Judge on Military Vaccine Mandate: ‘Hard to Imagine a More Consistent Display of Discrimination’

On Monday, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas expanded that lawsuit – as well as the preliminary injunction the court issued in January – to now prevent punishment of any Navy personnel who (1) have religious objections to the DoD’s vaccine mandate and (2) have requested a religious accommodation from the mandate.

In his decision, Judge Reed O’Connor stated:

“Here, the potential class members have suffered the ‘same injury,’ arising from violations of their constitutional rights. Each has submitted a religious accommodation request, and each has had his request denied, delayed, or dismissed on appeal. Exactly zero requests have been granted. And while Defendants encourage this Court to disregard the data, it is hard to imagine a more consistent display of discrimination. As previously explained in this Court’s preliminary injunction order, Plaintiffs have suffered the serious injury of infringement of their religious liberty rights under RFRA and the First Amendment.”

The original injunction was issued in favor of dozens of elite Navy SEALs. FDA Authorizes Second COVID-19 Booster Shots for Adults 50 and Up

The Food and Drug Administration on Tuesday signed off on a second booster shot for older Americans and people who are immunocompromised.

The second dose of the Pfizer-BioNTech or Moderna booster shots was authorized by the federal agency for people ages 50 and up and those with severely weakened immune systems at least four months following their first booster.

The FDA had previously only cleared the fourth doses of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines for people ages 12 and older who were immunocompromised. That group can now get a fifth shot — three doses and two boosters — with Tuesday’s FDA authorization.

“Current evidence suggests some waning of protection over time against serious outcomes from COVID-19 in older and immunocompromised individuals,” the FDA’s vaccine chief, Dr. Peter Marks, said in a statement.

Myocarditis Cases Explode Among Children Due to Horrendous COVID Vax; Russell Brand Mocks Vaccine Policies (VIDEO)

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) today released new data showing a total of 1,195,396 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines were submitted between Dec. 14, 2020, and March 18, 2022, to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). VAERS is the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. . .

U.S. VAERS data from Dec. 14, 2020, to March 18, 2022, for 12- to 17-year-olds show:

30,591 adverse events, including 1,755 rated as serious and 42 reported deaths.The most recent deaths involve a 17-year-old boy (VAERS I.D. 2171083) from Illinois with Duchenne muscular dystrophy who died from cardiac arrest after receiving his second dose of Pfizer’s COVID vaccine, and a 14-year-old boy from Guam (VAERS I.D. 2157944) who died one week after his first dose of Pfizer when he suddenly committed suicide. . .

648 reports of myocarditis and pericarditis, with 636 cases attributed to Pfizer’s vaccine.

Army Discharges More Soldiers for Refusing COVID Shot

Amid the exposure of Defense Department data indicating an astonishing spike in serious illnesses and injuries correlating with the COVID vaccine rollout, the Army said it has now discharged 27 soldiers for refusing an order to receive the COVID-19 shots.

The service said Thursday another 24 soldiers had been discharged in recent days, reported the Epoch Times.

The Air Force has separated 212 airmen, as of March 15, while the Navy said Wednesday it has discharged 652 sailors.

Meanwhile, as WND reported, three Department of Defense whistleblowers have presented evidence from the Defense Military Epidemiological Database that shows a nearly 1,000% increase overall in diseases and injuries in 2021 compared to the previous five years.

Why Aren’t The FDA And CDC Informing The Public About Documented Adverse Events After mRNA Injections?

Properly evaluating any kind of drug safety — let alone that of presidentially mandated vaccines— involves carefully examining all of the available data. While Americans still haven’t been given full access to the full Pfizer “Comirnaty” license application, we do have access to the Food and Drug Administration’s medical officer review.

This comparatively spartan 107-page FDA review document purportedly contained everything the FDA believed was important to release to the public from the original Pfizer application of 329,000 pages. The FDA review conspicuously notes “clinically important serious adverse reactions [included] anaphylaxis and myocarditis/pericarditis”— that is, severe allergic reactions and inflammation of the heart and or the sac containing the heart, respectively.

Likewise, Moderna’s “Spikevax” vaccine was given its Emergency Use Authorization in late 2020, and was fully approved by the FDA on January 31, 2022. Following approximately a month of time to redact its review from “trade secrets,” the FDA released an even leaner 30-page review. Like the Pfizer vaccine, there were clear indications of myocarditis and pericarditis in the initial study, demonstrating the potential for risk going forward.

