Appeals Court Upholds Josh Duggar’s Conviction for Downloading Child Sex Abuse Images

A federal appeals court on Monday upheld Josh Duggar’s conviction for downloading child sexual abuse images, rejecting the former reality television star’s argument that a judge should have suppressed statements he made to investigators during the search that found the images.

A three-judge panel of the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected the appeal by Duggar, whose large family was the focus of TLC’s “19 Kids and Counting.” Duggar was convicted in 2021 and is serving a 12 1/2-year prison sentence.

Federal authorities investigated Duggar after Little Rock police detective found child sexual abuse material was being shared by a computer traced to Duggar. Investigators testified that images depicting the sexual abuse of children, including toddlers, were downloaded in 2019 onto a computer at a car dealership Duggar owned. Elementary School Assistant and ‘Drag Mom’ to 11-Year-Old Child Drag Queen Sentenced to Prison for Child Sex Crimes

A self-described “drag mom” and former instructional assistant at an elementary school in Oregon will spend less than a year after being found guilty of 11 felony child sex crimes.

Last year, the Lane County Sheriff’s Office received tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force accusing Kelsey Meta Boren of uploading child porn to the internet, according to KDRV-TV.

While executing a search warrant at Boren’s home, detectives said they found “evidence indicating that Boren has utilized the internet on numerous occasions to distribute and exchange pornographic images of children.” . . .

Before her arrest, Boren frequently posted photos on social media of herself with an 11-year-old girl, who is also a child drag performer named Vanellope MacPherson DuPont. In the social media posts, Boren reportedly referred to herself as the child’s “drag mom.”

Two months after her arrest, Boren participated in a drag queen event that featured a Vanellope MacPherson DuPont at Old Nick’s Pub in Eugene, Oregon. What’s Jail Like for Two Accused Child Rapists?; How Did an Accused Child Rapist Adopt Two Children?

Part 1 laid out the horrifying facts of the child-prostitution case, Part 2 explored the LGBTQ pedophile ring’s reach, and Part 3 shined a spotlight on the state’s failure to protect the two little boys from suffering through serial sexual abuse allegedly committed by their gay activist fathers, who became their adoptive parents thanks to Georgia’s courts and child-welfare system. . .

Since they’re being prosecuted as co-defendants, the adoptive fathers are housed separately while in pre-trial detainment.

An out-of-county transfer placed Zachary “Zack” Jacoby Zulock in Barrow County Detention Center’s “maximum” security unit “due to the nature of the charges.” Zachary appears to be experiencing what’s colloquially called “jail justice,” part of an honor code amongst inmates and a brand of justice directed at offenders who would harm children in any way: child murderers, rapists, and molesters, a.k.a. “ChoMos.” In terms of the lock-up’s pecking order, they’re the lowest rung on the hierarchical ladder.

Meanwhile, the most William Dale Zulock Jr. is contending with is his dietary restrictions in Walton County Jail.

Zachary told his relative, who exclusively shared their series of taped jailhouse calls from the fall of 2022 with Townhall, he’s fearful that a fellow cellmate laced his drink. “Umm, I think someone put something in my drink,” Zachary suspected in an October phone call, elucidating: “There was a comment made to me last night. Someone tried to give me something, and when I didn’t, the way [the inmate] said it, like, ‘You want another one?’ And I was like, ‘Another one? How Did an Accused Child Rapist Adopt Two Children?

By Townhall. . .In the latest installment of the Zulock horror story, we’re exposing everything we learned about the faith-based special-needs adoption agency that the same-sex couple used to adopt the two boys; the role that Georgia’s child-welfare system played in placing the children, who are back in foster care, in an abusive household; and the lack of accountability across the board. . .

More than a decade ago, there was a 2011 probe into Zachary’s alleged pedophilic behavior when he was accused of luring a 14-year-old boy to a residence in Walton County, the same jurisdiction as today’s horrifying child sexual abuse case, and having anal sex with the underage victim. But, the 2011 child rape case was shut down and no charges were pursued against Zachary. . .

Alcovy Judicial Circuit District Attorney Randy McGinley, who serves Walton County, has now formally asked the Walton County Sheriff’s Office to continue its previous probe because he believes “it was closed without a whole lot of investigation into it.” . . .

In 2018, the Zulock co-defendants adopted the two brothers through All God’s Children, Inc., a now-defunct private special-needs adoption agency in Watkinsville, which focused on children in the state who have “waited the longest” to be placed with a family. . .

