BOO HOO: Obama Responds to Trump Killing His Iran Deal

On Tuesday, former president Barack Obama, eschewing the time-honored practice of refraining from criticizing his successor (as exemplified by George W. Bush), hastily issued a statement condemning President Trump for quitting the very Iran nuclear deal (JCPOA) that Obama and his administration lied about in order to sell to the American public.

Obama hilariously claimed, “The reality is clear. The JCPOA is working – that is a view shared by our European allies, independent experts, and the current U.S. Secretary of Defense. The JCPOA is in America’s interest – it has significantly rolled back Iran’s nuclear program.”

Obama added that some of the countries of Europe have signed on to the deal in the belief that the Iranians (who have proven to be liars) can be trusted: “Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America’s closest allies, and an agreement that our country’s leading diplomats, scientists, and intelligence professionals negotiated.”

He didn’t mention that even Saudi Arabia and the UAE approved of Trump’s decision, not to mention Israel.

Abstinence Gets a Boost: Trump Announces Huge Change to Obama-Era Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program

By The Daily Wire. The federal Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program (TPPP) that was established in 2010 by the Obama Administration is undergoing massive changes toward abstinence education, the Trump Administration announced on Friday. The program doles out funding to schools and individual communities to combat teen pregnancy with “comprehensive sex-education.”

According to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Obama-era program has been ineffective at best.

The omnibus spending bill funded TPPP with $108 million for fiscal year 2018, but in an effort to effectively reduce teen pregnancy and advance sexual health, such grants will now be attached to abstinence-focused education per the administration . . .

An August press release from the HHS claimed that the Obama-era program negatively affected teen behavior and was a waste of taxpayer dollars. “Overall, of the 37 funded and evaluated projects, 73% either had no impact or had a negative impact on teen behavior, with some teens more likely to begin having sex, to engage in unprotected sex, or to become pregnant. Trump Admin Announces Abstinence-Focused Overhaul of Teen Pregnancy Program

By The Hill. The Trump administration will shift federal funding aimed at reducing teen pregnancy rates to programs that teach abstinence.

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced Friday the availability of grants through the Teen Pregnancy Prevention Program, (TPPP) a grant program created under former President Obama that funds organizations and programs working to reduce teen pregnancy rates.

Trump’s HHS announced, however, that unlike under the Obama administration, grants will be geared toward organizations that teach abstinence education to teens instead of the comprehensive sex ed approach the previous administration supported.

In a funding announcement released Friday, the administration announced two tiers of funds for the TPP program.

Murder, Rape and Suicide: How an Obama Era ‘Diversity’ Directive Ushered Injustice Into Our Public Schools

When a policy intended to create racial equality treats students differently based on the color of their skin and buries serious wrongdoing in the name of diversity, real victimhood is ripe for the making and injustice is bound to flourish.

An Obama-era diversity-themed education directive has been doing just that, according to educators, anti-school violence advocates, and guardians of student victims. Whistle-blowers have uncovered the ushering in of seemingly avoidable rapes, sexual assaults, suicides, murders, and vicious bullying within the halls of our public schools due to a threatening federal guidance issued in 2014.

Education Week explains that the civil rights guidance, which was jointly issued by the Departments of Education and Justice, “put schools on notice that they may be found in violation of federal civil rights laws” or denied federal grants “if they enforce intentially discriminatory rules or if their policies lead to disproportionately higher rates of discipline for students in one racial group, even if those policies were written without discriminatory intent.” . . .

Nicole Landers, a pediatric nurse, mother of six, and advocate against school violence, told The Daily Wire that her fiftth grade daughter Tama shared her story of being sexually assaulted in school to Secretary DeVos at the meeting. Landers’ daughter was the only student victim in attendance; other victims were represented by their guardians . . .

Landers succinctly concluded, “However these guidelines were intended, we can’t speak to; the outcome of these guidelines is that all the children are getting hurt,” she explained. “The offending students are not getting identified, assessed and getting appropriate intervention; the victimized students are getting repeatedly victimized; the educators are living in fear of trying to do anything disciplinary in their classrooms for fear of being labeled discriminatory in their actions; the principals are terrified of the central office, so they’re suppressing the data and putting pressure on the teachers to do the same; and the states are worried about the loss of grant funds and CVR investiagtions.” (Read more from “Murder, Rape and Suicide: How an Obama Era ‘Diversity’ Directive Ushered Injustice Into Our Public Schools” HERE)

Obama Judges Rule That 40-Foot Cross Monument Honoring Soldiers Killed in World War I Is ‘Unconstitutional’

It is quite possible that the greatest legacy of President Trump may be his tremendous success in changing the face of the American judiciary, as his record-setting performance in getting conservative jurists into the judiciary has been nothing less than stellar.

