House Intelligence: ISIS-K Terror Threat Growing After Moscow Attack (VIDEO)

House Intelligence Committee Chairman Michael McCaul (R-TX) said over the weekend that the threat of terrorist attacks from ISIS-K is growing after the Islamic terrorist group carried out a large attack late last week in Russia.

The remarks from McCaul, which he made on CBS News’ “Face The Nation,” come as Russian officials continued to search for bodies in a concert hall outside Moscow where four heavily armed gunmen opened fire before setting the building on fire.

“This attack in Moscow was carried out by ISIS-K, a group that typically emanates out of Afghanistan,” said host Margaret Brennan. “We know the U.S. had advanced warning. From what you know, is there an ongoing threat in Eurasia, and are U.S. interests a target?”

WATCH: Kamala Harris Claps Along to Puerto Rican Protest Song Before Realizing It’s About Her

Vice President Kamala Harris had an embarrassing fumble during a Friday visit to Puerto Rico, where she was spotted clapping along to a protest song against her before an aide translated the lyrics.

After delivering remarks in the territory’s capital of San Juan, Harris stopped by the neighborhood of Santurce to tour the Goyoco community center and hear from community leaders, Fox News reports.

A group of protesters holding signs with messages, including “Kamala Harris war criminal,” and calling the United States “genocidal” met the vice president outside of the community center, along with a band playing music.

Video captured the hilarious moment when Harris went from smiling and clapping along to dropping her hands when a staffer next to her reportedly translated the Spanish lyrics.

‘My Head Started Hurting’: 12-Year-Old Mistakenly Served Alcohol at Outback Steakhouse

A 12-year-old boy in Livonia, Michigan, accidentally consumed an alcoholic drink at an Outback Steakhouse and went to the hospital as a result.

The boy, identified as Mekyle Cureton, visits the restaurant often and always orders a virgin strawberry daiquiri, Fox 2 reported Tuesday.

However, on his most recent visit, the drink did not taste as it had in the past because it had rum in it.

“My head started hurting when I was leaving and my heart started beating as I was drinking it,” Cureton explained.

The Queen Bee Mixology website lists the ingredients of its strawberry daiquiri recipe as white rum, lime juice, simple syrup, strawberry puree, and frozen strawberries. (Read more from “‘My Head Started Hurting’: 12-Year-Old Mistakenly Served Alcohol at Outback Steakhouse” HERE)

‘Invade Abandoned Houses’: Migrant Promotes Taking Advantage of ‘Squatters Rights’ in Viral Video

A Venezuelan social media influencer has gone viral with a video promoting “squatting” — trespassing on someone’s property in order to seize it — and instructing fellow immigrants on how to “invade” American homes.

Leonel Moreno, a Venezuelan migrant who uses the handle @leitooficial_25 on TikTok, has enraged social media users with a video telling followers that “if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

In a video with nearly 800,000 views, Moreno says in Spanish: “I found out that there is a law that says if a house is not inhabited, we can seize it.”

Referring to highly controversial “squatter’s rights” laws that exist in varying forms around the U.S., the influencer said the rules allow for a “land invasion.”

“That will be my next business, invading abandoned houses,” he said.

‘They’ve Come for Me, They Can Come for You’: Peter Navarro Blasts Biden’s DOJ for ‘Chilling Effect’ on Americans

Holding a press conference in Miami before reporting to prison, former Trump advisor Peter Navarro said the justice system in the US will “have done a crippling blow to the constitutional separation of powers and executive privilege.”

Navarro also criticized the “emergence of lawfare and the partisan weaponization of our justice system, which we have seen done to this country with a vengeance since the coming of Donald John Trump as president.”

“I am the first senior White House advisor in the history of our republic that has ever been charged with this alleged crime,” Navarro said. Navarro was sentenced to four months in prison for contempt of Congress for not complying with the subpoena due to executive privilege.

“When I received that congressional subpoena…I had an honest belief that the privilege had been invoked,” he told US District Judge Amit Mehta in the January sentencing hearing.

“I say alleged because for hundreds of years this has not been a crime. And for 50 years, the Department of Justice has maintained the principle of absolute testimony immunity, and it was only with my case that somehow that has changed.”

Boeing’s Woes Continue: Another Blowout Incident Raises Concerns (VIDEO)

Boeing, once a stalwart in the aviation industry, finds itself ensnared in a seemingly never-ending cycle of public relations nightmares. Just when it seemed the company might be emerging from the shadows of past controversies, another incident has thrust it back into the spotlight, prompting questions about its safety protocols and manufacturing practices.