The brothers, now ages 9 and 11, already came from a broken home where their biological parents were addicted to heroin, per a relative’s knowledge. “I do think they had every intention, and this is why they adopted them for this purpose,” another family member, who spoke exclusively with Townhall out of concern for the sibling pair’s well-being, expressed. William and Zachary “preyed on” the children’s vulnerability as kids raised by struggling heroin addicts, Townhall’s family insider asserted. ‘Child Protection’ Org Fought Against Efforts to Crack Down on Childlike Sex Dolls, Cartoon Child Porn

The Prostasia Foundation, a tax-exempt nonprofit organization that claims to work to prevent child sex abuse, has fought against measures cracking down on fetish activities involving sexually fantasizing about children, a Daily Caller News Foundation investigation found.

Prostasia’s stated mission is to prevent child sex abuse before it happens through research, consulting, “defending the innocent” and advocating for “effective laws” that could help prevent abuse, according to the group’s website. In practice, however, Prostasia has advocated for policies that would expand adults’ access to childlike sex toys and fictitious child pornography while making life easier for convicted sex offenders; the organization argues that these activities do not harm children and may help pedophiles avoid committing crimes.

“Prostasia Foundation is a child sexual abuse prevention organisation, led by survivors and experts,” Jeremy Malcolm, founder and former executive director of Prostasia, told the DCNF in September. “One of the ways that we can prevent abuse is by ensuring that mental health services are available to those who may otherwise be at risk of offending. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, and have never offered any excuse to those who abuse children.”

Malcolm, who is no longer executive director, declined to comment for this story, directing the DCNF to his earlier statement.

“Prostasia doesn’t have a victim focus, full stop. Their energies are taken up with defending paedophile access to cartoon [child sexual abuse material] and child sexual abuse dolls,” wrote Michael Salter, a University of New South Wales associate professor whose biography says he “applies critical and feminist theory to the study of complex trauma.” He also served as an adviser to the Australian government’s eSafety Commission in 2020. The Balenciagas of an Anti-Christian World ‘Condemn’ Child Abuse While Castrating, Traumatizing, and Exploiting Kids

It’s hard to think of an episode more tailored to confirm the wildest conspiracy theories of QAnon — that global elites are a bunch of Satan-worshipping pedophiles — than the ongoing Balenciaga scandal.

Here you have a luxury fashion brand literally caught in the act of grooming, with a recent ad campaign featuring small children in Balenciaga apparel holding teddy bears wearing sexual fetish and bondage gear, and another ad campaign that included images of court documents from a 2008 Supreme Court decision in United States v. Williams, which ruled on a law banning the pandering of child pornography.. .

But there is a deeper story here beyond the hypocrisy and depravity of a single luxury fashion brand, which is that companies like Balenciaga, along with nearly all corporate brands today, have no criteria for saying why such images are a “wrong choice,” or that publishing them is a “grievous error.”

In its statement, Balenciaga says, “We strongly condemn child abuse.” But does it? The photo shoots themselves, in which young children were exposed to teddy bears in BDSM gear, were arguably abusive. How can a brand both condemn and engage in child abuse?

The answer is that the term “child abuse” has no meaning to the people who run Balenciaga, just as it has no meaning to the people who provide “gender-affirming care” at Boston Children’s Hospital, one of many hospitals where minors are routinely castrated, mutilated, and given powerful puberty-blocking drugs that cause irreversible damage. Same goes for those who put on all-ages drag shows targeting children, or push for pornographic material to be available in public school libraries. For these people, “child abuse” is a phrase without content, a holdover from a moral universe they believe they have transcended, or perhaps destroyed. Revealed: Trans Ideology Pushed on Four-Year-Olds; Private Schools Nation-Wide Push ‘Queer Inclusive’ Curriculum — Even in Pre-K

Private schools across the country are training teachers to expose kids as young as four years old to sexually explicit content — in secrecy and without parents’ knowledge — directed by the National Association Independent Schools (NAIS) as part of a “queer-inclusive” curriculum.

Breitbart News has reviewed an extensive trove of NAIS documents and teacher trainings supplied to private schools nation-wide, which, under the guise of being “queer” and “LGBTQ+ inclusive,” urge the use of graphic sexual material in classes starting at Pre-K.

A nearly hour-long training workshop at NAIS’ flagship conference in 2020, reviewed by Breitbart News, features a discussion about how to talk to kids about “gender, and sexuality, and identity,” including how to talk to kids in Pre-K about “their bodies,” “penises and vaginas,” and “what they feel like inside, do they feel like a boy or a girl.” The conference covers how to teach sex, sexuality, and “gender identity” from Pre-K to Grade 8.

