Weapons for Spiritual War in a Post-Truth World

Men are men. Women are women. A man cannot become a woman. A woman cannot become a man. Men are better at some things than women. Women are better at some things than men. Marriage is between a man and a woman. We should not kill babies. Children should not be exploited or abused. Men should protect and provide for the family. Women should nurture and care for the family.

These statements were self-evident truths for thousands of years, only in the past few decades did they become “hateful” or “bigoted.” Satan is attempting to turn God’s creation upside down and invert it. Up is down, left is right, right is wrong, evil is good, good is evil. The “truth” is relative and whatever you want it to be. These are the lies of the enemy. This is the post-truth trash world.

We may live in a post-truth world, but that doesn’t mean that the objective Truth that has been revealed to us through God’s Word will not stand the tests of a world gone mad. Going against the Truth of God’s design for men, women, children, and families is like going against gravity: eventually, you’re going to fall back to earth.

I was having a discussion with my pastor about these things earlier this week and he said something that struck me: it should come as no surprise when worldly people fall into the trap of completely rejecting Truth, but what is astonishing to see is that people who call themselves Christians are buying into lies of the enemy wholesale without question.

Wear the mask. Don’t question it.

Lock down the church. Don’t question it.

Take the experimental DNA-altering aborted fetal tissue vaccine. Don’t question it.

Accept the election results despite the rampant irregularities. Don’t question it.

Support Congress sending $40 billion to Ukraine. Don’t question it.

Hand over your guns. Don’t question it.

Attack, demonize, and destroy anyone who questions it.

The rejection of Truth by Christians causes those of us who are grounded in God’s Truth to become incredibly frustrated, even dizzy at the prospect of trying to communicate effectively and wade through the adversary’s mountain of lies. This is what the enemy wants and we must fight back against the urge to stay silent. If Christians are denying God’s Truth when it is right in front of their faces we have a big problem and we need to course-correct, quickly. The only way to do that is by speaking the Truth loudly, boldly, and often.

Part of the problem is that we are trying to fight the enemy on their terms and in their battlefields. We are all guilty of this, myself included. We enter the adversary’s battleground–Twitter and Facebook for example–and expect to gain ground on land that the enemy controls where they can wipe us out with the click of a button. We consume news and media that is carefully crafted by the enemy and expect things to change by lending them our time and attention. We immerse ourselves in the culture of the enemy and are surprised when that culture turns on us.

If we are going to win a spiritual war, we must dare to stand for God’s Truth in this post-truth world, but how do we do that? Here are a few simple examples.

Boldly defend the sanctity of life in a world that praises child sacrifice.

Boldly defend the holiness of marriage between one man and one woman as God designed.

Boldly defend God’s creation and the unique roles and gifts God has given men and women.

Boldly rebuke the Den of Vipers and their wicked ways.

Boldly share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This is a spiritual battle and therefore we must use spiritual weapons to expose and fight the enemies of Truth, including when those enemies of Truth happen to be our brothers and sisters in Christ. We must lovingly and boldly rebuke Christians who reject Truth in favor of political allegiances and narratives and let God handle the rest.

Jesus Christ and God’s Word are the ultimate sword and shield in this war.

The mere NAME of Jesus causes God’s enemies to lose their minds.

They have no recourse to fight back against you when you wield spiritual weapons against them. To smear and attack you they will need to smear and attack Jesus, and in doing so they show their hand. We have many spiritual weapons available to us: prayer, communal worship, fasting, and reading God’s Word to name a few. If you want to become a victorious warrior in the post-truth spiritual war the best way to do so is by using the spiritual weapons and gifts at our disposal.

Let me remind you of something important brothers and sisters: we have the power of the one and only Holy Creator God inside of us. Whom then shall we fear?

Jesus didn’t die on the cross for you to “feel good” about yourself or to live in apathetic complacency as His enemies mock, attack, and destroy Truth. He didn’t tell us to sit around getting crushed by the enemy waiting to die. We were commanded to make disciples of all nations (Matthew 28:19-20) and Jesus is waiting for his enemies to be made his footstool. (Hebrews 10:13.)

So pick up your spiritual weapons: we are in the footstool making business, Christian.

Let us turn now to the Word of God, our most powerful spiritual weapon, for how we are to proceed in light of the truths that have been revealed to us as we wage spiritual battle in a post-truth world.

32 Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you endured in a great conflict full of suffering. 33 Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. 34 You suffered along with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, because you knew that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. 35 So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded

36 You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised. 37 For,

“In just a little while,

he who is coming will come

and will not delay.”[f]

38 And,

“But my righteous[g] one will live by faith.

