A report on social media is blowing up for the facts it contains: a 50-year-old man is on a swim team with young girls, and he showers with them.

The post explains the individual is Nicholas Cepeda and last weekend, the Orillia Recreation Centre in Orillia, Ontario, Canada, ”was the venue for a swimming tournament hosted by the local swim club, the Orillia Channel Cats.”

It went on: “According to a source, the Orangeville Otters were originally slated to compete at this tournament. That’s the club that includes amongst its membership that 50-year-old man who ‘identifies’ as a 13-year-old girl, the notorious Nicholas Cepeda. And get this: identifying as a teenager allows Cepeda to not only swim with real teenage girls, but to also change and shower with them as well.” . . .

Now Another State Launches Bill to Ban Trump From Ballot

Democrats across America apparently have such a fear of President Donald Trump’s presence on the 2024 presidential ballot they are trying in multiple ways to simply have him removed. . .

But now one lawmaker in Hawaii apparently believes his arguments, essentially the same as those used in multiple other states, are somehow better.

There, state Sen. Karl Rhoads, a Democrat who often lashes out angrily at Trump, is pushing for a bill that would ban Trump from the state’s ballot.

His plan aims to “specify that election ballots issued … shall exclude any candidate who is disqualified under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment. . .

Tragedy Strikes: Pastor Fatally Shot in Front of Family Amidst Neighbor Dispute

In a heartbreaking incident, a Las Vegas area pastor, Nick Davi, 46, was fatally shot and killed in his driveway during an alleged dispute with his neighbor. The horrifying event unfolded in front of Davi’s family, including two children, who watched the tragedy unfold just feet away.

The pastor, affiliated with Grace Point Church in North Las Vegas, met his untimely end when a confrontation with his neighbor, Joe Junio, 36, turned deadly in the Courts at Aliante gated community last month, as reported by FOX 5 Vegas.

Davi’s fellow pastor, Ty Neal, expressed the profound shock of witnessing such a devastating moment, stating, “Your mind just can’t process that.” The family, terrorized for weeks by Junio according to Neal, had already left their home and sought refuge elsewhere due to ongoing tensions.

The dispute reportedly escalated after Davi complained about Junio to the homeowner’s association, leading to a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Davi’s wife, Sarah. The lawsuit claims that Junio became irate after the pastor’s complaint to the HOA.

The tragic incident occurred as the family was leaving their home. Junio allegedly drove past them, parked her car, and initiated a confrontation by rolling down her window. The situation quickly escalated, with one of the children recording the altercation from inside the vehicle.

According to reports, weeks before the shooting, Junio exhibited signs of escalating threatening behavior following Davi’s report to the HOA regarding violations involving chickens and dogs.

Junio, a licensed individual with the Nevada Real Estate Division, was arrested at the scene and now faces charges including Open Murder with a deadly weapon, Attempted murder, Battery, Child Abuse/Neglect, and discharging a gun/weapon where a person might be endangered, according to jail records.

The wrongful death lawsuit, filed on January 19, seeks unspecified damages above the state minimum of $15,000. While the homeowner’s association is not directly listed in the lawsuit, it acknowledges that the HOA was aware of the potential for violent actions from Junio in the ongoing association dispute.

“The homeowner’s association knew or should have known that Defendant would likely perform violent actions against deceased and Plaintiff as a result of the on-going association dispute,” according to KVVU-TV.

‘I Feel So Much Better’: Lindsey Graham Reportedly Hugged Fani Willis After Georgia Trump Testimony

A new book claims that Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham of South Carolina embraced Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, who is prosecuting former President Donald Trump, after he provided testimony in the case, Politico reported on Wednesday.

Willis obtained an indictment against Trump and several other defendants on Aug. 19, on 41 different charges related to an alleged criminal racket to overturn the state’s 2020 presidential election results as well as the filing of false documents. Graham, who was briefly involved in Trump’s efforts before acknowledging Joe Biden’s victory in the election, testified before the grand jury in the case on Nov. 22, 2022, where he allegedly “turned on a dime and threw Trump under the bus” and attempted to hug Willis after his testimony, according to Politico.

“That was so cathartic…I feel so much better,” said Graham to Willis after his testimony to the grand jury during an encounter in the courthouse where he testified, Politico reported. Graham thanked Willis for the “opportunity to tell his story” and, then, attempted to hug Willis.

“‘She was like “whatever, dude,”’ according to one witness of the strange encounter,” recounted Politico. The extracts were quoted from a chapter in a book by Michael Isikoff and Daniel Klaidmanin, titled “Find Me the Votes: A Hard-Charging Georgia Prosecutor, a Rogue President, and the Plot to Steal an American Election,” which is scheduled to be published on Tuesday. Tallest U.S. Skyscraper to Be Built In Unlikely City

Plans are in motion to build what would become the tallest skyscraper in the United States — and it is coming to an unlikely city.

Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, has a population of just under 700,000, according to the U.S. Census Bureau. Although it has around a twelfth of the population of New York City, developers are trying to use it to take away the Big Apple’s title as home of the largest building in the country.

Real estate company Matteson Capital hopes to submit a request to raise the tower’s original planned height of 1,750 feet to a whopping 1,907 feet — a nod to the year Oklahoma gained statehood — reports KRON4.

“The symbolic height honors the year that Oklahoma was admitted as the 46th state of the United States,” Matteson Capital said in a statement obtained by the Oklahoma City Free Press.

The California-based developers are attempting to dethrone Manhattan’s One World Trade Center as the tallest U.S. building, and they are working with the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City to do it in the neighborhood of Bricktown. Various government officials have alleged that Schumer has more concern with the tobacco product than securing the southern border and fentanyl harming teens.

Moana Bikini is facing a backlash after using a man to model and promote a racy women’s swimsuit.

The company, owned by Australian “body positive influencer” Karina Irby, posted on its Instagram account a video of male model Jake Young wearing a very revealing “SUGAR SLINKY” one-piece, the New York Post reported. The brand markets itself as “swimwear designed for every BODY!”

Social media users commented on the post and said they were done being customers after seeing the ad.

“Is that a man? I thought you were about empowering women?” one account posted. “Men seem to be trying to take over everything women hold sacred. Our safe spaces, our identity and now our fashion.”

“I’m sorry you support whatever you like but I don’t agree with men in women’s swimsuits and trying to market it towards women,” the account added. “I’ve been a loyal customer for ten years but I’m done.”
