WATCH: Russian Pranksters Dupe Maxine Waters by Calling as Greta Thunberg Claiming to Have Dirt on Trump

. . .The 81-year-old career politician — who has been calling for Trump’s impeachment since the day he took office — appears to have been tricked by Russian pranksters into thinking she was talking to Greta Thunberg, who reportedly claimed she had dirt on Trump.

The pranksters, Vladimir Kuznetsov and Alexey Stolyarov, who go by the stage names Vovan and Lexus, recently posted a video of them talking to a woman, who identified herself as Maxine Waters in the audio. One pretends to be Greta, the other to be her father.

The conversation begins with the fake Greta telling Waters that she is in North Carolina at a climate summit calling for the protection of the fake “Chon-Go-Chango” islands. . .

“It was a really terrible meeting in the U.N. building in September with him. And I had nightmares afterwards. It’s terrible,” fake Greta told Waters. “I saw him in the hallway. He was with security and I shouted at him, ‘Sign the Paris Climate Agreement again!’ He came over, he leaned in towards me, and said softly, ‘Listen carefully to me, little girl. You will never achieve your goal, like the congressional goal, trying to accuse me.’”

“He said you will never achieve your goal? Oh my goodness.” Waters said, sounding shocked. “Did you ask him if he would rethink signing the Paris Climate Agreement? Is that your question to him?”

Here’s How the Airstrike That Killed Soleimani Affected Trump’s Approval Rating

President Donald Trump’s approval rating has increased sharply following the impeachment proceedings against him and his decision to order the airstrike that killed Qassem Soleimani, Iran’s top terrorism architect.

According to RealClearPolitics, Trump’s average approval rating now stands at 45.3 percent, up from a low 41.6 percent just two months ago after Democrats began their formal impeachment investigation.

Since the airstrike that killed Soleimani, Trump’s approval has risen one percent.

The rating is nearly a three-year high, the Washington Examiner noted. Trump’s approval rating has not been this high since Feb. 2017, just two weeks after his inauguration when he notched a 46 percent approval rating. Illegal Alien Muslim Religious Leader Charged With Sex Crimes Against Children; Deportation Order Not Followed (VIDEO)

A Muslim community leader has been charged with child molestation in Fort Bend County, Texas, and police are angry that he could have been deported before the alleged crimes took place.

59-year-old Mohamed Omar Ali is a native of Somalia but he has been teaching as an Islamic leader in the United States since he entered the country in 2013.

He was arrested on Friday and charged with 3 counts of indecency with a child and one count of sexual assault of a child under the age of fourteen. . .

Sheriff Troy Nehls said in a press conference that Ali should have been deported years ago.

The Associated Press reported: “Iraqi official says airstrike hits cars carrying Iran-backed militia north of Baghdad.”

“Air strikes targeting Iraq’s Popular Mobilization Forces umbrella grouping of Iran-backed Shi’ite militias near camp Taji north of Baghdad have killed six people and critically wounded three, an Iraqi army source said late on Friday,” Reuters reported. “Two of the three vehicles making up a militia convoy were found burned, the source said, as well as six burned corpses. Video: Iraqi Citizens Dance in the Street ‘for Freedom’ After U.S. Airstrike Kills Iranian Terrorist Leader Soleimani

By The Blaze. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo tweeted a video from his official account showing Iraqi citizens dancing and celebrating in the streets after a U.S. rocket strike took out top Iranian military commander and terrorist leader, Qassem Soleimani.

“Iraqis who have demonstrated for months against a government they see as beholden to Iran broke into song and dance Friday after a U.S. strike killed a top Iranian commander,” the AFP reported.

“Oh, Qasem Soleimani, this is a divine victory,” the crowds cheered in Baghdad’s iconic Tahrir Square.

“This is God’s revenge for the blood of those killed,” one person added, according to the AFP, referring the hundreds killed during the demonstrations.

WATCH: Liberal Law Professor Noted Something Odd About Schumer’s Trump Impeachment Speech

By Townhall. . .It’s weak sauce, but the Russian collusion narrative was kaput, bullet-riddled by the facts. The 2020 election is here, so this was their best case. The House passed the articles of impeachment which were grounded in abuse of power and obstruction of Congress, two charges that reek of partisanship. It’s a witch hunt. It’s a joke. And the Senate awaits the transmission of those articles, which are being held hostage by Speaker Nancy Pelosi because they know it faces certain death with the Republican majority in the upper chamber. That’s not her call and her withholding of the articles creates a possible constitutional crisis of its own. Senate Democrats say they want witnesses and new documents included. They know Senate Republicans won’t budge, so this Mexican standoff continues all while Democrats and the liberal media can keep the Trump impeachment echo chamber loaded with sound. They still think they can put a dent in Trump’s approval numbers. They’ve only gone up and swing-state voters have never found this push popular. Still, the goal, as Wall Street Journal’s Kimberley Strassel noted, is “rolling impeachment.” Just keep this story around in the news cycle. A trial would further embarrass the shoddy case the Left has against Trump. It’s about keeping the appearance alive. Schumer now says that there has never been an impeachment trial where the Senate was denied testimony from witnesses.

Law professor Jonathan Turley, who may lean Left but isn’t an ideologue and will call out his side for their antics, noted that this was odd coming from a politician who didn’t want witnesses when Bill Clinton was impeached.

Impeachment Trial in Limbo as Senate Leaders Trade Blows

By Politico. Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer have made zero headway on designing a bipartisan set of rules for President Donald Trump’s impeachment trial more than two weeks after their first face-to-face meeting on the matter.

