“I disagree,” he said twice on Wednesday, when a reporter asked him about Sarah Palin’s call to impeach Barack Obama.

Palin told Fox News on Tuesday that the “tippng point” for her was the “illegal immigration issue.”

On that topic, Boehner was asked about President Obama’s request for $3.7B in emergency spending to deal with the border crisis — more than half of it humanitarian aid.

Boehner said he’s waiting for a recommendation from the Appropriations Committee and from the newly created Border Working Group…

Safety and Security Concerns about Drones (+video)

Photo Credit: MyFoxNYPolice say operators flew a drone too close to an NYPD helicopter that was on patrol at the George Washington Bridge and forced the chopper to change its course to avoid a collision early Monday morning. As a result, the two men were arrested.

Daniel Rose is an aviation lawyer. He points out that a bird brought down the jet in the Miracle on the Hudson incident. So a drone could do that or worse.

“To have a piece of metal, essentially, that high up in the sky coming in contact with a plane, a plane’s engine, a plane’s flight control system, a helicopter, can do a myriad of different types of damages including bringing the plane down,” Rose says.

Rose says drones are a fast-growing industry. Anyone can buy and operate one. He says the FAA is in the process of attempting to develop regulations, but that could take a year or longer.

Harry Reid on Hobby Lobby Decision: ‘We’re Going to Do Something’ (+video)

Photo Credit: UPI / Kevin DietschOn Monday, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., laid out the Senate’s legislative agenda for the “coming weeks.” Listed among his top priorities was legislation to “correct” the Hobby Lobby decision.

Since the Supreme Court’s ruling in June, congressional Democrats have vowed to protect employer-sponsored insurance coverage of contraception and abortion-inducing drugs mandated by the Department of Health and Human Services.

“We’re going to do something about the Hobby Lobby legislation we need to correct,” said Reid.

Reid’s comments echo similar sentiments from top Democrat leaders. Sens. Patty Murray, D-Wash., and Dick Durbin, D-Ill., are currently leading a legislative push against the court’s decision.

In a speech near the U.S.-Mexico border in El Paso, Texas on May 10, 2011, President Barack Obama noted the steps taken by his administration to strengthen border security, but said Republicans in Congress were never satisfied and mocked that they will want a “higher fence” and then “a moat,” and then “alligators in the moat.”

“So, here’s the point,” said Obama, speaking outside to a crowd in El Paso. “I want everybody to listen carefully to this. We have gone above and beyond what was requested by the very Republicans who said they supported broader reform as long as we got serious about enforcement. All the stuff they asked for, we’ve done.”

“But even though we’ve answered these concerns, I’ve got to say I suspect there are still going to be some who are trying to move the goal posts on us one more time,” said the president.

President Barack Obama is asking Congress to provide free lawyers to the illegal immigrants surging across the U.S. border from Central America.

The request for $18 million of free legal services, which White House officials describe as an emergency, is included in White House request to Congress for $3.7 billion.

Most of those funds are needed to process, care for and feed the growing flow of immigrants, which is already at 100,000 since last October, says the administration.

If the GOP funds the request for lawyers, they will help many of the illegals win green cards, which will allow them permanent access to the nation’s generous social and welfare programs, including Obamacare.

A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner declined to comment on the request for lawyers.

Pro-Amnesty Protest: Would Obama Send His Kids 'Back to Kenya'? (+video)

Over 100 pro-amnesty activists from Southern California traveled to Naval Base Ventura County on Tuesday to stage a demonstration outside the gates to demand “humane treatment” for illegal aliens who have been transferred there from Texas by U.S. Border Patrol. The aliens, many of them unaccompanied children, are from Central America and crossed the U.S.-Mexico border as part of a massive recent migration.

The demonstrators represented a variety of backgrounds, from church and student organizations to left-wing political groups. They chanted, “No papers? No fear! Our children stay here!” and “All children matter! Let our kids stay!” Karen Gonzales, a senior at California State University Northridge, told Breitbart News: “As humans, none of us is illegal. The kids came here because their parents are already here, and to get away from violence.”

Oxnard native Robert Cruz, 57, who served as a U.S. Navy corpsman and U.S. Army medic, carried an American flag and told Breitbart News that he was at the protest to show “we’re a lot different than Murrieta.” He added: “I understand that many would love to come here legally, but they are running away from violence. They don’t have a say. This country was built by immigrants. Should we close our door? We stand for equality for all.”

