Campus Stabber’s Manifesto Included ‘Praise for Allah,’ Plan for Beheading

A handwritten manifesto carried by a California college student whose stabbing spree Wednesday left four wounded bore names of his targets, a vow “to cut someone’s head off” and as many as five reminders to “praise Allah,” law enforcement authorities told FoxNews.com, while insisting that neither terrorism nor religion appear to be motives in the attack.

In the two-page document found in Faisal Mohammad’s pocket by the county coroner, the 18-year-old freshman wrote a numeric list outlining his plans of who he wanted to kill, and how, including beheading and shooting his victims, Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke told FoxNews.com.

“No. 27 was to ‘make sure people are tied down,’ No. 28 was “sit down and praise Allah,’” Warnke said. “I remember seeing four or five times, scribbled on the side of the two-page manifesto, where he wrote something like ‘praise Allah.’” . . .

Mohammad’s intended bloodbath began around 8 a.m.,when he burst into his classroom with an 8-inch hunting knife. Police said it would have continued – and possibly claimed lives – if he hadn’t been interrupted by a construction team, and then shot dead by police.

“There was a gruesome statement he made about wanting to cut someone’s head off and kill two people with one bullet, and he planned to shoot the police,” Warnke said. “He did not have a firearm with him and didn’t seem to have a lot of experience with firearms because he thought he could kill two people with one bullet. He reminded himself in the list to raise the gun slowly. He scripted everything out in chronological order.” (Read more from “Campus Stabber’s Manifesto Included ‘Praise for Allah,’ Plan for Beheading” HERE)

Nearly 600 Earthquakes Within Three Weeks in California

A total of 583 small earthquakes have shaken San Ramon, California, in the last three weeks or so – more than five times the record set 12 years ago, according to the latest US Geological Survey updates.

“It’s the swarm with the largest number of total earthquakes in San Ramon,” said USGS scientist David Schwartz, who is more concerned about the size of quakes than he is the total number of them. Still, the number tops the previous record set in 2003, when 120 earthquakes hit over 31 days, with the largest clocking in at a magnitude of 4.2.

The largest magnitude earthquake in the current swarm, which began on Oct. 13, is a magnitude 3.6. (Read more from “Nearly 600 Earthquakes Within Three Weeks in California” HERE)

Details From the Horrific Stabbing by Muslim College Student Emerge

The 18-year-old freshman who stabbed four people on the University of California Merced Wednesday intended to shoot people, attack a police officer, and target a specific person who kicked him out of a study group, the Merced County Sheriff’s Office announced late Thursday.

The findings come after a coroner performing an autopsy on Faisal Mohammad found the suspect’s manifesto on his body, according to Merced County Sheriff Vern Warnke.

Mohammad listed the intended targets by name in the manifesto, and planned to tie students to desks while drawing out police to steal a gun and shoot people, Warnke said . . .

Mohammad, who was killed by campus police, was described by at least one witness as smiling as he slashed at victims, called a loner by a fellow dorm resident and drew praise Thursday from a Twitter account associated with ISIS, which just last week released a series of videos calling for lone wolf stabbing attacks . . .

“May Allah accept him,” read a tweet in Arabic from a Twitter account that terrorism experts say has carried previous ISIS propaganda, just minutes after Mohammad’s name was divulged by campus authorities. (Read more from “Details From the Horrific Stabbing by Muslim College Student Emerge” HERE)

Sex Ed? L.A. Suspends Use of Schools for Film Sets After Discovering Porn Shoot

The Los Angeles Unified School District has suspended commercial filming on its campuses after local media revealed that film shoots – including one of a pornographic film – disrupted classrooms and damaged school property.

L.A. schools Supt. Ramon C. Cortines authorized the district’s inspector general to examine filming activities after it was discovered that the porn shoot took place at the historic Hamilton High back in 2011.

“It is important that we ensure teaching and learning are not disrupted, and that all filming activity is appropriate for our schools,” Cortines said in a statement released Thursday to the Los Angeles Times. “As an organization responsible for educating students, it is essential that we hold ourselves and our schools to a high standard.”

A local television station reported that permits and district records indicate that producers of the 2012 release, “Revenge of the Petites,” paid cash to film on Hamilton’s campus on two consecutive Saturdays in October 2011 and also filmed a car wash scene featuring public nudity in the school’s parking lot.

District officials told local NBC4 news that the pornographic filmmakers misled them, and that district officials would never have approved a shoot if they had known the real nature of the movie. Calif. Mom Claims Retailer Booted Her for Complaining About Man in Girls’ Restroom

A California mom who says she was recently kicked out of a sporting goods store after alerting a manager that [a] man had frightened her young daughter in the women’s restroom is demanding answers – and a policy change – from the Washington-based chain.

The woman, who spoke to FoxNews.com but asked not to be identified, said she was shopping with her 12-year-old daughter and the girl’s younger friend when her daughter told her what had happened moments earlier at an REI sporting goods store during a shopping trip in late August.

“We started to drive to another store and she said to me, ‘Mom, I need to tell you something,’” said the woman. “I asked her what was wrong and she told me ‘A man used the bathroom while we were in there and it scared me.’”

When the mother turned the car around and went back to the store to confront the manager of the Santa Rosa store, she said she was stunned to learn that the man, who she said was not dressed in women’s clothes and did not appear outwardly to be transgender, had done nothing wrong in the eyes of the employees and other customers.

