Resurfaced Video Reveals How Biden Used to Feel About the U.S. Border… Remind You of Anyone?

Democrat presidential primary candidate Joe Biden once supported President Trump’s “America First” immigration agenda that builds a wall along the United States-Mexico border and bans employers from hiring illegal aliens over American citizens.

In a November 2006 appearance at a South Carolina rotary club, Biden touted the fact that he supported funding building a fence along the U.S.-Mexico border by voting for the Secure Fence Act of 2006. The legislation, at the time, promised to fund 700 miles of new fencing at the southern border to end illegal immigration.

Aside from supporting barriers at the southern border to end illegal immigration to the country, Biden cited his support for mandatory nationwide E-Verify, which would ban employers from hiring illegal aliens over American citizens, in the unearthed clip.

Biden said a border fence and mandatory E-Verify were necessary to stop illegal immigration, both of which are a part of Trump’s immigration platform:

Folks, I voted for a fence, I voted, unlike most Democrats — and some of you won’t like it — I voted for 700 miles of fence. But, let me tell you, we can build a fence 40 stories high — unless you change the dynamic in Mexico and — and you will not like this, and punish American employers who knowingly violate the law when, in fact, they hire illegals. Unless you do those two things, all the rest is window dressing. [Emphasis added]

WATCH: Violent Assault on Pro-Lifer at U.S. College

Video has recently surfaced depicting a violent assault on the campus of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill last month. The video shows a female student attacking a young man after she apparently became angry over anti-abortion signage, according to a report by Campus Reform.

The young man, Austin Beigel, is an intern with the pro-life group Created Equal. Biegel said in a Facebook post that he was attacked while “peacefully talking to students about abortion,” adding that “violence from abortion supporters is becoming more common.” . . .

Created Equal was reportedly on the UNC campus in order to display “large signs depicting the gruesome reality of abortion” and engage in conversations with students on April 2, a Tuesday press release from the group said. The appearance was part of a bigger tour across 14 college campuses, located in three different states.

“Footage of the outburst begins with a woman asking our team, ‘Did you put these [signs] up?’” the press release stated, according to The Daily Caller News Foundation. “When they respond affirmatively, she proceeds to repeatedly punch and kick a member of our staff.” . . .

Created Equal President Mark Harrington reportedly said Tuesday that the university had still not reached out to the group, but that police had charged the assailant with non-aggravated assault. Campus Reform was not able to independently confirm those charges with the UNC police. (Read more from “WATCH: Violent Assault on Pro-Lifer at Chapel Hill” HERE)

Nadler: Trump Claim of Executive Privilege Could Delay Mueller Testimony

By Politico. President Donald Trump’s sweeping effort to block congressional access to the Mueller report could complicate Democrats’ efforts to bring special counsel Robert Mueller in as a witness, a top Democrat told POLITICO on Wednesday.

Noting that Mueller is still an employee of the Justice Department, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerry Nadler said Trump’s claim of executive privilege could succeed in delaying the House’s efforts to access Mueller’s report and hear his testimony. . .

Nadler said he hasn’t received a definitive assurance about when Mueller intends to leave the Justice Department but that “by all accounts it’s very short.” He indicated that he’s banking on Mueller’s departure to ease his path to testifying to the Judiciary Committee.

It’s unclear whether that could set back the committee’s efforts to call Mueller on May 15, a tentative date that House Democrats have eyed. But there’s no indication Mueller has consented to testifying or that he’s operating on the committee’s tentative schedule. Why This Rifle Maker Keeps Its Base of Operations in One of the Most Anti-Gun Parts of the Country

Indianapolis- It’s right there for all to see—and with pride: Henry—Made In America, or Not At All. That’s the mantra of Henry Repeating Arms, a gun manufacturer based out of Bayonne, New Jersey. Yes, I know. What’s the gun maker doing sticking around in one of the most anti-gun states in the country? It’s a question that the company’s president, Anthony Imperato, answered and it made total sense. We’ll get to that in a bit, but what kind of firearms does this company make? They’re lever action rifles and shotguns commonly seen in any Western film. Think Battle of the Little Big Horn. Okay—bad example, but the Clint Eastwood classic film “Unforgiven,” or “Pale Rider,” would feature rifles that Henry doles out on a daily basis. All parts are made in America, a phrase that’s become perilously close to ornamentation as more companies ship their production overseas. For Henry, that’s not an option. And it likes to be seen as a beacon, an example of an American company that’s thriving while still making its product in the good U.S. of A.

Townhall caught up with Mr. Imperato at the National Rifle Association’s Annual Meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana, where we got to learn a little more about his company. . .

