New Bill Would Legalize Abortions up to Birth, Allow Infanticide

Massachusetts abortion activists upped the pressure this week on state lawmakers to pass a bill legalizing abortions for basically any reason up to birth.

Masquerading their deadly agenda as a fight for women’s health care, state Attorney General Maura Healey, Rep. Ayanna Pressley and city councilors Michelle Wu and Lydia Edwards launched a social media campaign Monday to support the bill, The Boston Globe reports.

Dubbed the Roe Act, the bill would eliminate basically all regulations and restrictions on abortion in Massachusetts. It would allow abortions up to birth, even if there is no physical threat to the mother’s life, and could put young sexual abuse victims at greater risk by eliminating the state parental consent requirement.

Massachusetts Citizens for Life said the bill allows for “passive infanticide” as well by not requiring medical care for a baby born alive after an abortion.

The pro-abortion campaign, paid for by NARAL Massachusetts, attempts to hide the bill’s extremism in a series of videos and ads. Man Repeatedly Raped Teen Girl, Forced Her to Have Abortion. Abortion Clinic Never Reported Rape

A young Florida teenager who went missing for nearly a year allegedly was raped and forced to abort her unborn baby by a man twice her age, according to police.

Now, questions are being raised about whether the abortion facility reported the suspected abuse to authorities.

The Sun Sentinel reports police found the 15-year-old girl and her alleged abuser, Christopher Johnson, 30, of Davie, Florida, last week after the girl’s mother found pornographic images of her daughter online. . .

Police said they found paperwork from an abortion facility in Johnson’s apartment. It is not clear if the abortion facility, which is not named in reports, alerted authorities about the suspected abuse of the young girl. . .

The reports raise questions about whether the girl may have been found sooner if the abortion facility had reported the suspected abuse to authorities. It is not clear if it did. Judge Blocks Alabama’s Abortion Ban

On Tuesday, a federal judge blocked Alabama’s abortion ban, which was scheduled to be implemented on November 15 and would make Alabama the first state in the United States to make abortion illegal. The American Civil Liberties Union of Alabama and Planned Parenthood Southeast Advocates had filed suit claiming the legislation, which was signed into law last May, was unconstitutional.

As AL.com reports, Judge Myron Thompson of the District Court for the Middle District of Alabama stated of Alabama’s Human Life Protection Act, which would charge doctors with a felony for performing abortions unless the mother’s life was in danger or the baby was still born or likely to die just after its birth: “’The court is persuaded that the plaintiffs are likely to succeed in showing that the Act violates an individual’s constitutional right to obtain a pre-viability abortion, and thus that it violates her constitutional rights.” He concluded:

Alabama’s abortion ban contravenes clear Supreme Court precedent. It violates the right of an individual to privacy, to make “choices central to personal dignity and autonomy”(Casey, 505 U.S. at 851) … It diminishes “the capacity of women to act in society, and to make reproductive decisions.” (Id. at 860). It defies the United States Constitution. The court will, therefore, enter an appropriate order preliminarily enjoining enforcement of the Act as applied to pre-viability abortion.

The Daily Mail noted, “Tuesday’s injunction will ensure that the suit can move forward and upward through the court system – including, quite possibly, the Supreme Court – before coming into effect. Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has long been prepared for that possibility. Kanye West Slams Democrat Party Leaders: They Are ‘Making Us Abort Our Children’

Kanye West slammed abortion and pro-abortion Democratic politicians last week in an interview promoting his first Christian album, “Jesus is King.”

West is the husband of Kim Kardashian and a well-known abortion supporter and often controversial celebrity who visited President Donald Trump in the White House last fall. He recently said he became a Christian, and his latest comments have some speculating that he may have become pro-life, too.

“Democrats had us voting Democrat for food stamps for years, bro,” the rap star told radio host Big Boy last week, according to Live Action. “What you talking about? Guns in the ’80s, taking the fathers out of the home, Plan B, lowering our votes, making us abort our children…. I can’t tell y’all how to feel. But what I can tell you honestly is how I feel.”

For years, black pro-life advocates like Dr. Alveda King have been calling out racial targeting by the abortion industry and the Democrat leaders who support it. Research by Protecting Black Life found that 79 percent of Planned Parenthood surgical abortion facilities are located within walking distance of African American and/or Hispanic/Latino communities. Statistics also indicate that black women have a disproportionately high number of abortions compared to other racial groups.

Couple Adopts After Pro-Life Photo Went Viral

A Virginia couple who went viral earlier this year with their pro-life plea to pregnant women has had their dreams answered.

Blake and Sarah Thomas, of Radford, posted a photo on Facebook about nine months ago pleading expectant mothers to not have an abortion. . .

They had posted the image in response to the passing of a New York bill on the anniversary of Roe v. Wade that legalizes abortion up to birth in many cases. . .

Soon after the post went viral, the Thomas’ agreed to adopt a child, but that fell through. To their surprise and joy, the mother decided to keep and parent the baby.

