Abortion Activist Sickening Comments Caught on Video: ‘Pro-Lifers Deserve to Be Shot’

At a pro-abortion “Stop the Bans” protest on Tuesday, an angry activist blocked a pro-life protester, accusing the pro-life side of violence and eventually saying pro-life activists “should be shot.”

The pro-life group Created Equal published footage of the confrontation in front of the Ohio statehouse on Wednesday. The “Stop the Bans” movement aims to protest the recent Alabama abortion bill, which mounts a direct challenge to Roe v. Wade (1973), the Supreme Court decision legalizing the killing of unborn babies. . .

Pro-lifers often point to the murders committed by abortionists as proof of such violence, but PJ Media was unable to confirm that the abortionists killed people for their pro-life activism. In some cases, abortionists killed their wives, who were themselves pro-abortion. By contrast, there have been a few isolated cases of pro-life activists killing abortionists, such as George Tiller in 2009. . .

“Do you think pro-lifers should be shot?” the pro-life protester asked. “Yes.” The pro-lifer responded, “Can you say that again to the camera?” . . .

“When you’re standing between a patient and her doctor, they should get what they have coming to them,” the pro-abortion man repeated. “And if they won’t get the f**k out of the way —and if they won’t get the f**k out of the way — they deserve whatever they get.” (Read more from “Abortion Activist Sickening Comments Caught on Video: ‘Pro-Lifers Deserve to Be Shot'” HERE)

Ocasio-Cortez Issues Bizarre Judgement on ‘Colonial’ Nature of This Specific Vegetable

By The Blaze. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.) bizarrely identified the planting of a specific vegetable in neighborhood communal gardens as a “colonial” act that turns off minorities on environmentalism.

The upstart socialist Democrat outed the cauliflower as the colonial culprit in an Instagram post touting her enlightened preference for woke plants, like Yucca.

“What I love too is growing plants that are culturally familiar to the community. It’s so important,” Ocasio-Cortez said in the post.

“That is such a core component of the Green New Deal is having all of these projects make sense in a cultural context,” she explained, “and it’s an area that we get the most pushback on because people say, ‘Why do you need to do that? That’s too hard!'” (Read more from “Ocasio-Cortez Issues Bizarre Judgement on ‘Colonial’ Nature of This Specific Vegetable” HERE)

AOC: Growing Cauliflower Is ‘Colonial Approach’ to Vegetables

By Washington Examiner. “So that’s really how you do it right. That is such a core component of the Green New Deal is having all of these projects make sense in a cultural context, and it’s an area that we get the most pushback on because people say, ‘Why do you need to do that? That’s too hard,’” Ocasio-Cortez said in another Instagram video of her walking the streets of New York after leaving the community garden.

“But when you really think about it — when someone says that it’s ‘too hard’ to do a green space that grows Yucca instead of, I don’t know, cauliflower or something — what you’re doing is that you’re taking a colonial approach to environmentalism, and that is why a lot of communities of color get resistant to certain environmentalist movements because they come with the colonial lens on them,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

Videos Show Hundreds of Illegal Aliens Blocking Entire Terminal at Airport in Hours-Long Stand-Off

In Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport on Sunday, between 300 and 500 self-identified illegal immigrants stormed a terminal and occupied it for about three hours, preventing access to flights, to demand they be given papers to remain in France.

Both the New York Post and blog Heavy.com reported that the protesting illegal immigrants said they would not leave or allow access to the terminal until they were allowed to speak with French Prime Minister Édouard Philippe. . .

It is impossible for any American witnessing the events not to think of issues surrounding immigration here in the United States, which could explain why there was so little coverage of the dramatic scenes in the American press. Just last summer, Democrat Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, in an interview with far-left Democracy Now! called for the occupation of American airports over Trump administration immigration policies.

Georgia Governor Fires Back and Mocks Celebrities Who Have Threatened to Boycott the State

By The Blaze. Georgia Republican Gov. Brian Kemp on Saturday mocked the plethora of celebrities threatening to boycott the state over its new, restrictive abortion law.