To understand how vital Trump’s actions have been, consider this: the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently refused to reconsider a 2-1 ruling of a 4th Circuit panel last fall that ruled the World War I memorial Peace Cross in Bladensburg, Maryland, was “unconstitutional.”

Never mind, as The Daily Signal pointed out, that the 40-foot cross had stood there since 1925, funded by the American Legion and local families in 1925; never mind that the cross features a plaque listing the names of 49 Prince George’s County men who were killed in World War I; the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled against the cross.

And here’s the key point: six of the eight judges that ruled against the cross were appointed by Barack Obama. The ruling was ultimately 8 to 6 against reconsidering the original court’s ruling. In addition, the two judges, Stephanie D. Thacker and James A. Wynn, who comprised the 2-1 majority in the October ruling, were put on the bench by Obama . . .

Report: Obama Admin. Risked SS Benefits of Americans to Give ‘Dreamers’ Amnesty

The Obama administration risked the Social Security benefits of millions of Americans to advance DACA amnesty, a Temple University law professor claims.

Jan Ting, writing in the Washington Times, says the Obama administration secretly ended a policy to prevent Social Security fraud, all to ensure that illegal immigrants eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program were not dissuaded from applying to the program because they’ve used false Social Security numbers.

Noting that the Social Security Administration estimates that three out of every four illegal aliens possess Social Security numbers fraudulently, Ting explains how this became a problem for the Obama administration’s DACA amnesty.

“When U.S. Citizen and Immigration Services (USCIS) began accepting DACA applications on Aug. 15, 2012, applicants were required to complete a standard work authorization form that required applicants to ‘include all [Social Security] numbers [they] have ever used.’ In other words, many DACA applicants would have been obliged to confess in writing that they had committed a felony,” Ting writes.

Recognizing that many potential DACA recipients would not sign up for the program and risk being caught committing fraud, the Obama administration announced it was “not interested” in identifying cases of SSN fraud. Going further, the Obama Social Security Administration was ordered to “suspend its decades-old practice of notifying employees by mail if the name and SSN under which their wages were being reported by their employers did not match the name and SSN in the SSA’s own records,” according to Ting.

The public was not told. Worse, American Social Security benefits were put at risk.

Many SSN “mismatches” are due to identity fraud, which means that many Dreamers were at risk of receiving mismatch letters from the SSA. Since awareness that they had been “flagged” as identity thieves might well have dissuaded them from disclosing their whereabouts in a DACA application, suspension of the SSA program was a logical add-on to the other actions taken by the administration to prevent fear of identity-theft prosecution from depressing DACA applications.

However, many “mismatches” are due, not to fraud, but to inadvertent errors in the tax-reporting forms that the worker supplied to the employer or the employer supplied to the SSA. (A very common error is the use of a married name by a female worker who did not notify the SSA of her name change.) Mismatch letters were therefor[e] a vital tool for protecting the Social Security benefits of U.S. citizens and other lawful workers. If the worker was unaware of the mismatch and had no opportunity to correct the error, he or she would receive no Social Security benefits on account of the reported wages. (emphasis added)

The Obama administration stopped enforcing the law by notifying employers of instances of Social Security mismatch. As a result, millions of Americans may have had their Social Security benefits endangered, all because the lawless Obama administration made amnesty for illegal immigrants a priority.

The reason we know about this is infuriating. Ting explains that “the fact of the suspension was buried in a footnote to an SSA Records Maintenance notice and, until now, was virtually unknown outside the SSA.”

Social Security benefits of American citizens were put at risk for amnesty, and the Obama administration couldn’t be bothered to tell anyone outside a footnote in a government report. Unbelievable. Obama Whines About the Internet Giving News He Doesn’t Like

Speaking at the Fourth Global Opinion Leaders Summit in Japan over the weekend, former President Barack Obama lamented the wide array of news sources that exist now as opposed to the days when three television networks controlled the dispensing of news, opined that his administration had shut the Iranian nuclear program down, and bragged about his “calm” demeanor.