“Starting in Pre-K we talk about their bodies, the parts that they were born with, about penises and vaginas and whether they make somebody a boy or girl. But also their feelings, what do they feel like inside, do they feel like a boy or a girl? What does their head say? Do their heart and their body match up,” the lecturer explains.

The section also features a teacher talking about how she once drew from the wrong book and accidentally talked to children in Pre-K about “the vulva and the labia,” as they reacted in “horror” — stressing that teachers should be “kind to yourself” in instances of error. ‘Teacher of the Year’ Arrested, Charged With Child Sex Crimes

A Fairview Elementary School teacher was arrested Monday in Columbia and charged with nine counts of aggravated sexual battery, especially aggravated sexual exploitation of a child, eight counts of rape, incest and eight counts of rape of a child.

Two victims who are minors were reported by District Attorney General Brent Cooper. Neither are students at Fairview Elementary.

According to Williamson County Schools, Jonathan Ullrich, 50, was placed on unpaid leave after his arrest. The district sent a letter to families and staff notifying them of his arrest and said Principal Dr. Tracy Bullard will communicate directly with families about classroom activities for the remainder of the semester, which ends with a half day Friday.

Ullrich was named FES Elementary School Teacher of the Year at WCS’s annual employee of the year celebration in 2020. However, he has a history of sexual harassment claims against him dating back to 2014. (Read more from “‘Teacher of the Year’ Arrested, Charged With Child Sex Crimes” HERE)

CIA Files Say Staffers Committed Sex Crimes Involving Children. They Weren’t Prosecuted.

Over the past 14 years, the Central Intelligence Agency has secretly amassed credible evidence that at least 10 of its employees and contractors committed sexual crimes involving children.

Though most of these cases were referred to US attorneys for prosecution, only one of the individuals was ever charged with a crime. Prosecutors sent the rest of the cases back to the CIA to handle internally, meaning few faced any consequences beyond the possible loss of their jobs and security clearances. That marks a striking deviation from how sex crimes involving children have been handled at other federal agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security and the Drug Enforcement Administration. CIA insiders say the agency resists prosecution of its staff for fear the cases will reveal state secrets. . .

One employee had sexual contact with a 2-year-old and a 6-year-old. He was fired. A second employee purchased three sexually explicit videos of young girls, filmed by their mothers. He resigned. A third employee estimated that he had viewed up to 1,400 sexually abusive images of children while on agency assignments. The records do not say what action, if any, the CIA took against him. A contractor who arranged for sex with an undercover FBI agent posing as a child had his contract revoked.

Only one of the individuals cited in these documents was charged with a crime. In that case, as in the only previously known case of a CIA staffer being charged with child sexual crimes, the employee was also under investigation for mishandling classified material.

Disturbing Lawsuit: Popular Chat Site Allowed Child User to Become Pedophile’s Digital Sex Slave

A chat site that encourages kids to “talk to strangers” is a dangerous destination that played a part in an 11-year-old girl being forced to become a predator’s digital sex slave, a multi-million dollar lawsuit claims.

Omegle, which randomly pairs up users for video and text chats, bills itself as a “great way to meet new friends” but has become a haven for pedophiles and voyeurs who use the site to watch people pleasure themselves, the federal suit filed Friday in Oregon claims.

The site, which has 66 million monthly users from across the globe, says kids 13 and older can use the platform with parental supervision and permission — but doesn’t have any system in place to ensure that users are being supervised, according to the $22 million suit. . .

In 2014, an 11-year-old girl only identified as “A.M.” logged on to Omegle after using it with friends during sleepover parties in hopes of meeting other middle schoolers like her.

Report: Coronavirus ‘Contributed to a Significant Spike in Child Sexual Exploitation’

WeProtect Global Alliance, an international coalition of private entities and government agencies dedicated to protecting children from online sexual exploitation, released a report on Tuesday that found child sexual abuse increased significantly during the coronavirus pandemic.

According to the Alliance’s Global Threat Assessment 2021, pandemic lockdowns and social distancing produced a dramatic increase in Internet use by children, which in turn led to a surge of online exploitation.

“The scale of child sexual exploitation and abuse online is increasing. This sustained growth is outstripping our global capacity to respond,” the report warned.

To depict the scale of the problem, the report noted that the ten most harmful child sexual abuse sites on the “dark web” have over three million users between them. One site taken down by Europol in May 2021 had over 400,000 registered users.
