A Texas imam who has challenged American Muslims to support their home nation said he agrees with Donald Trump’s call for a temporary ban on new Muslims entering the United States.

Imam Nidal Alsayyed of Beaumont, Texas, said the government should go even further than Trump’s proposal and establish a ban on accepting Syrian refugees of any religion. He said that actions are necessary “when it comes to peace and safety.”

“I certainly see it to be wise (to) stop temporarily accepting any new Muslim immigrants (refugees and non-refugees) into the United States,” he said.

This “is based on the fact that we can hardly distinguish who is Muslim and who is not. Islam is not about an ID card or last name or shouting ‘Allahu Akbar,’” he added.

“It does not matter whether Trump said it or anyone else … American Muslims need to say we are with this country,” he said . . .

“I believe there is a great confusion and lack of understating nationally and among Muslim themselves for what Mr. Trump is calling for. Refugees in general have no clear identity or belief. They are seeking shelter and opportunity; but America cannot take this risk NOW!” he said. Financial Analyst Warns: The Whole Economy Has Imploded… Collapse Is Coming [+video]

Back before 2008 Peter Schiff was harshly criticized and laughed at for his predictions about a coming economic collapse. Among other things Schiff warned that consumer spending had hit a wall, stocks were overpriced and lax credit lending practices would lead to a detonation of the banking system. Rather than heed the warnings, the biggest names in mainstream media tried to discredit him for not toeing the official narrative. Shortly thereafter, of course, Schiff was vindicated and much of the doom he had forecast came to pass.

Today, Schiff continues to argue that the economy is on a downhill trajectory and this time there’ll be no stopping it. All of the emergency measures implemented by the government following the Crash of 2008 were merely temporary stop-gaps. The light at the end of the tunnel being touted by officials as recovery, Schiff has famously said, is actually an oncoming train. And if the forecast he laid out in his latest interview is as accurate as those he shared in 2007, then the the train is about to derail.

We’re broke. We’re basically living off of debt. We’ve had a huge transformation of the American economy. Look at all the Americans now on food stamps, on disability, on unemployment.

The whole economy has imploded… the bottom hasn’t dropped out yet because we’re able to go deeper into debt. But the collapse is coming.

Watch: CNN Host’s Observation About Christians, Muslims and Killing in the Name of Religion Might Surprise You

CNN host Chris Cuomo did some defending of Muslims as a whole after last May’s “Draw Muhammad” contest in Garland, Texas, where two armed Islamic militants apparently targeting the event were gunned down by law enforcement . . .

But lately Cuomo seems to have struck a different tone.

This week he relentlessly grilled lawyers for the family of the suspected killers in the San Bernardino mass shooting and grew annoyed at their apparent doubt that the deceased Muslim husband and wife had anything to do with the massacre.

And in a different CNN segment regarding San Bernardino, Cuomo spoke remotely to fellow anchors Alisyn Camerota and Michaela Pereira about an issue news anchors don’t generally bring up.

Smoke Hasn’t Cleared and US Attorney General Lynch Says Her Biggest Fear is Anti-Muslim Rhetoric

The day after a horrific shooting spree by what appears to be a radicalized Muslim man and his partner in San Bernardino, California, Attorney General Loretta Lynch pledged to a Muslim advocacy and lobbying group that she would take aggressive action against anyone who used “anti-Muslim rhetoric” that “edges toward violence.”

Speaking to the audience at the Muslim Advocates’ 10th anniversary dinner Thursday, Lynch said her “greatest fear” is the “incredibly disturbing rise of anti-Muslim rhetoric” in America and vowed to prosecute any guilty of what she deemed violence-inspiring speech.

“The fear that you have just mentioned is in fact my greatest fear as a prosecutor, as someone who is sworn to the protection of all of the American people, which is that the rhetoric will be accompanied by acts of violence,” she said.

Watch: ‘Chilling’ Video Just Surfaced That Could PROVE Trump Was Right About 9/11 Celebrations

New Jersey Muslims were watching the fall of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, and gleefully celebrating the slaughter they witnessed, according to a 2001 CBS News video clip.

Coupled with other contemporary evidence from the New York Post and Washington Post, as well as the recollections of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former New York City Police Commissioner Bernard Kerik, there can no longer be any doubt that Donald Trump was correct that Muslims in America were celebrating the 9/11 attacks, and that the news media at the time reported this fact.

The CBS News clip shows investigative journalist Pablo Guzman explaining the Jersey City, N.J., connection to the World Trade Center attacks. Police had been called to a Jersey City address that was “swarming with suspects” after witnesses reported there was “cheering on the roof” as the two planes slammed into the Twin Towers on that fateful September morning.

A model of the World Trade Center was found on the roof, Guzman reported in the 2001 video clip.

“They knew the planes were going to hit and wanted a ringside seat,” he reported, calling it “chilling” to know that as most Americans innocently went about their business that day, these men were waiting, then watching, then celebrating.

