‘Ding-Dong Ditch’ Goes Sideways Yet Again as Teen Gets Shot Amid Popular Prank, Officials Say

Once again, the popular “ding-dong ditch” prank — in which young people bang on front doors of homes, typically late at night, and run away — has ended with a teenager getting shot.

Sheriff Mike McCormick of Garland County, Arkansas, said a 16-year-old male suffered a gunshot wound during a reported “ding-dong ditch” prank in the area of Marion Anderson Road on Feb. 27.

The sheriff said the 911 Communications Center late in the evening received multiple complaints of vehicles in the area with subjects wearing hoods and masks who were kicking and hitting residential doors.

While patrol deputies were performing an initial investigation, officials said they received another report about a subject who suffered a gunshot wound and was at a local hospital.

Sheriff’s office investigators responded in order to collect surveillance, witness statements, and related evidence, officials said, and they determined that reports of subjects kicking and hitting residential doors and the shooting were related incidents.

Father Who Allegedly Killed Daughter’s Accused Rapist Running For Sheriff In Arkansas

A man who has been charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing a man accused of raping his daughter announced Friday that he is running for sheriff in Lonoke County, Arkansas.

Aaron Spencer shared a video Friday to his Facebook page announcing his campaign. In the video, Spencer said he wants to “restore trust” in law enforcement.

“I’m the father who acted to protect his daughter when the system failed… Through my own fight for justice, I have seen firsthand the failures in law enforcement and in our circuit court. And I refuse to stand by while others face these same failures.”

“This campaign isn’t about me; it’s about every parent, every neighbor, every family who deserves to feel safe in their homes and safe in their community. It’s about restoring trust, where neighbors know law enforcement is on their side and families know they will not be left alone in a moment of need,” Spencer said in the same video.

According to court documents, Spencer was charged with second-degree murder and a firearm enhancement in the death of Michael Fosler. Fosler had been charged with sexual offenses against Spencer’s daughter and was out on bond. Teen Who Stormed Arkansas Airport With AR-Style Rifle and Demanded a Plane Stopped by ‘Heroic’ Armed Pilot

A 15-year-old boy stormed a small regional airport in Arkansas with an AR-style rifle while demanding a plane — until he was stopped by a “heroic” pilot who ran and grabbed his own gun, according to officials.

The unidentified teenager entered Signature Aviation, a business at the Texarkana Regional Airport, around 7:30 a.m. Tuesday and approached the front counter flashing the rifle and a handgun, demanding an aircraft and access to the airfield, according to police and airport officials.

The teen loaded a round in the chamber, sending staff members running to a back office, where they locked the door and called police, the airport told CNN.

The boy then left and headed toward the airfield, where he was spotted by a local private pilot.

The pilot ran and grabbed his own gun from his truck, then confronted the boy and ordered him to the ground, officials said.

The teen complied and was eventually taken into custody by Texarkana police — who found another shotgun in a vehicle seemingly used by the 15-year-old suspect, the airport said. Teacher at Bill Clinton’s Arkansas Church Charged With Sexually Abusing Boy for Years

A teacher in Arkansas has been charged with sexually abusing a 15-year-old boy while volunteering at a local church, RadarOnline.com has learned. Reagan Gray, 26, was arrested earlier this month for allegedly carrying on a sexual relationship with the teen for years.

Gray met the child at the Immanuel Baptist Church in Little Rock, the hometown congregation of former president Bill Clinton.

The teen’s parents reported Gray to the church’s senior pastor in 2020 after finding explicit text messages on his phone, according to local station THV11.

Gray reportedly claimed her relationship with the child was not “physical,” but she was suspended from the student ministry and ordered to undergo counseling. Law enforcement officials intervened in February when they learned Gray was allegedly still contacting the boy via Snapchat. . .

A church leader also reportedly told investigators that Gray had allegedly admitted during a counseling session last year that her relationship with the teen was sexual. (Read more from “Teacher at Bill Clinton’s Arkansas Church Charged With Sexually Abusing Boy for Years” HERE)

Airport Executive Shot During Wild Firefight With Feds

An executive at an Arkansas airport was hospitalized Tuesday after wild firefight with federal agents attempting to search his home, according to a statement from Arkansas State Police.

At 6 a.m. on Tuesday morning, agents from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives arrived at the home of Bryan Malinowski, the executive director of the Bill and Hillary Clinton Airport in Little Rock, with a warrant to search his residence.

