Gates and Epstein Relationship May Have Been More Complicated Than Once Thought

Bill Gates’ relationship with Jeffrey Epstein might have more layers than many originally thought with more details emerging about the depth of their connection.

According to Rolling Stone, one alleged “protégé” of the deceased financier – a neuroscientist and neurosurgeon named Melanie S. Walker – may be a vital link to the pair as she had eventually become a “mentee” of Epstein’s after he allegedly encouraged her to forego a modeling opportunity and finish medical school instead. Walker served as a top adviser to Gates at his foundation before landing at the World Bank.

Per the outlet, the Gates Foundation had placed Walker at the World Bank as part of a “secondment,” an arrangement that allowed the foundation to pay Walker’s salary despite the fact she worked for the bank.

Walker had graduated from the University of Texas in 1992 and six months later would meet Epstein at the famed Plaza Hotel during a sightseeing trip to New York City. At the time, Epstein was an adviser to Leslie Wexner, owner of Victoria’s Secret, according to The New York Times, which maintained that Walker was one of the intermediaries who would go on to liaise between Gates and Epstein.

‘Where is Your God Now?’ Cops Do Nothing as Antifa Attacks Prayer Event Led by Persecuted Christian Pastor

If you wondered what it looked like when Nazi brown shirts went after the churches in Germany, wonder no more: It probably looked like Portland on Saturday, when black bloc-outfitted antifa thugs burst into a waterfront prayer event featuring persecuted Canadian Pastor Artur Pawlowski. The antifa members sprayed those gathered, including toddlers, with chemicals and lobbed IEDs.

“Where is your God, now?” taunted one of the attackers.

Antifa has attacked at least one church before. Antifa members organized their violent attack via Twitter and other social media platforms. They later gloated on Twitter that they had stolen the Christian group’s food and water.

Portland police watched as antifa bear-sprayed parents and their kids, lobbed “flash bombs” into the sparse crowd, and reportedly threw the group’s sound equipment into the Willamette River. This being Portland, police didn’t arrest antifa members for polluting the river, much less attacking people. Governor Hits Back After Biden Criticism: ‘What Else Has He Forgotten?’ (VIDEO)

By Breitbart. Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) smacked down President Joe Biden after the president sarcastically responded to the Florida governor’s criticism, slamming the 78-year-old president for forgetting the crisis on the southern border, inflation, and the Constitution itself.

“I guess I’m not surprised that Biden doesn’t remember me,” DeSantis said. “I guess the question is, is what else has he forgotten? Biden’s forgotten our crisis at the southern border, I can tell you that.”

DeSantis continued, painting a stark difference between himself and Biden:

Biden has forgotten about the inflation that’s biting the budgets of families all throughout our country. Biden has forgotten about the demonstrators who were fighting for freedom down in Cuba. Biden’s even forgotten about the Constitution itself, as we saw what he did with this moratorium.

And I can just tell you, I’m the governor who protects parents and their ability to make the right choices for their kids’ education. I’m the governor who protects the jobs and education and businesses in Florida by not letting the federal government lock us down.

Florida Education Officials Hash Out Ways to Punish Schools That Mandate Masks

By Washington Examiner. Florida education officials on Friday are holding an emergency meeting to discuss freeing up private-school vouchers for families that want to transfer their children out of public schools that impose mask mandates.

The last-minute meeting was scheduled after Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis ordered the State Board of Education to come up with ways to punish school districts that are expected to mandate masks in classrooms.

DeSantis, who received the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine in the spring, has been very vocal about his anti-mask stance, even as COVID-19 cases in his state continue to soar. There have been 12,000 coronavirus hospitalizations in Florida this week alone, shattering the previous record. . .

