

Joy Villa turned heads at the Grammy Awards on Sunday with yet another bold pro-Trump inspired gown.

The award-winning recording artist and political activist showed up to the red carpet decked out in a red, white and blue ensemble. The 28-year-old began posing for the cameras in a white form-fitting coverlet adorned with blue sequins and white stars.

Villa then took off the white outer layer and revealed a plunging red halter dress embellished with white letters that spelled out “TRUMP” down the center. The gown also read “2020” along the bottom.

The backside of the dress made even more of a MAGA statement, with the word “IMPEACHED” down the center and “re-elected” horizontally along the bottom. (Read more from “Musician Wears Pro-Trump Gown to Grammys: ‘Impeached and Re-Elected'” HERE)

WATCH: Democratic House Impeachment Manager Admits What Impeachment Is Actually About; Alan Dershowitz Tells Senate Trump’s Impeachment Is Unconstitutional

By The Blaze. House impeachment manager Zoe Lofgren (D-Calif.) made a stunning admission Sunday, implying that Democrats want President Donald Trump’s impeachment to impact the 2020 election.

During an interview on CNN’s “State of the Union,” host Jake Tapper asked Lofgren why she instructed senators last week to not “surrender to the president’s stonewalling” when House Democrats did not pursue subpoenas and force additional witnesses to testify.

“You didn’t pursue it in court. You ultimately withdrew the cases and went to the Senate,” Tapper noted. “Didn’t you surrender to the president’s stonewalling, in that sense?”

Lofgren responded, “Well, in that — I guess, in that sense, we did, because, if we had waited for three or four years, the election would be over. The issue would be almost moot.”

Alan Dershowitz Tells Senate Trump’s Impeachment Is Unconstitutional

By USA Today. Alan Dershowitz, a celebrity lawyer on President Donald Trump’s defense team in the Senate impeachment trial, argued Monday that the articles charging abuse of power and obstruction of Congress are unconstitutional because they didn’t allege a violation of federal crime.

Dershowitz argued that even if reports about former national security John Bolton were true, they would not be impeachable to Trump. Bolton wrote a book that said Trump withheld $391 million in military for Ukraine while pressuring that country to investigate his political rival, former Vice President Joe Biden.

“It is inconceivable that the framers would have intended so politically loaded and promiscuously deployed a term as abuse of power to be weaponized as a tool of impeachment,” Dershowitz said. “It is precisely that the kind of vague, open-ended and subjective term that the framers feared and rejected.” . . .

The Constitution allows impeachment for treason, bribery or “high crimes and misdemeanors.” Dershowitz argued that the framers of the Constitution wanted to limit impeachment to crimes similar to treason or bribery. He added that a crime is implicitly required by the Constitution because the Senate holding the trial will acquit or convict the president. WATCH: Buttigieg Has a Disgusting Response to a Pro-Life Democratic Woman

Former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg told a pro-life woman in Iowa she had no place in the Democratic Party. The comment came during a town hall with Fox News’ Chris Wallace in Des Moines, Iowa when a voter asked Buttigieg if he supported a change in the party’s language.

“I am a proud pro-life Democrat, so do you want the support of pro-life Democrats, Democratic voters? There’s about 21 million of us,” voter Kristen Day asked Buttigieg. “And, if so, would you support more moderate platform language in the Democratic Party to ensure that the party of diversity and inclusion really does include everybody?”

“Well, I respect where you’re coming from and I hope to earn your vote, but I’m not going to try to earn your vote by tricking you,” he replied with a smile. “I am pro-choice and I believe that a woman ought to be able to make that decision.” . . .

“Here’s what I can tell you – I know that the difference in opinion that you and I have is one that we have come by honestly and the best that I can offer – and it may win your vote, if not I understand – the best that I can offer is that if we can’t agree on where to draw the line, the next best thing we can do is agree on who should draw the line,” he explained. “And, in my view, it’s the woman who’s faced with that decision in her own life.” . . .

The voter replied, saying she was unsatisfied with Buttigieg’s response. He failed to answer the second part of her question, which is whether or not he would support a change in the party’s language and platform. WATCH: Joe Biden Gets Defensive When Asked About How He Got the Ukrainian Prosecutor Fired

By Townhall. Former Vice President Joe Biden was asked about his shady dealings in Ukraine during an interview with New Hampshire’s WMUR-TV over the weekend.

