Murkowski’s Hired Henchman at the Alaska Republican Party Busted for Filing False Police Report

The Miller campaign blasted Murkowski’s paid frontman Tuckerman Babcock for trying to illegally exploit the police for political gain.

The Alaska Republican Party (ARP) and its chairman Tuckerman Babcock took their acts of desperation to a whole new level today, when they filed a false police report against the Joe Miller campaign for mailers sent highlighting Lisa Murkowski’s Wall Street, crony capitalists connections.

At issue were GOP political flyers donated to the Miller campaign by a member of ARP from the 2010 U.S. Senate campaign, in which the GOP hit Murkowski for bailing out her Wall Street friends.

8fa4b4cc-0827-4766-810a-93e3cd76c738

“Clearly Tuckerman Babcock is trying to keep Alaskans from learning about Murkowski’s liberal voting record and the money laundering scheme she and the Party have been perpetrating on the Alaskan people with her campaign funds,” said DeSoto.

“The Alaska Republican Party is in full meltdown mode, and Lisa Murkowski’s campaign is in its death spiral,” he added.

Tuckerman violated Alaska Statute 11.56.80, which provides a person is guilty of filing a false report if he or she knowingly gives false information to the police “with the intent of implicating another in an offense.”

“The Anchorage Police Department would be well within their rights to press charges against Tuckerman Babcock, as he violated AS 11.56.800, when he filed a frivolous and false report,” said DeSoto.

Clinton Campaign Wants Anti-Hillary Ad With Michelle Obama Taken Down

Along with her husband, first lady Michelle Obama has been on the campaign trail in recent months advocating for Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

“I’m out here first and foremost because we’ve never had a more qualified and prepared candidate for president than our friend Hillary Clinton,” the first lady told a rally in North Carolina Thursday.

However, Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump wants Florida voters to hear what Michelle Obama had to say about Clinton long before she had a vested interest in electing the candidate who has pledged to continue President Barack Obama’s agenda.

The ad shows comments made in 2008, the year in which the Obamas were campaigning against Clinton in a bitter contest for the Democratic presidential nomination.

The ad features video footage of the first lady telling a crowd, “One of the things, the important aspects of this race is role modeling what good families should look like. And my view is that if you can’t run your own house, you certainly can’t run the White House. Can’t do it!”

The Obama campaign later clarified that the statement was not in reference to former President Bill Clinton’s sexual conduct, but the remark was interpreted that way at the time.

Michelle Obama’s comments are something the Clinton campaign would prefer voters not hear.

BuzzFeed reported that the Clinton campaign has sent a cease and desist letters to several stations demanding they stop airing the ad, which was paid for through the Defeat Crooked Hillary PAC, a subsidiary of the Make America Number 1 PAC.

In a letter to the stations, Make America Number 1’s lawyer Larry Levy denied the demand from Hillary for America to stop running the ads.

Levy said the Clinton campaign seeks to “deny the public an opportunity to view our advertisement because it is ‘false and misleading’. In reality, HFA simply finds it politically inconvenient that a top surrogate for its candidate once held a differing view concerning her qualifications for office.”

PAC spokesperson Hogan Gidley said the Clinton campaign finds fault with the ad because it is effective.

“Hillary’s just angry because the ad is impactful, it’s working and it speaks directly to the women she’s been trying to con for years,” Gidley said.

“Hillary’s own campaign said when Michelle Obama speaks out, ‘it has a real impact,’ and indeed, we agree – because it was Mrs. Obama who correctly pointed out Hillary Clinton ‘certainly can’t run the White House,’” Gidley said. FAT, DRUNK AND STUPID IS NO WAY TO GO THROUGH LIFE: Hillary Discovered Stone Drunk at 4:30pm — Wikileaks

Yes, should this walking RICO violation become president, rest assured that we’ll be in the very best of hands.

Hillary Clinton campaign aides had a frantic email exchange in August 2015 over who should call the candidate to “sober her up some” at around 4:30 in the afternoon.

