Judge Alison Nathan had previously said she wanted to avoid “needless” namedropping during the trial.

The book was filled with contact details of Ms Maxwell and Jeffrey Epstein’s famous friends, including Prince Andrew, and former US presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump, and had been mentioned sporadically during her sex-trafficking trial.

Prince Andrew, Mr Clinton and others mentioned in the directory have denied all accusations they were involved in any alleged sexual abuse.

Obama’s LGBTQ Judge Headed for Federal Court of Appeals?

By Ashley Collman, Jacob Shamsian. As [US District Court Judge Alison] Nathan presides over the [Ghislaine Maxwell] trial, she is also preparing for a confirmation vote. President Joe Biden recently selected her for a promotion to the US Court Appeals for the Second Circuit — just one step away from the Supreme Court.

If confirmed, Nathan would be the second openly LGBTQ woman to serve on any federal circuit court, after Second Circuit Judge Beth Robinson, who was also nominated by Biden and confirmed to her position in November. Nathan and her partner, law professor Meg Satterthwaite, have twin sons, according to [the homosexual publication,] The Advocate.

Nathan first became a judge in 2011, when then-President Barack Obama nominated her to serve in the Southern District of New York. At the time of her nomination, Nathan was working as special counsel to the solicitor general of New York, a job she was appointed to by then-New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

Concerned Women for America’s Legislative Action Committee also sent a letter to senators, saying Nathan’s “political activism” called into question “her impartiality and judicial temperament.” They took issue with Nathan’s serving on an LGBTQ issues policy committee on the Obama campaign, and for working pro bono for clients who tried to challenge the military’s “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” policy for gay servicemembers. Japan’s Ministry of Health just announced that “the Moderna and Pfizer Covid vaccines could cause heart-related side effects in younger males.” Health experts in Japan have witnessed skyrocketing rates of myocarditis and pericarditis in young men and teenagers. And they’ve seen the same nonstop heart issues with middle-aged and older individuals.

All over America, and all over the world, cardiac arrest, heart inflammation and heart attack deaths are exploding. Young athletes are dropping right on the field; star soccer players in Europe are dropping dead in the middle of games; referees, coaches and even fans in the stands are having cardiac emergencies. It’s something no one has ever seen before. It’s an epidemic.

What do all these victims have in common? They’ve all been vaccinated.

In America, the media is filled with reports of hospital emergency rooms and intensive care units overwhelmed with seriously ill patients. 730 Fully-Vaccinated Missourians Have Died From COVID-19

Seventeen-Year-Old Washington Female Dies From Heart Attack Weeks After Receiving Second Pfizer Vaccination

By Clark County Today News. A 17-year-old female from Washington died from cardiac arrest 36 days after having received her second Pfizer vaccination. She becomes the third known person found in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) to possibly have died from a COVID-19 vaccine. According to information in the report, she had recovered from a symptomatic but not severe case of COVID-19 in August.

The report indicates she got her first vaccination on Sept. 3 and her second vaccination shot on Sept. 15. She showed up in the emergency department of the hospital Oct. 23 with chest pain and difficulty breathing for the previous 48 hours. She was feeling “completely well” prior to the onset of the symptoms.

The VAERS site is run by the Food and Drug Administration and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and collects data from all over the world. VAERS is a passive reporting system, meaning it relies on individuals to send in reports of their experiences. Anyone can submit a report to VAERS, including parents and patients. Dem Governor Pulls Mask Mandates, Declares That COVID Emergency Is Over

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis – a Democrat – declared that the COVID-19 pandemic is “over.” Breaking from the Democratic Party, Polis added that he would not be implementing another statewide mask mandate desire the omicron variant spreading easily.

“Everybody had more than enough opportunity to get vaccinated,” Polis told Colorado Public Radio on Friday. “Hopefully it’s been at your pharmacy, your grocery store, a bus near you, [or at] big events. At this point, if you haven’t been vaccinated, it’s really your own darn fault.”

“The emergency is over,” Polis declared. “You know, public health [officials] don’t get to tell people what to wear; that’s just not their job.”

“Public health [officials] would say to always wear a mask because it decreases flu and decreases [other airborne illnesses],” Polis stated. “But that’s not something that you require; you don’t tell people what to wear.”

“You don’t tell people to wear a jacket when they go out in winter and force them to [wear it],” Polis added. “If they get frostbite, it’s their own darn fault. If you haven’t been vaccinated, that’s your choice. I respect that. Annie Farmer, who has been outspoken about the alleged abuse, used her true identity on the stand. The three prior victims who testified used pseudonyms or first names to protect their privacy.

Farmer said she was 16 when she visited the late financier and Maxwell, now 59, at his sprawling New Mexico ranch in 1996. Her older sister, Maria, worked for Epstein at the time in New York. . .

Table of Torture: Maxwell Accuser Felt ‘Frozen’ During Nude Massage on Epstein’s Ranch When She Was 16

By New York Post. The fourth and final accuser in Ghislaine Maxwell’s sex-abuse trial took the stand Friday, telling jurors how the alleged madam gave her a nude massage and groped her as a teen at Jeffrey Epstein’s New Mexico ranch.

Annie Farmer — the only accuser to testify using her full name — said she was lured to the ranch after meeting Epstein through her sister months earlier because she thought the duo viewed her as a “student they may want to help.”

Farmer said she was comfortable going to the ranch in part because Maxwell was there and she understood her to be Epstein’s girlfriend.

