Trump-Appointed Federal Judge Criminally Charged after Confrontation over Parking Saw Him ‘Stomp’ on Man’s Glasses

A Trump-appointed federal judge in Idaho is facing criminal charges after a heated confrontation over parking which saw him snatch a man’s glasses from his face and stomp on them, according to reports.

Judge Ryan D. Nelson, who sits on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, is facing one misdemeanor count of battery and one of malicious injury to property for allegedly knocking another man’s glasses off his head and throwing them across the parking lot during the incident, The Idaho State Journal reported.

The confrontation occurred in early April when a driver pulled into a parking space and allegedly verbally criticized the judge’s parking twice, the unnamed man told the Idaho State Journal.

“That’s when [Nelson] went crazy,” the man told the newspaper. After the verbal spat, Nelson allegedly took the man’s glasses, threw them across the parking lot and stomped on them.

Thomas Matthew Crooks Emailed Butler County Sheriff’s Office Prior to Trump Assassination Attempt: Report

Newly released federal records indicate that a deputy with the Butler County Sheriff’s Office exchanged two emails with would-be Trump assassin Thomas Matthew Crooks prior to the July 13, 2024, assassination attempt at a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania.

The records were obtained by Judicial Watch through a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit against the FBI and were released on Friday. According to Judicial Watch, the FBI produced 48 heavily redacted pages related to its investigation into the shooting.

Among the documents was an interview summary involving a Butler County Sheriff’s deputy who told investigators she had exchanged two emails with Crooks before the attack. The contents of the emails remain unknown, as relevant portions were redacted. The deputy also told investigators that she did not have any personal interaction with Crooks.

“[Redacted] advised she [redacted] Thomas Crooks (CROOKS) in the [redacted] was an [redacted] therefore [redacted] with CROOKS. [Redacted] advised she did not recognize CROOKS when everything was on the news over the weekend but on Sunday night, a New York Times reporter emailed her asking questions,” reads the heavily redacted FBI communications titled “Disc of 5 Deputies of the Butler County Sheriff’s Office that were conducted on 07/16/2024.”

James Talarico Calls Biden’s Border ‘Utter Chaos’ In Attempted Immigration Rebrand

Democratic Texas Senate nominee James Talarico slammed former President Joe Biden’s border policies in an apparent immigration rebrand during a podcast episode released Monday.

Talarico is currently running for U.S. Senate in Texas and while running for the Democratic nomination in January he said there should be a “welcome mat” at the border. However, months later he framed himself as a “border security Democrat” during his appearance on the “Cogdell Law Uncensored” podcast.

“I called out Joe Biden for failing to secure our southern border and I got a lot of heat in my own party for doing that. But I remember talking with my colleagues in the legislature who represent border communities and they told me about the utter chaos caused by President Biden’s policies and the Democratic Party,” Talarico told the Podcast’s host, attorney Dan Cogdell.

“And so, I’m a border security Democrat,” Talarico added.

This comes after Talarico said, ” Our southern border should be like our front porch. There should be a giant welcome mat out front,” in a Jan. 24 primary debate against Democrat Jasmine Crockett, who he defeated in March. NBC Reporter’s Six-Word Claim about California Elections that Caused Trump to Storm Off

An NBC News reporter’s comments about California’s elections and the 2020 presidential race caused President Trump to storm out of their interview Sunday.

Kristen Welker sparred with the commander-in-chief over his claims the state’s voting was rigged as the counting continues and Democrat candidates suddenly enjoy a late stream of votes from mail-in ballots.

“That’s how they vote in California,” Welker replied after Trump pointed to the state’s still-unfinished ballot count as proof that something nefarious was happening.

The tense moment came during an interview on “Meet the Press,” when the president revived his longstanding allegations about election integrity while discussing California’s primaries.

The exchange became increasingly heated before Trump accused the network of bias and cut the interview short.

The daughter of the late Cuban dictator Fidel Castro gave a surprising answer when asked if she is the half-sister of former Canadian prime minister Justin Trudeau.

Theories that the Cuban communist revolutionary fathered Justin have circulated since Castro died in 2016, with some pointing to physical similarities between the two.

Group of 7 Creeps Emerge from NYC Sewer Manhole in Bizarre Scene, NYPD Launches Probe

. . .A crew of oddballs was filmed emerging from a Brooklyn sewer hole early Friday morning in a strange scene that left New Yorkers questioning their motives.