“What about that council on foreign relations video, where you’re bragging about getting the prosecutor, Viktor Shokin, fired?” WMUR’s reporter asked. “If average Joe, and not Joe Biden, is watching that, how do they tell the difference between that kind of pressure that you exerted and the pressure that the president exerted?”

“Because I was exerting the pressure of the United States government, the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the European Union and all of our allies,” Biden immediately replied. “All of them. Because the guy was corrupt. And I was the one who went to their Parlament and said it’s time for you to stand up and stop the corruption. You have a chance to break out of this now. That’s what that was about.”

Joe Biden Ducks Questions About Conflict of Interest in Ukraine

By Breitbart. Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed in an interview set to air Sunday morning that no one had been able to point to anything he had done wrong in Ukraine.

Biden told Manchester, New Hampshire’s WMUR-9:

My case has already been made. There’s not a single solitary person in this administration who said I did anything other than my job. Not anybody in the United States of America that has been involved at all. Not anybody abroad … I did my job, and I did it really well. The problem is here, this is all about Trump’s ability to take the focus off.

Democrats Accuse President Trump of ‘Threatening’ Adam Schiff; Republican Senator: Trump’s Schiff Tweet Not a ‘Death Threat’

By The Blaze. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), the House Democrat leading the impeachment charge against President Donald Trump, accused the president on Sunday of threatening him.

Speaking with NBC host Chuck Todd on “Meet the Press,” Schiff called Trump “vindictive,” and charged that one of Trump’s recent tweets constitutes a personal threat.

“What may be personal, though, and I think I have to be very candid about this, is I made the argument that it’s going to require moral courage to stand up to this president,” Schiff said. “I don’t think there’s any doubt about it. And if you think there is, look at the president’s tweets about me today saying that I should ‘pay a price.'”

Todd responded, “Do you take that as a threat?”

“I think it’s intended to be,” Schiff replied.

Republican Senator: Trump’s Schiff Tweet Not a ‘Death Threat’

By The Hill. Sen. James Lankford (R-Okla.) said Sunday that a tweet from President Trump saying Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) “has not paid the price” for “what he has done” to the U.S. was not “a death threat.”

The senator defended the president on CNN’s “State of the Union” when host Jake Tapper asked him about Trump’s tweet earlier Sunday morning targeting Schiff.

“I don’t think it’s a death threat. I don’t think he’s encouraging a death threat,” Lankford said.

Lankford also called Trump’s tweet “political,” saying it was “no different than” when Schiff and Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) say “folks will be paying a price at the ballot box” or in the future.

When Tapper asked if he was “offended” by the president’s tweet, Lankford responded that he is “offended only because Adam Schiff believes that the only reason that we act the way that we do is because the president’s going to put our head on a pike.” (Read more from “Republican Senator: Trump’s Schiff Tweet Not a ‘Death Threat'” HERE)

WATCH: Students Want Trump Removed From Office but Can’t Explain Why

On Friday, Campus Reform released a new video on YouTube in which Eduardo Neret asks students at American University about impeachment.

Neret first asks the students if they are following the ongoing impeachment trial. Almost universally, the students say that they are not. . .

One student is at least somewhat interested, telling Neret: “A little bit. I read The Washington Post’s five minute fix every morning.” . . .

The student who reads The Washington Post tells Neret that the impeachment is “honestly just, like, a show. It’s not actually – because everyone has read everything already.”

A male student wearing a University of Maryland hoodie says: “How many times can I read an article that has the heading, like, ‘He’s leaving office’? There’s like a thousand of them.” (Read more from “WATCH: Students Want Trump Removed From Office but Can’t Explain Why” HERE)

WATCH: Unhinged Democrats Call Trump a Dictator During Impeachment Proceedings

By Townhall. The Democratic Party has been trying to oust Donald Trump since day one. It’s been an unhinged pursuit that was finally captured in one sentence by Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY): “He is a dictator.” Nadler said of the president. Yeah, and this is an impeachment move by Democrats that isn’t political or partisan in any way; it’s not a cause of celebration. Please—this was done to appease the base and yes, the personal agendas of House Democrats. They tried to make Russian collusion into a thing. It failed. And now we’re off on this Ukrainian phone call where Trump supposedly threatened to withhold aid unless a corruption probe was opened into Hunter Biden’s board position at Burisma. This case is shoddier than the Russian collusion allegations that have been exposed as media myths. There is no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, though for two years we were told the walls were closing in on this administration.