Celebrities like Alyssa Milano and Alec Baldwin have spoken out against the law, and signed letters of protest to demand that the state abandon the heartbeat bill. . .

During remarks at the Georgia Republican Convention, Kemp acknowledged the controversy the new law caused for many leftists and liberals.

“I understand that some folks don’t like this new law,” he said. “I’m fine with that. We’re elected to do what’s right — and standing up for precious life is always the right thing to do.”

Kemp went on to specifically pinpoint celebrities in his defense of the new law. Pointing out that the Republican Party is the “party of freedom and opportunity,” Kemp said that he will continue doing what’s right even if naysayers push back. Kemp Mocks ‘C-List Celebrities’ Threatening Boycott over Pro-Life Law

By AJC. “I understand that some folks don’t like this new law. I’m fine with that,” he said. “We’re elected to do what’s right – and standing up for precious life is always the right thing to do.”

Kemp added: “We are the party of freedom and opportunity. We value and protect innocent life — even though that makes C-list celebrities squawk.” . . .

He also hearkened back to his controversial TV spots featuring him pointing a shotgun toward his daughter’s suitor, and another showing him threatening to “round up illegals” in his pickup truck if Congress didn’t take action. . .

Kemp said his administration will ensure “our guns are not up for grabs here” and said he would press Congress to provide aid for farmers devastated by the October hurricane “even if I have to get in my pickup truck and drive to D.C. and get it myself – and yes, I just said that.” (Read more from “Kemp Mocks ‘C-List Celebrities’ Threatening Boycott over Pro-Life Law” HERE)

NFL Star Smacks Alyssa Milano over Abortion

On Sunday, pro-life advocate and NFL star Benjamin Watson took actress and abortion activist Alyssa Milano to task over her claim that laws restricting abortion would be “catastrophic” for black women. Watson chalked up Milano’s comments as “ignorance, racism, or some combination of both,” and asked the actress to stop patronizing black people.

Watson was reacting to Milano’s appearance on CNN last week. Pro-life laws “will affect the communities of color more than anything,” the actress told CNN host Chris Cuomo. “I feel like any woman of privilege that lives in one of these states — if this goes through — they’re gonna be able to travel to a state to get a safe, uh, reproductive health care (abortion). But for the women of color, for the women that are marginalized, for the women that are low-income communities, for the women that are most at-risk, these bill will be catastrophic.” . . .

“[For Alyssa Milano] to claim that giving MORE children of color the right to be born will negatively affect ‘women of color’ reveals IGNORANCE, RACISM or some combination of both,” Watson blasted.

Though Milano and others in the pro-abortion crowd are disingenuously framing recently pro-life laws as racist, abortion bans in Georgia and Alabama would save the lives of black babies more than any other demographic. And, of course, the laws have an exception for the life of the mother. So the logic that the laws are racist is flawed, to say the least. Author Says Trump Should Be Turned ‘over to the Saudis … Who Got Rid of That Reporter’

On Friday’s episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher” on HBO, author Fran Lebowitz stated that although she would like to see President Trump impeached, she would also like to see him handed over to the Saudis:

LEBOWITZ: I change my mind from day to day. I mean, where am I on impeachment? Certainly, he deserves to be impeached. I mean, impeachment is just the beginning of what he deserves. Not even scratching the surface of what he deserves. . .

LEBOWITZ: Whenever, you know, I think about this and what he really deserves, I think, “We should turn him over to the Saudis,” you know? His buddies. The same Saudis who got rid of that reporter, you know? Maybe they can do the same for him.

The reporter mentioned by Lebowitz is Jamal Khashoggi, who, in October 2018, was allegedly murdered by a Saudi “hit team” after entering a consulate in Istanbul, Turkey.

Later in the episode, during a panel discussion in which Lebowitz participated, she backtracked on her “Saudi” remarks after the producers allegedly informed her that the show was getting hit on social media[.]

Watch: House GOP Leader Comes out Against Alabama Abortion Law

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., says that a new abortion law being celebrated by pro-lifers around the country goes a little too far for his taste.