As for Henry itself, it’s not Proctor and Gamble, but it employs 535 people in Wisconsin and New Jersey. Imperato said it’s not massive, but it’s “535 jobs that the state of Wisconsin and NJ are happy to have…well, maybe not the state of New Jersey,” he added with a chuckle. Of the 535 employees, 300 are based in Wisconsin, while 235 work out of the Garden State.

So, why stay, to put it bluntly, in an anti-gun hellhole? It’s very simple. It’s a family history. It’s also the fact that 235 people would probably have to find new jobs. That’s not acceptable either.

“I’m in the gun business because my grandfather had a police equipment gun shop in Lower Manhattan that dates back to 1911,” Imperato said of why he remains in the Tri-State area. “So, we’ve been on the east coast in the gun business for over 100 years, and with that–that whole region Connecticut, Massachusetts, etc. is considered gun valley, and if you want to lump New Jersey into it, now you can,” he added. Joe Biden Thinks We’re Obligated to Give Illegal Aliens Healthcare

Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden said during a campaign stop in California on Wednesday that the United States has an “obligation” to give healthcare to illegal aliens.

“I think that anyone who is in a situation where they’re in need of healthcare, regardless of whether they are documented or undocumented, we have an obligation to see that they are cared for,” Biden said in Los Angeles. “That’s why I think we need more clinics around the country.”

Biden dismissed the notion that many illegal aliens come into the United States illegally through the southern border despite the fact that immigration arrests along the border are at a 12-year high.

“U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) detained 109,144 migrants along the boundary with Mexico last month, a 6 percent increase from March, as monthly arrests reached their highest point since 2007,” The Washington Post reported. “Unauthorized border crossings have more than doubled in the past year, and they are on pace to exceed 1 million on an annual basis, as Guatemalan and Honduran families continue streaming north in record numbers with the expectation they will be quickly processed and released from custody.”

“Our apprehension numbers are off the charts,” Carla Provost, chief of the Border Patrol, told the Senate on Wednesday. “We cannot address this crisis by shifting more resources. It’s like holding a bucket under a faucet. It doesn’t matter how many buckets we have if we can’t turn off the flow.” (Read more from “Joe Biden Thinks We’re Obligated to Give Illegal Aliens Healthcare” HERE)

WATCH: Teaser Trailer for Lesbian ‘Batwoman’ Hits the Internet

The long-awaited lesbian “Batwoman” has swung onto the scene with a new teaser trailer featuring the “gender fluid” actress Ruby Rose in the title role. Take a look:

The teaser doesn’t offer much other than a few shots of Ruby Rose in the dark suit with her punkish hair blowing in the wind. Its release follows the CW picking up the series to make TV history with the first gay lead character in a live-action superhero series, reports Deadline.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the arrival of “Batwoman” breaks several barriers. Not only is the character an avowed lesbian, but she will also be played by the openly gay Ruby Rose, who played Stella Carlin on “Orange is the New Black.” THR provided the show’s official description:

Armed with a passion for social justice and a flair for speaking her mind, Kate Kane [Rose] soars onto the streets of Gotham as Batwoman, an out lesbian and highly trained street fighter primed to snuff out the failing city’s criminal resurgence. But don’t call her a hero yet. In a city desperate for a savior, Kate must overcome her own demons before embracing the call to be Gotham’s symbol of hope.

The character Batwoman first came onto the comic book scene in the ’50s as a potential love interest for Batman, but eventually took a backseat in the ’60s. The character did not become a lesbian until being reintroduced in DC’s “New 52.” A previous Hollywood Reporter poll showed that 85% (more than 2,000 people) of respondents wanted a “Batwoman” series. WATCH: CNN Contributor Claims Pregnant Women DON’T Carry Human Beings

Last night on CNN’s Cuomo Primetime, during a discussion on the recent passing of “heartbeat bills” in various states, former speaker of the New York City Council and CNN contributor Christine Quinn made the bizarre claim that “When a woman is pregnant, that is not a human being inside of her.” It’s hard to believe that anyone could make such a bizarre claim, but here is the segment:

Liberals can’t even decide how many genders there are, or what constitutes a human being, yet they accuse conservatives being anti-science over issues they don’t like to be challenged on. For example, to the left, climate change is settled science, end of discussion. Abortion is clearly no different since they seem content to deny humanity to a child who hasn’t been born yet.

Opposite of Quinn on the issue was former Pennsylvania Senator and presidential candidate Rick Santorum, who tried to explain that the issue of abortion is about the life of an unborn child. “Millions of children are dying, Christine,” Santorum said when things got heated. “This is a human life,” he added, and Cuomo and Quinn strongly objected to that characterization. When Santorum explained that it is a unique human being in the woman, Quinn shook her head and said, “No, it’s not.”