Guzman noted that the address to which police were called in 2001 was also a location of interest in 1993, when the first World Trade Center explosion that damaged the Trade Center’s parking garage took place. Watch: Obama Compares Syrian Refugees to Pilgrims in Thanksgiving Address

US President Barack Obama Thursday delivered a Thanksgiving message in which he compared modern refugees to the pilgrims whom the holiday celebrates, urging Americans to open their arms to the potential immigrants.

“Nearly four centuries after the Mayflower set sail, the world is still full of pilgrims — men and women who want nothing more than the chance for a safer, better future for themselves and their families,” Obama said in his weekly address, referring to the boat on which the pilgrims arrived in the New World.

Thanksgiving was first celebrated by the group after fleeing religious persecution in England. For many Americans, it has become a family-oriented day marked with an enormous meal of roast turkey, an assortment of side dishes and a slice or two of pie.

“I’ve been touched by the generosity of the Americans who’ve written me letters and emails in recent weeks, offering to open their homes to refugees fleeing the brutality of ISIL,” Obama said, referring to the Islamic State group.

Watch: Cruz on ‘Lunacy’ of Transgender Policies

GOP presidential hopeful Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) spoke out Thursday on the growing debate over transgender policies for school facilities including restrooms and lockers, specifically the push for kids to use facilities consistent with their “gender identity.”

“The federal government is going after school districts, trying to force them to let boys shower with little girls,” Cruz said on the conservative radio show “Louder With Crowder.” “Now listen: I’m the father of two daughters, and the idea that the federal government is coming in saying that boys, with all the God-given equipment of boys, can be in the shower room with junior high girls – this is lunacy!

“And I bet you there are a whole lot of parents – particularly parents of daughters – that are not eager to have the federal government saying ‘Guess what? Your daughter has to shower with a boy, if he wants to be in there,’” he continued.

Cruz later added, “You know, the funny thing is, my five-year-old knows there’s a difference between boys and girls, and yet modern Leftists can’t figure that out.”

FBI Counterterrorism Expert Just Gave Chilling Warning to All Americans – You Need to See It

An FBI counterterrorism expert has delivered a stunning warning about terrorism right here in America. Although frightening, many believe it makes perfect sense.

Dr. Sebastian Gorka, an expert on counterinsurgency and counterterrorism and who runs The Gorka Briefing website, appeared on Fox News with Megyn Kelly on Wednesday to warn Americans that ISIS is already among us and that we shouldn’t sit back and expect the government to protect us.

“Don’t wait for Uncle Sam to protect you. Every American has a duty and responsibility to be aware of the threat and be prepared to protect themselves,” Gorka told Kelly.

ISIS is here, Gorka said. The guest then reminded his audience that there were at lest 82 ISIS suspects arrested in America already and that happened in just a 20-month period. He also noted that FBI director James Comey has reported that there are up to 900 terror-related investigations going on in every state in the union.

In October, Director Comey said that the number of investigations is “slowly climbing” as ISIS expands its reach into the U.S . . .

“You have to be tactically aware,” Gorka insisted. “If you’re in a state, you’re in a municipality that allows you to carry a weapon you should do so. You should get training, you should carry it, your members of your family that are prepared to do so likewise.”

Assyrian Army Commander: We Are Losing Christianity to ISIS [+video]

Christians in Iraq and Syria are losing their people and religion to the brutal Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL), declares the Assyrian Army’s commander-in-chief.

In an exclusive interview with Breitbart News via Skype, Cmdr. Emmanuel Khoshaba Youkhana discussed the Assyrian Army’s efforts to end the ISIS campaign of genocide against Christians in Iraq and Syria.

He noted that the Christian Assyrian Army, known as Dwekh Nawsha, is in desperate need of military assistance in the form of weapons and training from the Obama administration, which so far has refused to lend a hand . . .

When asked what would become of the Assyrian Army efforts against ISIS if U.S. assistance never materializes, Cmdr. Youkhana said, “It would be hard and difficult. We are losing not only the Assyrian people, we are losing the Christianity.”

Earlier this month, Breitbart News spoke to retired Lt. Col. Sargis Sangari, a 20-year U.S. Army veteran and one of the Americans advising the Assyrian Army. He pleaded for military and humanitarian aid from the Obama administration, saying the Christian military force is about done given its lack of resources. Watch: Heavy Gunfire Breaks out in Paris as Police Hunt for Terrorists

Per NZHerald, two or three men have barricaded themselves in an apartment in Paris and are exchanging automatic weapon gunfire with police officers, according to journalist Djamel Mazi, who is live tweeting the action from Paris.

Mazi reported the sound of explosions had been heard from the area where the gunfight was taking place. He said locals were told to leave the area as police are attempting to catch one of the suspects from Friday’s shooting in Paris.