And I take no pleasure

in the one who shrinks back.”[h]

39 But we do not belong to those who shrink back and are destroyed, but to those who have faith and are saved.

SIGN OF THE TIMES: Gas Station Owner’s Display Goes Viral as Prices Hit Record Highs

The owner of a gas station in Minnesota wants customers to know he is also frustrated with the country’s record-high prices.

“We hate our gas prices too,” read a sign posted outside a Marathon gas station in St. Paul, WCCO-TV reported.

Chuck Graff, the owner, told the outlet he wanted customers to know they were not the only ones feeling the “pain at the pump” as the national average gas price recently topped $5 per gallon for the first time.

While still below the national average, the price of gas in Minnesota has seen a new record-high for 11 days in a row and now sits at $4.76, the highest ever recorded average price for the state, according to the AAA motorist group.

Donald Trump Rips Ivanka Trump After Jan. 6 Testimony (VIDEO)

Former President Donald Trump publicly rebuked his daughter Ivanka Trump following a clip of her displayed by the House select committee investigating the Jan. 6 riot during a public hearing Thursday evening.

The former president stressed that his daughter was not in the loop on his campaign’s investigations of 2020 election fraud claims and had not thoroughly studied the matter. In the clip, Ivanka Trump said she respected former Attorney General Bill Barr and trusted his judgment that the 2022 election wasn’t rigged.

“Ivanka Trump was not involved in looking at, or studying, Election results. She had long since checked out and was, in my opinion, only trying to be respectful to Bill Barr and his position as attorney general (he sucked),” Trump wrote on Truth Social, a social media platform he has attempted to establish as an alternative to Twitter.

Ivanka Trump’s comments, made during a closed-door deposition, were highlighted during the panel’s prime-time public hearing. Members of the panel and Trump critics pointed to the clip, in which she was pressed about Barr’s dismissal of claims of rampant voter fraud touted by the then-president and some of his allies, as evidence that members of Trump’s inner circle knew his claims about rampant voter fraud were unfounded. Major U.S. City’s Plan to Spy on Citizens Draws Fierce Opposition

Plans by the city of Houston to require businesses to install surveillance cameras – and then give police access – has drawn a warning letter from a second civil-rights organization.

WND reported in May when the Institute for Justice warned city officials the spy plans were unrealistic and illegal, because they would be in violation of the 4th Amendment.

Now the Rutherford Institute is raising related concerns.

The civil and religious rights organization said the city’s “Exterior Security Cameras Ordinance” is nothing more than a “thinly veiled attempt to evade oversight and accountability for Fourth Amendment violations.”

The LA Pride parade over the weekend in Los Angeles featured whips cracking against bodies, bare breasts, and bulging crotches — all in full view of little children who were gathered in the crowd with presumably approving parents. . .

In another clip, a mom was still smiling with two tykes in tow after a parade participant — an individual dressed in a rainbow bodysuit surrounded by shirtless men in short shorts with bulging crotches — announced that sexual lubricant was available.

“Happy Pride! We have bandanas and lube!” the individual on a microphone said after which the video camera panned to the smiling mother and two children in the crowd:

RINO Governor Says Trump Is ‘Politically, Morally Responsible’ for Jan. 6

Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson (R) on Sunday said former President Trump is “politically, morally responsible” for the Jan. 6 riot last year and called for Republicans to do some “soul-searching” after the attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Hutchinson told “Fox News Sunday” guest host Bret Baier that while he did not believe Trump was criminally responsible for Jan. 6, he does think the former president shares blame for the insurrection.

“Trump is politically, morally responsible for much of what has happened, but in terms of criminal liability, I think the committee has a long way to go to establish that,” the governor said of the House select panel investigating Jan. 6. By Breitbart. Former White House economic adviser Peter Navarro filed a motion in federal court in Washington, DC, on Friday, claiming that the FBI agents who arrested him last week failed to read him his Miranda rights or to provide him access to his attorney.

Navarro was arrested last week for contempt of Congress as he was boarding a flight at Reagan National Airport. He has declined to cooperate with the January 6 Committee, citing claims of executive privilege and constitutional objections. . .

‘The World Is Watching,’ Jan 6 Hearings Committee Chairman Boasts. Americans’ Ratings Disagree.

By Daily Wire. On Thursday night, as the Jan. 6 Committee convened to start their hearings, Committee Chairman Bennie Thompson (D-MI) boasted, “The world is watching what we do here.”

According to preliminary ratings figures from Nielsen, the world might have been watching, but most Americans had better things to do.