According to documents published by WikiLeaks, Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta emailed communications aide Jennifer Palmieri with a question at around 2:00 p.m. “Should I call her and talk this through or better to leave with you?” Podesta wrote. “I’m worried she’ll get on with Cheryl [Mills] and we’ll end up in a bad place.”

Palmieri wrote back more than two hours later with a response: “I think you should call her and sober her up some.”

Hillary’s problems with alcohol have been well documented and Wikileaks only confirms the reports. (For more from the author of “FAT, DRUNK AND STUPID IS NO WAY TO GO THROUGH LIFE: Hillary Discovered Stone Drunk at 4:30pm — Wikileaks” please click HERE)

Murkowski Campaign Makes ‘Highly Unusual’ Massive Transfers of Funds To State Party

Anchorage, Alaska. October 24, 2016 — An FEC Report filed by the Alaska Republican Party for financial activity in September has disclosed a series of highly unusual financial transactions involving both the Lisa Murkowski for U.S. Senate Campaign and the Alaska Republican Party.

Starting on September 20, the Murkowski campaign began making large transfers of campaign funds from her campaign account to the Alaska Republican Party which were described on an FEC report as “Contribution of Surplus Campaign Funds.”

The Murkowski campaign made the following payments, totaling $150,300, to the Alaska Republican Party: September 20 – $50,000; September 23 – $67,800; September 30 – $25,500. And, an FEC Report filed by the Murkowski campaign also showed a fourth transfer to the Alaska Republican Party on September 30 in the amount of $7,000.

It should be noted all these payments were made after Joe Miller entered the U.S. Senate race on Sept. 6.

“The whole purpose of campaign finance law is so the voters can know the true source of the message and who is funding it,” said campaign spokesman Randy DeSoto. “There appears to be strong evidence in these instances the Murkowski campaign and the Alaska Republican Party are trying to circumvent the law.”

In a phone call today, FEC compliance staff described such pre-election transfers of “Surplus Campaign Funds” by federal candidates to a party committee as “highly unusual” and the sort of matter that, at the very least, “may require an Advisory Opinion” from the Commission.

The Murkowski Campaign ambiguously categorized each of these four large transfers simply as “other.” If the funds were transferred for some legitimate purpose, this is where the purpose should have been disclosed.

Moreover, under federal law, the amount of money that the Alaska Republican party committee may expend on Coordinated Party Activities with this year’s Senate campaign is strictly limited to $96,100. This means that if all these transferred funds are used to pay for coordinated media or mailings boosting Murkowski’s campaign or opposing Miller’s, there would not just be one violation of federal election law, but two.

The Alaska Republican Party would be violating federal election law for making an illegal, excessive Coordinated Party Expenditure of more than $50,000. And Murkowski would be violating federal election law for receiving an illegal, excessive in-kind contribution in the same amount. Such illegal excessive contributions would no doubt result in hefty five-digit fines being imposed not just on the Murkowski campaign, but on the Alaska Republican Party as well. If all of the Murkowski funds are spent on helping Murkowski, this fine would need to be paid from the scarce resources of the Alaska Republican Party.

On the other hand, if the funds transferred to the Alaska Republican Party were not being used for the benefit of the Murkowski campaign, these enormous transfers of cash would constitute a betrayal of those who donated to the Murkowski campaign in order to help elect her to office — not for some other purpose.

Moreover, for Murkowski, as a candidate in a close race, to make such massive transfers of money that would not benefit her campaign, would be the height of arrogance — demonstrating that she believed that she had already won the election, just as the first votes are being cast throughout the State today.

“Sadly, the political establishment of Alaska has for too long taken for granted the people of Alaska. It is time to end the tenure of this arrogant, high-flying, loose-dealing professional politician and return the U.S. Senate seat to the people of Alaska,” said DeSoto.

Joe Miller is a limited government Constitutionalist who believes government exists to protect our liberties, not to take them away. He supports free people, free markets, federalism, the Constitutional right to life, the 2nd Amendment, religious liberty, American sovereignty, and a strong national defense.

