More Explosive Epstein Evidence: Condition of Eyes, Legs Likely PROVE Murder (VIDEO)

By New York Post. Jeffrey Epstein’s eyes had burst capillaries after his body was found in his Manhattan jail cell, suggesting that the convicted pedophile was likely murdered through manual strangulation and did not hang himself, a forensic pathologist says in a TV interview.

In a clip provided to The Post from a “Dr. Oz” special set to air Thursday, former New York City Medical Examiner Dr. Michael Baden discusses his theories and examines graphic photographs.

Among them are the burst capillaries and the fact that Epstein’s lower extremities were pale and not purple or bluish, which he said would have been the case had he hanged himself in August at the Manhattan Correctional Center.

“The blood settles after we die. The so-called lividity, if you’re hanging, the lividity is on the lower part on the legs. These would be like maroon/purple, front and back and they aren’t,” Baden tells Dr. Mehmet Oz. (Read more from “Pathologist: Jeffrey Epstein’s Gruesome Autopsy Points to Murder” HERE)

Jeffrey Epstein had burst capillaries in his eyeballs after he died which pathologist tells Dr. Oz suggests he was STRANGLED and did not hang himself

By Daily Mail. A forensic pathologist has claimed that Jeffrey Epstein was likely murdered and did not hang himself because he had burst capillaries in his eyes which is consistent with manual strangulation and not hanging, DailyMail.com can reveal. . .

He said he believes there are many ‘red flags’ which suggest he was murdered and did not kill himself. . .

Dr. Baden says it is ‘very unusual’ how Epstein’s death was ruled.

‘The initial death certificate was issued at the time of the autopsy, it’s pending further study, getting more information.

‘Five days later it was changed to hanging suicide and one of the things the family wishes to know, the estate wishes to know is, what was that additional information that caused them to change it when five months later and the family still doesn’t know what happened to in the first encounter and what happened to him when he was found dead. Joe diGenova: American Embassy in Ukraine Blocked Giuliani and My Wife From Investigating Attempts to Frame Trump

Joe diGenova told Breitbart News that his wife, Victoria Toensing, and Rudy Giuliani were both blocked from obtaining visas to visit Ukraine due to pressure from the American embassy in Ukraine. He joined Thursday’s edition of SiriusXM’s Breitbart News Daily with host Alex Marlow.

Marlow asked, “Joe, is it true that you’ve been travelling internationally to kind of investigate some of this stuff and to investigate some of the general corruption that you think is happening?”

DeGenova replied, “My wife, Victoria Toensing, was asked by Rudy Giuliani to represent some Ukrainian public officials and private individuals who had information about attempts to frame Donald Trump and Paul Manafort. Those efforts were underway to go interview those people overseas in Ukraine, but because of the resistance of the American embassy, the American embassy threatened the Ukrainian government not to grant visas to Rudy and my wife Victoria, and of course the trip never happened. There was no trip. There were no interviews conducted over there.”

Corrupt Lisa Murkowski, Dan Sullivan Refuse to Denounce Trump Impeachment; WH Expects ‘At Least Four Republicans’ in Senate to Join Democrats’ Call for Impeachment Witnesses; Senate Impeachment Trial Rules: No Phones and No Talking for Senators

White House Reportedly Expects ‘at Least Four Republicans’ in Senate to Join Democrats’ Call for Impeachment Witnesses

By Mediate. The White House reportedly expects “at least four Republicans,” and “likely more,” to join Democrat calls for witnesses in the Senate impeachment of President Donald Trump.

According to CBS News, which cited unnamed senior “White House officials,” the White House “increasingly believe that at least four Republicans, and likely more, will vote to call witnesses.”

Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT), Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-AK), Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME), and Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO) are among those reportedly expected to vote for the calling of witnesses, and the White House also allegedly has its eyes on “wild card” Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and “institutionalist” Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-TN). Murkowski: Decision on Impeachment Witnesses Should Wait Until After Start of Trial

By The Hill. Sen. Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) said on Monday that she supports delaying a decision on which, if any, witnesses should testify until after the start of President Trump’s impeachment trial.

With that decision Murkowski aligns herself with the process advocated by Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) and bolsters the chances that Republicans — absent an 11th hour deal with Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) — will be able to force through their own impeachment rules.

“I think we need to do what they did the last time they did this … and that was to go through a first phase, and then they reassessed after that,” Murkowski told reporters after leaving McConnell’s office.