The two leaders gave dueling floor speeches on Friday but held no substantive meeting. In a brief conversation on the floor, Schumer told McConnell to focus on his demands. . .

As the Senate waits for the House to send it impeachment articles, McConnell said the Senate will continue its normal business and immediately moved to set up a vote on Trump’s Small Business Administration nominee next week. The House could transmit the articles as soon as next week.

“We are content to continue the ordinary business of the Senate while House Democrats continue to flounder. Aircraft Carrying U.S. Troops Take off From East Coast Bases After Drone Strike Kills Top Iranian General

By Newsweek. United States Air Force aircraft with combat troops and special forces on board took off from bases on the East Coast Thursday night after President Donald Trump ordered a drone strike that killed a top Iranian general, military officials told Newsweek. The officials could not say where the transport aircraft were headed.

U.S. military Patriot anti-Missile batteries also were put on alert in Bahrain, headquarters of the Navy’s 5th Fleet. The Green Zone in Baghdad, where the U.S. embassy is located, is on lockdown, sources told Newsweek.

The president was briefed at Mar-a-Lago and ordered the strike from the Florida resort, sources told Newsweek.

It was unclear Thursday whether Congress was notified of the strike or the deployment. A spokesperson for Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell declined by email to answer whether McConnell was notified. President Donald Trump berated his former national security adviser Michael Flynn and other senior staff members for holding off on arranging a phone call with the Russian president soon after taking office, according to a new book on the Trump administration’s contentious relationship with the Pentagon.

In “Trump and His Generals: The Cost of Chaos,” the national security reporter Peter Bergen recounted the tenuous conversation between the US president and his staffers, one of many intimate talks whose details were sourced from dozens of interviews with current and former White House officials and military officers.

On January 27, 2017, weeks after winning the presidency, Trump had his first official visit from a foreign leader at the White House, with British Prime Minister Theresa May. During lunch, May asked Trump if he had talked to Putin, according to Bergen. . .

Flynn, a former three-star US Army general, was nearby and leaned in to tell Trump: “Sir, we’re arranging that call now. President Putin called several days ago, but we haven’t been able to get it on your calendar yet.”

Newly-Elected Democrats Let Their Masks Slip, Revealing the Fascists Beneath

Since the 2018 elections, we have seen a lot of stupid people electing Democrats in state and local elections, and since the garbage Democrats have the garbage Midas touch – everything they come in contact with turns to a Scat Francisco sidewalk – these dumb voters are now suffering the consequences of their misguided trust in these aspiring authoritarians. Democrats win when rich donors pump money into races behind candidates who pretend not to be the gimps of the hard-left cabal that actually runs the party. And the radicals who got elected pretending to be not-insane are getting into office and doing all the insane stuff we warned the voters they would do.

There are no “moderate” Democrats. All Democrats are dangerous to your life, prosperity and freedom. They prefer churchgoers die rather than be able to defend themselves. They want newly-prosperous frackers to learn to code. They want you jailed for denying the climate cult or the fact that there are men and there are women and there is nothing else. . .

OK, then ask a Democrat candidate who is more important, Americans or foreigners who sneak in here. Go ahead. Once again, not a single significant Democrat will unequivocally say, “American citizens are more important than foreigners, especially criminals who break our laws to sneak in here.” Democrats (and sappy Ahoy-crew Fredocons like Jeb!, the “Act of Love” guy) support the foreigners, whose health care they want us to subsidize. . .

Let’s talk criminals. Democrats prefer them to you. Crazy? Are the Democrats always talking about how mean we are to crooks, or about the effect of crooks on your life? In California, idiot voters essentially decriminalized crime. Steal under $950 a day and you’re fine – they would even bother to file charges. Oh, and feel free to shoot up on the sidewalk and leave the needles around – remember, it’s the junkies who are the real victims. You, the normal people, have no recourse and no one has your back. You get to deal with bums, hobos and derelicts on your streets – just make sure that when you step around them you don’t topple over into a pile of human dung. Fr. Jeremy Zipple, associate pastor of St. Martin de Porres Catholic Church in Belize City and former executive editor of America Magazine, reacted on Twitter to the deadly shooting Sunday at West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas.

Zipple dismissed those who claimed the incident showed why parishioners should be permitted to carry guns at church. . .

Journalist ‘Smears’ Six Texas Churchgoers Who Pulled Their Guns on White Settlement Shooter

By Pluralist.Gun rights advocates accused an Arizona journalist of “smearing” armed parishioners who drew their firearms on the perpetrator of a shooting at a Texas church over the weekend.

Elvia Diaz, a columnist for the Arizona Republic, had nothing but praise for Jack Wilson, the armed parishioner who on Sunday shot and killed a gunman at West Freeway Church of Christ in White Settlement, Texas.

Wilson, a firearms instructor and member of the church’s volunteer security team, “was exactly the kind of man you want around with a firearm,” Diaz wrote in an opinion piece published by USA Today on Wednesday.

However, Diaz didn’t extend such sentiments to the six other churchgoers who drew their guns on Keith Thomas Kinnunen, the man seen in livestream video footage shooting and killing two victims, before being fatally wounded by Wilson.

A study on fake news published in a 2018 edition of the journal Science found that it “took the truth about six times as long as falsehood to reach 1,500 people.”

“False political news traveled deeper and more broadly, reached more people, and was more viral than any other category of false information,” the study said.
