By Conservative Tribune. Copperhead snakes are already dangerous, but there’s a mutation that arguably makes one found recently twice as deadly.
In a statement released last week, the Wildlife Center of Virginia announced the discovery of a copperhead with two fully-developed heads. If you’re not a big fan of snakes, you might want to skip this article.
The snake was found in the northern part of the state, and was then quickly secured by a state herpetologist.
The center studied the serpent, finding that “it appears as though the left head is more dominant — it’s generally more active and responsive to stimulus.” Both heads appear to be able to eat and breathe, although the “dominance” of the left head could complicate things.

North Carolina Man Chops Copperhead Snake Into ‘a Dozen Pieces’ After It Bites Family Dog
By Fox News. Brian Lewis felt a sense of panic when his dog’s loud barks in the backyard “suddenly stopped” last week. He rushed outside to discover his pup, Winnie, had been injured. . .
Lewis rushed Winnie to a nearby animal hospital, which confirmed his suspicion and treated the canine for a copperhead bite. . .
After returning from the vet, a furious Lewis found the copperhead likely responsible for the attack in his backyard and smashed it with a shovel.
“[The snake] was in about a dozen pieces before I regained my composure,” Lewis admitted to WNCN-News.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley said the news media completely missed or misrepresented what happened when members of the U.N. General Assembly laughed at one point during President Donald Trump’s address to the body Tuesday.
Shortly into his remarks, Trump said, “In less than two years, my administration has accomplished more than almost any administration in the history of our country.”
Laughter could be heard in the audience, prompting the president to say, “Didn’t expect that reaction, but that’s OK,” which drew laughter and applause from the U.N. crowd.

Ainsley Earhardt, host of Fox News’ “Fox & Friends,” asked Haley about the moment during Wednesday’s show.
“I know you were in the room when the laugh happened,” Earhardt said. “Sometimes the media can portray it as one thing and it’s not that at all. What was it like and why that reaction?”
“The media’s got this so wrong,” Haley responded. “I deal with these leaders every single day. I know exactly how they think.”
The ambassador explained the world leaders at the U.N. do not love America, but they respect the U.S. since Trump has become president.
“When he said that, they love how honest he is,” Haley said. “It’s not diplomatic and they find it funny. I mean, when he goes and he is very truthful, they kind of were taken back by it. …
“All day yesterday, they were falling over themselves to get a picture with him, to talk about how great his speech was, how strong it was. Whether he said good things about them or not, they love that he’s honest with them, and they’ve never seen anything like it, and so there’s a respect there.”
The ambassador further observed, “I saw that the media was trying to make it something disrespectful. That’s not what it was — they love to be with him.”
During his address, Trump listed accomplishments of his administration, including a booming economy, with the highest stock market in U.S. history and the lowest jobless claims numbers in 50 years, and the rebuilding of the nation’s defenses.
“In other words, the United States is stronger, safer and a richer country than it was when I assumed office less than two years ago,” the president said. “We are standing up for America and for the American people, and we are also standing up for the world.”
Trump went on to argue for the importance of national sovereignty over global governing structures.
“That is why America will always choose independence and cooperation over global governance, control and domination,” he said.
The president cited multiple instances in which the U.S. is working with other nations with the intent to make the world a safer, more prosperous place.
These include efforts to denuclearize the Korean peninsula and normalize relations between North and South, as well as working with Middle East nations to end the civil wars in Yemen and Syria.
The commander in chief also outlined initiatives his administration has taken to address the threats posed by Iran to the stability of the region and the world.
“The United States has launched a campaign of economic pressure to deny the regime the funds it needs to advance its bloody agenda,” he said. “Last month, we began reimposing hard-hitting nuclear sanctions that had been lifted under the Iran deal. … And we’re working with countries that import Iranian crude oil to cut their purchases substantially.
“We cannot allow the world’s leading sponsor of terrorism to possess the planet’s most dangerous weapons. We cannot allow a regime that chants ‘Death to America’ and that threatens Israel with annihilation to possess the means to deliver a nuclear warhead to any city on Earth. Liberal activist filmmaker Michael Moore is trying to influence the 2018 midterms with his new films Fahrenheit 11/9. It’s anti-Trump. It’s Moore. It’s a story that’s billed as ‘how we got here and how we can get the hell out.’ He uses more colorful language, however:
Michael Moore has released an explosive poster for his new film Fahrenheit 11/9, opening Sept. 21.
According to the documentary’s official synopsis, “Michael Moore’s Fahrenheit 11/9 is a provocative and comedic look at the times in which we live. It will explore the two most important questions of the Trump Era: How the f**k did we get here, and how the f**k do we get out? It’s the film to see before it’s too late.”

