By New York Post. . .Twitter “just freelanced” its baseless decision to censor The Post’s bombshell Hunter Biden laptop scoop in the run up to the 2020 election — with top-level workers at the social media giant agreeing that controversial decision was “f–ked,” damning insider communications released by CEO Elon Musk Friday reveal. . .

Musk tweeted a link to the account of independent journalist Matt Taibbi shortly after 6 p.m., who shed light on Twitter’s shady censorship decision by posting what appeared to be redacted emails between Twitter employees.

The decision to censor The Post’s story was made “at the highest levels of the company,” according to Taibbi, but without Dorsey’s involvement. . .

According to Taibbi, the social media company “took extraordinary steps to suppress” The Post’s Hunter Biden laptop story, removing links to the expose shared by users and posting warnings that it may be “unsafe.”

Taibbi said that Twitter even resorted to a rarely used tactic to stop the dissemination of the story – blocking the sharing of links to the story via direct message, a tool usually only used in “extreme cases,” such as to stop the distribution of child pornography. ‘This Will Be Awesome’: Musk Leaks Twitter’s Hunter Biden Files

By Politico. Elon Musk is stoking controversy on a new front, this time revealing sensitive internal deliberations at Twitter around Hunter Biden’s personal computer files in the fall of 2020.

On Friday evening, Twitter’s new owner promoted a leak of documents on his personal account, just the latest sign that the tech billionaire continues to steer the platform in a direction more favorable to conservatives and libertarians. Ahead of the midterm elections, Musk urged his followers to vote Republican. Last month, he reinstated former President Donald Trump’s Twitter account after taking an informal online poll. . .

Musk teased the event hours before it began to spill out in Taibbi’s tweets, promising, “This will be awesome,” and suggested he was personally involved in its preparation.

“We’re double-checking some facts, so probably start live tweeting in about 40 mins,” Musk tweeted as users waited for the promised disclosures. ‘Biden Team’ Requested Twitter Scrub Scandalous Hunter Biden Info Days Before 2020 Election

By National Review. In an email dated October 24, just days before the 2020 presidential election, the “Biden team” reportedly demanded that Twitter scrub information critical of Hunter Biden from the site, according to a jaw dropping release of “The Twitter Files” by new CEO Elon Musk.

Twitter staff forwarded a request from what seemed to be the Biden campaign to delete five tweets in particular.

“More to review from the Biden team,” the message, from the first installment of the documents analyzed by journalist Matt Taibbi, read. “Handled,” was the reply.

Three of the tweets, from since-suspended accounts, featured scandalous graphic images of the president’s son posing with his genitalia exposed, according to archives, which were leaked from the laptop that the New York Post first uncovered. In one image, Hunter Biden’s nudity is blotted out by red digital paint.

Also on October 24, the Democratic National Committee requested two tweets related to Hunter Biden be removed. One, from James Wood, was a parody Biden presidential ad displaying his son smoking what appears to be a crack pipe.

Tucker Carlson Calls Twitter Files the Biggest ‘First Amendment Violation in Modern History’

“One of the most extraordinary moments in the history of social media is unfolding right now as we speak. It began when Elon Musk took control of Twitter. When he bought the company, he promised to reveal its corruption, the extent to which Twitter engaged in politically motivated censorship, including the unlawful illegal censorship of American citizens at the direction of the U.S. government.”

Musk: Brain Implants ‘Ready for Humans’

Elon Musk has brought the world reusable rockets, traffic-easing tunnels, new vactrain possibilities, fleets of electric vehicles, a low-orbit internet provider, and liberal apoplexy over his recent Twitter acquisition. Rather than rest on his laurels, the world’s richest man indicated on Wednesday that his brain-computer interfaces now have the potential to enable the blind to see, the mute to talk, and the lame to walk. What’s more, he claimed they are ready for human implantation. . .

On Wednesday, Elon Musk held a “Show and Tell” event at Neuralink’s headquarters in Fremont, California, revealing the latest advancements in Neuralink’s brain-computer interface technology.

Musk announced at the event and on Twitter that Neuralink plans to begin implanting devices into human patients within six months. A Neuralink brain implant requires that a patient have a portion of the skull removed and wires threaded into the brain tissue. The likely candidates for implantation are those with severe spinal cord injuries.

This announcement comes two years after Neuralink received an FDA Breakthrough Device designation, after years of tests on primates, and amid discussions with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, which Bloomberg reported have been going well.

Musk Confirms: Yes, Twitter Has Interfered in Elections

By Townhall. Newly minted Twitter CEO and owner Elon Musk revealed Wednesday that under [previous] leadership, the social media giant did in fact interfere in elections. Musk promised “Twitter 2.0” will change course and operate transparently on the issue.

