By New York Post. Dramatic video shows the moment a man pulls a gun on Antifa protesters as they clashed with demonstrators taking part in a “Freedom Rally” near the Oregon state Capitol on Sunday.

The older man — wearing an American flag sweatshirt — was filmed in Salem initially getting out of his pickup truck to survey the damage allegedly caused by the Antifa mob.

He initially appeared calm as the counter-protesters dressed all in black surrounded and mocked him, with some threateningly aiming canisters at him throughout the confrontation.

But the squabble took an ugly turn after he was either sprayed in the face or struck with an object — prompting him to flinch and draw his weapon on the crowd.

“Get away from me!” he shouted, yanking a handgun from his waistband and cocking it as he aimed it toward the leftist activists.

Man Pulls Gun After Being Assaulted by Antifa in Oregon, Police Investigating

By Breitbart. Oregon State Police are investigating an incident near the state capitol in Salem where a man pulled a gun on Antifa protesters after they appeared to assault him and vandalize his vehicle. Police did not arrest the man who pulled his pistol after being pepper-sprayed by Antifa.

Video tweeted by self-described Antifa Press journalist Melissa “Claudio” Lewis shows a group of Antifa protesters armed with pepper-spray and batons surrounding a man whose truck had just been vandalized. The Antifa protesters appeared to have initially fired paintballs at the man’s windshield. . .

A second video, tweeted by Independent Media PDX shows the incident from a different angle. In this video, the repeated sounds of Antifa attacking the truck can be heard.

A video tweeted by @ViolaBLM shows police questioning the man after letting him up from the ground. The videographer seems angered that police did not shoot the white man. “If he was black, he’d be dead,” she says.

Teenage Boys Forced to Apologize to Girls at School on Behalf of Their Gender

Young teenage boys at a school in Victoria, Australia, were forced to stand up during an assembly and apologize to girls at the school on behalf of their gender.

Australian media outlet 7News reported that parents of male students at Brauer College in Warrnambool were outraged to learn about what their children were forced to do. One parent, Danielle Shephard, told the outlet that her 12-year-old son felt confused after he was forced to apologize.

“He said that he was made to stand up and basically apologize… it wasn’t explained properly to the male students what they were doing or why they were doing it,” Shephard told the outlet.

The exercise was conducted after more than a dozen students and parents at another school made accusations of sexual harassment and assault. Shephard said Brauer parents weren’t warned that an assembly on consent would take place or that boys would be forced to apologize to girls for something they personally had not done. New Poll Shows ‘Warning Signs’ for President Biden

President Joe Biden is facing such struggles that even ABC’s Kendall Karson foretells of “warning signs” from their poll released on Sunday, conducted March 26 and March 27 with 517 adults. This is especially the case when it comes to “areas of his agenda where external events have imposed new urgency,” including when it gun control and unaccompanied minors.

Fifty-seven percent of adults disapprove of Biden’s handling of “the situation with migrants and unaccompanied children showing up at the US-Mexican border,” as well as when it comes to “gun violence.” . . .

President Biden especially can’t win when it comes to gun control. Karson notes that, with added emphasis, “Biden’s handling of gun violence draws disapproval from 86% of Republicans, 56% of independents and 37% of Democrats — the highest dissatisfaction among members of his own party of the issues asked about in the survey. Was ‘Oldest Bible in the World’ Mistakenly Dismissed as Fake?

It’s being called “the most controversial cold case mystery in the history of biblical scholarship” involving possibly “the most significant archaeological discovery of all time.”

New research is shining fresh light on what may have been the oldest portion of the Bible ever found, perhaps Moses’ own copy of Deuteronomy, a version that was initially dismissed as a forgery. . .

“It was allegedly discovered by bedouin tribesmen around 1865, east of the Dead Sea, in a remote cave, high above the Wadi Mujib (biblical Arnon). Shapira believed that his manuscript was both ancient and authentic. In 1883, he presented his scroll to the leading scholars of Europe. Newspapers around the world covered the unfolding story as scholars debated the genuineness of the leather strips. Ultimately the scroll was deemed a forgery and Shapira the forger.” . . .