It’s a follow-up to his 2004 film Fahrenheit 9/11, which sought to influence that year’s presidential election as well. That film dissected, or what Moore thinks is dissection, the Bush administration and what was our military action and occupation of Iraq. It became the highest grossing documentary of all-time. But it did not have an impact on the 2004 election. Bush won—and thank God he did. . .
Fahrenheit 11/9 limped to an eighth-place finish in North America with $3.1 million from 1,719 theaters. Prerelease tracking had suggested at least $5 million to $6 million. Moore’s satirical anti-Trump film marks the first release from Tom Ortenberg’s new company, Briarcliff. (Ortenberg worked with Moore on Fahrenheit 9/11 while stationed at Lionsgate.)

Feminist activist and Russian law student Anna Dovgalyuk has taken to pouring a bleach and water mixture on the crotches of unsuspecting men on the St. Petersburg Metro for their anti-feminist sin of “manspreading.” . . .
In a “video manifesto,” Dovgalyuk dumps the mixture contained in a water bottle onto over 60 men’s crotches. Most are too stunned to react, but others attempt to confront her for her abhorrent actions.
“This solution is 30 times more concentrated than the mixture used by housewives when doing the laundry,” she claims in the video, per The Sun. “It eats colours in the fabric in a matter of minutes — leaving indelible stains.”
“This is my new video manifesto, dedicated to the problem of manspreading,” writes Dovgalyuk via Instagram. “The disgusting act that is being fought with around the world and it is hushed up in us. Men demonstrating their alpha-manhood in the subway with women and children around, deserve contempt. If you publicly show what kind of macho you are, we will publicly cool you off!”

Well, look at what we have here. From NTK Network, a flashback from the Clarence Thomas hearings, who also face allegations of sexual misconduct from Anita Hill. Thomas was eventually confirmed, but by a razor thin margin. There was an FBI report, but then-Senate Committee chair Joe Biden (D-DE) said it was worthless to cite. Why?
“FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion, period. Period,” said Biden at the time.
“The reason why we cannot rely on the FBI report—you would not like it if we did—because it is inconclusive. They say, ‘He said, she said, and they said. Period,” he added.
In this current Supreme Court fight, Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez have lobbed allegations against President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Ford alleges a drunken 17-year-old Kavanaugh tried to sexually assault her at a high school party, while Ramirez alleges he exposed himself at a party at Yale. Both cases lack evidence. And by lack, I mean there is none. It’s unprovable. Witnesses in both cases also refute the accuser’s story. Ford can’t remember how she got to this particular house party, who planned it, or who owned the house. For Ramirez, her story is so shoddy that The New York Timesdidn’t do a deep-dive because they couldn’t confirm anything. Former President Barack Obama took a moment during a Friday rally in Philadelphia to deliver a stern rebuke for some of the young people in the audience.
“I’m talking to you, young people!” Obama snapped as he pointed into the crowd, where he said some young people were paying more attention to their phones than they were to him.
“You! Pay attention!” he yelled.
According to a scorecard kept by The American Mirror, part of what the young people might have been missing was Obama talking about himself.
The site reported that Obama “said ‘I’ 56 times, ‘Me’ 5 times, and ‘My’ 4 times, talking about himself a total of 65 times, or once about every 30 seconds.”
Obama also had harsh words for voters who fail to do as he directs and vote for the Democrats he supports, CBS reported.
“But, some people may not have heard the news yet. So I’m heard to deliver it. This November’s election is more important than any I can remember in my lifetime,” he said.
Obama admitted that politicians always say the upcoming election is crucial.
“This time, the stakes really are higher,” added. “The consequences of any of us sitting on the sidelines are far more dangerous.”
Obama went on to play the gender card.
“Pennsylvania’s a great state, but let me just say Pennsylvania right now, you have no women in Congress. You can send seven Democratic women to Washington if you vote! And I will tell you — and Michelle didn’t put me up to this — stuff works better when women are involved,” Obama said.
During his speech, Obama said voters needed to ensure that the White House would face opposition in the years to come.
“The Republicans in Congress right now … they’re no check on the White House. They’re bending over backwards to shield … folks from scrutiny and accountability,” he said, according to Fox News. “So look, I’m not telling you anything you don’t know. You know this. Here’s the good news. On Nov. 6, you have a chance to restore some sanity to our politics.”
Obama did not mention President Donald Trump by name, but said all Americans “should be concerned about the current course of this country.”
In response, Republicans pointed out that during Obama’s presidency, America’s economy — and its citizens — suffered greatly.
“On President Obama’s watch, we had our slowest economic recovery since World War II and Democrats lost more than 1,000 seats,” said Michael Ahrens, a spokesman for the Republican National Committee, according to the Daily News. Gosar, a staunch conservative and Republican congressman seeking re-election in Arizona, was hit with a scathing political ad from his opponent, Democrat David Brill.
The ad featured six of Gosar’s siblings, David, Tim, Jennifer, Gaston, Joan and Grace, hammering home the point that Gosar “is not working for you.”
Apparently, the bitter sibling rivalry began in earnest last year when Paul Gosar called the violent Charlottesville riots a leftist plot meant to undermine Trump. Subsequently, Paul Gosar also accused liberal billionaire George Soros of being a Nazi collaborator. . .
Instead of worrying or lamenting over his siblings’ surprise attack, Paul Gosar seemed to take in stride and fired back a brutal shot.