Cuomo gave Quinn the last word. “Let’s be clear here, Rick … When a woman gets pregnant, that is not a human being inside of her. It is part of her body. And this is about a woman having full agency and control of her body and making decisions about her body and what is part of her body with medical professionals.” (Read more from “CNN Contributor Claims Pregnant Women DON’T Carry Human Beings” HERE)

WATCH: Biden Supporter Makes Disturbing Comments About Creepy Candidate

During a Tuesday event in Nevada, a woman shouted, “You can hug and kiss me anytime, Joe.”

It was evident Biden was uncomfortable with the comment. After all, he’s done everything can possibly can to move past the “Creepy Joe” image he’s been battling.

What’s interesting: Biden laughed as the crowd cheered. They cheered at the thought of hugs and kisses from Joe Biden. . .

Biden has come under fire after multiple women came forward, accusing him of inappropriately touching them while he was Vice President. What made things even more ironic: Biden worked on a sexual assault campaign with Lady Gaga. It was a program that Biden even made a point of highlighting when he announced his intent to run for president.

The Left has been entirely hypocritical about the sexual harassment allegations launched against Biden. They continually tell women to stand up, speak out and say something…but apparently that only applies when the person that’s being accused is a Republican. Nunes and Fox News Commentator Suggest That the Entire Trump-Russian Collusion Lie May Have Been Initiated by FBI or the CIA

Representative Devin Nunes, the ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee, was interviewed yesterday about the mysterious “Professor Joseph Mifsud”, a Maltese national who was the supposed catalyst to the Trump-Russian collusion probe. Since the collusion story broke, no one has seen Misfud publicly.

Apparently suspecting FBI or CIA involvement from the beginning, Nunes demanded that by May 10, the agencies disclose exactly who employed Mifsud and further requested all recordings of volunteer Trump advisor George Papadopoulos’ conversations with him:

“If the FBI does in fact have transcripts of Papadopoulos talking to anyone … I think Congress, and the American people, have a right to know this because in fact we paid for it, and we had to deal with this for two and a half years. We had to suffer through this,” he told Fox correspondent Maria Bartiromo on “Sunday Morning Futures.”

Papadopoulos has said that Misfud is who originally told him that the Russians had emails from Hillary that could damage her presidential campaign.

Nunes also hammered Mueller for “cherry-picking” information about Misfud and ignoring his obvious connections to U.S. intelligence agencies: “They pick a news story, and then they cherry-pick from it. So, they use it partly to describe where Mifsud worked. But then they fail to say in that same story that they have given support to by using it in the Mueller dossier. . . They cherry pick it and they don’t use that Mifsud was described as a Western intelligence asset. . . How is it that we spent $30-plus million on [the Mueller report] as taxpayers. Yeah. And they can’t even tell us who Joseph Mifsud is… we’re getting to the bottom of this.”

Democrat Accidentally Admits Why They’re Really Seeking to Impeach Trump — and It’s on Video

By The Blaze. Allies of President Donald Trump are highlighting a statement from a Democratic member of Congress that they say reveals the true motivation behind the calls to have the president impeached.

Rep. Al Green (D-Texas) was defending his support for impeachment despite the practical political implications of such a controversial act by Congress, when he revealed the reasoning behind his advocacy.

“I’m concerned that if we don’t impeach this president, he will get re-elected,” said Green on MSNBC. “If we don’t impeach him, he will say he’s been vindicated.

“He will say the Democrats had an overwhelming majority in the House and didn’t take up impeachment,” he continued. “He will say we have a constitutional duty to do it if it was there and we didn’t. He will say he’s been vindicated.”

The comments made such a stir that the president responded from his Twitter account on Monday.

Julian Castro Renews Call for President’s Impeachment After Ex-Prosecutors Claim Trump Obstructed Justice

By Fox News. 2020 presidential candidate Julian Castro once again urged the House of Representatives on Monday to move forward with impeachment proceedings against President Trump.

Castro, a Democrat who served as mayor of San Antonio, Texas, before joining then-President Obama’s administration as Housing and Urban Development secretary, made his case hours after the release of a statement by hundreds of former federal prosecutors claiming Special Counsel Robert Mueller would have recommended indicting Trump for obstruction of justice if Trump weren’t president.

“The fact that you’d have almost 400 former federal prosecutors say that anybody else would have been charged with several felony counts for obstruction of justice, that says something,” Castro told Fox News on Monday.