Nichols, an ordained minister and teacher of the Hebrew faith in St. Francisville, Louisiana, says the case might have remained closed were it not for an astonishing find eight decades after the reported discovery of Shapira’s scroll.

“That discovery was also made by bedouin, but in a cave west of the Dead Sea. Those scrolls proved to be unquestionably authentic and were more than 2,000 years old. The world now knows them as the Dead Sea Scrolls. Pelosi: I Can Seat and Unseat Any Member of Congress…That’s My Right; White House Agrees (VIDEO)

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi might as well have declared, “I am the Congress” with her latest remarks about the Iowa House seat that’s become another ‘stop the steal’ story for the 2020 cycle. She pretty much said she has the right to seat or unseat members of the House of Representatives regardless of the election result. The empress has spoken. Also, a tad creepy, huh?

Iowa’s second congressional district race ended with Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks winning by literally a handful of votes. She was certified. She was seated, but her Democratic opponents, Rita Hart, wants the certification overturned (via NPR):

The House Administration Committee is reviewing a challenge brought by defeated Iowa Democrat Rita Hart against freshman Republican Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks, who won the race by just six votes.

Attorneys for the two candidates submitted initial legal briefs to the panel on Monday. In a terse 23-page brief, Miller-Meeks’ counsel broadly denied Hart’s claims and said the burden was on Hart to prove that a state-certified election should be overturned.

Psaki Says White House Agrees With Pelosi’s Effort To Steal Iowa House Seat

By The Federalist. White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki said Friday the Biden administration stands by House Democrats’ effort to overturn the results of an Iowa House race. After multiple recounts, the race has already been certified by bipartisan state election officials.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi gave her blessing to the House Administration Committee taking up failed candidate Rita Hart’s plea to overturn the results of Iowa’s 2nd Congressional District race captured by freshman Republican Rep. Mariannette Miller-Meeks by six votes.

“Four Republican senators in a letter to corporations are calling the battle for Democrats to take back the seat, an ‘unacceptable attempt to undermine a legitimate Democratic process,’” a reporter pressed during a White House press briefing. “Does the president agree with their assessment?”

WATCH: American Airlines Passengers Brawl Over Who Gets To Deplane First

Two women got into a ferocious brawl aboard an American Airlines flight over the weekend about who would deplane first, wild video shows.

Passenger Annie Victoria Reso captured the fight, which broke out when Flight 2275 from Los Angeles landed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport about 6:30 p.m. Sunday, the Arizona Republic reported.

“Fight broke out as the plane was exiting. Didn’t make it off the plane until about 7:00pm because of the altercation,” she wrote on Instagram, where she posted footage of the combatants, adding that she caught her connecting flight at the last second.

Another passenger also shot footage of the fracas — as a flight attendant was heard yelling, “Call for law enforcement! Call for law enforcement!”

Biden’s Press Conference Was Elder Abuse

By Washington Times. It was an hour of incoherent babbling — except for when President Joseph R. Biden read directly from his talking points. The questions were polite and predictable — from preselected, approved reporters. The answers were long-winded, listless and meandering — what we’ve come to expect from Mr. Biden.

It’s clear Mr. Biden is not up to the job, that’s why his team waited 65 days — the longest of any president in 100 years — to schedule his first solo press conference.

Mr. Biden came armed with a binder full of notes, which he read directly from while responding to questions about China, North Korea and Afghanistan. It was his cheat sheet, and he needed it. No reporter asked him about it.

Former press secretary Ari Fleischer tweeted he’s never before seen a president bring a typed, multi-page question-and-answers document to a news conference. But this is Mr. Biden’s White House, and his team knows their boss needs a study guide.

The 10 reporters who got to ask questions were preselected by Mr. Biden’s team. Notably, Fox News’ Peter Doocy was never called upon. Too controversial. Biden Gives Canned, Confusing Answer When Asked if He Supports Abolishing the Filibuster

By The Federalist. In his first press conference since being inaugurated 64 days ago, President Joe Biden gave a threatening but unclear answer on whether he would support eliminating the filibuster in the Senate.

When asked by CNN’s Chief White House Correspondent Kaitlan Collins, Biden said he concurs with former President Barack Obama’s stance that the filibuster is “a relic of the Jim Crow era,” but provided an incomprehensible answer on how the filibuster is being abused.