Obama complained about the rise of the internet and the plethora of news sites nowadays:

There’s a viciousness to politics and a polarization — very sharp lines that are drawn that make it more difficult to govern. And some of the reason for that is, I think because of information. It used to be that in the United States that there were three television stations, basically everybody watched the same thing, everybody got their news from the same sources, and so everybody had more or less a similar view of the world. But today because of, first cable television, and then now the internet, people have 500 channels to choose from. And they are able to find the news that fits their views instead of fitting their views to the news, so that they are very biased in terms of how they see things.

Dude Who Claimed Sex With Obama Is Livid at Media’s Obsession With Stormy Daniels

The man, who once claimed without evidence to have had sex with former President Barack Obama, is now livid the media and public are believing adult film star Stormy Daniels’ relationship with President Donald Trump.

Larry Sinclair, a 50-something-year-old man, alleged he had sexual relations with Obama in 1999. The story included a limousine, cocaine and a host of other interesting tidbits. There are few reports of the incident because Sinclair could never provide hard evidence, and he has a very long rap sheet.

News broke in early January that Trump’s lawyer paid Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, a large sum in order to keep her affair with the president secret.

Michael Cohen, a longtime lawyer for the Trump Organization, was reportedly the architect of the $130,000 payment to Stephanie Clifford in October 2016. Clifford alleged the sexual encounter with the president occurred in July 2006, when she and the president met at a celebrity golf tournament in Lake Tahoe . . .

“Stormy Daniels is being pimped and pimping the media now, and it’s lining her pockets,” Sinclair told the Washington Examiner. “I believe she had sex with him. Do I believe she’s trying to twist and add to it to benefit her interests? Facebook Allowed Obama Campaign to Access Personal Data; Radio Show Host Explodes Facebook Controversy

By Daily Mail. Facebook allowed the Obama campaign to access the personal data of users during the 2012 campaign because they supported the Democratic candidate according to a high ranking staffer.

Carol Davidsen, who worked as the media director at Obama for America and has spoken about this in the past, explained on Twitter that she and her team were able to ingest massive amounts of information from the social network after getting permission from Facebook users to access their list of friends.

‘Facebook was surprised we were able to suck out the whole social graph, but they didn’t stop us once they realized that was what we were doing,’ wrote Davidsen.

She wrote that, not only did Facebook not try to stop them, but the company said they’d made a special exception for them.

Radio Show Host Explodes Facebook Controversy

By WND. Reuters jumped in to attack, stating: “Facebook Inc’s shares fell more than 4 percent … after media reports that a political consultancy that worked on President Donald Trump’s campaign gained inappropriate access to data on 50 million Facebook users.”

The report said even “the head of European Parliament said on Monday that EU lawmakers will investigate whether the data misuse has taken place, adding the allegation is an unacceptable violation of citizens’ privacy rights.” . . .

But what really was the “inappropriate access” or the “data misuse”?

Figments of strong imaginations, apparently, contends talk-radio host Rush Limbaugh.

“Facebook is not a victim here, and Cambridge Analytica is by no means the only entity which has Facebook’s own data collection,” he said Monday. “Facebook collects the data. Why Oprah Is Worse Than Obama

. . .Liberals buzzed about Oprah Winfrey possibly running for president in 2020 after she gave a phony, preacher-style speech at the Golden Globe Awards. She congratulated Hollywood women for accusing men of sexual harassment in the latest trend called “Me Too” or “Time’s Up” – a movement to destroy all men and get rid of due process.

At first, Oprah said she doesn’t have it in her “DNA” to run for president. But with so many people saying they’d support her, she’s thinking about it. She said that she would need to hear from “God” very clearly in order to run . . .

If you want to know what liberal black women do when in charge, just look at any ghetto in America, where black women run the homes. The children are out of control. The men are weak. Gangs, drugs and violence rule the areas. Black women vote for liberal Democrats – at a rate of 98 percent in Alabama’s recent election – and evil people worship them for doing so . . .