There is no such thing as an elected dictator. Nadler and his ilk have just shown what many of us already knew, which is that the impeachment push itself, not Trump’s actions, are what’s really corrosive to the Constitution and the institutional integrity of the country. The Democrats have no case. It’s a partisan witch-hunt, which is why the president has rightfully made things very difficult when it comes to this circus. There was no evidence for the collusion goose chase. There is nothing to the quid pro quo allegations.

‘Stunned’ Sen. Collins objected to Nadler’s impeachment accusation in note to Roberts

By Fox News. One House Democrat’s accusation amid the Trump impeachment trial “stunned” even the most moderate of Senate Republicans, reportedly prompting GOP Sen. Susan Collins to write a note to Chief Justice John Roberts about decorum on the floor of the upper chamber.

Collins, R-Maine, is the latest to signal her concerns, after impeachment manager Rep. Jerrold Nadler, D-N.Y., asserted earlier this week that GOP senators were engaged in a “cover-up.”

Collins told Politico she was “stunned” by Nadler’s comments, and confirmed to the outlet that she wrote a note that made its way to Roberts after a tense back and forth between Nadler and White House Chief Counsel Pat Cipollone.

“It reminded me that if we were in a normal debate in the Senate, that the rule would be invoked to strike the words of the senator for impugning another senator,” she told Politico. “So, I did write a note raising the issue of whether there’d been a violation of the rules.”

Collins said she gave the note to the secretary for the majority, Laura Dove, and “shortly thereafter, the chief justice did admonish both sides. And I was glad that he did.” (Read more from “‘Stunned’ Sen. Collins objected to Nadler’s impeachment accusation in note to Roberts” HERE)

WATCH: Democrats Compare Trump to Nazi Germany, 9/11 Terrorists During Senate Trial

By Daily Wire. New York Democratic Representative Hakeem Jeffries, who is one the Democrats’ House impeachment managers, argued on Friday during President Donald Trump’s Senate impeachment trial that Trump’s impeachment was like fighting Nazi Germany during World War II and al-Qaeda after the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

“Whenever America has found itself in a tough spot, we always make it to the other side,” Jeffries said. “We were in a tough spot in December of 1941 when a foreign power struck, plunging us into a great conflict with the evil empire of Nazi Germany, but America made it to the other side.”

“We were in a tough spot on September 11th when the towers were struck and young men and women like Jason Crow were sent to Afghanistan to fight the terrorists there so we didn’t have to fight the terrorists here, and we made it to the other side,” Jeffries later added. “America is a great country.”

GOP senators turn to fidget spinners during Trump impeachment trial

By NBC News. Restless senators, sitting through endless hours of the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, now have an outlet: fidget spinners.

Richard Burr, R-N.C., handed out the toys to several of his fellow senators in the chamber before Thursday’s trial proceedings got underway.

A fidget spinner is a small toy with a ball bearing at its center that can be used to play with between the fingers. . .

Fidget spinners have become especially popular in recent years, and they have prompted a collection of YouTube videos on how to perform tricks. The fidget spinners, which are sold for a couple of dollars each, have been promoted as toys that can reduce anxiety and help users focus. Geraldo Rivera: Donald Trump Is a ‘Civil-Rights Leader’ (VIDEO)

Fox News correspondent-at-large Geraldo Rivera on Tuesday insisted that President Donald Trump is a “civil-rights leader,” pointing to low African-American unemployment to make his case.

The morning after Martin Luther King Day, the former Celebrity Apprentice star reacted to Trump’s arrival at the economic summit in Davos, telling the hosts of Fox & Friends that he feels “awful” for the president because he’s dealing with impeachment during his trip.

“This is an economic summit, the American economy is the envy of the world,” he declared. “I call him, to great controversy, a civil-rights leader, especially yesterday on Martin Luther King Day.”

“Because why?” Rivera continued. “African American unemployment—lowest it’s ever been. Latino unemployment—lowest it’s ever been. The rising tide, the rising tide is lifting all boats, we should be celebrating, instead he’s fighting this—this, you know, cage match.”
