Embarrassing: Bloomberg Ad Uses Obama-Era Footage of Caged Migrants to Criticize Trump (VIDEO)

Mike Bloomberg, the former mayor of New York City and contender for the Democratic presidential nomination, released an anti-Trump campaign advertisement that included footage of caged migrants in 2014 — during the Obama era.

The Bloomberg campaign released an ad that was meant to highlight unflattering events that have occurred during the Trump administration, such as the white nationalist march in Charlottesville, Virginia, the aftermath of a Florida school shooting, the Brett Kavanaugh hearings, and immigration enforcement at the U.S.-Mexico border.

“America demanded change and change is what we got,” a narrator said in the ad, which then led to a montage of footage, supposedly all taken during the Trump presidency.

The campaign took direct aim at the Trump administration’s immigration enforcement measures, clipping images of Border Patrol agents doing their job and featuring footage of detained migrants. However, a review by the Daily Caller News Foundation found that one still image used in the ad was taken in 2014 — during the Obama administration. WATCH: Woman Says She Was Recruited as Teen to Be Powerful Church Leader’s ‘Sex Slave’

A California woman, Sochil Martin, has told the federal agents and California prosecutors that the men who ran her church recruited her as a high school teen in Los Angeles to become a “sex slave” for the leader of the Light of the World Church, which claims to have five million members in the United States, Mexico and 50 other countries around the world.

“Everything that I was taught to do for him, it wasn’t wrong, it was a blessing,” Martin said in an interview on the Law&Crime Network Program Brian Ross Investigates.

She says as she grew older she helped to recruit other underage girls to participate in group sex scenes that the church leader, known as the “Apostle” by his followers, would record on his phones and electronic tablets. . .

She said she left the church after being beaten by Garcia who was angry when she refused to perform a sex act in front of him with a 14-year-old boy. . .

Martin’s account comes as the church leader, Naason Joaquin Garcia, is already in custody, facing trial on sex trafficking charges brought by the California attorney general. He was arrested last June as he arrived on a private jet in Los Angeles and has pleaded not guilty to the charges. Buttigieg: I Know 63 Million People Voted for Trump but They’re Still Racist (VIDEO)

Former South Bend, Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg has repeatedly said those who support President Donald Trump are racist. CNN’s Jake Tapper on Sunday asked Buttigieg if he regretted making those comments.

“Republicans have been seizing, including in a new Trump ad, a statement you made that ‘Anyone who supported this president is, at best, looking the other way on racism.’ You’ve also said that on my show,” Tapper explained. “That’s almost 63 million Americans who you’re painting with a pretty broad brush. Do you regret saying that at all?” . . .

“No. I’m very concerned about the racial division that this president has fostered,” the 2020 Democratic candidate explained. “And I’m meeting a lot of voters who are no longer willing to look the other way on that, looking for a new political home.”

WATCH: Liberal Protesters Have a Meltdown After They Find out the Senate Votes Against Witnesses

By Townhall. Pro-impeachment protesters were not happy when they found out during their demonstration outside the Capitol building that the Senate voted against having more witnesses and documents in President Trump’s impeachment trial.

Protesters had been chanting, “Convict, remove, send Donald Trump to jail. This fascist regime, is guilty as hell!” prior to the Senate’s vote.

When the vote was over, the crowd began to chant “Shame!” While there had been a small Capitol Police presence, more were brought in as the crowd became more agitated in the wake of the vote.

“Our government has failed us,” a protester who had been using a megaphone told those who had gathered.

The Senate Finally Reaches a Deal on When to Vote on the Articles

By Townhall. Sorry folks. It looks like this trial is not over yet. Although the Senate voted down the option to call forth more witnesses Friday night, the actual vote on the two articles of impeachment, abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, has been delayed until next Wednesday at 4 p.m. ET, following a few rounds of closing arguments. The new schedule means the vote is arriving the day after President Trump is delivering his fourth State of the Union.

WATCH: Kansas City Chiefs Player Wears Pro-Trump Ensemble to Super Bowl Press Conference

2020 is looking up to be the year that celebrities let their MAGA pride flag fly for all to see. After Joy Villa wowed everyone in her pro-Trump dress at the Grammy Awards this past weekend, Frank Clark, defensive end for the Kansas City Chiefs, wore some Trump swag of his own during a Super Bowl press conference last Friday. The big moment went viral on social media Thursday when Benny Johnson shared footage of the moment on Twitter. Take a look:

The sweater features a photo of the moment when President Trump met rap icon Kanye West at Trump Tower in Manhattan shortly after the 2016 election.

“I got my good friend in L.A. At Zero’s; it’s a clothing store,” he told reporters after they asked him to explain his sweater. “I’ll never forget. You all know the moment when Donald Trump met Kanye. A historical moment in our history.” . . .

Whether or not Frank Clark would visit the White House in the event of Kansas City winning the Super Bowl remains to be seen. Last week, however, 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman said that he most likely would not visit the White House if his team squeaked out a Sunday victory. WATCH: Radical Leftists Plan to ‘F*** S**T up’ at NYC’s Train Terminals. Oh, and ‘F*** the Police,’ They Declare.

A radical leftist organization known as Decolonize This Place indicates it’s planning a large-scale “action” Friday in New York City in order to “f*** s**t up” at the city’s train terminals. They call it “F*** the Police 3,” and it’s a protest against fares and police presence on the transit system.

The group posted a video on Twitter announcing the planned uprising. The text preceding the clip reads, “The streets are ours. The trains our ours. The walls are ours. This moment is ours. How will you and your crew build and f*** s**t up for #FTP3 on #J31 (THIS FRIDAY)? Issa mothaf***in’ movement.” . . .

[WARNING: Explicit language used throughout video.]

The video shows a trio of masked, hooded individuals, and the voice of the speaker in the middle is muffled presumably to hide his identity. The speaker asks listeners to “think of the ways that you can move in affinity” with other protesters “and f*** s**t up on J31 all day long.”

WATCH: Joe Biden Gets Physical With Voter; Later Claims He Wants Michelle Obama to be his VP

By Daily Wire. Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden snapped at a voter in Iowa in Tuesday as the 77-year-old candidate put his hands on the man and told him to go vote for someone else.

“I’m going to support you if you win the nomination because we got to get rid of Trump but what are we going to do about climate change?” the man asked Biden. “Now, you say you are against pipelines, but then you want to replace these gas lines, that’s not going to work.” . . .

Biden put his hand on the man’s chest and gently pushed him away, telling the man, “go vote for someone else.”

“You’re not going to vote for me in the primary,” Biden said after the man appeared to express shock with his facial gestures.

“I’m going to vote for you in the general if you treat me right,” the man responded.

Biden Takes Heat After Sparring With Iowa Voter Who Challenged Him on Climate Change

By Fox News. Joe Biden came under fire Tuesday from 2020 rival Tom Steyer after a video surfaced of him telling a man in Iowa to “go vote for someone else” when the man challenged him on his energy policies in the Hawkeye State. . .

The exchange went viral online after video from journalist Zaid Jilani surfaced, and it soon brought criticism from Steyer, who said it was “no way to treat an Iowan.”

“He said he’d vote for the Dem in the general [because] he knows how important it is to beat Trump,” Steyer tweeted Tuesday. We need immediate action on climate. If you don’t agree, happy to talk @ debate.”

“But don’t take it out on voters we need to win in [November],” he added.
