A Sportsman Channel TV host was shot and killed in Montana Thursday by the husband of a woman he was visiting, according to the Associated Press.

Police said 41-year-old Montana man Wayne Bengston shot host Gregory G. Rodriguez in an apparent jealous rage, beat his wife, took his 2-year-old son to a relative and then committed suicide.

Rodriguez, a 43-year-old Texas resident, was the host of the Sportsman Channel show “A Rifleman’s Journal,” in which he traveled the world in pursuit of big game.

According to the AP, Bengston’s wife told police Rodriguez was in town on business and visited her at her mother’s home. Wayne Bengston showed up around 10:30 p.m. and shot Rodriguez as the pair sat at the kitchen table. Bengston then proceeded to beat his wife on the face and head, likely with his pistol. She was treated and released from the hospital.

Video: NBC’s Chuck Todd – Obama’s Actions Rarely Match His Words

photo credit: Ben HeineNBC’s White House corespondent Chuck Todd is pointing out that Barack Obama’s Organizing for Action group is a contradiction to the President’s own professed beliefs on money in politics.

Todd went on to say, “When it comes to Barack Obama’s views on money and politics, his actions have rarely matched his words.”

That’s harsh coming from a network that has been a virtual appendage of the Obama administration.

Video: ‘Let America Get Back To Work!’ – Santelli Explodes During Panel Discussion On The Fed’s Easy-Money Policies

Not one to shy away from voicing his opinion, CNBC’s Rick Santelli on Friday clashed with his colleagues over topics that included Quantitative Easing, unemployment, and Fed’s supposed plan to revive the U.S. economy.

Photo Credit: NPR“Five years into this crisis, I think it’s all disappointing,” Santelli said, referring to recovery’s slow pace. “It would take five years at the present job rate to get to where we were before the crisis.”

Indeed, as noted earlier on TheBlaze, although today’s unemployment numbers are heartening, there’s still a lot a work that needs to be done before we can get back to pre-recession employment levels.

“There is no crisis!” Santelli continued, taking issue with the Federal Reserve’s open-ended commitment to monthly purchases of $85 billion dollars worth of bonds. “Why they’re still in crisis mode is beyond belief and I think it’s wrong.”

“Rick,” CNBC senior economics reporter Steve Liesman interjected, “Some 7.7 percent of the population is unemployed. The U6 is 14.3 percent and that’s part of the problem there, Rick. There is a crisis! There’s a crisis of unemployment in this country.”

Video: A Look Back At The Gipper

It’s hard to even believe that this President served in our lifetime. He comes to us now as an obscure figure out of the not-so-distant past.

His simple and straightforward faith in God, and in America, was winsome and poignant.

One cannot help but be struck by the stark contrast to the current occupant of the White House, 21st Century America, and of the vanguard of the GOP.

Ronald Reagan spoke deeply to the American soul.

It wasn’t just because he was a great communicator, which he was. But rather because again and again he reminded us of our genesis as a people, and thus of our identity.

His words brought a reassurance and hope that only comes with the knowledge that we are indeed ‘One Nation under God . . .’

Video: Legal Analyst- Dept Of Agriculture Emails Prove ‘Impeachable Offense’

In an interview with Neil Cavuto on Fox News, Judge Andrew Napolitano discussed emails from the Department of Agriculture proving the sequester cuts not to be predetermined.

Contrary to what the President’s earlier claims, the released emails proved that there exists broad discretionary powers with respect to how the cuts are implemented.

Napolitano concluded that if the President is actually spending money to harm America rather than make the government run efficiently, it is an impeachable offense.

Video: Hannity, Paul Discuss Holder’s Claim of Legal Authority to Drone-Kill Citizens Inside US

Eric Holder today called drone use to assassinate American citizens on US soil potentially “appropriate” and “necessary” in some cases.

Senator Rand Paul calls the administration’s claims “disturbing.” He pointed out that what we’re discussing is not just administration of justice, as in detention or other lesser measures. What we’re talking about is administering the death penalty without respect to the judicial process.

Paul went on to say that there is an enormous amount of hypocrisy with respect to these issues in the Obama administration.

Video: Black Conservative Releases Hard-Hitting New Ad Equating Gun Control To Jim Crow

Star Parker, the black conservative who founded C.U.R.E. — the Center for Urban Renewal and Education — is raising eyebrows with her latest 30-second ad released late last week title , “Never Again.”

The clip, which presents powerful images of the KKK and hangings of blacks in America, also makes the case that the latest round of gun control laws could threaten the safety and security of African Americans.

Here is the entire section of the “Black Code” mentioned above. It outlawed firearms ownership by blacks:

4. PENAL LAWS OF MISSISSIPPI
Sec. 1. Be it enacted,…That no freedman, free negro or mulatto, not in the military service of the United States government, and not licensed so to do by the board of police of his or her county, shall keep or carry fire-arms of any kind, or any ammunition, dirk or bowie knife, and on conviction thereof in the county court shall be punished by fine, not exceeding ten dollars, and pay the costs of such proceedings, and all such arms or ammunition shall be forfeited to the informer; and it shall be the duty of every civil and military officer to arrest any freedman, free negro, or mulatto found with any such arms or ammunition, and cause him or her to be committed to trial in default of bail.

Video: Former Clinton Official Accuses Obama of ‘Dereliction of Duty,’ Suggests Benghazi Debacle ‘Impeachable Offense’

Photo Credit: Daily Caller Former Clinton administration federal prosecutor Andrew C. McCarthy told The Daily Caller’s Ginni Thomas that the Obama administration’s response to the attack on America’s consulate in Benghazi, Libya last September was a “shocking dereliction of duty” and that “decisive action could have saved American lives.”

“I use the term ‘dereliction of duty’ with all due care, because dereliction of duty is an impeachable offense,” said the former prosecutor. “But this is the most gross dereliction of duty under these circumstances from a commander in chief and his immediate subordinates that I ever remember seeing in my experience. And we haven’t gotten an explanation … if there were coherent reasons why no action was taken.”

“What we do know is … that they lied about the cause of the violence there,” he added. “I mean, they serially lied.”

In the interview, McCarthy also claims that the Obama administration continues to work with the Organization of Islamic Cooperation to find agreement on U.N. Human Rights Council Resolution 16/18, which would deem it unlawful to incite hostility toward religion.
