During his remarks, Biden didn’t use the time to honor the victims and their families. Instead, he rehashed old jokes about deer wearing kevlar and ranted while reading the teleprompter.

He also claimed it was time for Congress to “do something,” but did not say what specific law would have prevented the killer from carrying out his heinous crimes. He blamed the situation on “the gun lobby.”

Who Is the Texas School Shooter? What We Know

By Fox News. Salvador Ramos was identified as the shooter who opened fire in Robb Elementary in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday. The 18-year-old shot and killed at least 19 students and two teachers, Fox News confirmed.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott identified Ramos as the shooter and said the Uvalde local entered the school grounds and proceeded to open fire. Abbott also said the shooter is dead and is believed to have acted alone.

Uvalde Mayor Don McLaughlin told Fox News that during the shooting, Ramos became barricaded inside the elementary school. An agent with the Border Patrol Tactical Unit (BORTAC), is believed to have shot and killed the suspected gunman. Two officers were shot and wounded on scene but were expected to survive. Border Patrol Agent Rushed Into Texas School and Killed Shooter Without Waiting for Backup

A U.S. Border Patrol agent who was near the Texas elementary school that was attacked on Tuesday did not wait for backup as he rushed into the school and killed the assailant.

The tragedy unfolded when an 18-year-old male stormed Robb Elementary School and began opening fire on students. The Daily Wire is not naming the suspect due to company policy about not giving notoriety to mass murderers.

“A Border Patrol agent who was nearby when the shooting began rushed into the school without waiting for backup and shot and killed the gunman, who was behind a barricade,” the Associated Press reported. “The agent was wounded but able to walk out of the school.”

Fox News correspondent Bill Melugin confirmed the report, writing that the agent was “an elite BORTAC Border Patrol agent.”

A Major New Development in the Hunter Biden Laptop Scandal

The Washington Examiner’s new reporting on the Hunter Biden laptop saga marks a giant leap in the public’s understanding of a significant story of national import. A story that was reprehensibly suppressed in the run-up to the 2020 election.

For one thing, the Washington Examiner has put to rest the risible claims that the laptop’s digital contents are not authentic. Plainly, the contents were produced by Biden’s operation of the laptop and nothing else. An exacting technical analysis performed by a highly qualified expert, retained by the Washington Examiner based on his decades of government and private work in the field, confirms what has been patent since the laptop emerged as a public controversy in the weeks just prior to the 2020 election: The laptop belonged to Hunter Biden.

The thousands of emails, memos, ledgers, and photos contained on the laptop were generated by his use of it. To have suggested the laptop’s contents were the result of a hack, a plant, or (most preposterously, Russian intelligence service disinformation) was grossly irresponsible. There was scant evidence that the information could have been fabricated, in comparison to overwhelming evidence that the information, though startling in many particulars, was what one would reasonably have expected to find on a Hunter Biden laptop. Expected to find, that is, given the younger Biden’s notoriously shady foreign business entanglements, his network of family and friends, his history of trading on his father’s political influence, and his demons.

Contrary to what the public was told, it is not difficult to authenticate evidence for purposes of use in court. The rules of evidence indulge a presumption in favor of the admissibility of probative evidence. If an item appears to be what the proponent represents it to be, the rules provide for its admission into the evidentiary record even if there are gaps in the chain of custody or other indications of possible irregularities. Our law’s theory is that such questions go to the weight of the evidence, not its admissibility. The party against whom the evidence is admitted gets to demonstrate any weaknesses through cross-examination; the jury or court then decides how much credibility and significance to attribute to the item. When Biden said Americans should not worry about a recession, he claimed his administration has made “significant progress” toward improving the economy before repeating talking points about “Putin’s tax” (referring to record-high gas prices) and the war in Ukraine worsening domestic problems. . .

The Biden administration has repeatedly tried to reframe the energy crisis in positive light. $6’s a Good Thing? Pain at Pump Part of ‘Incredible Transition’ According to Biden

By New York Post. Out of touch as ever, President Biden celebrated record-high gas prices Monday, gushing that the pump pain was part of “an incredible transition” of the US economy away from fossil fuels.

“[When] it comes to the gas prices, we’re going through an incredible transition that is taking place that, God willing, when it’s over, we’ll be stronger and the world will be stronger and less reliant on fossil fuels when this is over,” Biden said during a press conference in Japan following his meeting with Prime Minister Fumio Kishida.

The president then insisted that his administration’s actions, rather than increasing the price of gas, had actually been able to “keep it from getting worse — and it’s bad.”

Only then did Biden pay lip service to millions of Americans who have found themselves spending thousands of extra dollars to fuel up their vehicles.

Outbreak of Monkeypox Linked to Massive Festival for the ‘Gay Fetish Community’

Three confirmed cases of monkeypox have been linked to a homosexual fetish festival in Belgium, health authorities said Friday.

The Darklands Festival in Antwerp has been linked to all three confirmed cases of the disease in Belgium following four days of partying that began on May 5, according to AFP. The festival’s organizers said on their website that the Belgian government had asked them to inform attendees that the outbreak was likely caused by a festival-goer bringing the sickness from abroad.

House Republican Conference Vice Chair Mike Johnson (R-LA) is an “idiot” for opposing the late-term abortion of a child only “seconds away” from birth, according to MSNBC’s Katie Phang, who heaped praise upon an Alabama abortion provider who avoided the congressman’s questioning during a tense hearing on access to the medical procedure this week.

