Lawmakers Introducing Bill Protecting Children With Down Syndrome From Extermination

Members of Congress will be reintroducing a ban on abortion based on a prenatal diagnosis of Down syndrome on Friday, the same day as the virtual March for Life.

The legislation being introduced by Rep. Ron Estes, R-Kan., and Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Okla., would permit relatives of aborted children killed based on a Down syndrome diagnosis to bring civil action against the abortion performers. The bill specifies that the mother of the child cannot be prosecuted.

Children with Down syndrome are being targeted and exterminated at alarming rates. In the United States, 67 percent of babies with a Down syndrome diagnosis are aborted. In European countries, it’s worse. A disturbing 98 percent of babies with this diagnosis are aborted in Denmark and nearly 100 percent in Iceland. . .

If passed, the upcoming bill, endorsed by Susan B. Anthony List, National Right to Life, and National Pro-Life Alliance, will help curtail the genocidal annihilation of some of the least powerful people among us. ‘Catholic’ Biden Marks Roe V. Wade Anniversary With Pledge to Make Abortion Available for ‘Everyone’

President Joe Biden, who calls himself Catholic, marked the 48th anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision that brought legal abortion to all of America with a pledge that he will make sure that “everyone” who wants it has access to the procedure of killing their preborn children.

“In the past four years, reproductive health, including the right to choose, has been under relentless and extreme attack. We are deeply committed to making sure everyone has access to care — including reproductive health care — regardless of income, race, zip code, health insurance status, or immigration status,” said Biden via a White House Press Office statement that was attributed to both Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris.

“The Biden-Harris Administration is committed to codifying Roe v. Wade and appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe. We are also committed to ensuring that we work to eliminate maternal and infant health disparities, increase access to contraception, and support families economically so that all parents can raise their families with dignity. This commitment extends to our critical work on health outcomes around the world,” the statement continued.

“As the Biden-Harris Administration begins in this critical moment, now is the time to rededicate ourselves to ensuring that all individuals have access to the health care they need,” the statement concluded. Disturbing: Pro-Abortion Protesters Storm Pro-Life Mass in Ohio (VIDEO)

A group of pro-abortion activists … stormed St. Joseph Cathedral in downtown Columbus, Ohio, and disrupted a pro-life Mass that was being celebrated at the time.

During Mass, which was celebrated by local Bishop Robert J. Brennan, eight activists rushed into the Cathedral and then paraded around the pews before reaching the altar, displaying posters with messages that read: “Fund abortion, not cops,” and, “Abortion on demand, end Hyde now.”

The Hyde Amendment is a legislative provision barring the use of federal funds to pay for abortion, with the exception of certain cases like incest or rape. Pro-abortion President Joe Biden had long supported the Hyde Amendment, but in 2019 changed his position to appease radical pro-abortion voters.

The mostly female group inside St. Joseph Cathedral chanted, “Two, four, six, eight, this Church teaches hate,” as they marched around the church before scuffling with police and security, who were trying to escort the protestors out. Biden to Reverse Policy Preventing Taxpayer Dollars From Funding Abortions Abroad

President Biden is set to allow federal funds to be used for abortions abroad, by rolling back the Mexico City Policy renewed by the Trump administration, Dr. Anthony Fauci said.

“It will be our policy to support women’s and girls’ sexual and reproductive health and reproductive rights in the United States, as well as globally,” Fauci said during remarks to the World Health Organization. “To that end, President Biden will be revoking the Mexico City Policy in the coming days, as part of his broader commitment to protect women’s health and advance gender equality at home and around the world.”

Biden Plans to Immediately Reinstate Taxpayer Funding for Abortions Here and Abroad

As President Joe Biden rushes to undo the Trump administration’s policies, pro-abortion changes are taking priority.

One of the first directives Biden and his team plans to examine and reverse is the Mexico City policy, originally implemented by Ronald Reagan and reinstated by President Donald Trump. The current policy bans U.S. foreign aid from being directed to organizations that perform abortions, but under the Democrats’ executive control and with the support of Planned Parenthood, the policy will be undone.

Planned Parenthood President and CEO Alexis McGill Johnson told NBC News that the new access to executive power is “tremendously exciting” and hailed the Biden administration as “champions … who understand what needs to happen in the first 100 days.”

In a similar move, Biden also promised to reinstate federal funding to the United Nations Population Fund, which offers resources to women and young girls around the world to obtain abortions, after Trump cut the United States’ flow of resources to the program in 2017.

