A new bipartisan Senate report on the Capitol riot contends that seven individuals, including three police officers, “ultimately lost their lives” as a result of the siege on Jan. 6, as the investigation concluded the Capitol Police, intelligence agencies, and the National Guard all suffered breakdowns.

The report also contends that Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick was attacked with bear spray, despite prosecutors telling a federal judge that they believe he was instead only hit with pepper spray. . .

Capitol Police announced Sicknick, 42, died on Jan. 7, one day after rioters broke into the Capitol as lawmakers counted electoral votes to affirm President Joe Biden’s victory over former President Donald Trump.

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, led by Francisco Diaz, told the Washington Examiner in April that Sicknick’s “cause of death” was “acute brainstem and cerebellar infarcts due to acute basilar artery thrombosis” (a stroke), and the “manner of death” was “natural.” The medical examiner said Sicknick was sprayed with a chemical substance at about 2:20 p.m. on Jan. 6, collapsed at the Capitol at about 10 p.m., and was transported by emergency services to a local hospital. He died at about 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 7. Diaz told the Washington Post that Sicknick died after suffering two strokes, did not suffer an allergic reaction to chemical irritants, and bore no evidence of either external or internal injuries, but he contended that “all that transpired played a role in his condition.“

Klobuchar on 1/6 Riot: ‘This Was Like the Super Bowl of Domestic Terrorism’

By Breitbart. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) Tuesday on MSNBC’s “Andrea Mitchell Reports” described the January 6 riot on Capitol Hill “like the Super Bowl of domestic terrorism.”

Discussing a newly released U.S. Senate bipartisan report on January 6, Klobuchar said, “We have outlined what is common knowledge in our report about President Trump’s speech, about encouraging them to march down from the mall and the like. One reason I believe we need a 9/11 type commission and investigation is we felt our jurisdiction and goal was clear. We wanted to get immediate recommendations to help with funding, to help with getting bills passed, and make changes in the police department and the like. But the whole side of it about the rise of white supremacy and what needs to be done. I believe this report is not a substitute for that, but something we needed to do immediately.” . . .

Klobuchar added, “The National Guard would still be under the Department of Defense as they are across the country, but the idea would be to have more scenarios and ready trained contingency groups to come in and help. What our legislation would do would be to allow the new chief of police…to not have to go through the police board in making emergency calls and not getting answers, ridiculous situation. But the other part is training for Regional National Guard. There hadn’t been training and planning. Putin to Hammer Biden on the “Human Rights” of DC Protesters

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said alleged rioters are being “persecuted” and that Putin will turn the tables on Biden over US support for Russian dissidents, such as jailed opposition leader Alexei Navalny, who last year survived poisoning attempts. Welcome to Babylon: Gallup Poll Reveals the Staggering Numbers of Americans Who Support Homosexual Marriage

Support for same-sex marriage in the U.S. has reached a new high of 70%, according to a poll published Tuesday by Gallup. The percentage, which is the highest reported figure in the company’s history of conducting the poll, marks a 10-point increase from 2015, when the Supreme Court ruled for same-sex marriages to be recognized across all 50 states. . .

When Gallup first conducted its survey in 1996, only 27% of Americans said they believed marriages between same-sex couples should be recognized by the law as valid. Support has consistently increased over the years, and in 2011, the majority of Americans for the first time said gay marriage should be legally recognized. . .

Gallup says the newest rise in support is largely driven by shifting views among Republicans. For the first time ever, Republicans, who have historically been the party group reporting the least amount of support for marriage equality in Gallup’s polls, showed majority favor with 55% in 2021. That’s a nearly 10% increase from last year, when only 44% of Republicans approved of legal recognition for same-sex marriage, the company reported.