“I spoke with the manager and told her what happened,” the mother said. “She didn’t skip a beat. She told me that REI does not decide who people are or what they can do.” (Read more from “Calif. Mom Claims Retailer Booted Her for Complaining About Man in Girls’ Restroom” HERE)

California Lake Mysteriously Runs Dry Overnight Leaving Residents Looking for Answers

A Northern California reservoir ran dry overnight, killing thousands of fish and leaving residents looking for answers.

While a $3.5 million drought safety net at Folsom Lake finishes, a lake in another part of the state is left high and dry.

Thousands of fish lay dead in what used to be Mountain Meadows reservoir also known as Walker Lake, a popular fishing hole just west of Susanville . . .

Residents say people were fishing on the lake last Saturday, but it drained like a bathtub overnight. Bauer has lived near this lake his entire life. This is the first time he’s ever seen it run dry. He and other residents want answers . . .

At Folsom Lake, workers are finishing work on floating barges that would pump water to the city of Folsom and the prison if the lake gets too low for the water to flow through an intake valve. An insurance policy that may be put into use soon. (Read more from “California Lake Mysteriously Runs Dry Overnight Leaving Residents Looking for Answers” HERE)

Growing Number Believe California’s Drought Is a Government Conspiracy

conspiracy-34There is a growing, underground movement of people who believe California’s drought is part of a government conspiracy instead of a naturally occurring event from a lack of rain during the last four years.

The movement’s leader, Dane Wigington, says he’s putting his life on the line to reveal a truth that will shake society to its core.

From the outside, it’s clear the hundreds showing up beat to a different drum. But stepping inside a packed Redding auditorium is like walking into another world. Outlandish ideas like weather warfare and climate engineering—in other words, weather control—are accepted as basic fact.

“Climate engineering is the single greatest assault on the environment ever launched by humanity, without question,” he said . . .

He claims grainy, shaky video is part of a mountain of evidence showing shadowy government forces are using planes to secretly spray fine particles of heavy metals like aluminum into the sky. The purpose, they believe, is to block some of the sun’s direct rays from reaching the earth in a desperate attempt to slow global warming. Legionnaires’ Disease in California Prison: Six Cases at San Quentin Prompts Safety Measures for 3,700 Inmates

rtx19kj8Officials at one of California’s most notoriously dangerous prisons Sunday sought to determine the source of a Legionnaires’ disease outbreak. There have been six confirmed cases of the severe respiratory illness at San Quentin State Prison, but none was fatal, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation said in a statement.

Since discovering its first case Aug. 26, the prison placed approximately 51 inmates under observation for the respiratory illness. Confirmed cases have been treated at hospitals outside the prison while all unconfirmed cases were being treated at San Quentin’s on-site medical unit, officials said Sunday.

Legionnaires’ disease, a form of pneumonia, is caused by bacteria found in water systems such as cooling towers and is carried via steam, mist and moisture. The bacteria is inhaled and is not spread through human-to-human contact. The cases in California come a few weeks after official in New York City confirmed 12 deaths caused by the disease in the South Bronx, a city borough north of Manhattan.

At San Quentin, officials said they have limited water use at the prison “to eliminate the spread of the bacteria.” Portable shower units arrived at the prison Saturday, which prison personnel have distributed to allow in-cell bathing until normal water use resumes. Inmates also are being served boxed meals “to avoid exposure to steam and mist during cooking operations.” (Read more from “Legionnaires’ Disease in California Prison: Six Cases at San Quentin Prompts Safety Measures for 3,700 Inmates” HERE)

California Officials Considering Using This to Spy on Residents

camera_man_spying_from_carUnder a new proposal, sanitation workers could be picking up much more than trash during their weekly visits to residents’ homes.

Officials in San Jose, California, are working on a proposal to increase Big Brother’s spying powers by affixing law enforcement license plate readers to city garbage trucks.

According to a proposal from San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo and Councilmen Johnny Khamis and Raul Peralez, the city wants to place license readers with the ability to send real-time information to the police to the front of each of the privately operated sanitation vehicles collecting trash in the city . . .

Northern California-based ACLU privacy attorney Chris Conley noted that the scheme would provide police with far more information than leads on stolen vehicles.

“If it’s collected repeatedly over a long period of time, it can reveal intimate data about you like attending a religious service or a gay bar,” the attorney told a local reporter. “People have a right to live their lives without constantly being monitored by the government.” (Read more from “California Officials Considering Using This to Spy on Residents” HERE)

California Plans to Take Land for Huge Water Tunnels

640x0 (1)State contractors have readied plans to acquire as many as 300 farms in the California delta by eminent domain to make room for a pair of massive, still-unapproved water tunnels proposed by Gov. Jerry Brown, according to documents obtained by opponents of the tunnels.

Farmers whose parcels were listed and mapped in the 160-page property-acquisition plan expressed dismay at the advanced planning for the project, which would build 30-mile-long tunnels in the delta formed by the San Joaquin and Sacramento rivers.

“What really shocks is we’re fighting this and we’re hoping to win,” said Richard Elliot, who grows cherries, pears and other crops on delta land farmed by his family since the 1860s. “To find out they’re sitting in a room figuring out this eminent domain makes it sound like they’re going to bully us … and take what they want.” (Read more from “California Plans to Take Land for Huge Water Tunnels” HERE)