The encouragement from the largest baby-killing organization in the nation aligns well with the Biden team’s abortion agenda, which also includes plans to “restore federal funding for Planned Parenthood” by removing Trump’s blocks on facilities in the Title X program from referring individuals to providers who perform abortions or from performing abortions themselves. Report: Multiple Infants Born Alive During Botched Abortions in Texas in 2019

Multiple infants were born alive after botched abortions in Texas, a new report indicates.

According to statistics from Texas Health and Human Services, abortion facilities and physicians each reported at least six infants were born alive during abortion attempts in the state in 2019 — an increase by at least two from the previous year.

In 2019, Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed a bill requiring physicians present during a botched abortion must “exercise the same degree of professional skill, care, and diligence to preserve the life and health” of a baby born alive as if it were delivered under normal circumstances. Physicians are also required to facilitate the immediate transfer of the infant to a hospital. Violators of this law risk being fined at least $100,000 and being charged with a third-degree felony.

Texas State Rep. Jeff Leach, who authored the legislation, called for an investigation into the care provided to the 2019 babies born alive despite attempts to abort them, saying that the numbers in the report should “shock the collective conscience of the Lone Star State.”

“I call on the Texas Attorney General and appropriate law enforcement agencies, with the full weight and force of Texas law, to investigate and unleash holy hell on those responsible for these heinous crimes,” Leach wrote.

Vatican: Coronavirus Vaccines ‘Morally Acceptable,’ Even From Aborted Babies

The Vatican announced Monday that it is “morally acceptable” for Roman Catholics to receive vaccines that used cell lines based on research from aborted babies.

“It is morally acceptable to receive COVID-19 vaccines that have used cell lines from aborted fetuses” in research and production when “ethically irreproachable” vaccines are not available, the Vatican concluded according to the Associated Press. The Vatican emphasized, however, that “licit” uses of these vaccines “does not and should not in any way imply that there is a moral endorsement of the use of cell lines proceeding from aborted fetuses.”

The potential that the highly anticipated coronavirus vaccines would use cells from aborted babies posed weighty moral problems for many Americans who object to abortion — particularly Catholics, since the Catholic Church says abortion is a “crime against human life.”

The COVID-19 vaccines that have begun to be distributed in various countries will probably have used cell lines “drawn from tissue obtained from two abortions that occurred in the last century,” the Vatican said, according to the AP. The Vatican also emphasized that “health authorities do not allow citizens to choose the vaccine with which to be inoculated,” the publication reported.

Disturbing Billboards in U.S. Boast Satanic Temple’s ‘Religious Abortion Ritual’

Abortion industry giant Planned Parenthood has been working with the Satanic Temple to fight state abortion restrictions. . .

According to a press release, one of the TST billboards says, “Pregnancy complications are the sixth most common cause of death among women ages 20 to 34. Abortions save lives!”

In the second billboard, a woman tells her friend she does not have to undergo the waiting period for her abortion because she is a satanist.

Both billboards state, “Our abortion ritual averts many state restrictions.”

“We want our members to know that performing our religious abortion ritual means they do not have to fulfill regulations that require them to violate their religious beliefs when they have decided to terminate their pregnancy,” said Sydney Goodwin, TST’s religious reproductive rights spokesperson. Extreme Leftist Posts, Then Deletes Bragging About Christmas Tree Topped With Abortion Clamps

A pro-abortion activist posted, then deleted, a photo of an abortion clinic’s Christmas tree topped with two Sopher clamps instead of the traditional star or angel during the 2020 Advent season.

“IT IS LITERALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO TOP OUR TOPPER,” pro-abortion activist Michael Saenz bragged in the now-deleted tweet, which he ended with the hashtags #ProAbortion, #Abortions, and #Christmas.

Sopher clamps are used by abortionists performing second-term Dilation and Evacuation (D&E), or dismemberment, abortions, when the unborn babies are too large to simply be suctioned apart and out of the uterus.

Democrats Roll Out Extreme Abortion Agenda at Hearing To Ignite Hyde Amendment Repeal

On Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. House Democrats, led by Connecticut Rep. Rosa DeLauro, will convene a hearing that will ignite their extreme abortion agenda, including their goal of repealing the Hyde Amendment and forcing American taxpayers to fund abortions.

“The Hyde amendment is a discriminatory policy and one that is routinely considered — every year as a legislative rider — but we are in a moment to reckon with the norm,” tweeted DeLauro, incoming chair of the House Appropriations Committee, November 30.

The hearing of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies is titled “The Impact on Women Seeking an Abortion but are Denied Because of an Inability to Pay.”

“Because of Hyde, too many are hostage to their geography,” DeLauro said. “In the coming Congress, the House spending bill will not include it.”