When one Florida man turned 100, staffers at his favorite local Chick-fil-A took it upon themselves to go all-out for a surprise birthday celebration.
On September 21, Stephen Bellissimo visited the chicken-centric chain in Oldsmar, as is his weekly ritual, and was shocked to find the restaurant full of family, friends and decorations on his milestone birthday. . .
According to the outlet, Bellissimo has been frequenting this same Chick-fil-A, which is roughly 6 miles outside Tampa, on a near daily basis, for the last 20 years. Known for “eating at the same booth virtually every day, ordering almost the same thing, and staying for several hours,” Bellissimo is a beloved regular, affectionately known as “Mr. Steve.” . . .
As his 100th birthday drew near, Chick-fil-A was the natural place to celebrate.

A CNN interview on Wednesday with former FBI assistant director Chris Swecker didn’t work out quite the way the network was probably hoping after Swecker said the recent accusations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh would not hold up in court.
CNN anchor Brooke Baldwin asked Swecker a series of questions regarding the FBI’s involvement with the accusations of sexual assault made by California university professor Christine Blasey Ford against Kavanaugh. . .
Swecker confirmed during the CNN interview that the FBI won’t handle the case.
“The FBI has no independent jurisdiction to open up a stand-alone investigation of rape allegations or assault allegations that may have taken place 36 years ago,” Swecker said. “That’s a local crime. Unless it involves a federal official or on federal land, or has some federal nexus, there’s just no jurisdiction to do it.”

Swecker went on to say that the evidence would be “strictly interviews” of the alleged victim, the alleged perpetrator, anyone else who might have been at the party, her therapist or anyone else she may have confided in about the incident. A video uploaded by Project Veritas on Wednesday shows Department of Justice employees detailing how they “resist” the current administration from inside the government.
Project Veritas was founded by James O’Keefe and is dedicated to investigating and exposing “corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions in order to achieve a more ethical and transparent society,” according to its website.
Statements made by both a paralegal at the DOJ and a former Health and Human Services employee in the video amount to what Project Veritas attorney Ben Barr outlines as illegal leaks inside the government.
The video included footage of activist members of the Democratic Socialists of America who work at the Department of Justice and admitted to using government resources to find out personal information about government officials that they wanted to protest against, including their home addresses.
Jessica Schubel who is the former Chief of Staff for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services during the last Obama administration says that “There’s like a little resistance movement” inside the government. She admitted to an undercover Project Veritas journalist that someone who currently works inside Health and Human services gives her information before it is released, even admitting that the information was confidential.
Department of Justice paralegal Allison Hrabar is reportedly one of the DOJ employees who is using government resources to further her own political cause. She made the news in June after taking part in a protest that chased Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen from a restaurant.
According to Hrabar, “There’s a lot of talk about how we can like, resist from inside,” at the Department of Justice.
She also talked about a fellow federal employee who works for the US Department of Agriculture who slows down the process of removing individuals from the food stamps program.
“We have a member who works for the people who distribute food stamps, and they can like take that away, and they’re slowing what they do … what they’re doing means that people are going to be able to stay on food stamps for another month or two, which is like really important.”
As for Hrabar herself, she appears to be using government resources to find the individuals that the Democratic Socialists of America want to protest. Fellow DSA member, Cliff Green, appeared on video and spoke about how Hrabar finds the homes of the objectionable Trump administration officials.
“So Allison is a paralegal, so she, her living is researching people, so she’s very good at researching people. So, they just find the companies, and then the people that run those companies, and then they find their home address. She uses Lexis Nexis and a couple other software things.”
Natarajan Subramanian, who serves as an auditor for the Government Accountability Office and fellow DSA member, explained to a Project Veritas journalists that Hrabar uses her work computer for her research. Subramanian said, “That’s the kind of thing that you would get fired for … people do not have the silver bullet, the smoking gun or whatever. Um, if they were able to get proof of that, you know? So, we’re all walking that line.”
Hrabar explained, at one point that she had dug into records, finding that a government official they wished to protest against had moved, so she had to dig deeper. After finding what they thought was the new home of the official she explained: “And so we ran the license plate, and it was a car registered to (the official) … and someone saw him through the window, which is also …”
A Project Veritas journalist asked if they were able to run the plates, to which Hrabar responded that they can, but not officially.
A spokesperson for the Department of Justice issued a response to Project Veritas, saying:
“These allegations are deeply concerning. Department policy prohibits misuse of government resources to advance personal interests. We are looking into this immediately and have referred this matter to the Inspector General as well.”
Project Veritas President James O’Keefe said that this video “may be the largest case of unaccountability in our government that has ever been exposed.”
“Through our undercover reports, we now have proof of government employees leaking confidential information and using government resources to advance their resistance of official government policies they disagree with,” O’Keefe said.