Oprah props up transgenders and homosexuals as “enlightened” people living “authentically,” such as Janet Mock, a black man who thinks he’s a woman. Barack Obama pushed transgenders in the military, put them in the wrong bathrooms and locker rooms, gave “sex-change” treatment to criminals, and let Chelsea Manning out of prison early. He made wrong people feel right (as Oprah called it, living “your truth”), but he attacked decent people as wrong.

Obama declared in a speech that illegal aliens wouldn’t receive socialized health care. Rep. Joe Wilson shouted, “You lie!” Wilson was right; despite lip-service wording in the Affordable Care Act, hundreds of millions of dollars went to give Obamacare to illegals. House Intelligence Chair: Proof Obama Colluded With Russia, Compromised US Security

By WND. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is blaming former President Obama for being in cahoots with Russia for eight years and setting the stage for orchestrating a conspiracy theory of collusion between Moscow and Donald Trump during the 2016 election.

“We went through a whole European infrastructure consolidation process of military installations across Europe, abandoned a lot of abilities in the North Atlantic to track Russian subs,” Nunes said. “We actually had the president of the United States, who said on a hot mic to the prime minister of Russia at the time, ‘Just tell Vladimir to wait after the election.’ That was President Obama who said that. So who created this Russian threat? Who? It was the last administration that put us in this position.”

Nunes also turned up the pressure on the Democratic Party and the media in his point-by-point refutation of the recently released memo by the House Intelligence Committee minority.

“We actually wanted this (memo) out,” said Nunes, R-Calif. “It’s clear evidence that the Democrats are not only covering this up, but they’re also colluding with parts of the government to cover this up.” . . .

Obama Colluded With Russia FOR REAL; Here’s the Proof

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton huddled with Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov, and together they pressed a red button that should have been labeled “Reset” in Russian. Instead, Hillary’s aides had mislabeled it with the Russian word for “Overload.” Regardless, once pushed, the button symbolized a red dawn of increasingly cozy U.S.–Russian affairs.

Obama announced on September 17, 2009, that he would cancel President George W. Bush’s plan to station missile-defense systems in Poland and the Czech Republic. “This is a U-turn in U.S. policy,” complained former Czech ambassador to Washington Alexander Vondra. “Russia had furiously opposed the project, claiming it targeted Moscow’s nuclear arsenal,” added Luke Harding and Ian Traynor of London’s Guardian. “Obama’s climb-down is likely to be seen by Russia as a victory.” Indeed, Vladimir Putin applauded Obama’s strategic abandonment of the Poles and Czechs. The Russian strongman said: “I do anticipate that this correct and brave decision will be followed by others.”

. . .Rosatom, the Russian State Atomic Energy Corporation, announced plans on June 8, 2010, to buy a 51.4 percent stake in Uranium One — a Canadian company whose international assets included some 20 percent of America’s reserves of the active ingredient in atomic reactors and nuclear weapons. This $1.3 billion purchase of a strategic-commodity company required the approval of the mysterious Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States. Hillary was one of nine federal-agency chiefs on CFIUS. Three weeks later, Bill Clinton keynoted a Moscow conference staged by a Kremlin-tied investment bank that promoted Uranium One’s acquisition. Renaissance Capital paid Clinton $500,000 for his one-hour speech that June 29. CFIUS’s evaluation of Rosatom’s offer, Clinton Cash author Peter Schweizer observed, coincided with “a spontaneous outbreak of philanthropy among eight shareholders in Uranium One.” Then-chairman Ian Telfer gave the Clinton Foundation and the Clinton Giustra Sustainable Growth Initiative $3.1 million. Founder Frank Giustra gave the Clinton Foundation $131.3 million. Before, during, and after CFIUS’s review, Schweizer calculates, “shareholders involved in this transaction had transferred approximately $145 million to the Clinton Foundation or its initiatives” . . . CFIUS let Rosatom purchase a majority stake in Uranium One. Subsequent investments pushed the Kremlin’s share of Uranium One to 100 percent by January 2013. Soon after taking total control of Uranium One, Rosatom CEO Sergei Kiriyenko crowed: “Few could have imagined in the past that we would own 20 percent of U.S. reserves.”

Obama clearly signaled the Kremlin that the Russian collusion would continue in his second term. At a March 26, 2012, meeting in Seoul, South Korea, an open microphone captured his conversation with Medvedev, which neither knew was being recorded. Obama asked for Russia’s patience, “particularly with missile defense.” Obama added: “This is my last election. . . .
