By WND. Former President Donald Trump is charging that Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, is playing Joe Biden “like a drum” and the just-launched attack on Russia’s neighbor, Ukraine, would not have happened were he still in the White House.

A report at TampaBay.com said Trump described the situation as “not a pretty thing to watch.” . . .

During an interview on Laura Ingraham’s program on Fox, he was asked about Putin, and China’s president, Xi Xinping.

“Well, I had a good relationship with both,” he said. “It was hurt by the Russia hoax. You see what happened with Durham and those reports and other reports including Mueller. It was just a made up hoax and it really hurt our country but despite the hoax, I had a good relationship and with president XI of China, other than the fact that I was tariff-ing and taxing the hell out of him.”

He continued, “As a young man growing up, I always heard that the worst thing that could happen is drive those two countries together. It really started with Obama and energy. He drove them together because one needed the energy and the other needed the money. Defiant Ukrainian Border Guards Killed After Telling Russian Warship to ‘Go F–K Yourself’

By New York Post. Ukrainian border guards defending a Black Sea island defiantly told an invading Russian warship to “go f–k yourself” when asked to surrender and were killed when the warship opened fire.

The 13 guards were posted on the small but strategic Snake Island off Ukraine’s southeastern border when they were approached by two vessels on Thursday, according to Ukrainian media outlets.

The Russians contacted the guards and identified themselves as a “Russian Warship,” demanding that the Ukrainians surrender or else they would open fire according to audio of the exchange.

“This is a Russian warship, I repeat. I suggest you surrender your weapons and capitulate otherwise I will open fire. Do you copy?” The Russians said to the border guards.

LT. Gen. Flynn: Biden ‘Set the Table’ and ‘Invited’ Putin to Invade

By WND. Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, who briefly served as President Trump’s national security adviser, is blaming the current occupant of the Oval Office for the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“President Biden and his failed foreign policy team set the table and sent the invitation and President Putin came and spoiled the dinner party,” Flynn said in a statement.

Flynn doubted the Biden administration will pivot after its failures and instead will make “weak attempts to triple down on leveraging this extremely serious situation in Europe to continue to distract from problems here at home.” . . .

In his statement, Flynn wondered how Biden came to the conclusion that he should shut down the Keystone XL pipeline, undermining America’s energy independence, while enabling Russia and Germany to continue building the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.

Flynn’s deputy national security adviser during his 22 days in the White House, KT McFarland, said Thursday that the “single most important thing” Biden could do to counter Putin is to take away Russia’s leverage by reopening “American energy industry.” (Read more from “LT. The CDC — Which Is Withholding Information — Has a Hidden Agenda

People say the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has a messaging problem. But the CDC’s problem is not messaging — it’s issuing flawed guidance while covering up the data.

Case in point: pushing boosters for young people.

After the Food and Drug Administration inexplicably bypassed its expert advisory committee to authorize boosters for all young people, the CDC director overruled her own experts’ downvote of the boosters-for-all proposal. That’s the magic of a call from the White House. Two top FDA officials, including the agency’s vaccine-center head, quit over White House pressure to authorize boosters for the young.

But after the FDA and CDC rammed through the recommendation, they made sure the public wouldn’t see the real-world data. Despite repeated pleas to release all its data, the CDC only posted stats on boosters in people over age 50.

What have they been hiding? As a proxy, let’s take a look at what the CDC just published on people 50 to 65: For the fully vaccinated, the booster reduces the risk of COVID death from four per million to one per million. Who are those three helped by a booster? They’re not healthy people. One study of breakthrough hospitalizations found 75% had at least four comorbidities. Republican congressional candidate Shukri Abdirahman went after her opponent, “Squad” member and Democratic Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar, in her latest campaign ad.

A Muslim Army veteran, Abdirahman posted the campaign ad to Twitter under the caption, “Ilhan Omar was given a second chance when America took her in — but chose to ridicule the very country that saved her life.”

“Minneapolis just saw one of the most violent years on record,” Abdirahman told Fox, before noting that Omar had previously said that she would make it her life’s mission to make sure the police are defunded. . .

She then called out said elites, saying they “disappear” and “abandon us after election season is over.” Images of Omar and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi flash on the screen, but Abdirahman does not name them directly in the video. Biden’s Press Secretary Claims Lindsey Graham Is Gay

Editor’s note: this article was originally published by Restoring Liberty in February 2021 but, perhaps due to Lindsey Graham’s recent controversial statements about assassinating Russia’s President Putin, it was again one of our top stories this past week.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki tweeted a gay slur at Republican South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham late 2020, a tweet from August shows.

“Only in 2020 does #LadyG get to push a bunch of debunked conspiracy theories while questioning @SallyQYates (aka an American hero),” Psaki tweeted in August 2020, before she assumed her role in the White House.

Psaki’s reference to “Lady G” refers to rumors that have circulated on social media about Graham’s sexuality. She did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the Daily Caller News Foundation.

Graham’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment from the DCNF.

The Biden administration has repeatedly said that it will prioritize expanding the rights of LGBTQ persons. Biden released an executive order January 21 on preventing and combating discrimination on the basis of gender identity or sexual orientation. Report: ‘ISIS Bride’ Says Texas Congressman Paid Her to Keep Quiet About Affair

Texas Rep. Van Taylor (R) allegedly paid $5,000 in hush money to an ‘ISIS bride’ he was engaged in an affair with during his time in Congress, Breitbart News has learned.