Eighty-three percent of Democrats, meanwhile, voiced support, maintaining a level seen in recent years. “This could suggest that support for gay marriage has reached a ceiling for this group, at least for now,” Gallup wrote. 2020 Election Bombshell: ‘Pristine’ Ballots in Georgia Election Count ‘Looked Xeroxed’

When Fulton County, Ga., poll manager Suzi Voyles sorted through a large stack of mail-in ballots last November, she noticed an alarmingly odd pattern of uniformity in the markings for Joseph R. Biden. One after another, the absentee votes contained perfectly filled-in ovals for Biden — except that each of the darkened bubbles featured an identical white void inside them in the shape of a tiny crescent, indicating they’d been marked with toner ink instead of a pen or pencil.

Adding to suspicions, she noticed that all of the ballots were printed on different stock paper than the others she handled as part of a statewide hand recount of the razor-thin Nov. 3 presidential election. And none was folded or creased, as she typically observed in mail-in ballots that had been removed from envelopes.

“All of them were strangely pristine,” said Voyles, who said she’d never seen anything like it in her 20 years monitoring elections in Fulton County, which includes much of Atlanta. . .

Now election watchdogs have used their affidavits to help convince a state judge to unseal all of the 147,000 mail-in ballots counted in Fulton and allow a closer inspection of the suspicious Biden ballots for evidence of counterfeiting. They argue that potentially tens of thousands may have been manufactured in a race that Biden won by just 12,000 votes thanks to a late surge of mail-in ballots counted after election monitors were shooed from State Farm Arena in Atlanta.

“We have what is almost surely major absentee-ballot fraud in Fulton County involving 10,000 to 20,000 probably false ballots,” said Garland Favorito, the lead petitioner in the case and a certified poll watcher who runs VoterGa.org, one of the leading advocates for election integrity in the state. Donald Trump CONDEMNS Lisa Murkowski: Washington Democrats’ ‘Best Friend’

“Senator Lisa Murkowski has cost the great people of Alaska billions and billions of dollars by voting for Radical Left Biden appointees, which in turn led to the revocation of ANWR drilling,” Trump said in the statement, noting, “Alaskans have been fighting to see [this] happen for six decades.”

Trump continued to write, “Not only did Murkowski kill the biggest economic stimulant for the State, but also one of the biggest energy producing sites in the world.”

“Nobody thought ANWR could be opened. We got it done, and she allowed it to be killed,” the former president added.

The Latest Attempt by the Liberal Media To Distract Us Over Trump DOJ Story Just Blew up

It’s a piece which aged poorly, less than 72 hours because The Washington Post’s publisher elaborated that Joe Biden’s DOJ intensified what the previous administration was already doing (via WaPo):

During the final days of the Trump administration, the attorney general used extraordinary measures to obtain subpoenas to secretly seize records of reporters at three leading U.S. news organizations. After this was reported last month, President Biden rightly decried this attack on the First Amendment, calling it “simply, simply wrong” and assuring Americans that it would not happen in his administration.

Unfortunately, new revelations suggest that the Biden Justice Department not only allowed these disturbing intrusions to continue — it intensified the government‘s attack on First Amendment rights before finally backing down in the face of reporting about its conduct.

After Biden took office, the department continued to pursue subpoenas for reporters’ email logs issued to Google, which operates the New York Times’ email systems, and it obtained a gag order compelling a Times attorney to keep silent about the fact that federal authorities were seeking to seize his colleagues’ records. Later, when the Justice Department broadened the number of those permitted to know about the effort, it barred Times executives from discussing the legal battle with the Times newsroom, including the paper’s top editor.

This escalation, on Biden’s watch, represents an unprecedented assault on American news organizations and their efforts to inform the public about government wrongdoing.

“I believe that partisan voting legislation will destroy the already weakening binds of our democracy, and for that reason, I will vote against the For the People Act. Furthermore, I will not vote to weaken or eliminate the filibuster,” he wrote in Charleston Gazette-Mail.

“As such, congressional action on federal voting rights legislation must be the result of both Democrats and Republicans coming together to find a pathway forward or we risk further dividing and destroying the republic we swore to protect and defend as elected officials,” he continued. . .

