Heinous Senate Bill Enables Splicing Murdered Babies With Animals

The U.S. Innovation and Competition Act, or so-called “Endless Frontier Act,” has been lauded as a force against China’s technological dominance, but it’s turning into a giant pile of special-interest pork that increases taxpayer outlays for grotesque medical research that splices the bodies of animals with those of aborted human babies.

After weeks of Senate floor debate and more than 600 proposed amendments, the Senate will vote on the bill, first introduced by Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Sen. Todd Young, R-In., this Tuesday. Growing concern from Senate Republicans over its ethical and practical effectiveness and its $250 billion spending surge has undercut support for the bill.

The bill’s purpose has been watered down by special interest groups undergoing a feeding frenzy on a rare bill that seems likely to pass a narrowly divided Congress. . .

In May, Senate Republicans proposed an amendment that would prohibit the use or development of human-animal chimera, The Federalist reported. Chimera are essentially human-animal hybrids Frankensteined together in labs.

Under this bill, the scandal-plagued National Institute of Health (NIH) would receive billions of dollars for relatively unprotected research. According to guidelines that the NIH will most likely adopt, set by the International Society for Stem Cell Research, “in vitro culture of chimeric embryos (human cells into non- human embryos),” is permitted and allowed, and such research is “reportable, but not typically reviewed by a specialized oversight process.” (Read more from “Heinous Senate Bill Enables Splicing Murdered Babies With Animals” HERE)

Disturbing: Christian Doctor Ordered Not To Provide Life-Saving Treatment

A Christian doctor has been ordered by a medical tribunal in the United Kingdom not to provide life-saving treatment to women who seek his help while an investigation is conducted.

Officials at Christian Concern explained Dr. Dermot Kearney, a former president of the Catholic Medical Association, is considering how to challenge the punishment imposed by the Medical Practitioners Tribunal Service.

He was accused of providing prescriptions to women who had taken the first of two chemicals that are described as an abortion-pill process.

“It is believed to be the first time a medical doctor has been prohibited from providing a treatment that saves lives,” Christian Concern explained in a report.

Kearney has been ordered not to provide that treatment to women for up to 18 months during an investigation. (Read more from “Disturbing: Christian Doctor Ordered Not To Provide Life-Saving Treatment” HERE)

Biden’s $6 Trillion Spending Proposal Forces American Taxpayers to Fund Abortions

President Joe Biden’s $6 trillion spending proposal will force American taxpayers to fund abortions after removing the Hyde Amendment.

Since the 1970s, Congress has included the Hyde Amendment in spending bills to prevent taxpayer dollars from funding abortions except if the mother’s life is in danger, she was raped, or there was incest. Biden’s newest spending plan excludes this provision protecting Americans’ consciences and instead reinstates giving federal finances out to cover killing babies.

Studies show that Americans largely oppose funding abortions in the United States and overseas but Biden’s commitment to appeasing pro-abortion activists and progressives appears to outweigh public opinion.

“For more than four decades, the Hyde family of pro-life policies has kept American taxpayers out of the abortion business, with the Hyde Amendment itself saving nearly 2.5 million lives. The Biden budget throws that longstanding, bipartisan consensus out the window to fulfill a campaign promise to the radical abortion lobby,” said Susan B. Anthony List President Marjorie Dannenfelser. (Read more from “Biden’s $6 Trillion Spending Proposal Forces American Taxpayers to Fund Abortions” HERE)

Texas Becomes Latest State to Pass Pro-Life Heartbeat Bill

Texas governor Greg Abbott (R.) signed a bill banning abortions after a fetal heartbeat is detected, making Texas the latest in a growing number of Republican-controlled states cracking down on abortions.

The new law, set to take effect in September, bans abortions after the detection of a fetal heartbeat, which can be as early as six weeks into a pregnancy. The legislation differs from other “heartbeat” bills by allowing private citizens to sue abortion providers if they believe the provider violated the ban. The only exception to the ban is an abortion performed in a medical emergency.

“Our creator endowed us with the right to life, and yet millions of children lose their right to life every year because of abortion. In Texas, we work to save those lives,” Abbott said at the bill signing. (Read more from “Texas Becomes Latest State to Pass Pro-Life Heartbeat Bill” HERE)

Supreme Court Tees up To Review Abortion Bans in Mississippi Case

The U.S. Supreme Court agreed to take up a case examining whether Mississippi’s pro-life ban on elective abortions 15 weeks into pregnancy is unconstitutional.

This particular restriction in Missippi was first enacted in 2018 and allowed abortions after the 15-week date for “medical emergencies” and “severe” fetal abnormalities. Lower courts, however, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, blocked the law and ruled that it places an undue burden on women who want to abort their child after the state’s deadline.

By choosing to take up Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, justices on the Supreme Court are teeing up to reevaluate “whether all pre-viability prohibitions on elective abortions are unconstitutional” and potentially change how landmark abortion cases such as Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey affect Americans.

Pro-life activists celebrated the decision as a step in the right direction to ban abortion altogether.

State Steps In When Feds Give Title X Money To Abortionists

President Trump successfully had worked to make sure federal Title X taxpayer money was not being used to fund abortions.

Joe Biden, when he moved into the Oval Office, immediately reversed that. It’s one of nearly a dozen ways President Biden is moving to cement a “legacy of death,” as critics have described.