Pollster Tells America to Be Ready for a Shock on Election Day

A lot of polls are going to be wrong come Election Day, according to pollster and analyst Pat Caddell who said Friday that America should be ready for a “shock.”

“Something is going on in this country in these polls,” Caddell said, assessing the differences among polls that show Trump with a narrow lead, Clinton with a narrow lead, or Clinton with a large lead. The most recent polls put Trump in the lead.

“All of the tracking polls keep holding at Trump being ahead,” he continued. “And then all of these other polls that are one-off polls, or whatever.”

Caddell said with so many polls, it was hard to know which were reliable.

“I don’t know how they’re doing some of these university polls. You just put the name of some university and apparently it becomes credible, whether they know what they’re doing, or not.”

“But in any event, polling is all over the place. Something isn’t adding up,” said Caddell.

To him, that means there is a trend going on that has not been fully captured in the polls.

“Something is going to happen here, I just sense it,” he said.

That something, he said, could be from Trump, who on Friday in North Carolina promised “Brexit times five.”

Either “Hillary will glide into the White House, or we’re headed for one of the greatest shocks in American politics. I think it’s a very close call. I think the shock potential is enormous,” he said.

Caddell is not alone. Veteran pollster John Zogby noted the immense strength of Trump’s support.

“I’ve been doing this a long, long time and these races go up and down and up and down,” Zogby said. “We still have 18 days to go, that means 18, maybe 36 news cycles as well.”

Zogby noted the depth of support for Trump.

“You see still a very passionate Donald Trump support. I see three credible polls that are out there that show Donald Trump getting 85, 89 percent of Republican support, winning among whites, winning by double digits among men, leading in two of those polls tied in another,” Zogby said.

“For the umpteenth time, it’s way too early and we don’t know who’s going to vote,” he insisted. (For more from the author of “Pollster Tells America to Be Ready for a Shock on Election Day” please click HERE)

Secret Recording Shows Bill Clinton Admitting He Wishes He Slept With More Women

A secretly recorded phone conversation from 1991 between former President Bill Clinton with his alleged former mistress Gennifer Flowers has been newly released to author and radio host, Aaron Klein.

The conversation took place two months after Clinton had announced his bid for the presidency. Flowers claims she was no longer romantically involved with Clinton at the time of their conversation and was dating another man.

In the conversation, Clinton discussed various women with which he had been accused of engaging in extramarital affairs.

Flowers: I talked to David Watkins. I have a little company with a guy named (name redacted) and (name redacted) called Concepts Plus, that does jingles…

Clinton: Yeah. Beautiful (name redacted).

Flowers: Yes, beautiful.

Clinton: The one I allegedly had an affair with?

Flowers: B.B., (name redacted), uh, anyway. Beautiful (name redacted)…anyway…

Clinton: The only time I ever saw her was at the inaugural. She was so good looking I wished it was true.

Flowers told Breitbart News how she felt during her conversation with Clinton.

“Because, you know, it wasn’t gross locker talk, but it was just kind of that tone. And it was irritating me because but not because it was making me jealous. It was just irritating me that he was doing it. Being disrespectful to her because, you know, she was a great person.”

At one point, Clinton joked that he once told Bill Simmons he wished he had slept with all the women that were mentioned.

Clinton: Bill Simmons read me the list. I said, “God, Bill, I kinda hate to deny that.”

Flowers: You know what I said? I said, “At least he’s an equal opportunity f—er!” (laughter)

Clinton: I’ve got good taste.

Flowers had already made parts of her recorded tape public back in the 1990s. She claimed she had a 12-year affair with the former president and told Klein Friday that her “heart sunk” when she realized that Clinton was going to stay married after she had already become pregnant with his baby.

Flowers claimed that Clinton personally paid her $200 to get an abortion, and described the process to Klein as “not only physically painful but it was very psychologically painful.”

