A wince-inducing video shows a Texas man having a giant insect pulled out of his ear after the large critter flew into his lug while he was working in his garage.
The patient, identified only as Ronald, was featured on this week’s episode of This Came Out Of Me, a Discovery Channel reality series that profiles unusual and extreme medical emergencies treated by ER doctors in Texas.
In the episode, which aired on Sunday, Ronald is heard telling nurse Paige Grissom how he had been fixing up his dune buggy outside in the garage of his Odessa home when a “daggum bug flew in my ear.”
When asked whether he believed the bug was still alive, Ronald responds that he believes it is, adding: “It’s really irritating. It feels like it’s got some wings and it’s down on my eardrum.”
“Drives me crazy,” he adds. “I couldn’t stand up because it was just so uncomfortable … makes me just unstable.”

During their verbal throwdown before the Senate Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee, Fauci accused Paul of claiming he was “responsible for the death of 4 to 5 million people, which is really irresponsible.”
“What happens when he gets out and accuses me of things that are completely untrue,” the top health official said, “is that kindles the crazies out there, and I have threats upon my life, harassment of my family and my children with obscene phone calls because people are lying about me.”
Fauci then referenced the arrest last month of 25-year-old Kuachua Brillion Xiong, of California, who was found to have a “hit list” with Fauci’s name on it when he was pulled over on Interstate 80 in Iowa.

Fauci, Paul Clash Over Accusations of ‘Cheap Politics’ Regarding Alleged ‘Takedown’ of Other Scientists
By Fox News. Sen. Rand Paul, R-Ky., and Dr. Anthony Fauci got into a heated exchange marked with personal attacks during a Tuesday hearing dealing with the response to COVID-19 variants.
Paul, a fierce critic of the National Institute of Allergy and Infections Diseases director, accused Fauci of playing a role in smearing doctors from Harvard, Oxford and Stanford who had positions different from his own.
“In an email exchange with Dr. [Francis] Collins, you conspire, and I quote here directly from the email, to ‘create a quick and devastating published takedown’ of three prominent epidemiologists from Harvard, Oxford and Stanford,” Paul said, referring to the recently retired National Institutes of Health director.
Paul went on to cite the email exchange, in which Collins was discussing the Great Barrington Declaration, which opposed large-scale lockdowns as a response to the pandemic in favor of “focused protection” and herd immunity.
In response, Fauci sent Collins articles from Wired and The Nation that had already slammed this position. While Fauci himself had not penned those pieces, Paul accused him of going along with Collins’ effort to smear the doctors behind the Great Barrington Declaration. The next time you see you county health officer, President Biden, or Boris Johnson why not ask them if they can find a mistake in this study by Kyle A. Beattie entitled Worldwide Bayesian Causal Impact Analysis of Vaccine Administration on Deaths and Cases Associated with COVID-19: A BigData Analysis of 145 Countries (the PDF version is here).
The study found that the COVID vaccines cause more COVID cases per million (+38% in US) and more deaths per million associated with COVID (+31% in US).
The abstract says:
The statistically significant and overwhelmingly positive causal impact after vaccine deployment on the dependent variables total deaths and total cases per million should be highly worrisome for policy makers. They indicate a marked increase in both COVID-19 related cases and death due directly to a vaccine deployment that was originally sold to the public as the “key to gain back our freedoms.” The effect of vaccines on total cases per million and its low positive association with total vaccinations per hundred signifies a limited impact of vaccines on lowering COVID-19 associated cases.
These results should encourage local policy makers to make policy decisions based on data, not narrative, and based on local conditions, not global or national mandates. These results should also encourage policy makers to begin looking for other avenues out of the pandemic aside from mass vaccination campaigns.
In other words, we were lied to.
The vaccines are making this worse, not better. This is why we are not getting ourselves out of the hole. Mandating vaccines are making this
This is hardly the first study to reach those conclusions. These studies, all done independently, found the same thing—the more you vaccinate, the worse things get.
The response to this new study by the health authorities is predictable
I think I’ve figured out the pattern and can now confidently predict how health authorities worldwide will react to this stunning result: they will ignore it. Instead, they will mandate vaccines for everyone of every age ASAP. Am I right?