According to documents ‘ISIS bride’ Tania Joya shared with Breitbart News, Taylor was engaged in a raunchy sexual escapade with Joya that allegedly lasted from November 2020 to June 2021 — during which time she says Taylor paid her $5,000.

The payment, she says, was made in cash given to her by the congressman. Joya showed Breitbart News banking records that demonstrate she made a $5,000 deposit into her account when she says the affair occurred[.] . .

Joya told Breitbart News she first met Taylor in August of 2019, when she was looking to get involved with the Preventing Violent Extremism program in the district’s school system; Joya thought the congressman might have connections to facilitate her involvement.

Taylor, married with three children, and elected to Congress in 2019, is a Republican. He is one of the 35 Republicans who voted in favor of creating House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) January 6 Committee. Taylor is running for reelection in 2022 against four other Republican primary challengers. The primary is Tuesday, March 1.

The West Could Have Prevented the Russo-Ukrainian War, but Chose Not To; Biden’s Approval Sinks Further as Russia-Ukraine Crisis Heightens

By The Federalist. Not every war is unnecessary or avoidable, but history might well judge the Russo-Ukrainian war as both, not least because the United States and its European allies could have prevented it, but didn’t.

The decision to go to war was Russia’s, and Russia bears ultimate responsibility for what happens now. But that does not absolve the West of its strategic incompetence and complacency, and it does not mean the United States and its allies are guiltless in all of this.

At multiple points leading up to the current crisis, there were ways for the United States and Europe to create off-ramps for both Moscow and Kyiv, to shepherd a negotiated settlement so that both sides got a minimum of what they needed, and some of what they wanted.

What might that have looked like? For Moscow, a recognition of its strategic claim on Crimea and the port of Sevastopol as the home of its Black Sea Fleet. For Kyiv, the promise of political independence and greater integration with Europe in exchange for territorial concessions.

The West should have also considered the folly and recklessness of floating the idea of NATO membership for Ukraine, something no serious person ever thought Russia would accept without going to war to prevent it. And yet as far back as 2008, the United States openly discussed the possibility of Ukraine’s membership in NATO, even as Kyiv still claimed sovereignty over Russia’s most important naval base in Sevastopol. Biden’s Approval Sinks Further as Russia-Ukraine Crisis Heightens

By The Federalist. New polling indicates that only 39 percent of Americans approve of President Joe Biden’s job as president as the Russia-Ukraine crisis heightens.

According to a new NPR/PBS NewsHour/Marist poll, 56 percent of Americans think Biden’s first year in office was a failure. Among those unimpressed with the president’s track record of rising gas prices, a botched withdrawal from Afghanistan, and a growing crisis on the Southern border, are 66 percent of independents who will likely take their frustrations out at the polls in the upcoming 2022 midterms. Even 15 percent of Democrats admit that Biden’s tenure in the White House thus far has been a failure.

While nearly 40 percent of Americans think inflation should be Biden’s top priority, only 36 percent of them still support how the president is handling the country’s financial circumstances which are plagued with record-high inflation. Senate-Confirmed Biden Nominee Isn’t Even Eligible for Job

Any decision made by President Joe Biden’s Senate-confirmed nominee to lead the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service could be null and void because she doesn’t meet key requirements to hold the post, multiple conservationists and legal experts told the Washington Examiner.

Two conservationists told the Washington Examiner they warned the 20 members of the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works in late 2021 that the nominee, Martha Williams, lacks a “scientific education” in a relevant field, a requirement Congress codified into law during the Nixon administration. Despite the warnings, the committee voted 16-4 in January to advance Williams’s nomination to lead the Fish and Wildlife Service, and the Senate confirmed her nomination by voice vote on Thursday.

“No individual may be appointed as the Director unless he is, by reason of scientific education and experience, knowledgeable in the principles of fisheries and wildlife management,” the law reads. Experts say the word “and,” as opposed to “or,” is crucial and mandates a nominee have knowledge derived from both experience and education.

Williams, who earned a law degree from the University of Montana in 1994 after graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, “flatly violates” the statutory requirement to lead the agency she was just confirmed to lead, said Robert Aland, a retired attorney-turned-grizzly bear activist.

‘Scientific Fraud’: Top Doctors Go Nuclear on CDC for Hiding Data

Urging CDC scientists to speak out, Dr. Robert Malone and Dr. Ryan Cole reacted Monday to the news reported by the New York Times that agency officials admit they have withheld COVID data broken down by age, race and vaccination status because the American people might misinterpret it.

“This meets the criteria of scientific fraud,” said Malone, the key inventor of the mRNA technology platform used in the Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. “Withholding data is scientific fraud.”

Cole, a Mayo Clinic-trained pathologist who runs a major diagnostic lab in Idaho, said that as “an ethical physician who took oaths to the human race, this is incredibly disturbing.”

“These are the people that are entrusted to tell us the truth,” he said of the CDC officials.

The two outspoken medical scientists were featured at four sold-out events Sunday and Monday near Seattle hosted by a non-profit called One Washington that is helping equip parents, lawmakers and activists to counter moves by the state Board of Health to add the COVID-19 vaccine to the required shots for public school children. 2-Year-Old Biden Tweet Comes Back To Bite Him

A two-year-old tweet from then-presidential nominee Joe Biden claiming Russian President Vladimir Putin was scared of him has come back to bite him two years to the date as Russia invades parts of Ukraine.

Biden tweeted on Feb. 21, 2020 that Putin “doesn’t want me to be President.”

“He doesn’t want me to be our nominee. If you’re wondering why — it’s because I’m the only person in this field who’s ever gone toe-to-toe with him.”