Obama Accuses GOP States Pushing Voter Integrity Laws of ‘Rigging’ Elections

By Townhall. Former President Obama criticized voting laws being passed by Republicans across the country, saying that such changes to the voting system is “rigging the game.”

He said during an Economic Club of Chicago event Friday about the new election integrity law in Georgia:

That’s the kind of dangerous behavior that we’re going to have to push back on.

The former president suggested that in passing laws aimed at protecting the validity of elections, Republican lawmakers were attempting to rig elections.

Are we going to stick to those rules or are we going to start rigging the game in a way that breaks it? And that’s not going to be good for business, not to mention not good for our soul.

With Trump Out of Office, Prosecutors Finally Crack Down on Antifa in Portland (VIDEO)

More than two dozen suspected Antifa rioters have been charged in Portland in the past two weeks, signaling an escalation by both local and federal prosecutors following a full year of riots in the besieged Oregon city.

On Thursday, the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office announced charges against 10 suspects following several grand jury indictments.

Maximilian Ryan Jennings, 23, James Walker Prettyman, 25, and Thomas Moll-Rocek, 34, are charged with one count each of felony riot, felony first-degree criminal mischief and second-degree criminal mischief.

The three were indicted over accusations they were part of a black-clad mob that broke most of the windows on the Multnomah County Democrats’ headquarters on Nov. 8, 2020. At the time, Antifa accounts on social media promoted the “direct action” to oppose the presidential election.

Who Is the Nonprofit Exec Who Sent U.S. Taxpayer Money to Wuhan Lab?; Report: NIH-Funded Military Scientist Filed Patent for COVID Vaccine Just After Contagion Emerged

By New York Post. The nonprofit exec whose organization sent nearly $600,000 in US taxpayer money to a Chinese lab that may have been the source of COVID-19 masterminded an effort near the start of the pandemic to squelch the notion that the coronavirus was man-made, a new report reveals.

Peter Daszak, president of the New York City-based EcoHealth Alliance, secretly organized a statement issued by the influential British medical journal The Lancet in February 2020, according to Vanity Fair.

A total of 27 scientists — including Daszak, 55, who trained as a zoologist — signed the statement, which expressed “solidarity with all scientists and health professionals in China.” . . .

The nonprofit, which says it’s “dedicated to protecting wildlife and public health from the emergency of disease,” has received as much as $15 million a year in grant money from various federal agencies, Vanity Fair said.

EcoHealth has used those grants to fund controversial “gain-of-function” research — which can increase the infectiousness and virulence of viruses — at facilities that include the Wuhan Institute of Virology, according to Vanity Fair. Report: NIH-Funded Military Scientist Filed Patent for COVID Vaccine Just After Contagion Emerged

By New York Post. A Chinese Communist Party military scientist who got funding from the National Institutes of Health filed a patent for a COVID-19 vaccine in February last year — raising fears the shot was being studied even before the pandemic became public, according to a new report.

Zhou Yusen, a decorated military scientist for the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) who worked alongside the Wuhan Institute of Virology as well as US scientists, filed a patent on Feb. 24 2020, according to documents obtained by The Australian.

The patent — lodged by the “Institute of Military Medicine, Academy of Military Sciences of the PLA” — was filed just five weeks after China admitted there was human-to-human transmission of the virus, and months before Zhou died under mysterious circumstances, the report noted.

“This is something we have never seen achieved before, raising the question of whether this work may have started much ­earlier,” Prof. Nikolai Petrovsky from Flinders University told the paper.

Adding to the intrigue, Zhou later died under mysterious circumstances in May last year — something being looked into as part of the international investigation ordered by President Biden, the paper insisted. “There are a lot of questions that must be answered by Dr. Fauci. The funding of Wuhan by the U.S. was foolishly started by the Obama Administration in 2014 but ended under the Trump Administration. When I heard about it, I said ‘no way.’ What did Dr. Fauci know about ‘gain of function’ research, and when did he know it?,” Trump said in a statement that was sent out via email Thursday.