Most infamously, Twitter banned any mention of Hunter Biden’s “laptop from hell” in the lead up to the 2020 presidential election. By default, they also censored Joe Biden’s deep involvement and shady business dealings with foreign adversaries.

At the time platform executives, including then CEO Jack Dorsey, justified the multi-month banning of the account belonging to the New York Post — the nation’s oldest paper — whose reporters broke the laptop story in October 2020. They also banned White House Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany after she shared the story, along with countless others who did the same.

Users Celebrate Elon Musk Revealing Twitter ‘Interfered in Elections:’ ‘New Twitter Rocks’

He pledged that under him the company, which he dubbed “Twitter 2.0,” will be more effective and “transparent” than the previous iteration.

Musk provided his remarks in response to a comment on a recent Reuters article which reported former Twitter head of trust and safety Yoel Roth’s claims that Twitter is not safe under Musk.

At the same conference, Roth – who left Twitter shortly after Musk took the reins – admitted it was a “mistake” for Twitter to censor the Hunter Biden laptop story just ahead of the 2020 presidential election. . .

[An] account stated, “Twitter has shown itself to be not safe for the past 10 years and has lost users’ trust. The past team of ‘trust and safety’ is a disgrace, so it doesn’t have any right to judge what is being done now. Out for ‘Blood’: Country Tries to Seize Guardianship of Baby Over Parents’ Vaccine Stance

New Zealand’s government health service has applied to remove guardianship of a 4-month-old baby boy from his parents after they demanded that his life-saving surgery can proceed only with blood that does not contain the COVID-19 vaccine.

Health New Zealand, also known as Te Whatu Ora, made a court application Monday with the Auckland High Court to transfer guardianship under the Care of Children Act so the baby can receive the operation, according to court documents reported by the New Zealand Herald.

The baby’s parents recently explained their position during an interview with Liz Gunn, a broadcaster from New Zealand who has raised concerns about the safety of COVID-19 vaccines.

Explaining how their son has severe pulmonary valve stenosis and needs surgery “almost immediately,” the parents said they are “extremely concerned with the blood [the doctors] are going to use.” . . .

The parents maintained that more than 20 unvaccinated people were willing to donate the blood for their son’s operation, but that had not been approved by the government’s New Zealand Blood Service (NZBS), according to the New Zealand Herald. Another Fashion Designer Tied to Satanism and Child Abuse

A fashion stylist connected to haute-couture fashion house Balenciaga broke her silence after being accused of posting images featuring graphic violence against children.

Lotta Volkova worked hand-in-hand with Balenciaga’s creative director Demna Gvasalia until 2017 and was forced to set her Instagram account to ‘private’ after facing backlash over the images she posted to social media, according to Newsweek.

Tweets directing attention to her photographs went viral as fans called out the label and its celebrity supporters, demanding answers and calling for Volkova to face consequences.

The stylist’s social media pages came under scrutiny after Balenciaga shared a controversial ad campaign that featured children holding stuffed bears dressed in BDSM gear and a partially hidden printout of a Supreme Court case dealing with child pornography. The fashion label has since announced a $25 million lawsuit against the production company responsible for the ads.

On Volkova’s Instagram page, fans uncovered scenes of violence and Satanic imagery, much of it involving children, although it remains unclear if Volkova photographed the images herself or just shared them to her online profile, according to Newsweek. Volkova’s representative spoke on her behalf, saying “she condemns the abuse of children in any form,” according to the outlet.

Threats Were Made Against a Gay Club — The Suspect Will Not Shock You

An Atlanta man was arrested for making threats of violence against a local gay nightclub that including holding what looks to be a firearm in the latest incident involving threats and attacks against LGBTQ clubs. Similar to other incidents, the suspect in this case is a left-wing gay man.

Chase Staub is accused of making the threats against The Heretic on Instagram, according to Fox 5. Staub is actually holding a pepper spray gun and not an actual firearm. Some of the messages Staub posted on his Instagram account included, “Don’t give me something to shoot about.” He is facing terroristic threats and disorderly conduct charges.

City Will Send Taxpayer Dollars to Residents So They Can Donate to Politicians

Oakland, California, is set to give adult residents vouchers to donate to candidates for local office every other year, according to The San Francisco Chronicle.

Nearly 74% of the city’s voters approved Measure W, mandating that the city biannually send four $25 dollar vouchers to residents 18 years of age and older for donations to mayoral, City Council or school board candidates, the outlet reported. The program will be paid for with city general funds and include legal permanent residents who lack U.S. citizenship.