McConnell has urged the Senate to pass two resolutions. One at the outset would deal only with the rules for the impeachment trial, including things like how long both sides would get to present their opening arguments. Under McConnell’s plan a second resolution, passed after both sides present their case, would tackle what witnesses are called to testify. Senate Impeachment Trial Rules: No Phones and No Talking for Senators

By CNN. Republican Sen. Lisa Murkowski of Alaska saluted Senate rules announced Wednesday for the impeachment trial that are designed to ensure senators are not distracted and can pay close attention to the proceedings.

The rules, which might seem more designed for a seventh-grade classroom instead of the United States Senate, include a ban on smart phones and electronics, a requirement senators sit at their desks and not talk to their neighbors, and not read any materials not directly associated with the ongoing testimony.

“Paying attention is significant and important and I’m glad that we can put these devises down,” Murkowski said. (Read more from “Senate Impeachment Trial Rules: No Phones and No Talking for Senators” HERE)

Virginia Declares State of Emergency After Armed Militias Threaten to Storm the Capitol

In response to what he described as “credible intelligence” of threats of violence at an upcoming gun rights rally in Richmond, Virginia Gov. Ralph Northam has declared a state of emergency and will temporarily ban individuals from carrying firearms on Capitol grounds.

The governor said at a press conference Wednesday that authorities believe “armed militia groups plan to storm the Capitol” during the January 20 rally.

He also said that law enforcement had intercepted threats and “extremist rhetoric” similar to what was observed prior to the violent Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville in August 2017. “We will not allow that mayhem and violence to happen here,” he said.

The decision to ban all weapons, including firearms, won’t sit well with the thousands of gun lovers who are expected to descend on Richmond to participate in what was billed as an open-carry affair and an opportunity to flex Second Amendment rights.

“No weapons will be allowed on Capitol grounds,” said Northam, a Democrat. “Everything from sticks and bats to chains and projectiles…. The list also includes firearms. It makes no sense to ban every other weapon but allow firearms when intelligence shows that armed militia groups plan to storm the Capitol.” (Read more from “Virginia Declares State of Emergency After Armed Militias Threaten to Storm the Capitol” HERE)

WATCH: The Must-See Moment When GOP Rep Forces Silence on Congressional Witnesses

Rep. Brian Mast (R-FL), a former Explosive Ordnance Disposal tech who lost both legs in Afghanistan, made quite the statement Tuesday when he used part of his time to sit in silence during a congressional hearing, demanding witnesses name a single fallen soldier that doesn’t justify killing Iranian terrorist Qasem Soleimani.

At the beginning of his remarks, Mast likened the decision to kill Soleimani to taking out a machine gun nest.

“I look at Soleimani as a terrorist machine gun nest, really. He’s been spraying rounds at the U.S. for many years on many different fronts,” he said. “You want to ask is [an attack] imminent? Well, just because this machine gun nest might be taking a moment to reload, that doesn’t mean that it’s not an imminent threat.”

Mast said Soleimani has a long history of attacking American service members, and had more plans in the works.

“I want to ask a question which some people may call rhetorical,” Mast said. “If you walk out this hallway and you take a right and another right and another right, you are going to come to several beautiful walls that have the names of our fallen service members on the War on Terror. I would ask, can any of you provide me one name on that wall that does not justify killing Soleimani. I got 2 minutes and 30 seconds, I will be more than happy to sit here and wait. Somebody provide me the name on the wall that does not justify his killing.”

Iraq Veteran Shares ‘Heroic’ Story About Vince Vaughn Following Uproar Over Trump Handshake

Iraq veteran Colby Smith revealed a “heroic” story about Vince Vaughn following the uproar on social media over the actor’s handshake with President Donald Trump.

Smith, who served as a combat medic for the scout platoon of 108th Armor, 48th Combat Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division after being deployed in May of 2005 to Mahmudiyah, Iraq, just south of Baghdad, didn’t hold back as he spoke to the Daily Caller on Wednesday about the day he met the 49-year-old actor in the “violent area” known as the “triangle of death” when Vaughn stopped by the FOB (Forward Operating Base) St. Michael.

“When we got there the marines had just pulled out,” Smith shared, as he took us back to that day. “We had lost a lot of guys. I want to say 11 guys within a few weeks before he [Vaughn] arrived. It was a very tough time.”

“Like we heard about the Denver Broncos coming to Baghdad and no one ever stopped where we were at,” he added. “We were getting shot at. I got hit by four IED’s myself. So Vince Vaughn came, we got mortared.”