Sarah Palin wants jurors to be barred from seeing footage of her appearance on “The Masked Singer” in her defamation case against the New York Times that may go to trial in the coming weeks.
In a court filing in the Manhattan federal suit Monday, the former GOP vice presidential candidate listed a number of proposed exhibits she wants hidden from the jury because they could cause “unfair prejudice and confusion,” among other issues.
Among the exhibits listed are “Masked Singer Video – Dancing and Rapping” and “Masked Singer Video – Reveal.”
The list includes dozens of other proposed exhibits that Palin doesn’t want a jury to see unless a judge signs off on their admissibility beforehand.

On Friday, the Supreme Court heard arguments about the constitutionality of President Joe Biden’s Wuhan coronavirus vaccine mandates for private companies with more than 100 employees. In September 2021, Biden tasked OSHA with implementing and enforcing the mandates. In the time since, the administration has been sued by multiple parties.
During questioning, liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor made a number of false statements about the vaccine’s ability to prevent transmission of the virus. While it may protect against death or hospitalization, the vaccine does not prevent transmission.
“They continue to work well for Delta, with regard to severe illness and death – they prevent it. But what they can’t do anymore is prevent transmission,” CDC Director Rochelle Walensky said in an interview with CNN over the summer.
Many Supreme Court Justices have falsely stated today that the Wuhan coronavirus vaccine "prevents disease" and transmission in the work place. This is absolutely false and highly alarming they're using that point as fact to make their decision.

For the many people that would be sceptical of the device, the company assured that the implants are not tracking devices, and are only in use when they are scanned.
However, Paul McClure, the co-founder of a different scannable medical card called MedTag, says other companies will be able to use the technology to track people.

YouTube Takes Down Antivax Joe Rogan Interview With Dr Robert Malone Which Likened Vaccines to Mass Psychosis
By The Independent. YouTube has removed a video of a recent episode of the Joe Rogan Experience in which the podcast host was talking to Dr Robert Malone – a physician with a history of controversial statements related to Covid-19.
The episode in question, No 1757, was uploaded to Spotify on New Year’s Eve, as Mr Rogan has an exclusive deal with the streaming service. While Mr Rogan no longer uploads full shows to YouTube, several third-party channels have taken it upon themselves to post the episodes that would otherwise only be available on Spotify.
While a number of recent JRE episodes remain on YouTube, one featuring Dr Malone was removed by the platform after only a few hours, The Post Millenial reports.
Given the doctor’s contested views on Covid-19, including his opposition to vaccine mandates for minors, the act by YouTube has sparked several accusations of censorship amongst right-wing politicians and political commentators. Powerful tech oligarchs and corrupt propaganda press conspired to keep indisputably important news stories, such as allegations of corruption regarding the Biden family business, hidden from voters in the weeks prior to voting. Information operations were routinely manufactured about President Trump in the closing months of the campaign, including the false claim that Russians paid bounties for dead American soldiers and Trump didn’t care, and that Trump had called dead American soldiers losers. Both were disputed by dozens of on-the-record sources. . .
The media and other Democrats have used the January 6 riot at the Capitol as a way to ignore legitimate concerns about what they did to the election system, and as a way to continue the assault on election security.
As part of their political operation, they have used a propaganda technique of redefining efforts to secure the integrity of elections as attacks on democracy.
One of the best applications of mass brainwashing in modern times is the idea that the Jan 6 protestors wanted something other than a fair and transparent election result.

It’s not. You don’t even need to do an analysis of these remarks. They’re facially untrue. This was never a national security threat or issue. Again, it was a riot. It shouldn’t have happened, but this wasn’t as bad as what happened on 9/11 or December 7, 1941. To say so marginalizes actual attacks on the country and spits in the faces of the families of the victims since Democrats have decided to use this little riot in their ongoing crusade to convict Trump of…anything.

It’s already been established that exercise has a strong impact on the brain, so scientists are seeking to determine how much we need to reap the long-term benefits. One new study have have determined the “exercise sweet spot” to help reverse cognitive decline.
The new study, conducted by researchers at the Queensland Brain Institute at the University of Queensland Australia, has suggested that 35 days of exercise may be enough to bring significant improvements to cognitive performance.
For their study, the team looked at a sample of mice aged from 10 weeks to 24 months, assessing their spatial navigation and memory using the active place avoidance task (APA). . .
However, researchers later noted significant improvements in the learning abilities of mice after they exercised for 35 days.