When she was at the sprawling estate, Epstein and Maxwell took her shopping, bought her a pricey pair of cowboy boots and took her to see the movie “Primal Fear.”

While they were waiting to go into the movie, Epstein and Maxwell “were being very playful with each other, kind of grabbing each other,” Farmer told Assistant US Attorney Lara Pomerantz. Because yet again, Biden has fumbled a quote from the founding document.

The Daily Mail reported this stumble happened when Biden, during an online event, made sure the document included “women and men” even though that’s not in the original.

He said, “American democracy is an ongoing struggle to live up to our highest ideals and to heal our divisions, to recommit ourselves to the founding idea of our nation captured in our Declaration of Independence, not unlike many of your documents,” he said.

She demanded a chest X-ray to discover what was causing her continuous cough.

It was then that doctor’s found a mass on Chloe’s chest measuring 4.25 inches, leading to a cancer diagnosis on December 3.

‘Crashed Flying Saucer’ Spotted on Mars

A South African researcher discovered what appears to be an image of a crashed flying saucer on the surface of Mars, according to re-analyzed NASA footage from 2006.

Jean Ward, an anomaly hunter, was searching through NASA images for noteworthy aberrations when he discovered the image taken by the Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter. Despite the image being 15 years old, Ward’s discovery of what appears to be the flying saucer is not.

The image comes from the bottom of Candor Chasma, which is a large canyon in the Valles Marineris system on Mars. The canyon is referred to as “The Grand Canyon of Mars,” and spans the equivalent of the U.S. It is the largest known canyon in the solar system.

Now We Know Why the Establishment Has Always Opposed Early Treatment

The shots don’t work for many people, particularly the elderly. The establishment is blocking every other treatment option available. At this point, with so many people recovering even from late-stage COVID by taking ivermectin, which is infinitely safer than the shots, how could anyone ascribe anything other than very sinister motivations to those declaring war on its use?

The shills for Big Pharma and the “Great Reset” who don’t want to see people survive this virus claim they don’t have enough data on ivermectin, despite dozens of studies and simple reality showing that it works better than anything they have suggested. They demand massive randomized controlled trials, but then refuse to fund any such expensive study. They refuse to follow up on positive signals with off-patent therapeutics the same way they blithely ignore negative signals from the vaccines and refuse to follow up with investigative studies. Well, Brazilian researchers just published something better than a randomized controlled trial. They did a study of reality.

Everyone in the entire southern Brazilian city of Itajai was invited to participate in a preventive study of ivermectin for efficacy against severe COVID-19 symptoms. 133,051 (60.3%) volunteered to take ivermectin for two days every 15-day period between July and December 2020 at a low dose of 0.2mg per kilogram of body weight. 87,466 (39.7%) chose to enroll their information as the control group without taking the treatment. So no complaints can be made about a small sample size. The results? The hospitalization and mortality rate of the trial group was nearly half that of the control group!

However, the results are much more impressive than the top-line numbers suggest. One of the complaints about studies like this that are not randomized is that it’s possible for the healthier, more treatment-conscience individuals to sign up for the trial group, thereby confounding the conclusion of the trial results. But in this case, the opposite is true. The ivermectin group had nearly twice as many people over age 50 enrolled, which also included many more people with hypertension, type 2 diabetes, and pulmonary issues. Thus, the relative risk reduction in mortality rate among those high-risk people taking ivermectin was actually much higher – 71% among those with type 2 diabetes and 67% among those with hypertension. ‘Let’s Go Brandon’ Decorated Boat Wins ‘Best in Show’ — Before Being Stripped of Title

A boat decorated in a “Let’s Go Brandon” theme won the “best in show” prize at the 25th Annual Lighted Boat Parade in Yorktown, Virginia, on Saturday, only to have the prize stripped away later by the judging committee.

Bill Berger, owner of the boat, christened the “Southern Rock” and temporary winner of the “best in show” prize, also festooned his craft with an “FJB” sign, as well as Christmas lights and a Christmas tree.

Berger hastened to tell the media that his “FJB” sign did not mean to relay the popular “F*ck Joe Biden” chant but instead meant “falling Joe Biden” because the sign was next to a display of Biden falling off a ladder he said, according to WAVY Channel 10.

“My boat was best in show to the crowd,” Berger insisted.

Two days after his initial win, though, the Yorktown Foundation revoked Berger’s placing and apologized to the public for awarding the prize to the “Southern Rock’s” anti-Joe Biden display. The 12 Cities Smashing Annual Homicide Records Have This in Common

As shocking videos of smash and grab robberies committed by roving bands of shoplifters continue to pop up across the country and violent crime trends upwards from coast to coast, Democrats continue to deny the crises afflicting their communities. But things have gotten so deadly on the streets of American cities from coast to coast that even ABC News is ringing the alarm.

According to an infographic they published based on data gathered from police departments, twelve U.S. cities have broken their annual homicide records in 2021 — and every one is run by Democrats.

Several cities are breaking the records set last year, while others are seeing the deadliest year in decades.

St. Paul, Minnesota, surpassed 35 homicides on December 2nd, more than 2020. Democrat Mayor Melvin Carter has been at the helm since 2018.

Five cities have surpassed records set in the year 2020, there are other major cities that have surpassed yearly homicide records are St. Paul, Minnesota; Portland, Oregon; Tucson, Arizona; Toledo, Ohio; Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Austin, Texas; Rochester, New York; and Albuquerque, New Mexico, these cities have broken their records back in the month of August.