ATF agents reported being fired upon, and then returned fire. One ATF agent sustained what police called a “non-life-threatening gunshot wound.”

53-year-old Malinowski, who the ASP identified as the shooter, sustained multiple gunshot wounds, including a life-threatening injury to the head, according to his brother, Matthew Malinowski. (Read more from “Airport Executive Shot During Wild Firefight With Feds” HERE)

Judge Blocks Law Allowing Librarians to Be Criminally Charged Over ‘Harmful’ Materials

Arkansas is temporarily blocked from enforcing a law that would have allowed criminal charges against librarians and booksellers for providing “harmful” materials to minors, a federal judge ruled Saturday.

US District Judge Timothy L. Brooks issued a preliminary injunction against the law, which also would have created a new process to challenge library materials and request that they be relocated to areas not accessible by kids.

The measure, signed by Republican Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders earlier this year, was set to take effect Aug. 1.

A coalition that included the Central Arkansas Library System in Little Rock had challenged the law, saying fear of prosecution under the measure could prompt libraries and booksellers to no longer carry titles that could be challenged.

The judge also rejected a motion by the defendants, which include prosecuting attorneys for the state, seeking to dismiss the case. (Read more from “Judge Blocks Law Allowing Librarians to Be Criminally Charged Over ‘Harmful’ Materials” HERE)

‘Gender-Affirming Surgery’ Puts a Feel-Good Phrase on Child Butchery

A decision by a Federal judge in Arkansas isn’t always a matter of great importance. But this week one was. The judge in question struck down Arkansas’ ban on “gender-affirming care” for minors.

Arkansas was the first state to pass such a ban, although 18 states have passed similar laws, including Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma and Texas. All have been criticized by the White House. President Biden has called such bans “outrageous” and “immoral.” . . .

But what all this points to is not a normal political disagreement. It gets to the root of one of the most wicked things going on in our day. Something that future generations will look back on with amazement and horror. I guarantee that within even just a few years people will say of this era “What were they thinking?”

Let’s start with that innocent-sounding phrase “gender-affirming care.” It sounds so nice doesn’t it? Who doesn’t want to “affirm” people? Especially minors. . .

Because let’s remind ourselves what this “gender-affirming care” actually consists of. It consists of telling confused and often deeply unhappy children that their problems can all be sorted out if they decide that they were born in the wrong body and that this is fixable. Child Support Case Judge Threatens Hunter Biden With Jail Time

An Arkansas judge on Monday issued an order threatening Hunter Biden with up to a year of prison time and a $20,000 fine if he fails to provide financial information and appear in court next month to answer questions from the counsel of his child’s mother.

Last year, Hunter Biden opened up his paternity agreement with Lunden Roberts, the mother of his child, citing “a substantial material change” in his “financial circumstances, including but not limited to his income.” Hunter Biden’s payments are $20,000 per month, a calculation based on income.

Hunter Biden’s financials could reveal information about his family’s business deals and his anonymous art sales.

For example, they could reveal how much Hunter Biden earned from his interest in BHR Partners, a Chinese state-backed investment fund founded just days after Hunter and President Joe Biden visited China in 2013. Hunter Biden held a ten percent stake in BHR Partners through an entity called Skaneateles LLC. Documents obtained by Breitbart News revealed Skaneateles LLC is controlled by Kevin Morris, Hunter’s top attorney, who also paid Hunter’s IRS debts. Arkansas GOP Governor Vetoes Child-Protecting Transgender Health Care Bill

Arkansas’ Republican governor on Monday vetoed an anti-transgender health care bill that would’ve prohibited physicians in the state from providing gender-affirming “procedures” for trans people under age 18.

Gov. Asa Hutchinson told reporters that he killed HB 1570 because the bill “would be and is a vast government overreach” and because it would’ve created “new standards of legislative interference with physicians and parents as they deal with some of the most complex and sensitive matters involving young people.”

The governor called the legislation “a product of the cultural war in America,” adding that his veto comes even though he believed the bill was “well-intended.” . . .

The governor predicted during his remarks that the state’s Republican-controlled General Assembly “will likely override” his veto, noting it takes only a simple majority to do so. (Read more from “Arkansas GOP Governor Vetoes Transgender Health Care Bill” HERE)