The New York Times tried to hype the number of people watching the hearings by writing breathlessly, “An audience of at least 20 million people watched the first prime-time hearing of the House Select Committee’s investigation into the Jan. 6 attack on Thursday night, according to Nielsen.”

But as The Federalist pointed out, that wasn’t much to brag about:

According to preliminary ratings figures from Nielsen published by The New York Times, more than 19 million tuned in for what was anticipated to be a blockbuster event. While 19 million may seem high at first glance, a look at what cable and broadcast networks typically pull for an average evening reveals Thursday’s viewership as little to brag about, especially when all but one, Fox News, aired the livestream.

By Townhall. As the liberal media obsesses over President Trump for so-called “inciting” the peaceful crowds to enter the Capitol on January 6 to protest, Republicans are standing up and defending their party.

While meeting with conservative activists at a Phoenix IHOP, Senate candidate Blake Masters (R-AZ.) questioned whether Jan. 6 was just one big set up by the FBI.

According to audio of the meeting obtained by CNN, the Trump-endorsed candidate was asked if he would support an investigation into the U.S. Intelligence operations to reveal the government’s motives in the protests, to which he replied “absolutely.”

Watch: January 6 Committee Plays Deceptively Edited Video of Capitol Riot

By Breitbart. The January 6 Committee played a deceptively edited video of the Capitol riot on Thursday evening, dubbing audio of former President Donald Trump describing the peaceful part of the rally over footage of violent clashes a mile away.

The video was presented during the committee’s first public hearing as part of a montage that Chair Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-MS) said included never-before-seen footage. The audio was from a Fox News interview of Trump on July 11, 2021.

The committee played Trump’s comments — which referred to his peaceful rally, over a mile away — over visuals of clashes between rioters and police. “They were peaceful people. These were great people,” Trump was heard saying. “The crowd was unbelievable. And I mentioned the word love. The love — the love in the air, I have never seen anything like it.”

Betsy DeVos Says Trump Cabinet — Including Pence — Discussed 25TH Amendment to Remove Him From Office

Former Education Secretary Betsy DeVos claims she and other cabinet members, including former Vice President Mike Pence, discussed invoking the 25th Amendment to remove former President Donald Trump after Jan. 6.

DeVos spoke to Ingrid Jacques with USA Today ahead of the release of her new book, “Hostages No More: The Fight for Education Freedom and the Future of the American Child.” . .

“It wasn’t about the election results,” she told Jacques. “It was about the values and image of the United States. It was about public service rising above self. The president had lost sight of that.” . . .

168,000 Deleted Files Recovered From Hunter Biden’s Laptop; iPhone Data Leaked: Fresh Crisis for President as Trainwreck Son Caught in Compromising New Photos

By Washington Examiner. A cyber forensics expert commissioned by the Washington Examiner recovered over 168,000 deleted files from a copy of Hunter Biden’s abandoned laptop.

Many of the deleted files were system files, application files, or duplicates of user files stored elsewhere on the laptop.

Some of the recovered data, however, shed light on his financial dealings in 2018 and early 2019, as well as his personal dealings during that time frame. Also recovered from the drive were deleted pictures of government ID cards for two individuals linked to President Joe Biden’s son.

Konstantinos “Gus” Dimitrelos, a former Secret Service agent who has testified in over 100 classified, criminal, and civil matters, retrieved the deleted files from unallocated space on the hard drive using a technique called data carving. . .

“In order for user-created data — including personal photographs, bank records, invoices, business records, third-party data such as the driver’s licenses of other persons, chat conversations, and medical records, as examples — to exist within the unallocated hard drive space, the computer user would have had to manually delete the files,” Dimitrelos said. “Any Robert Hunter Biden recovered files in unallocated space was there as a result of deletions by the user ‘roberthunter.’” (Read more from “168,000 Deleted Files Recovered From Hunter Biden’s Laptop” HERE)

Hunter Biden iPhone Data Leaked: Fresh Crisis for President as Trainwreck Son Caught in Compromising New Photos

By Radar Online. The Biden administration is about to become embroiled in a damning new Hunter Biden scandal — with the contents of the disgraced first son’s iPhone having leaked, Radar has exclusively learned.

More than 30 GB of never-before-seen data has been obtained — saved during a four-month period between October 2018 and February 2019 — including photos, videos, and messages on Biden’s iPhone.

The contents of the device are being shopped to various media outlets as “far more scandalous than anything that has come out before,” a source told RadarOnline.com.

It’s understood the data downloaded from Hunter’s iPhone includes raunchy photos of the 52-year-old wild child of President Joe Biden completely undressed with an unknown woman.