“We recently felt God burdening our hearts for older orphans, specifically boys who statistically are the least likely to be adopted,” Sarah Tomas said. “We’re so excited to meet him and we’re amazed by how God has already filled our hearts with love for this boy on the other side of the world that we’ve never met.” (Read more from “Couple Adopts After Pro-Life Photo Went Viral” HERE)

Gay 2020 Candidate Says Americans Should Be Forced to Fund Abortions

Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana introduced an action plan for women as he campaigns for the Democrat nomination for president. Sadly, that action plans assumes women can only be empowered by helping them kill their children and forcing Americans to fund abortions.

His proposal to secure “power for women in the 21st century” is centered on a repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which protects Americans from directly funding abortions via their tax dollars.

“Progress for women has come despite systemic sexism and racism, and persistent gender bias,” Mr. Buttigieg said. “And now, with women’s rights under assault, we can’t wait any longer to ensure women have the power they deserve.”

But Buttigieg thinks the way to empower women is by having them kill their children with taxpayer funded abortions.

Disgusting New List Ranks the Best and Worst Cities to Kill Babies in Abortions

. . .[A] disturbing new list from the National Institute for Reproductive Health highlights cities that make it easy to abort unborn babies. Fast Company reports the pro-abortion group ranked 50 U.S. cities based on 34 different indicators, including how much they promote abortion access.

The “top” city for killing unborn babies is San Francisco, with New York City and Chicago close behind, according to the list. Boston, Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon, Seattle and Washington, D.C. also ranked near the top. The city with the lowest score was Billings, Montana. Others near the end included El Paso, Texas, Las Vegas and Omaha, Nebraska, the report continues.

“We hope that people will use the Local Reproductive Freedom Index to take a close look at their own communities and use it as an inspiration and a set of guideposts for what could be possible,” said Andrea Miller, president of the National Institute for Reproductive Health.

She specifically highlighted Columbus, Ohio, for doing more to promote abortion by enacting a buffer zone around city abortion facilities. Buffer zones violate free speech rights and reduce access to pregnancy/parenting support information by blocking peaceful pro-life advocates from reaching out to women before they go inside. City Cuts Ties with Nearly Half of the U.S. Because of ‘Restrictive Abortion Laws’

The city of San Francisco will no longer conduct business with 22 states that have laws limiting the ability of women to obtain abortions, city official announced Wednesday, according to Newsweek. . .

“Every day in this country, women’s reproductive rights are threatened, and we have to fight back,” San Francisco Mayor London Breed said in a statement. “Just as we restricted spending with states that have laws that discriminate against LGBTQ people, we are standing up against states that put women’s health at risk and that are actively working to limit reproductive freedoms.”

City employees will be prohibited from business travel to states on the list, and from making deals with companies headquartered in those states. The city ordinance targets states that have laws limiting abortion before viability—widely considered to be 24 weeks. From the city’s statement:

“In recent years, states across the country have passed a growing number of restrictive abortion laws. In accordance with Supervisor Brown’s ordinance, we identified state laws that prohibit abortion before viability and have recommended that these states be added to the City Administrator’s list,” said Dr. Emily Murase, Director of the Department of the Status of Women. “If any company that is headquartered in the listed states wants to continue doing business with the City, we encourage them to stand up for reproductive rights and advocate for a change to their state law. We applaud Supervisor Brown for her leadership in authoring this ordinance and for continuing San Francisco’s long history of fighting for women’s rights.”

Planned Parenthood Doctor Admits: Strong Demand for Aborted Babies’ Livers, Kidneys, Intestines

A Planned Parenthood doctor has revealed that there is a strong demand for aborted babies’ livers and kidneys from organizations that harvest the bodies provided by the abortion giant.

Dr. Thomas Moran was giving evidence in a lawsuit the organization has filed against David Daleiden and his colleagues over undercover videos that show Planned Parenthood senior executives negotiate over the sale of body parts from abortions.

Moran, who is a medical director of Planned Parenthood Southwest, San Diego, told the court about how he ended up being secretly recorded while talking to Daleiden and other undercover researchers at a Planned Parenthood Conference in 2015.

Moran agreed that the undercover researchers did not seek him out; rather, Moran and his colleagues approached the booth where Daleiden and his associates were posing as legitimate tissue and organ buyers. . .

Staffer Was Ready to Harvest Baby’s Body Parts During Late-Term Abortion but ‘the Baby Just Fell out’

Planned Parenthood called their third and fourth witnesses in the trial involving its lawsuit against the Center for Medical Progress (CMP) yesterday. As you are likely aware, Planned Parenthood sued CMP following the release of videos showing PP doctors haggling over the price of baby body parts.

The third witness was Adrian Lopez, who serves in the U.S. Navy as a hospital corpsman in the Neonatal ICU at Balboa Naval Hospital in San Diego. As part of his duties, Lopez cares for babies born at 21-22 weeks gestation—the same age as many of the babies whose organs are sold for profit. Planned Parenthood attorneys grilled Lopez for his role in the undercover videos, even though Lopez had little to do with the planning or execution of the sting operation. . .

During cross-examination, however, Lopez was able to share with the jury an incident involving a “procurement technician” who harvests organs from aborted babies:“There was mention of a woman, a patient being so dilated that when they get in the stirrups, the fetus falls out.”

Defendant Sandra Merritt testified regarding the same incident last week, saying “…she was standing out in the hallway waiting to harvest human body parts and that it was so quick, much faster. I think three minutes that — where she’s strapped in and ready for the abortion, but the baby just fell out.