“Understand that when these tapes were made from the very beginning Bill and I were no longer seeing each other,” Flowers told Breitbart. “And I felt like several times in those tapes he was trying to make me jealous because he was talking about other women. About being beautiful. And I clearly felt that he was trying to make me jealous. Because he had let me know that if I change my mind he was there.”

Flowers also commented on the section of the tape in which Clinton stated “I’ve got good taste,” which was his response to the list of five alleged mistresses.

“Well, if I hadn’t been recording him, I would have told him that he was a jackass,” she said. “That he could quit talking like that. You know, at that point, I didn’t want to make myself look bad, but had I been able to really talk freely, I would have said, ‘you can knock that off. It’s not funny.’”

In an exclusive interview with the Daily Mail in 2013, Flowers said she believed that she and Clinton would still be together today, were it not the birth of his daughter, Chelsea.

“We have some unresolved issues that it would be nice to sit down and talk about now. He was the love of my life and I was the love of his life and you don’t get over those things,” she said then.

The topic of infidelity has been a reoccurring theme during this general election. Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump has accused Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton of being an “enabler” during his slew of sexual crimes and infidelities.

In an interview with Fox News Channel’s Ainsley Earhardt on Monday, Melania Trump claimed that bringing up Clinton’s past affairs was reasonable because they have done it to her.

“So they — they’re asking for it?” Earhardt asked.

“They’re asking for it. They started,” she said. “They started from the — from the beginning of the campaign putting my — my picture from modeling days. That was my modeling days, and I’m proud what I did. I worked very hard.”

Several racy photos of Trump’s modeling days have been used as smear campaigns throughout the election. In March and July, photos of her nude where used in both newspapers and anti-Trump advertisements.

The Clintons appeared in January 1992 on 60 Minutes, where the former president denied a relationship with Flowers. He later admitted to one sexual encounter with Flowers in a 1998 deposition for the Paula Jones lawsuit — another woman he was accused of sexually harassing. Joe Miller: Murkowski Has Been A ‘Big Part Of Problem’ In DC

Our nation and state are clearly on the wrong path. Alaskans feel it: mounting national debt, steep deficits, social unrest, and an economy that has all but flat-lined.

Unfortunately, Lisa Murkowski has been a big part of the problem, and to borrow a phrase from Ronald Reagan, “I cannot and will not stand by and see this great country destroy itself.”

Murkowski stated earlier this month she “cannot and will not support” Republican nominee Donald Trump for president, meaning she presumably would rather see Hillary Clinton occupy the Oval Office.

As Chief Executive, Clinton will fill the Supreme Court and the rest of the federal bench with liberal justices, while taking America further down President Obama’s road to ruin.

During the last session of Congress, Murkowski voted with President Obama 72 percent of the time, making her the most liberal “Republican” senator up for re-election.

Because of her votes in Congress, the senator received an “F” rating from Conservative Review coming in below liberal New York Democrat Charlie Rangel.

Murkowski also garnered failing grades from Heritage Action and FreedomWorks. Family Research Council also gave her an “F” and National Right To Life, did so as well during the last session of Congress.

Meanwhile, NARAL Pro-Choice America recognized Murkowski as being an abortion supporter, giving her an 80 percent rating for her votes in 2014. Just this past December, Murkowski offered legislation, along with Sen. Susan Collins of Maine, seeking to block Republican efforts to defund Planned Parenthood.

This is not the record of the “Conservative Voice for Alaska” Lisa Murkowski claims to be in campaign ads.

Despite being from the Last Frontier, “Murkowski acts like a Republican from New Jersey,” conservative radio talk show host Mark Levin charged on his program a few weeks ago when he endorsed my candidacy.

Murkowski’s liberal, big government credentials are long-standing. While serving as a state legislator, she co-sponsored legislation to take part of your PFD and use it to fund state government and also voted to institute a state income tax.

Earlier this year, she suggested that your PFD should be on the table as a possible solution to the government’s spending addiction.

Her record in Washington on issues that specifically impact Alaska is no better. The senator voted to confirm anti-gun Attorney General Eric Holder and anti-development, radical environmentalist Sally Jewell to be Secretary of the Interior.