In a second email moments later, he added, “Now everyone, even the so-called ‘enemy,’ are beginning to say that President Trump was right about the China Virus coming from the Wuhan Lab. The correspondence between Dr. Fauci and China speaks too loudly for anyone to ignore. China should pay Ten Trillion Dollars to America, and the World, for the death and destruction they have caused!” . . .

“After seeing the emails, our Country is fortunate I didn’t do what Dr. Fauci wanted me to do. For instance, I closed our Borders to China very early despite his not wanting them closed. WH Now Backing ‘Incredible’ Dr. Anthony Fauci; Refuses Comment on Explosive Emails

By Breitbart. The White House declined to discuss newly revealed emails from Dr. Anthony Fauci on Thursday, defending the public health official who President Joe Biden elevated to a prominent position.

“The president and the administration feel that Dr. Fauci has played an incredible role in getting the pandemic under control, being a voice to the public throughout the course of the pandemic,” White House press secretary Jen Psaki said during the daily press briefing.

She declined to speak about some of the more controversial emails, arguing they were from the previous administration.

“It’s obviously not advantageous for me to re-litigate the substance of emails from 17 months ago,” Psaki said.

Fauci faces a number of questions about his early understanding on the effectiveness of masks, the origin and character of the coronavirus, and his guidelines for closing churches that have spread rapidly on social media. Fauci Defends China, Claims It’s ‘Far Out’ COVID Was Created in a Lab

Dr. Anthony Fauci rushed to China’s defense in two separate interviews — claiming the theory that COVID-19 leaked from a Wuhan laboratory is “far out” and that Americans should refrain from “pointing fingers” at the Chinese Communist Party, despite earlier claims he was keeping an “open mind” about the virus’ origin.

Fauci repeated his claim that he was keeping “an open mind” that the virus may have been man-made, before throwing cold water on the possibility later in the same CNN interview.

“The idea, I think, is quite far-fetched that the Chinese deliberately engineered something so that they could kill themselves, as well as other people. I think that’s a bit far out,” he said.

Questions about what Fauci knew and when regarding the lab leak theory have swirled this week since thousands of pages of his emails were posted online by BuzzFeed News, which obtained them through the Freedom of Information Act. They include how he was warned that COVID may have been engineered.

Trump-Appointed SCOTUS Judges Side With Liberals in Computer Fraud Case

Trump-appointed Supreme Court Justices Brett Kavanaugh, Amy Coney Barrett and Neil Gorsuch sided with liberal Justices Stephen Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan Thursday to endorse a narrow approach on how to apply a 1986 law against computer hacking.

The justices overturned the conviction of a police officer\, Nathan Van Buren, who was paid to run a license plate search in violation of the police department’s policy and, according to the federal government, the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act.

But Barrett, writing for the majority, said the officer technically did not access information he wasn’t entitled to. Instead, he simply misused his access to information he was authorized to see. Therefore, the court said, the officer did not violate federal law.

Why Mike Lindell Thinks Donald Trump Will Return as President in August

MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell is continuing to push the claim that Donald Trump will return as president in August, saying there is a “clear path” for him back to the White House.

Lindell told Steve Bannon’s War Room: Pandemic show that his lawyers confirmed to him that there is a route via Supreme Court rulings, as well as “two other bonus pathways” resulting from the disputed and partisan audit in Arizona and a similar recount called for by GOP lawmakers in Pennsylvania.

“They’re gonna all come crumbling down like a house of cards,” Lindell said, repeating Trump supporters’ hopes that any proof of election fraud in Arizona—which has still not been found after several weeks—will result in a Domino effect that will change the outcome of the entire election.

Speaking to Bannon, Lindell claimed that once his evidence is presented to the Supreme Court, the judges will be so impressed that it will rule 9-0 in favor of returning Trump to the presidency and setting a new inauguration date.
