By Townhall. Despite being told that elections were safe, secure and beyond corruption, President Joe Biden just said the quiet part aloud, making the Democrat party want to go into hiding once again.

Last week, Biden told a group of rally goers that Democrats have a plan in place to “make sure no one, no one, ever has the opportunity to steal an election again.”

“If we elect two more senators, we keep the House and Democrats, we’re going to get a lot of unfinished business we’re going to get done. Folks, look, we’ll codify Roe v. Wade. We’ll ban, we’ll ban assault weapons. We’ll protect Social Security and Medicare. We’ll pass universal pre-K. We’ll restore the Childcare Tax Credit. We’ll protect voting rights. We’ll pass election reform and make sure no one, no one, ever has the opportunity to steal an election again!,” Biden said to the crowd.

But wait, which stolen election is he talking about? . . .

Biden’s New White House Twitter Strategy Highlights His Administration’s Incompetence

By Daily Wire. This week, leftists were delighted to see “mean tweets” return as the official White House Twitter account blasted Republicans for being critical of President Joe Biden’s student debt amnesty despite taking COVID-era Paycheck Protection Plan (PPP) loans that were also forgiven.

The only problem with that social media strategy is that PPP loans were completely different from college loans. In an obvious way, the new tactic highlights his administration’s incompetence.

On Wednesday, Biden announced that he was enacting massive debt cancellation — paid for in part by millions of Americans who didn’t attend college, nevermind take out student loans. Many GOP officials voiced concern that this was simply a transfer of wealth from the working class to the white-collar class.

Folks like Representatives Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA), Mike Kelly (R-PA), Matt Gaetz (R-FL), and more all made similar comments, saying it was unfair for tradesmen and non-college degree holders to bail out post-grads.

In turn, the White House snarkily responded by posting evidence that those individuals and others had received PPP loans and had their debts forgiven.

Liberal State Passes Bill Making It a Transgender ‘Refuge’ for Kids and Parents

The California State Assembly passed a bill on Monday that seeks to establish the state as a sanctuary for children seeking transgender medical treatment, as well as parents who wish to put their children through such procedures.

The legislation, SB-107, appears to be in part pushed through as a response to other states taking action to limit the ability of parents to subject their children to transgender medical treatment. . .

“California must stand with LGBTQ kids and their families, especially when they’re under attack across the country,” Senator Wiener said when the bill passed the Assembly Appropriations Committee. “SB 107 ensures that California is a refuge state for trans kids and their parents, so they can be safe here. Parents should never be separated from their kids or criminalized for simply allowing them to be who they are. We need to hold firm in our support for the LGBTQ community and stand with LGBTQ youth.”

Phoenix Reporter Who Broke Story About Corrupt Clinton-Loretta Lynch Tarmac Meeting Found Dead of Alleged Suicide

Veteran Alabama reporter and anchor Christopher Sign, who previously worked in Phoenix for more than a decade, was found dead by the local Hoover police Saturday morning, according to Hoover Police Department Capt. Keith Czeskleba.

Sign broke the news of a 2016 meeting between former President Bill Clinton, whose wife Hillary Clinton at the time was running for president and was being investigated by the FBI, and the then-Attorney General Loretta Lynch at the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport tarmac. At the time, their meeting was cast as a potential conflict of interest.

A report by the Office of the Inspector General of the Department of Justice detailed what took place at that meeting.

Sign moved from Alabama to Arizona in 2005 and spent 13 years working in the Valley of the Sun where he won numerous awards including an Edward R. Murrow Award for spot news and an Emmy for breaking news coverage on the search for the ‘Baseline Killer’ and ‘Serial Shooter,’ according to a bio from ABC 33/40. The One Letter That Exposes the FBI’s Trump Raid Was Not About Missing Documents

. . .Mar-a-Lago is a secure site protected by the Secret Service. Former presidents have staff to handle these records with care. We’ve mentioned how the follow-up stories have mainly been concentrated on the dates involving legal members of Trump’s office and the National Archives. That’s not evidence of a crime. If anything, it shows cooperation, but another angle is that the Biden DOJ might have laid a trap for the former president. They sent a June 8 letter telling Trump’s legal team to keep all documents at Mar-a-Lago in the storage room basement. They were instructed to keep those records there “indefinitely.” One month later, federal agents raided the house.

Again, you all know this wasn’t about some missing document beef. Was it a dragnet to find any corroborative evidence regarding the Russian collusion investigation or the January 6 riot, the latter of which liberal America erroneously thinks was a Trump-led plot, despite an August 2021 FBI report rebuking that conspiracy theory? Biden Uses the F-Word to Describe MAGA Republicans

This week, President Joe Biden rolled out a new adjective to describe Republicans in the mold of former President Donald Trump: “semifascist.”

Biden first publicly used the term at a Democratic National Committee reception ahead of an end-of-summer rally for the coming midterm elections.

While exuding confidence that the forces of democracy were defeating the Trump Republicans, on the heels of recent Democratic momentum, Biden warned that “the entire philosophy that underpins” their politics is “almost like semifascism, the way in which it deals.”

Despite the “almost,” “like,” and “semi” qualifiers, it was a major rhetorical escalation from Biden.

Biden has long suggested that Trump’s political movement was anti-democratic, especially following the former president’s 2020 election challenges, the Jan. 6 Capitol riot to disrupt the certification of the Electoral College results, and the enactment of Republican voting laws in several GOP-run states. Two More States Follow California’s Ban on New Gas Cars

Washington and Massachusetts are following a policy from California to ban the sale of new gasoline-powered cars by 2035.