Despite the increase, when it comes to masks in the classroom, DeSantis said he sees it as a violation of parental rights. He also has cited Florida’s new Parents’ Bill of Rights law that gives guardians the freedom to make decisions about their child’s health and education. Poll: Majority Not Confident Government Reports Unbiased Information on Vaccine Effectiveness

By Breitbart. A majority of likely American voters are not confident the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of vaccines for the Chinese coronavirus, a Convention of States Action/Trafalgar Group survey released Thursday revealed.

The survey asked respondents, “How confident are you that the federal government is reporting unbiased information on the effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines?”

Overall, a majority are not confident that the federal government is presenting unbiased information. Just over 50 percent, 50.8 percent, said they are either not very confident or not confident at all. Of those, 37.4 percent said they are not confident whatsoever.

Yelp Adds ‘Proof of Vaccination Required’ and ‘All Staff Fully Vaccinated’ Filters

“To help consumers understand how a business is currently operating as pandemic guidelines continue to evolve, today, Yelp is announcing two new, free attributes – “Proof of vaccination required” and “All staff fully vaccinated,” the company announced on Thursday.

The new filters will reportedly help users sort out jab-friendly establishments when searching for restaurants, nightlife, and the like. According to Yelp, businesses who pledge allegiance to the Chinese coronavirus vaccine will be clearly labeled for users to see. Several exclaimed “Yes” when Dice droned on about how “we don’t need those people walking among us,” and “we’ll have to decide for them what’s best.”

There were several who accused Dice of being a socialist for advocating such extreme government intervention in individual lives, and one astute passer-by took Dice out with “This is a joke.”

COVID Hits All-Vaccinated Carnival Cruise

. . .The COVID vaccines now available in the United States also still are all considered experimental.

And there probably is no more clear an illustration of that uncertainty as the recent announcement from Carnival that there are positive COVID cases aboard its Carnival Vista cruise ship.

That’s because, according to The Liberty Daily, every staff member and every guest on the ship was vaccinated.

“Somewhere near Cozumel in the Caribbean Sea, there’s a cruise ship that had zero unvaccinated people aboard but that still suffered an outbreak of Covid-19,” the report said. “This goes against the narrative that the reason for ‘breakthrough cases’ is due to too many unvaccinated people mingling with those who have taken the experimental injections.”

It continued, “The Carnival Vista, which departed from Galveston, Texas, on July 31, has issued strict face mask protocols and ordered infected people aboard into isolation. COVID: 90% of Patients Treated With New Drug Discharged in 5 Days

Some 93% of 90 coronavirus serious patients treated in several Greek hospitals with a new drug developed by a team at Tel Aviv’s Sourasky Medical Center as part of the Phase II trial of the treatment were discharged in five days or fewer.

The Phase II trial confirmed the results of Phase I, which was conducted in Israel last winter and saw 29 out of 30 patients in moderate to serious condition recover within days. . .

“It is important to remember that 19 out of 20 COVID-19 patients do not need any therapy,” Arber said. “After a window of five to 12 days, some 5% of the patients start to deteriorate.”

The main cause of the clinical deterioration is an over activation of the immune system, also known as a cytokine storm. In case of COVID-19 patients, the system starts attacking healthy cells in the lungs.

Biden: I Want a Ban on Widely Owned Firearms, but This Doesn’t Violate Second Amendment Rights (VIDEO)

. . .Joe Biden is at it again when it comes to his campaign to strip law-abiding Americans of their Second Amendment rights. Of course, he says he doesn’t want to take away people’s guns, but check out what he said during a CNN town hall event last month. The man literally came out for a ban on handguns, which has always been super unpopular, by the way:

The statement came after an audience member asked how he planned to address gun violence at the federal level “to actually bring about change and make our local cities safer.”

“I’m the only guy that ever got — passed legislation when I was a senator to make sure we eliminated assault weapons,” Biden responded. “The idea you need a weapon that can have the ability to fire 20, 30, 40, 50, 120 shots from that weapon, whether it’s a, whether it’s a 9mm pistol or whether it’s a rifle, is ridiculous.”

“I’m continuing to push to eliminate the sale of those things, but I’m not likely to get that done in the near term,” Biden added.