The NYPD has since launched an investigation into the gross stunt that was captured in shocking footage obtained by The Flatbush Scoop.

The video shows one person appearing to lift a manhole cover from McDonald Avenue in Gravesend before stashing it on the curb between parked cars.

Things quickly took a bizarre turn when somebody emerged from the sewer with a flashlight in hand – and then another, and another, and another appeared until seven people were milling about the roadway.

Trump Threatens to ‘Blow up’ US Ally Oman

Donald Trump has threatened to “blow up” Oman if it fails to “behave” in a casual aside during a cabinet meeting, as the US scrambles to reopen the strait of Hormuz.

The US president made the threat after reports of talks between Iran and Oman about jointly charging a toll for ships passing through the crucial waterway, which has been all but closed since the start of the US-Israel war on Iran.

“The strait is going to be open to everybody,” Trump declared on Tuesday. “Nobody’s going to control it. We’re going to watch over it. We’ll watch over it. But nobody’s going to control it. That’s part of the negotiation that we have.”

In addition to Oman’s decades-long military and economic ties with the US, the Gulf nation of 5.3 million people has played a mediation role in the war and has itself come under attack from Tehran. . .

YMCA Changes Locker Room Rules After Transgender Controversy: Report

A San Francisco YMCA became the center of controversy following a Monday report that a transgender woman had been effectively barred from exposing male genitalia in a women’s locker room following complaints from gym-goers.

The Daily Mail reported that a trans woman named “Sammy,” “has been banned from flaunting her pre-op privates at a YMCA in liberal San Francisco after a sustained freak out by gym goers.”

The Stonestown Family YMCA reportedly posted new rules barring guests from exposing their genitals to other guests.

According to the Daily Mail, the Stonestown Family YMCA posted new rules that read, “Nudity should be discreet, limited, and brief.” The policy change was reportedly announced on a flyer hanging in the changing room headlined “NEW YMCA LOCKER ROOMS GUIDELINES 2026.”

Former CIA Official Arrested after Feds Find $40M Worth of Gold Bars Stashed at His Home: report

A former high-ranking CIA official was reportedly busted by the FBI after agents found a mind-blowing fortune that included $40 million worth of gold bars hidden inside his Virginia home.

The feds last week raided the residence of David Rush, uncovering a staggering 303 gold bars, along with 2 million in cash and nearly three dozen luxury Rolex watches, the New York Times reported, citing court documents.

Rush, up until recently a “senior executive service-level employee” at the CIA, reportedly requested the massive haul of gold and foreign currency for “work-related expenses” between November and March.

But when the agency did a routine audit, the assets were missing from official custody, prompting the CIA director to refer the matter to federal investigators.

“After a C.I.A. internal investigation identified potential violations of the law, C.I.A. Director John Ratcliffe referred the information to the F.B.I. for a law enforcement investigation,” the CIA and FBI said in a joint statement to the Times. Officials Dismiss Serial Killer Fears In Tourist Hotspot After Three Women Found Dead

Three women have been found dead in or near Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, and regional authorities said there’s no evidence of a single alleged culprit in a statement Wednesday.

Officials have not formally identified the three women, but all were reportedly partially naked, had tatoos and were thought to have been in their early to mid 30s, NewsNation reported. However, a Mexican media report suggested that the third woman was identified as a missing 22-year-old. The women were found within an 11-day period. The Jalisco State Prosecutor’s Office (JSPO) said Wednesday that there were no indications of a “serial aggressor agaisnt women” in the tourist hotspot. Officials had previously said Puerto Vallarta may have a serial killer on the loose, the New York Post reported Monday.

Based on the evidence currently available, there are “no objective elements or scientific evidence to establish the existence of a serial aggressor against women in said municipality,” according to the JSPO. The state pointed to different purported causes of death, alleging that one died due to wounds from a sharp object, the other was potentially poisoned and the last appeared to have drowned. Officials said the dead women were discovered May 10, May 15 and May 21.

The first body was reportedly found close to a ranch on May 10, Mexico News Daily reported May 22. Another body was found at a stop beside a highway to Mismaloya — south of Puerto Vallarta — a few days later.

The woman was reportedly discovered with bruises on her left eyebrow and detectives are probing if she had been assaulted or dropped approximately a half-mile from the Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta hotel, the New York Post reported, citing Vallarta Daily.
