Watch: College Students Supposedly Taught What a Real Terrorist Is… This Is Ridiculous

Photo Credit: National ReviewMost acts of terrorism in America are committed by white men who are “religiously motivated and politically conservative,” a psychology professor recently taught his students, adding that “9/11 is basically the only act of foreign-born terrorism that has ever happened in the United States.”

The “Introduction to Psychology” lesson was given by Dr. Ross Avilla, a lecturer at the University of California-Merced, who backed up his argument by telling his class about a white Christian man who shot up the Texas statehouse with an AK-47 – an incident which in fact never took place.

“Ninety percent [of U.S. terrorist attacks] are from these white Caucasian men,” Avilla told his class. “And by the way I am not saying white men are evil – but that is what we should be thinking about. Usually they are people who are religiously motivated and politically conservative.”

The psychology scholar couched his statements in a lesson on heuristics, defined “as a mental shortcut that allows people to solve problems and make judgments quickly.” He essentially argued many Americans wrongly believe Muslims make up the vast majority of U.S. terrorists because they have not thought long and hard on the matter.

A portion of the lecture was recorded by two students in the class who provided it to The College Fix. The lesson took place in mid-October, just a few weeks before UC Merced student Faisal Mohammad stabbed four people on the Northern California campus. Christian Values Being Threatened by Obama’s Final Speech at State of the Union

Kim Davis, the Kentucky clerk who refused to issue marriage licenses for homosexuals, commented on what she considered to be President Barack Obama’s legacy just prior to the his final State of the Union speech, telling CNSNews.com, “I think he has chipped away at American Christian values piece by piece, and I hope and I pray that he garners some light at the end of this dark tunnel that we’ve been in.”

The Rowan County, Ky., clerk was briefly jailed last year following the Supreme Court ruling that legalized homosexual “marriage” for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples because it went against her Christian beliefs.

Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) invited Davis to the State of the Union, who spoke with CNSNews.com on Capitol Hill Tuesday evening.

The invitation is “a great honor,” said Davis.

CNSNews.com asked Davis, “How does it feel representing those who believe marriage is between a man and a woman and are standing for this belief the way you have?” (Read more from “Christian Values Being Threatened by Obama’s Final Speech at State of the Union” HERE)

Watch: What Trump Just Said He’d Do on His First Day as President Got Even This MSNBC Host on Board

On Thursday night, as President Obama scoffed at the notion of gun rights for Americans and advocated the power of legislation to protect America, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump promised a far different action.

“I will get rid of gun-free zones on schools, and — you have to — and on military bases,” Trump said during a Vermont rally. “My first day, it gets signed, okay? My first day. There’s no more gun-free zones.”

“You know what a gun free zone is to sickos? That’s bait!” Trump told the crowd. At a Republican debate in October, Trump had said, “I think gun free zones are a catastrophe, they’re a feeding frenzy for sick people.”

Trump’s Thursday comments on guns represented the polar opposite of the restraints Obama urges on the right to bear arms.

Referencing the recent attacks in San Bernardino, California, and Paris, Trump said both incidents might have been averted by an armed citizenry.

“They walk into a number of places in France, and they say, ‘Get over.’ Boom. ‘Get over.’ Boom. ‘Get over.’ Boom. Nobody had a gun on the other side,” Trump said. If the victims there were armed, he said, “It’s a whole different outcome. It’s a whole different deal.” (Read more from “Watch: What Trump Just Said He’d Do on His First Day as President Got Even This MSNBC Host on Board” HERE)

Philadelphia Sheriff: Obama Is Incapable of Protecting Americans [+video]

Commenting on the Islamist radical who allegedly tried to kill a police officer in Philadelphia on Friday, Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke said that “President Obama’s JV team” – meaning ISIS or the Islamic State – had “struck again,” and added that because of his policies Obama “is incapable of protecting Americans.”

“President Obama’s JV team has struck again,” said Sheriff Clarke on Fox’s Hannity on Jan. 8.

“This is not the first time that Islamic terror or Islamic-inspired terror has struck at home here in the United States,” he said.