Filling in for The Cross Connection host Tiffany Cross on Saturday, the MSNBC guest host slammed conservative lawmaker Mike Johnson in a segment with Dr. Colleen McNicholas, chief medical officer for Planned Parenthood of St. Louis, Missouri. . .

Phang then praised the doctor for “standing her ground.”

“Good for this doctor… for standing her ground and saying, ‘you’re an idiot, and you [don’t] know what you’re doing,’” the stand-in host said. “She said it more politely than me.”

First Shipments of Operation Fly Formula Won’t Go to Stores

The first shipment of the White House’s Operation Fly Formula won’t immediately go to store shelves but will instead be delivered to facilities in areas with the most need.

The first flight delivered 132 pallets of baby formula to Indianapolis on Sunday, providing enough of the product to feed 9,000 babies and 18,000 toddlers for one week, according to government officials. However, none of that initial shipment will go to stores right away. Instead, it will be distributed to hospitals, doctors’ offices, healthcare facilities, and pharmacies in areas where “needs are most acute,” a Biden administration official told CNN.

“It is a large shipment of very specific and specialized formula,” Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack told reporters Sunday. “Formula for moms and dads who have children who have allergies where the regular formula just simply will not work.”

The delivery is the first of two shipments of Operation Fly Formula, which will transport a total of 246 pallets of baby formula, enough to fill 1.5 million 8-ounce bottles, according to the White House. The second flight is expected to “take place in the coming days” and will distribute 114 more pallets of formula.

The formula shipment on Sunday included Nestle Health Science formula products, such as Alfamino Infant and Alfamino Junior, which are for infants who cannot digest the protein in cow milk.

The worsening shortage of baby formula, the primary source of nutrition for many infants, particularly those who require specialty mixtures due to allergies or gastrointestinal conditions, has led to a 40% decrease in inventory nationwide, according to Datasembly. Ex-Biden Thought Police Chief Throws a Tantrum That Exposes DHS’ True Goal (VIDEO)

This was utterly predictable. No, I’m not talking about Nina Jankowicz’s resignation from the Department of Homeland Security’s thought police. I thought she would stay because the liberal media would have happily extended her plenty of political cover. Instead, the DHS bungled the rollout of their Disinformation Governance Board to the point where nothing could be salvaged. Even Janky’s allies were left with little to no recourse to mount a defense for her. The talking points were either wrong or non-existent. DHS also didn’t do itself any favors with its “trust us, this isn’t like the Ministry of Truth” pivot. Don’t these people know—the American people are always distrustful of government in their own way?

It’s also not a great look when DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas was caught being unaware that the woman he hired had a series of cringeworthy and inaccurate TikTok videos about disinformation. Janky is a Russian collusion peddler and thought the Hunter Biden laptop was a Russian PSYOP. The woman tasked with policing disinformation was herself a bastion of…disinformation. I don’t need to remind you of this embarrassing fiasco that engulfed the DHS. So, Janky left, and the thought police squad was put on hold for now. It could come back.

That didn’t stop this woman from going on the liberal media circuit to say she was derailed by right-wing disinformation. The tantrum that occurred afterward is the best part because it exposes what this whole thought police was set up for, which is to help Democrats. You all know that—and I guess since the cat is out of the bag—they’re admitting to it as well on some level.

State Farm Donating Transgender Books for Kindergarteners

The auto insurance company State Farm is encouraging its agents in Florida to donate books promoting transgenderism to 5-year-olds to their local schools or public libraries, according to an email shared by a whistleblower.

The email, obtained by the nonprofit organization Consumers’ Research and shared with the Washington Examiner, revealed that State Farm has partnered with the GenderCool Project, which promotes issues of gender identity in children through various advocacy and public awareness programs, to donate a packet of three books to local schools and public libraries.

The three books, A Kids Book About Being Transgender, A Kids Book About Being Non-Binary, and A Kids Book About Being Inclusive, contain various descriptions about gender and identity meant to disprove the notion that gender is the same as biological sex and establish that it is therefore changeable.

The GenderCool Project markets the “three book bundle” to children ages 5 and over, a fact noted in the whistleblower email.

“The project’s goal is to increase representation of LGBTQ+ books and support our communities in having challenging, important and empowering conversations with children age 5+,” the email said.

Leaked Audio From High Level Meeting Reveals That China Is Moving to a Wartime Footing

According to an audio recording, reportedly leaked out of a recent high-level meeting that took place in Beijing, China, among senior officers of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Guangdong Military Region of the Southern Command, as well as Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) is actively preparing to put the country on a war footing.

Plans discussed at the early May meeting focused on a surprise military attack against Taiwan and seizure of the first island chain of archipelagos out from the East Asian mainland that includes territory belonging to Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and Russia (the disputed Kuril Islands).

Much of the area within the first island chain is claimed by the PRC, for example, within its so-called “Nine-Dash Line.” The Gateway Pundit published a report about the joint CCP-PLA meeting on May 16.

The key focus of the CCP-PLA meeting was preparation to build a “military-civilian joint mobilization command and control system,” “establishing wartime procedures,” and “preparing for wartime command and control.”

The immediate Chinese military objective is conquest of Taiwan along with achieving a sweeping complete control of the South China Sea. That objective includes holding onto the artificial islands China has built up in the South China Sea and removing all U.S. and Western allied presence from the first island chain.