“Successful electoral politics is the art of the possible,” Biden abruptly said, after looking at the ground for several seconds in silence. “Let’s figure out how we can get this done and move in the direction of significantly changing the abuse of even the filibuster rule, first. It’s been abused since the time it came into being by an extreme way in the last twenty years. Let’s deal with the abuse first.”

When Collins followed up asking Biden if he is close to eliminating the filibuster, the president said, “I answered your question.”

The media once again displayed a reason to punch them in the face when a reporter asked Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) to put a mask on during these COVID times. Cruz refused and had the best response to this silliness. He noted that the reporter could back away if there were feelings of discomfort. Oh, and he noted that he and all his colleagues were vaccinated. When you’re vaccinated, you cannot contract or spread COVID. Who is this reporter and what outlet does he work for?

‘Unexplained Irregularities’ Found in Large Percentage of Ballots

A mountainous, 2,600-square-mile region with a population of approximately 119,600 does not seem like your prototypical setting for machine politics. Yet a recent audit of mail-in ballots cast there found irregularities characteristic of larger urban centers — on a level that could have easily swung local elections in 2020, and statewide elections in cycles past. . .

Political leaders and prominent media outlets have dismissed concerns raised by critics that such measures invite voter fraud. But could the election in small-county Missoula call all that into question? . . .

The story at hand begins during the pandemic summer of 2020, when the then-governor, Democrat Steve Bullock, issued a directive permitting counties to conduct the general election fully by mail. In the run-up to the election, a court also struck down Montana’s law aimed at preventing ballot harvesting. . .

Seaman’s office complied with Tschida’s request for access to all of the county’s ballot envelopes, and on Jan. 4 a team of volunteers, overseen by Rhoades, conducted an audit with the assistance of the Missoula County Elections Office. The audit consisted of both a count and review of all ballot envelopes and comparing that to the number of officially recorded votes during the Nov. 3, 2020, general election.

Its conclusions were troubling: 4,592 out of the 72,491 mail-in ballots lacked envelopes— 6.33% of all votes. Without an officially printed envelope with registration information, a voter’s signature, and a postmark indicating whether it was cast on time, election officials cannot verify that a ballot is legitimate. LIAR, LIAR: Harris Claims No One Is Taking Away Guns While Dems Gear Up To Do Just That; 9th Circuit Rules: No Constitutional Right to Open Carry

By The Federalist. Vice President Kamala Harris said no one is “trying to come after your guns” as President Joe Biden and congressional Democrats prepare to do exactly that. . .

Harris’s comments come as Biden and his allies in Congress are calling for a federal ban on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, restricting gun access for even law-abiding citizens after multiple deadly shootings in the last two weeks.

“We can ban assault weapons and high-capacity magazines in this country once again,” Biden said shortly after the shooting in Boulder, Colorado. “I got that done when I was a senator. It passed. It was the law for the longest time. And it brought down these mass killings. We should do it again.”

Biden also urged legislators to pass bills expanding a background check system for firearm sales, a change that some senators on the left side of the aisle think could garner enough Republican support to bypass the filibuster, which multiple members are trying to abolish. Carrying Guns in Public Is Not a Constitutional Right, Ninth Circuit Rules

By Court House News. Americans have no right to carry guns in public, a divided en banc Ninth Circuit panel ruled Wednesday, reversing a prior Ninth Circuit decision that struck down a Hawaii firearm restriction as unconstitutional.

“There is no right to carry arms openly in public; nor is any such right within the scope of the Second Amendment,” U.S. Circuit Judge Jay Bybee, a George W. Bush appointee, wrote for the majority of an 11-judge panel in a 127-page opinion. . .

Plaintiff George Young sued Hawaii in 2012 for denying his applications for permits to carry a concealed or openly visible handgun. A Hawaii state law requires a license to carry a gun in public.

Under a Hawaii County regulation, the police chief may only grant such licenses to those who need a gun for their job or who show “reason to fear injury” to their “person or property.” No one other than a security guard has ever obtained an open-carry license in Hawaii, lawyers for the county acknowledged during a Ninth Circuit hearing in 2018.