Under Jewell’s leadership, Alaskans saw control of another 100 million acres of their land ceded to the federal government over just the last few months.

Nearly two-thirds of Alaska’s territory is already controlled by the feds, ranking second only to Nevada. Washington, D.C. should not be taking more of our land, it should be relinquishing it, as the Statehood Act (1958) requires.

Murkowski facilitated this most recent land grab in her position as chair of the Senate appropriations subcommittee on the Interior and Environment, when she voted to fund the very program that is responsible for the theft.

If you grant me the honor to serve as your next United States Senator, I’ll fight to protect your interests, not special interests.

The Constitution will be the North Star that guides my decisions.

You have my word that I will stand up to the Establishment, in both parties, and be relentless in the fight to restore our nation to its constitutional foundations, where government is once again the servant, and not the master.

I will fight to rescind all of President Obama’s unconstitutional executive orders, including executive amnesty. Americans shouldn’t lose their jobs or see their pay held down due to cheap, illegal labor.

Further, the administration’s Islamic refugee resettlement must end, unless a means to adequately vet individuals seeking entry can be but in place.

Our foremost liberty is the right to life. I am the only U.S. Senate candidate that has been endorsed by Alaska Right to Life and Alaska Family Action.

The Second Amendment is essential to our liberty, and I will oppose all efforts to thwart this fundamental right. I am the only candidate in the race backed by Gun Owners of America.

As a veteran (endorsed by Combat Veterans for Congress) who has used Veterans Administration medical services, I will be tireless in ensuring our nation keeps its promises to those who have served our nation in uniform.

It is time for Alaskans to take control of our destiny. With courage and hard work, the fortunes of America and Alaska can turn again. I believe a return to constitutional government can restore the nation we know and love.

I would be honored to have your vote on November 8th.

Wikileaks Confirms Damning Veritas Videos. Ted Cruz Demands Criminal Investigation

New Wikileaks revelations from John Podesta’s emails seem to confirm, at least in part, the veracity of Project Veritas’ findings during an undercover sting investigation that resulted in the firing of two Democratic operatives.

Earlier this week, Project Veritas Action President James O’Keefe released a two-part video series featuring Democratic operatives explaining their efforts to incite violence at Donald Trump rallies and commit voter fraud.

In the organization’s first video, paid activist Zulema Rodriguez describes a particularly notable 1 p.m. phone call with the Clinton campaign and the DNC. Rodriguez claims to be one of the rioters present during the violent confrontations in Chicago in March that led to the cancellation of a Trump rally. As the Project Veritas video reveals, some of the agitators were paid to do so by Democratic operatives, and their operations were coordinated on said phone call.

While working at Democracy Partners, a consulting group, party operative Robert Creamer also makes reference to this phone call in the video, describing how the Clinton campaign discusses “the focuses that need to be undertaken each day” with their activists.

Now what seems like reference to this very same conference call can be found in one of Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta’s leaked emails:

“Reminder — Trump Rapid Response/Bracketing Call — Today – Tues – May17 – 1PM Eastern … Including updates on plans for Trump appearance at NRA Convention Friday…. and New Jersey on Thursday,” an email from Creamer to individuals working for the Clinton campaign reads (emphasis mine).

If indeed this is the same call that Creamer and Rodriguez make reference to in Project Veritas’ video, then it is clear that the DNC has been implicated in illegal activities and Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign is well due for an investigation.

Senator Ted Cruz, R-Texas (A, 97%) is wasting no time.

As RedState noted, Creamer — a convicted felon and husband of Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky, D-Ill. (F, 22%) — has personally visited President Barack Obama at least 45 times.

All the circumstantial evidence is undeniably damning. An individual linked to allegations of voter fraud and voter intimidation meeting with the president of the United States demands strict and immediate scrutiny by law enforcement — perhaps even the appointment of a special prosecutor, to ensure the integrity of the entire process.