The latest debacle involves a United Airlines flight, which departed from San Francisco International Airport only to encounter a harrowing mid-air event. A panel on the Boeing 737-800 aircraft unexpectedly blew off during the flight, forcing the crew to make an emergency landing in Oregon. While the plane landed safely, the incident has reignited concerns about the safety and reliability of Boeing’s aircraft.

This incident comes on the heels of a previous blowout involving the 737 Max 9, which occurred during a routine flight from Portland, Oregon, to Ontario, California, in January. Following the discovery of loose screws in multiple fuselages during safety inspections, the aircraft was grounded, prompting an investigation by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) into Boeing’s manufacturing practices.

Despite the resumption of flights for the 737 Max 9, the specter of safety concerns continues to haunt Boeing. The recurrence of blowout incidents raises alarming questions about the company’s ability to address underlying issues and ensure the safety of passengers and crew members.

United Airlines, in response to the recent incident, has pledged to conduct a thorough examination of the affected aircraft and implement necessary repairs before returning it to service. Additionally, an investigation will be launched to determine the cause of the damage and prevent similar occurrences in the future.

For Boeing, the road ahead appears fraught with challenges as it grapples with the fallout from yet another safety-related incident. The company’s reputation, already tarnished by previous controversies, now faces further scrutiny, casting doubt on its ability to regain the trust of consumers and regulators alike.

As Boeing navigates through this latest crisis, stakeholders will be closely monitoring its response and efforts to address systemic issues within its operations. The aviation giant must demonstrate a firm commitment to safety and transparency if it hopes to emerge from this ordeal with its reputation intact.

The Los Angeles Police Department said that a homeless man was arrested for two separate, unprovoked attacks on a 6-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy.

Witnesses said that a man was “acting erratically” while sitting on a bus bench at Main Street and Marine Avenue when he punched a girl in the face as she was walking with her family in Santa Monica on Sunday at about 7 p.m.

Santa Monica Police Department Lt. Erika Aklufi said that the girl was not seriously injured.

Christina Tullock said the family were her friends on a visit from the East Coast and she witnessed the attack on the girl. She said they were just enjoying some ice cream when the man attacked. . .

Days later, the same man allegedly attacked a 7-year-old on the Venice boardwalk on Thursday. No other information was available about that attack.

Biden Asks Staffer for Permission to Take Questions Before Reporters Are Ushered Away

President Biden on Thursday was heard asking for permission from a staffer to “take a couple of questions” from the audience during a campaign stop in Michigan — prompting other aides to quickly move the press out of earshot.

“Can I take a couple questions?” Biden, 81, asked a female staffer as he met with supporters and campaign volunteers on the front porch of a Saginaw city council member’s home.

“Yeah, we’re going to take a few questions,” the staffer responded.

The staffer’s response apparently served as a signal to three other aides, who quickly began to herd up the reporters already positioned on the sidewalk about 20 feet away.

“Thank you, press … back in the vehicles,” they shouted, escorting the media away before Biden could take any questions.

CNN Refuses to Air State of the Union Ad Blaming Biden for Murder of Laken Riley (VIDEO)

CNN refused to air a conservative group’s State of the Union ad that blamed President Joe Biden for the murder of 22-year-old Georgia nursing student Laken Riley, who was killed by an illegal immigrant.

Building America’s Future said Friday that major media networks, including Fox News, MSNBC, and Newsmax, all accepted the ad. CNN ultimately rejected it, however.

“CNN and Joe Biden are in lockstep once again: they won’t even #sayhername,” Building America’s Future advisor Phil Cox said in a statement provided to National Review.

“It is shameful that CNN is censoring the truth and trying to protect President Biden by refusing to air this ad,” Cox added. “The American people understand that Biden’s open borders agenda is responsible for the death of Laken Riley. Building America’s Future won’t be deterred when it comes to the important work of informing the public on how we are all less safe in Joe Biden’s America.”

The news was first shared by Fox News commentator Guy Benson on X: “I am told that CNN is refusing to air this. They ran out the clock on a pre-SOTU ad buy — then rejected it, calling several of its claims unsubstantiated. Fox and MSNBC aired it.”

In response to National Review’s request for comment, a CNN spokesperson confirmed that the ad failed to meet the network’s commercial clearance guidelines and policies because its claims were unsubstantiated.