At a Thursday press conference, the minority leader was asked whether or not he thinks the new law in Alabama, which effectively bans all abortions, “goes too far.”

McCarthy responded, “It goes further than I believe. Yes.”

“First of all, I believe the most precious gift God gives us is life,” McCarthy elaborated. “And I defend my pro-life position for my whole political career, but in my whole political career, I also believed in [exemptions for] rape, incest, or life of the mother.”

“That’s exactly what Republicans have voted on in this House; that’s what our platform says,” McCarthy continued. “And I believe that’s the point of what you find, many of us, of where we stand.”

Alabama’s new law makes it a felony for a doctor to perform or attempt an abortion unless it is to save the life of the mother, punishable by 99 years in prison. It doesn’t contain exemptions, however, for pregnancies resulting from rape or incest.

Here’s video of McCarthy’s response to the question, clipped from the full press conference available on his YouTube channel:

McCarthy isn’t alone; his concerns about exemptions have also been echoed by voices in conservative media such as Erick Erickson at the Resurgent and the Bulwark’s Jonathan V. Last since the law was signed into effect by Republican Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey. Televangelist Pat Robertson also voiced concerns about the law.

But while such exemptions may be more politically expedient, BlazeTV White House correspondent Jon Miller pointed out in a recent episode of the White House Brief, exempting unborn children from pro-life protections because of the conditions of their conception is logically inconsistent with a philosophy that says all human beings have inherent worth from the moment of conception.

Video: ‘Lifelong Democrat and Proud Feminist’ Joins Conservatives to Oppose Transgender Bill

A Democratic effort to codify transgenderism into federal civil rights law has drawn the criticism of yet another prominent feminist activist.

At a Thursday Capitol Hill press conference put together by Rep. Vicky Hartzler, R-Mo., Women’s Liberation Front board member Kara Dansky introduced herself as a “lifelong Democrat and a proud feminist” and said the socially conservative politicians alongside her at the event probably “profoundly disagree” with her on several issues.

“But we are here together to take a strong stand for the rights, privacy, and safety of women and girls,” Dansky continued, “all of which are threatened by the so-called ‘Equality Act.’”

H.R. 5, the so-called, “Equality Act,” is expected to go to a floor vote in House of Representatives this week. Basically, it would add sexual orientation and gender identity (SOGI) as protected classes to federal civil rights law.

Dansky went on to list multiple reasons why the legislation would be bad news for women, if it were enacted, because it would “reconfigure” sex based on the “ill-defined and nebulous” idea of gender identity. She explained that “there is no way both do that and also protect women’s rights” and provided three reasons why:

“One: The word woman means ‘adult human female.’ Women have been fighting for our rights as women for thousands of years,” Dansky said. “As the men who excluded us from the franchise at the dawning of the republic knew, the word ‘sex’ has meaning.”

“Two: Women and girls fought hard for sex-segregated spaces, and we’re not giving them up,” she continued. “Not so long ago, there were no such things as women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, or changing rooms. … As long as the epidemic of male violence against women continues, women have the right to demand separate spaces from males, regardless of how they identify.

“Three: The notion of defining sex to include gender identity has material consequences for women and girls,” Dansky concluded. “Over the centuries, our society has created schools, scholarships, dormitories, business loans and other concrete benefits for women and girls precisely because we had been excluded from the public sphere for so long.”

But under the provisions of the “Equality Act,” those spaces and opportunities would have to be open to biological males as well.

Dansky is not the first left-leaning feminist to voice opposition to the bill’s provisions redefining sex and gender. At a hearing on the legislation back in April, lesbian activist Julia Beck called the bill a “human rights violation.”

“If the act passes in its current form as H.R. 5, then every right that women have fought for will cease to exist,” Beck told the House Judiciary Committee. “Every person in this country will lose their right to single-sex sports, grants, shelters, and loans. The law will forbid ever distinguishing between women and men.”

At Thursday’s press conference, Republican House members also warned about the “Equality Act’s” potential affects on unborn life and conscience rights.