Specifically, the review states: “post-authorization safety surveillance has identified serious risks of myocarditis and pericarditis, particularly within 7 days following the second dose of Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine. The observed risk is higher in males under 40 years of age than among females and older males. The observed risk is highest in males 18 through 24 years of age… An increased risk for thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) has been identified following administration of adenovirus-vectored COVID-19 vaccines.”

Bottom line: The FDA, Centers for Disease Control, Pfizer, and Moderna knew about myocarditis and pericarditis risks from the mRNA vaccines since day one, yet made no formal warnings to Americans in the form of recommending labeling changes or any other warnings, such as letters to warn physicians, pharmacists, or the American public. Jill Biden Invites Congressional Spouses To White House, Sets Nasty Rules For The Unvaxxed

. . .Erika Donalds, wife to freshman Florida Congressman Byron Donalds, a pro-Trump, staunchly conservative Republican, tweeted a screenshot of the first lady’s COVID-19 guidelines for the event, and they’re even more arbitrary and discriminatory than you might expect.

“First Lady Jill Biden was kind enough to invite me & the other Congressional spouses to a reception at the White House,” Mrs. Donalds tweeted. “I just have to take a COVID test, & as an unvaccinated person (with natural immunity) I won’t be allowed to eat, drink, or talk to anyone. Should be a blast!”

The screenshot of the purported invitation email stipulated that “Fully vaccinated guests are not required to wear a mask on the White House grounds. ‘Catastrophic’ Bleed: Coroner Says Young Mother Died of COVID Shot

A coroner in England has concluded that a 34-year-old mother died from a “catastrophic” bleed on the brain caused by a COVID-19 vaccine.

Eight days after receiving an AstraZeneca shot, Kim Lockwood complained of an excruciating headache. About 17 hours after arriving at Rotherham Hospital in South Yorkshire, she was pronounced dead, BBC News reported.

She died one year ago, in March 2021, but the coroner said little was known at the time of her death about the link between the COVID-19 vaccine and the condition Lockwood suffered, Vaccine-Induced Thrombotic Thrombocytopenia, or VITT. . .

Lockwood’s husband, Damian, said she had complained of being in so much pain “her head felt like it was going to explode.” Her father, Wayne Merrill, said his daughters last words to him were that her headache was “actually killing her.” . . .

The family plans to pursue a medical negligence claim against Rotherham Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The trust said more is known now about the link between the vaccine and VITT and how to treat it, and all patients with low platelets are referred to hematologists. A spokeswoman for the trust, Susan Douglas, said lessons had been learned. Extra measures have been taken since Lockwood’s death, she said, such as adding ward audits. Army Announces First Separations Over Coronavirus Vaccine Refusals

The U.S. Army announced its first separations of soldiers for refusing the coronavirus vaccine on Friday.

In addition to the three soldiers who have been separated, the Army has relieved six Regular Army leaders, two of whom were battalion commanders, and it has issued 3,251 reprimands for refusing it.

Each of the other military branches began separations for vaccine refusal weeks ago. To date, the Navy has discharged 544 sailors, the Air Force 212, and the Marines 1,038. Each of the services has a vaccination percentage rate in the mid-90s, leaving thousands unvaccinated and facing possible separation, though they represent a small percentage of the whole military.

Service members who don’t want to take the vaccine have the ability to seek a religious, medical, or administrative exemption. There have been thousands of medical and administrative requests that each branch has approved. The Marines have approved 992 such requests, the Navy 250, and the Air Force 571, while the Army has granted 4,397 temporary exemptions. Pfizer Seeking Emergency Approval for 4th COVID Shot (VIDEO)

Despite the mildness of the dominant omicron variant and the evidence that the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine hasn’t stopped infection or transmission of SARS-CoV-2 while posing serious health risks, the company’s CEO is asking the FDA to grant emergency use authorization for a second booster, a fourth shot.

“Clearly there is a need in an environment of omicron to boost the immune response,” Albert Bourla said Friday on CNBC’s “Squawk Box.”

Bourla claimed the data indicate the protection against severe disease after three doses is “very good.” But the protection wanes after only three or four months, he acknowledged.

‘No Effect’: Country Suspends National Vaccine Mandate

Last month, Austria became the first country in the world to make it illegal to be without proof of COVID vaccination, but the European nation has suspended its law after protests and reports the measure had no effect.

The government said Wednesday the law was “not proportionate to the threat” of the omicron variant of the virus that caused COVID-19, which while more contagious presents with mild symptoms.

The Austrian daily Kronen Zeitung reported the announcement was made only days before the government was set to impose fines of up to 3,600 euros, about $4,000, for the unvaccinated. . .