The veteran continued, “He [Vaughn] had been fully prepped that this was not a safe place. He did this [visit] because he heard that there was no one else coming to see these guys. And he did.” (Read more from “Iraq Veteran Shares ‘Heroic’ Story About Vince Vaughn Following Uproar Over Trump Handshake” HERE)

Attorney General: Epstein Was Trafficking Girls to Pedo Island in 2018; Some Victims as Young as 12

A new lawsuit filed Wednesday by the attorney general of the Virgin Islands claims that Jeffrey Epstein trafficked girls to his estate on his private island as recently as 2018, as first reported by The New York Times.

The lawsuit against the wealthy investor’s estate accuses him of sexually abusing young women and girls in the Caribbean, including some as young as 12 years old. . .

Young women were “deceptively lured” and recruited to the Virgin Islands “with money and promises of employment, career opportunities and school assistance,” by Epstein and his associates, according to the lawsuit, which was filed by Attorney General Denise George in Superior Court of the Virgin Islands. GOP Senator to Trump: There’s a Problem With Your Outright Dismissal Approach on Impeachment; Here’s Trump’s Impeachment Defense Team

By Townhall. I want this impeachment theater to end. I want to shove it down the Democrats’ throats. I want to win. I want the Republican Senate to gut this whole charade. That will happen. There is no way the GOP Senate removes Trump from office. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) said that he has the votes to block anything Democrats propose for the trial when it begins. Yet, the president wants an outright dismissal. On that, there may be a problem in our backyard (via The Hill):

Sen. Roy Blunt (R-Mo.) told reporters on Monday that the Senate Republican caucus doesn’t have the votes to dismiss the articles of impeachment against President Trump, who endorsed an “outright dismissal” over the weekend.

“I think our members generally are not interested in a motion to dismiss. … Certainly there aren’t 51 votes for a motion to dismiss,” Blunt, the No. 4 Senate Republican, told reporters after a closed-door leadership meeting.

Republicans have warned for months that they will not dismiss the two articles of impeachment against Trump, predicting a trial will end with votes on either acquitting or convicting him.

But Trump revived talk of trying to dismiss the articles over the weekend, saying the Senate was “giving credence” to the allegations against him by having a trial.

President Taking Major Step to Complete Border Wall Construction; Trump Names Border Wall After Himself

By Daily Wire. The Trump administration is reportedly preparing to divert more than $7 billion in funds from the Pentagon to build an additional nearly 900 miles of border wall along the southern border.

Internal planning figures obtained by The Washington Post allegedly showed that the administration is planning to divert $7.2 billion to construction of the border wall.

“The Pentagon funds would be extracted, for the second year in a row, from military construction projects and counternarcotics funding,” The Post reported. “According to the plans, the funding would give the government enough money to complete approximately 885 miles of new fencing by spring 2022, far more than the 509 miles the administration has slated for the U.S. border with Mexico.”

Trump has struggled to get the funding needed to complete the construction of the border wall from Democrats who do not want to secure America’s borders and from Democrat-appointed judicial activists who have repeatedly sabotaged his immigration agenda. . .

“The decision from the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals, based in New Orleans, lifts an injunction issued last month in Texas that blocked the reallocation plan,” USA Today reported. “In the 2-1 ruling, judges granted the administration’s request to temporarily halt the nationwide injunction from U.S. District Judge David Briones of El Paso. Congress appropriated the $3.6 billion to the Department of Defense for 127 construction projects, Briones had ruled, so the Trump administration shouldn’t divert it to the border wall.” (Read more from “Trump Taking Major Step to Complete Border Wall Construction” HERE)

State Lawmakers Propose Bill to Legalize Prostitution

A bill to legalize adult prostitution in Vermont was recently introduced by female lawmakers in the state’s legislature.

The bill’s text read:

This bill proposes to repeal the prostitution laws while retaining felony human trafficking laws that prohibit recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining a minor for the purpose of commercial sex; patronizing a minor for commercial sex; recruiting, enticing, harboring, transporting, providing, or obtaining any person through force, fraud, or coercion for the purpose of having the person engage in commercial sex; compelling any person through force, fraud, or coercion to engage in commercial sex; and patronizing any person for a commercial sex act who is being compelled through force, fraud, or coercion to engage in a commercial sex.

One of the bill’s sponsors, Rep. Selene Colburn who is a Burlington Progressive, said she believed decriminalizing so-called “sex work” would offer prostitutes more safety and improve their health.

Colburn also stated that if prostitution were not considered illegal in the state, charges would not be brought against the sex worker or the buyer, the VTDigger reported. (Read more from “State Lawmakers Propose Bill to Legalize Prostitution” HERE)