Woman Charged With Attempted Murder After Shooting Home Intruder

Colorado woman and a male accomplice have been charged with attempted murder after police say the woman shot an alleged home intruder.

Emily Strunk, 25, and 27-year-old Kevin Lee Wertin are being held on charges of attempted murder after an unidentified male, whom Strunk had previously been in a relationship with, allegedly “forced his way into her apartment,” and began assaulting Wertin on July 31 shortly after midnight, Aurora Police said.

Strunk “made the decision to shoot the alleged assailant,” and then called police to report she shot a male intruder. Strunk was detained and later released, and police originally said there were no other suspects in custody at the time.

Filmmaker Wants to Throw Mark Zuckerberg in Prison

Award-winning filmmaker and historian Ken Burns said Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg is “an enemy of the state” who belongs in jail.

Burns joined The New York Times’ “Sway” podcast to promote a new film about Muhammad Ali and was asked if a particular tech figure could be as culturally significant in a few decades as the boxing legend is now.

“I mean, I hope Zuckerberg is in jail by then,” Burns said.

“This is an enemy of the state, and I mean the United States of America. He doesn’t give a sh-t about us, the United States,” Burns continued. “He knows he can transcend it. If You Don’t Suspect Deep State Provocation at the Jan. 6 Riot, Start Paying Attention

By Townhall. It’s not only reasonable but required to ask at the outset of leftists’ 1/6 “Truth Commission”: How much of what led to Donald Trump supporters “storming the capitol” was a setup?

. . .For readers who have been under a rock for the last five years, let’s review just the recent highlights of spy agency, Democrat, and media collusion that would lead one to suspect the Jan. 6 events as part of this pattern.

Russiagate is the prime example. This was designed to make Americans believe that if Donald Trump won in 2016, his presidency was illicitly installed by foreign actors. It was a complete fabrication of the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee, in collusion with the Obama White House, and highly successful. It dragged the nation on a five-year goose chase costing billions of dollars and hamstringing the national government — not coincidentally during a rare, ill-used, and short-lived span during which Republicans controlled both Congress and the presidency. . .

All these tactics, of course, are hallmarks of totalitarian dictatorships. Yes, all that fear-mongering pounded into our national psyche about Donald Trump as an “authoritarian” “fascist”? It’s clearly projection by people deploying actually authoritarian and fascist methods of governance, like spying on political opponents, surveilling journalists, fabricating smears, and using leaks and “confidential human sources” to frame people as nefarious actors.

All this certainly makes one think twice about many facts related to January 6, such as these noted by Glenn Greenwald: “Numerous requests prior to the event for an additional police force and national guard activation were rejected by the civilian command structure. Social media companies were actively feeding information to law enforcement about what was being planned by conspirators. Police Union Goes to Bat for Chicago Officer Charged in Capitol Protest

By CNN. The Chicago chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police union is going to bat for one of its members who stormed the US Capitol and now might lose his job with the Chicago Police Department. . .

CPD Officer Karol Chwiesiuk was charged in June with two misdemeanors after breaching the Capitol and the office of Democratic Sen. Jeff Merkley. Prosecutors said in charging documents that Chwiesiuk used the N-word when bragging to a friend about his actions at the Capitol that day, saying, “n—a don’t snitch.” He hasn’t yet entered a plea to the charges.

He wasn’t accused of violent crimes, so he was released by a judge and ordered not to have any guns in the home and to give up the firearm owner ID card that is required under Illinois law. But in new court filings, Chwiesiuk asked for permission to retake possession of the ID card, because he says he needs it to keep his job, even though he was moved to desk duty and doesn’t carry a gun.

The vice president for the Chicago chapter of the Fraternal Order of Police union sent a letter to court officials saying that the union will try to block Chwiesiuk’s possible firing and will “start the grievance process to get Officer Chwiesiuk into a pay-status” if he gets back his firearm ID card.