Seattle enacted a similar program in 2017, and University of Washington research showed a rise in candidates for local office and a more challenging path to reelection for incumbents, according to the Chronicle. The Oakland measure restricts former city officials from becoming lobbyists.

Oakland Rising Executive Director Liz Suk, whose organization co-sponsored Measure W, argued the Seattle program had ” increased participation in lesser areas” of the city and “voter turnout from communities of color,” the Chronicle reported. However, opposing Alameda County Taxpayers Association President Marcus Crawley contended the Oakland measure was “biased toward incumbents,” deeming it a waste of money. Fauci Changes Tune: ‘Completely Open Mind’ About Lab Leak, Gives School Closure Warning

During his interview with Chuck Todd on “Meet The Press,” Fauci was asked what can be done to figure out whether the COVID-19 virus was leaked from a laboratory in Wuhan, China. Fauci claimed that the only thing that can be done to discover COVID-19’s origin is to fully investigate the physical lab and engage in open and transparent communication with the researchers in China.

Todd then asked Fauci’s personal beliefs on the lab leak theory, to which he responded that he has “a completely open mind about that, despite people saying that I don’t.” He went on to note that there is a “preponderance” of evidence that the disease evolved naturally.

Fauci Defended Lockdowns During Deposition, Said China Was the Inspiration: Lawyer

By The Epoch Times. A top U.S. health official who publicly backed lockdowns during the COVID-19 pandemic defended his position during a deposition on Nov. 23, according to people who were present for the questioning.

Dr. Anthony Fauci, the longtime director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and President Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser, also said the inspiration for the lockdowns was communist-run China, one of the people said.

Fauci sat for the seven-hour deposition in Bethesda, Maryland, where the headquarters for the institute’s parent agency are located.

He was forced to answer questions under oath on orders from a federal judge who is set to decide whether the government should be blocked from pressuring Big Tech firms into censoring posts and users.

Military’s Vaccine Mandate Turning Off Potential New Applicants Amid Recruitment Struggles: Former Army Recruiter

Army National Guard soldiers are reportedly leaving at a faster rate than they are enlisting for service. According to officials, over 7,500 have retired or left the Guard this past fiscal year. Maj. Gen. Rich Baldwin, chief of staff of the Army National Guard, told The Associated Press that current challenges to staffing are the worst he’s seen in the two decades.

Regarding the military’s recruiting woes, Corporal Rolando Martin, a national guardsman who has served in the Army for over 17 years, said while that many have focused on active-duty personnel, the National Guard is also suffering. He currently serves with the Florida National Guard, and emphasized that his views do not reflect the views of the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Department of the Army.

“Even though Governor DeSantis is in charge, [the Florida National Guard] is financed by the federal government, so they still have to follow everything the active duty does,” Martin told The Epoch Times. And as a result, he said, he has no doubt that recruiting and retention shortfalls will continue to occur not only within active-duty service, but in the Army Reserves and National Guard as well.

In June, Martin was informed that he would be discharged from the Army for having not taken the COVID-19 vaccine. Like thousands of others to date, his request for religious exemption did not get approved. This Airline Refuses to Hire Unvaxxed, but Hired Violent Felon to Fly Planes

Some JetBlue pilots are outraged after the airline hired a violent felon to fly planes even as it refuses to hire people who haven’t taken the COVID vaccine, citing safety.

Two pilots told The Daily Wire that JetBlue has hired John Perrys, who served nine years in prison for breaking into the home of a judge and attacking his daughter as she left the shower. Perrys was released from prison in 2014 and is on felony probation until 2044, according to the Florida Department of Corrections. . .

In 2005, The Associated Press reported that Perrys, then an Air Force captain, was charged in Louisiana with burglary and assault with a deadly weapon while wearing a mask, and that he faced up to life in prison. Perrys allegedly entered the home of a judge and beat the judge’s daughter, who was his former fiancée, with a metal baton as she left the shower. Police said that when he was arrested, he was wearing a bulletproof vest and his vehicle contained knives, handcuffs, parachute cord, a shovel, and a mask, according to the AP.

JetBlue’s job applications say, “Every decision JetBlue has made throughout the pandemic has been with our safety value front and center. Whether it’s requiring masks, or many of the other health and safety protocols we’ve had to navigate during the pandemic, all of these efforts have been focused on making the workplace and air travel safer for you and our Customers. As part of our commitment to health and safety, COVID-19 vaccines are required for all JetBlue employees. New hire employees must be fully vaccinated prior to the start of training.” . . .

A screenshot of an internal JetBlue web page reviewed by The Daily Wire listed Perrys as a “Pilot Trainee” and a “Crewmember since July 20, 2022.” Another picture showed him beneath a banner that said “Congratulations Class 34-22,” referring to his training.