Rules from the California Air Resources Board (CARB) require 35% of new vehicles to produce zero emissions by 2026 before rising to a 68% benchmark by 2030 and a 100% level by 2035. Both Washington and Massachusetts had enacted legislation conforming the states to recommendations from CARB as of 2019, according to the agency.

“If you are low income, you can get your home entirely weatherized through the expansion from the bipartisan infrastructure laws,” Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm said earlier this month on Fox News. “If you are moderate income, today you can get 30% off the price of solar panels. Those solar panels can be financed, so you don’t have to have the big outlay at the front … If you don’t qualify for the weatherization program, you will be able to, starting next year, get rebates on the appliances and equipment that will help you reduce your monthly energy bill by up to 30%. Two Florida residents pleaded guilty to stealing President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley Biden’s diary; and then selling it to the conservative group Project Veritas.

Aimee Harris and Robert Kurlander admitted in a New York City federal court to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen property involving the theft of personal belongings of an immediate family member of a then-former government official who was a candidate for national political office.

“Harris and Kurlander stole personal property from an immediate family member of a candidate for national political office… they sold the property to an organization in New York for $40,000 and even returned to take more of the victim’s property when asked to do so. Harris and Kurlander sought to profit from their theft of another person’s personal property, and they now stand convicted of a federal felony as a result,” Damian Williams, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, said in a statement. . .

According to the diary, Ashley wrote that her father and our president took showers with her when she was young girl, fueling her sex-addiction.

Trump Campaign Rejected Offer to Buy Biden Daughter’s Diary

By Axios. Donald Trump’s 2020 presidential campaign rejected an offer to buy President Biden’s daughter’s stolen diary, federal prosecutors say.

The revelation comes amid a criminal investigation into how the diary and other property belonging to Ashley Biden ended up in the hands of right-wing journalists.

Two Florida individuals pled guilty on Thursday to transporting stolen property across state lines for their roles in selling Ashley Biden’s diary to Project Veritas, the organization run by conservative provocateur James O’Keefe. . .

Here’s the Woman Who Launched the FBI Ransacking of Mar-a-Lago

By Townhall. . .The latest development in this legal fiasco is Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall’s role in the document retrieval, where she seems to be one of the leading figures who triggered the FBI raid. As Tom Elliott of Grabien clipped, Trump honored this woman during his presidency, which he cited as a failure on the former president’s part for not draining the swamp (via WaPo):

Acting Archivist Debra Steidel Wall also notified Trump’s lawyer Evan Corcoran that the agency would provide the FBI access to 15 boxes of materials in order to investigate “whether those records were handled in an unlawful manner” and conduct an assessment to determine if any damage might have resulted from the improper handling of materials, according to the May 10 letter.

“As the Department of Justice’s National Security Division explained to you on April 29, 2022: ‘There are important national security interests in the FBI and others in the Intelligence Community getting access to these materials. According to NARA, among the materials in the boxes are over 100 documents with classification markings, comprising more than 700 pages. Some include the highest levels of classification, including Special Access Program (SAP) materials,’” Steidel Wall wrote.

The FBI removed an additional 20 boxes of items from the Mar-a-Lago Club earlier this month, including four sets of top-secret documents and seven other sets of classified information, according to a written inventory of the items seized in the high-profile search of Mar-a-Lago earlier this month.

Judge Gives Trump Until Friday to Clarify Request for Special Master on Records Seized by FBI

By The Hill. A federal judge on Tuesday responded to former President Trump’s lawsuit requesting a special master to review the documents collected by the FBI from his Mar-a-Lago residence, giving Trump a Friday deadline to clarify his request.

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Judge Aileen Cannon issued an order for Trump to elaborate on how the court has jurisdiction and precisely what he wants the court to order in the case.

She also asked Trump’s team to provide more details on whether it served the Department of Justice (DOJ) with the suit and on the lawsuit’s effect on another proceeding determining if parts of the affidavit that supported the search warrant should be released.

The request was one of two brief orders filed on Tuesday by Cannon, who was nominated to the position by Trump in 2020. She also issued a separate one asking two of his attorneys to correctly format and resubmit their motions to appear pro hac vice, which allow lawyers to appear in courts in which they are not admitted for a particular case. Reporter Asks Biden if Student Debt Relief Is Fair to People Who Already Paid, and His Response Gets Instant Backlash (VIDEO)

President Joe Biden was challenged by a reporter about the fairness of his student debt relief order, and his answer was immediately lambasted by many on social media.

Biden was speaking about the student debt program he ordered Wednesday when a reporter asked him to comment on the challenge that the policy was unfair to those borrowers who worked hard to pay off their loans.

“Is this unfair to people who paid their student loans or chose not to take out loans?” asked Karen Travers of ABC News.

“Is it fair to people who, in fact, do not own multi-billion-dollar businesses if they see one of these guys getting all the tax breaks? Is that fair? What do you think?” Biden responded.

“What about people who paid their loans, though, struggled to pay their loans, and now others don’t have to?” asked another reporter.

A rabid fox viciously attacked a woman in her own yard, and surveillance footage captured the incredible struggle as she fought for her life.

The incident unfolded in Ithaca, New York, in July and was completely unprovoked, as seen in the video posted by TMZ. In the video, the fox approaches the woman from behind while she talks on the phone and bites her on the leg. The woman immediately kicks out, shaking the animal off, but the fox relentlessly continues its attack.

The video then shows the woman giving the fox a number of powerful kicks, but that doesn’t seem to deter the animal at all. As the woman tries to kick the fox, it bites down on her leg again and refuses to let go. The woman can be seen kicking her leg high into the air with the rabid fox still attached to it.