Asked what he thought of President Barack Obama’s promise to deport children arriving illegally, Cruz said: “I think he should search deep inside his heart, and look at what he’s saying and what he’s doing. He’d be sending them back, possibly, to a death sentence.

The crisis on our border is the direct and predictable result of President Obama’s sustained effort to undermine America’s immigration laws. As the president’s previous director of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), John Sandweg recently acknowledged: “if you are a run-of-the-mill immigrant here illegally, your odds of getting deported are close to zero.” Enforcement has collapsed.

Today President Obama says he needs $3.7 billion from Congress to handle the crisis his lawless policies are creating. Amazingly, the funding request further advertises his administration’s amnesty efforts and our fraud-riddled asylum programs, while explicitly omitting any request for expedited deportation authority. The request is also not paid for. The administration wants to borrow every penny.

President Obama has yielded to the demands of open borders groups, to whom he pledged amnesty in 2008. He has dramatically abandoned his lawful duty to the American people. Immigration enforcement for the world’s most powerful nation is now held hostage by a small band of radical immigration activists. That is why the administration still refuses to deliver the crucial message necessary to halt this flow: if you attempt to cross our border illegally, you will be apprehended and deported.

Duck Dynasty’s Uncle Si: ‘The Lord God Almighty is Directing Duck Dynasty’ (+video)

Now in its sixth season on the A and E channel, Duck Dynasty is the highest rated reality-TV show in cable history, with an average 10.5 million viewers per episode.

n a recent interview with Fox411, Uncle Si (Silas Merritt Robertson) commented on how many aspects of the reality program are unplanned. They had stumbled across “fresh beaver signs” during one episode, he said, adding that “nobody scouted this out –okay? We just do this on the spur of the moment.”

He further said, “We was doing a film one day about hunting for the beaver dam, and I said – I laughed at the director. I said, ‘You actually think you’re directing this thing.’ I said, ‘You’re not.’ I said, ‘Hey, the Lord God Almighty is directing Duck Dynasty.’”

Will They Be Deported? DHS Secretary: 'We Have to Do Right by the Children' (+video)

“We have to do right by the children,” Johnson said. “I have personally encountered enough of them to know that we have to do right by the children, but at the end of the day, in the final analysis, our border is not open to illegal migration, and we will stem the tide.”

It took Johnson several minutes to arrive at the suggestion that many of the unaccompanied minors flooding into the United States will never leave here.

“Are you prepared to deport these children?” NBC’s David Gregory asked Johnson near the beginning of the interview. Here’s how it went from there:

“Our message to those who come here illegally — our border is not open to illegal migration, and we are taking a number of steps to address it, including turning people around faster,” Johnson responded. “We’ve already dramatically reduced the turnaround time, the deportation time, for the adults.” Johnson also said the administration is asking Congress for more money to “bring on additional capacity,” and he said the administration is “cracking down” on the smugglers.

According to The Blaze, Ed Klein’s “Blood Feud: The Clintons vs. The Obamas” leap-frogged ahead of Clinton’s memoir on July 6 to #1 on The New York Times bestseller list.

Klein’s book, which is based on numerous interviews with unnamed sources close to the Obamas and Clintons, documents the rift between the two Democratic power couples and portrays both couples as “conniving, dishonest” and “cynical.”

Swimmer Recalls Terrifying Moment a Seven Foot Great White Shark Sank its Teeth into Him as He Swam Off Popular Beach (+video)

Photo Credit: APThe man mauled by a great white shark this weekend at a popular southern California beach has finally opened up about the terrifying attack.

Steven Robles, 40, was bitten by the seven-foot beast around 9.30 a.m. Saturday morning at Manhattan Beach while it was snagged on a fishing line, it panicked and bit the swimmer out of fear while trying to wriggle free.

‘It came from the bottom of the water. It came up to the surface, it looked at me and attacked me right on the side of my chest,’ Robles told KABC. ‘That all happened within two seconds.’

‘I saw the eyes of the shark as I was seeing it swim towards me,’ he continued. ‘It lunged at my chest, and it locked into my chest.’

Robles has been released from the hospital and is expected to make a full recovery.