“It would require a universal right to abortion, up until birth,” House Freedom Caucus member Debbie Lesko, R-Ariz., warned of the bill.

Lesko has introduced an amendment that seeks to create pro-life protections within the framework of the legislation by stating that nothing in the act “may be construed to grant or secure any right relating to abortion or the provision or funding thereof.”

Another House Freedom Caucus member, Rep. Jody Hice, R-Ga., warned that the bill’s adversarial provisions against religious liberty would have far-reaching and harmful implications for traditional believers all over the country:

Faith-based adoption agencies would have to violate their convictions of finding a mother and a father for a child or shut down. Small business owners of faith would have to violate their convictions on morality and marriage, and sexuality or close the doors. Churches and faith institutions would have to abandon the teachings of their church in order to participate in federally funded programs, so that things like Catholic schools could lose the national school lunch program. Jewish synagogues could lose grants for protection from terrorist threats. Churches could lose FEMA disaster aid. And faith-based colleges and universities could lose federal student aid.

“This is a horrifying bill,” Hice continued. “The Democrats are exposing themselves as the party willing to use the strong arm of government to oppress Americans, to demonize religion and religious liberties, and to circumvent our constitution.”

WATCH: Feminist Charges, Physically Assaults Pro-Life Protester

A pro-life woman in Huntsville, Alabama, was physically assaulted by a feminist earlier this month as she was protesting abortion outside the Alabama Women’s Center abortion clinic.

The pro-life woman, identified as Mary Baggett, captured the assault on video and posted it to social media; her caption read: “This lady attacked me at the baby murdering mill! I believe the deathscorts were inciting her and her friend/boyfriend. I saw them being buddies with them earlier and hugging them. I’m ok but my hand is bruised and swelling up. My hands, feet and back are hurting. It could have been worse. Thank You Father for Your protection”

In the video, Baggett is on the sidewalk with other pro-lifers holding signs about abortion. Then a car pulls up and shouting begins. Soon enough, Baggett is being charged and physically assaulted by a female upset about their pro-life speech and is screaming that she did not give them “permission” to film her.

“The woman who came up to me punched my hands. I must have been holding the camera with both hands, cause one is bruised pretty bad but the one hand I hold the phone with is hurting too,” Baggett recalled to Live Action. “Then she grabbed my phone and ran to her car. I went after her and demanded she give me the phone back [and she] finally threw it in the grass.”

Apparently abortion escorts were yelling at the pro-life activist to leave after she was assaulted. “The man who was in the first car, who she was with apparently, he came back before the police showed up,” she claimed. “I thought he was going to try to harm us so I started taking his picture and telling him the police were on the way. He left in a hurry. I called the police and filed a report.”

WATCH: Reporter Fires Hostile Question at Pro-Life Governor. Governor Flattens Her.

Before she signed the strongest anti-abortion bill in the nation on Wednesday, Alabama Governor Kay Ivey faced down a hostile question from a CBS reporter and immediately flattened her. CBS reporter Jericka Duncan asked, “Where is the money coming from to support people who aren’t ready to be mothers or aren’t financially stable to take care of a child?” Ivey fired back, “You simply cannot defer protecting the lives of unborn children because of costs.”

Ivey served as Alabama State Treasurer from 2003 to 2011, then served as lieutenant governor from 2011 to 2017. She became Alabama’s second female governor and first female Republican governor after the resignation of Governor Robert Bentley; she won a full term in 2018.

Ivey has not flinched from holding staunchly conservative positions; in April 2017 she signed into law a bill stating that juries that imposed capital punishment could not be overruled by judges. Frank Knaack, executive director of Alabama Appleseed, asserted, “We should all agree that if we have a death penalty then the process should be fair and accurate. SB 16 will help minimize unreliable and arbitrary death sentences and move Alabama one step closer to ending its outlier status. We commend Senator Brewbaker, Senator Sanders, and Representative England for their leadership in this effort. And, we thank Governor Ivey for her quick action to finally put an end to judicial override in Alabama.” (Read more from “WATCH: Reporter Fires Hostile Question at Pro-Life Governor.