But now one state has started a movement to protect its own taxpayers from that burden anyway.

Montana Gov. Greg Gianforte on Thursday signed his state Legislature’s HB620, sponsored by Rep. Amy Regier, that ensures taxpayer dollars funding Title X family planning programs are kept separate from abortion-related activities.

“Taxpayers shouldn’t be forced to subsidize the dangerous work of abortionists. HB 620 helps ensure that Montana women and families maintain access to quality, comprehensive healthcare, including family planning services,” said Denise Burke, a senior counsel to the Alliance Defending Freedom. Donald Trump to Speak at Pro-Life Summit

A half-dozen potential 2024 Republican presidential contenders are speaking Monday and Tuesday at the Susan B. Anthony List’s Pro-Life Leaders Summit in Palm Beach, Fla.

Headlining Monday’s session at the conference of social conservative activists and leaders is former President Trump, who has repeatedly flirted with making a 2024 presidential run.

Also speaking Monday, according to a schedule that was shared first with Fox News, are Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis and Sen. Rick Scott, whom pundits consider potential presidential contenders in the next White House race.

Sen. Tim Scott of South Carolina is scheduled to keynote Tuesday’s session. Seen as a rising star on the right, Scott’s seen that star shine brighter the past couple of days, following his GOP rebuttal last week to President Biden’s address to a joint session of Congress. The speech by Scott, the only Black Republican in the Senate, won rave reviews by many conservatives.

Sens. Ted Cruz of Texas and Marco Rubio of Florida, 2016 GOP presidential candidates who are considered potential 2024 contenders, will also address the conference on Tuesday. Former Vice President Mike Pence – who has long spotlighted his faith and values and who chose the Palmetto Family Council, a conservative Christian nonprofit based in South Carolina, as the group to whom he would give his first post-vice presidency speech – will address the SBA List gathering via video. Texans Vote to Make City Largest Sanctuary for the Unborn

Texans voted overwhelmingly to make Lubbock a “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” by outlawing abortion.

The ordinance makes Lubbock, which has a 2019 population of 229,943, the largest city to ban abortion in the country. Before Lubbock, the largest city to pass a similar ordinance was Big Spring, Texas, which has an estimated population of 28,187, KWKT-TV reported. There are 22 smaller cities in Texas and two in Nebraska that passed “Sanctuary City for the Unborn” legislation. Lubbock is the only town with an active abortion clinic to pass the ordinance, according to KLBK-TV.

The Lubbock County Elections Office released the voting results for the Sanctuary City for the Unborn ordinance, which easily passed by a 62.46% to 37.54% margin, according to the Dallas Morning News.

The ordinance states, “Abortion at all times and at all stages of pregnancy is declared to be an act of murder.”

“It shall be unlawful for any person to procure or perform an abortion of any type and at any stage of pregnancy in the City of Lubbock, Texas,” the ordinance reads. “It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly aid or abet an abortion that occurs in the City of Lubbock, Texas.” (Read more from “Texans Vote to Make City Largest Sanctuary for the Unborn” HERE)

Magazine Slammed For Article Asking If Having a Baby Is ‘Environmental Vandalism’

A British Vogue article caught the ire of the internet for asking the question, “Is having a baby in 2021 pure environmental vandalism?” The author suggested that people should consider the “current climate emergency” before procreating, despite that she had already given birth to a baby and saying that she would gladly bring another human being into the world.

“For the scientifically-engaged person, there are few questions more troubling when looking at the current climate emergency than that of having a baby,” Nell Frizzell wrote in the fashion magazine. “Whether your body throbs to reproduce, you passively believe that it is on the cards for you one day, or you actively seek to remain child-free, the declining health of the planet cannot help but factor in your thinking.”

Frizzell claimed that before she got pregnant that she “worried feverishly about the strain on the earth’s resources that another Western child would add,” including the food he ate and the electricity the baby would use. The writer also panicked over a possible dystopian future on a planet with no water and crops that her son would live in decades from now when he is an elderly man.

Frizzell’s Malthusian argument was challenged by Human Progress, an organization that presents evidence from individual scholars, academic institutions, and international organizations to show “dramatic improvements in human well-being throughout much of the world.”

Florida House Passes Bill Banning Abortions on Babies With Down Syndrome

A bill in the Florida legislature would protect unborn babies with Down syndrome and other disabilities from eugenic, discriminatory abortions. And the Florida state House just gave it a vote to send it to the state Senate.

Pro-life state House Bill 1221 passed the full House 77-44. If enacted, the legislation would prohibit abortionists from doing abortions if the reason is because an unborn baby has been diagnosed with a disability, such as Down syndrome. Exceptions would be allowed if the mother’s life is at risk.

“For those of you that feel as strongly as you do that abortion is health care, there are many of us that don’t feel that the killing of a child can ever be health care, and we feel just as strongly as you do in your beliefs,” said Rep. Erin Grall, R-Vero Beach, according to the News Service of Florida.

Grall is the lead sponsor of the bill. State Sen. Ana Maria Rodriguez, R-Doral, filed an identical bill, Senate Bill 1664, in the Florida Senate. (Read more from “Florida House Passes Bill Banning Abortions on Babies With Down Syndrome” HERE)