“This president is not only unwilling to face the fact that we are being targeted here on the homeland, he is incapable of protecting Americans,” said the sheriff . . .

According to Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross, the suspect, Archer, “confessed to committing this cowardly act in the name of Islam,” and “according to him, he believed that the police defend laws that are contrary to the teachings of the Quran.” (Read more from “Philadelphia Sheriff: : Is Incapable of Protecting Americans” HERE)

BOMBSHELL Claim: Something Major Is About to Happen to Bill Clinton That Could Be Hillary’s Undoing [+video]

Now that Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton has paraded out former President Bill Clinton as an official part of her campaign, a parade of accusers may also be emerging with accusations of assault against the former president, according to an author with extensive experience writing about the former president.

“I identified 24 women who’ve been assaulted by Bill Clinton,” said Roger Stone, author of The Clinton’s War On Women.

“Now, some of these women are still terrified. Some of them have had IRS audits. Some of them have had their families threatened. But others have come forward,” he said during on Sean Hannity’s syndicated radio show The Sean Hannity Show.

“Are you saying there’s women whose names we don’t know that are mentioned in your book or not mentioned in your book that are going to come forward and start telling those stories?” Hannity asked.

“Yes, I think it’s very probable,” Stone said. “Not all of them because some of them are still terrified, their families have been threatened, their lives have been threatened” . . .

“We’re talking about assaults,” said Stone. “I don’t want to get out ahead of myself, but I think as Broaddrick, and [Kathleen] Willey, and Jones speak out, other women are encouraged who have been assaulted, who have been threatened by Hillary, are encouraged by the courage of those three women.” (Read more from “BOMBSHELL Claim: Something Major Is About to Happen to Bill Clinton That Could Be Hillary’s Undoing” HERE)

Philadelphia Man Admits to Cold-Blooded Murder of Police Officer in the ‘Name of Islam’ [+video]

Philadelphia police officer Jesse Hartnett was shot multiple times on Thursday evening by a man who later told police he acted “in the name of Islam” and that “the police defend laws that are contrary to the teaching of the Koran,” Philadelphia Police Commissioner Richard Ross, Jr., said at a Friday press conference.

At the press conference, Ross explained the attack and what he said was the attacker’s professed motive.

“The suspect in question is a 30-year-old male from Yeadon, he has a Philadelphia address as well, I believe,” said Ross. “He has confessed to committing this cowardly act in the name of Islam. According to him, he believes that the police defend laws that are contrary to the teachings of the Koran.” (Read more from “Philadelphia Man Admits to Cold-Blooded Murder of Police Officer in the ‘Name of Islam'” HERE)

Watch: Trump Just Raised a Big Question About Cruz’s Citizenship… But Donald Claims He’s Just ‘Looking out for Him’

By Lisa Hagen. Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump on Wednesday said he’s unsure whether Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) is a natural-born citizen, and suggested his GOP rival resolve the matter in federal court.

“I don’t know to be honest, and I like him a lot,” Trump said about Cruz’s citizenship in an interview on CNN’s “The Situation Room with Wolf Blitzer.”

Trump doubled down on his recent attacks, questioning the Canadian-born hopeful’s eligibility to be president. But the real estate mogul explained that he’s discussing the topic because reporters have brought it up . . .

Trump defended his remarks, saying that he’s looking out for the Texas senator.

“If Ted should eek it out, and I hope that doesn’t happen, and he’s got this cloud over his head, I don’t think it’s possible for him to do very well,” Trump said. Donald Trump: Obama Tears ‘Sincere’

By Tal Kopan. Donald Trump says he disagrees with President Barack Obama on his gun control measures — but that doesn’t mean the President’s heart is in the wrong place.

“I think he probably means well,” the GOP presidential candidate said on Fox News’ “Fox & Friends” on Wednesday.

Trump was reacting to Obama’s speech on Tuesday announcing new executive actions on guns, including narrowing the so-called “gun-show loophole” on background checks . . .

The President grew emotional during his remarks, with tears falling down his face as he talked about the first graders massacred at Sandy Hook Elementary three years ago . . .

“I actually think he was sincere, I’ll probably go down about 5 points in the polls by saying that, but I think he was sincere,” Trump said. (Read more from “Donald Trump: Obama Tears ‘Sincere'” HERE)

Veteran’s 10-Year Old Daughter Repeatedly Groped by TSA – and It’s Caught on Tape

A Capri Sun juice pouch mistakenly left in a 10-year-old San Diego girl’s carry-on handbag led a TSA agent to subject the girl to almost two minutes of frisking and extra screening that lasted about an hour, her father said.

Liquids exceeding 3 ounces are not allowed in carry-on bags, for fear they might contain explosives, but the girl’s father said the resulting search was an over-reaction and an inappropriate intrusion.

Kevin Payne of Pacific Beach and his daughter, Vendela, were passing through the Raleigh-Durham International Airport on Dec. 30, 2015, headed home to San Diego, when U.S. Transportation Security Administration agents discovered the liquid.

Authorities followed up with a swab of the bag and a false-positive test for explosives, then a nearly 2-minute-long full-body pat-down in which a female TSA agent touched the girl’s buttocks and groin repeatedly. Watch: A Pathetic Obama Cries, Cites Jesus in Speech Pushing Gun Control

By Mark Judge. In his announcement of several executive actions aimed at reducing gun violence, President Obama quoted Jesus. The passage is from the Gospel of John:

“Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.”

The president used the passage in reference to the death of Zaevion Dobson, a 15-year-old who was killed in Tennessee in December while protecting three girls from gunfire. (Read more from “Obama Cries, Cites Jesus in Speech Pushing Gun Control” HERE)

Obama Wipes Away Tears as He Calls for New Gun Measures

By Sarah Wheaton and Nick Gass. President Barack Obama wept openly Tuesday as he delivered a forceful defense of new executive actions on gun violence, a set of modest proposals to tighten loopholes that likely face quick legal challenges and could be vulnerable to reversal by a Republican White House.

The president ran through a list of mass shootings that have happened during his time in office, and teared up as he recalled the schoolchildren gunned down in Newtown, Connecticut in 2012.

“First graders in Newtown. First graders,” Obama said, pausing to collect himself. “Every time I think about those kids, it gets me mad.”

Obama offered a new argument to counter gun rights enthusiasts, noting that mass shootings have taken place as Americans have tried to exercise other rights, such as attending worship services or watching a movie. The right to bear firearms is not more important than the right to worship freely or peaceably assemble, he said, and called upon Congress to be “brave enough to stand up to the gun lobby’s lies.”

“Every single year, more than 30,000 Americans have their lives cut short by guns. Thirty thousand. Suicides, domestic violence, gang shootouts, accidents. Hundreds of thousands of Americans have lost brothers and sisters or buried their own children,” he said, flanked in the White House East Room by family members of victims. Supreme Court Justice Scalia Just Dropped Bombshell on Battle Over Religion and Government [+video]

Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia said in an address over the weekend that the Constitution does not dictate that the federal government must be neutral between different religions or between religion and no religion at all. He added that God has been good to the United States in the past because Americans have honored Him.

Scalia gave the remarks on Saturday at the Archbishop Rummel [Catholic] High School in a suburb of New Orleans. The justice was appointed by Ronald Reagan in 1986 and is the court’s longest serving member.

“To tell you the truth there is no place for that in our constitutional tradition. Where did that come from?” he said. “To be sure, you can’t favor one denomination over another but can’t favor religion over non-religion?”

The First Amendment to the Constitution provides, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof…”

Scalia also said there is “nothing wrong” with the idea of presidents and others invoking God in speeches.

Scalia told the audience that during the Sept. 11 attacks, he was in Rome at a conference. “The next morning, after a speech by President George W. Bush in which he invoked God and asked for his blessing, Scalia said many of the other judges approached him and said they wished their presidents or prime ministers would do the same,” the Associated Press reported.
